Indo Shop — Not responding to emails and calls for the refund

Dear Sir/Mam,
I received a call from Indo Shop on 13/05/2025(Tuesday) regarding the holiday offers they're going to provide and the benefits of the same. I firstly tried to deny the offers and they said since they have told me the details about the offer, it automatically means I've registered for their offer and if I don't pay for the same then it will register a due of payment amount in my ICICI credit card. So I went through their website which seemed a genuine platform and thought to register for their offer and pay the amount through the ICICI Rupay credit card from the web-portal. They also mentioned in the call that if any of their offer seems problematic/I don't like then I can place a refund for the same amount.

I received my parcel on Thursday(15/05/2025) and found out that the promises they made on call and on e-mail were different. They promised to provide hotel accommodation for 4 adults which on their e-mail were 2 adults& 2 children(point 1). Also they said I can chose any gift from their catalogue which included a power bank but on their gift card I received they erased that out(point 2)(image provided).

So I talked about these 2 disparities over their customer care no. and told to get me a refund of this as they mentioned over call previously during the offer call but they instead tried to ignore me saying their team will reach out within 48 hours. I was also told to send a picture of the parcel on their whatsapp still I was just ignored. I have constantly called and mailed them about this and still they had only one answer i.e.they will reach out shortly which they never did. Now their website is also not working(showing account suspended) to register a complaint through ticket.

I'm attaching the offers they promised;
1. Two exclusive Domestic Holiday* vouchers for 3 day 2 nights for 2
adults and 2 children (below age of 5 year's) across India in over
230+ Cities, 8500+ Hotels.70, 000+ Rooms (3 To 4 star property). Member
needs to provide prior notice of 30 days with 3 different dates with a
gap of 7 days from which any one date will be confirmed. Both voucher
can be availed for Domestic Vacation. Member can not
club both Voucher for long vacation just like 5 days & 4 night or Food cash
back vouchers can’t be clubbed. Member needs to pay INR
499/- (Re-fundable) handling charges at the time of booking per Holiday
Voucher. Every property has some exclusion periods so member needs to

2. A CYG (choose your gift) Voucher. There are 8 different items
mentioned on the CYG Voucher (Laptop Bag / Hair Dryer / Power
Bank / Belt / Shirt / Jeans / Hair Straightener /
Shoes) from which you can select/choose any one item by following the
voucher redemption process mentioned on the voucher. There is no hidden
charge for the redemption of CYG Voucher. Send voucher and id proof scan
copies to our email id [protected]@IndoShop.In or you can also whatsapp the
clear pictures.

3. A offer purchase card Complementary Discount Subscription Booklet (Card)
which would entitle you to get privileges at over 150+ outlets across
India. Discounts can be availed by following the procedure mentioned on
the booklet/directory or on website like through pre-paid vouchers,
online shopping & By Flashing Card at selected outlets. This
subscription would be valid for 1 year from the date of enrollment. This
will help you to avail up to 2% to 15 % discounts on 150+ brands. This card
is not a debit or credit card and not associated with any bank. This
card is for feedback purpose only.

4. Food cash back/re-reimbursement voucher INR 2500 which can only be
redeemed On redemption of any first Domestic Holiday voucher location.

5. Food cash back/re-reimbursement voucher INR 2500 which can only be
redeemed on redemption of 2nd Domestic Holiday voucher location.

6. ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE FOR 1 YEAR (COVERAGE UP TO 10 LAKH*) ONLY FOR ONE PERSON

I feel so many people are getting frauded on daily basis but I trusted on their platform as they seemed to promise some genuine offers but alas.
I hope I might get my money I paid through my credit card.
