We have submitted complaints several times before regarding this issue. If you people do not want to take any action why have you made this website and why r u wasting people's time. Also why r u makin fake promises of swach indore when you r not taking any actions against our our omplaints. We reside in the first lane of anoop nagar where ramdwara is located. The outside pavement of our house is broken and is due for repair. The concerned authorities are carrying over this work in all the other lanes and our lane being the first is left out because 6 houses in our lane have encroached well beyond their boundaries on road side resulting in narrowing of the road. Also no parking space is left for anybody. Kindly get this problem resolved soon and get the ouside pavement made

While applying for the passport for my son as he had born on 1.9.2017, the pass port authorities are insisting an error free birth certificate.

But in the birth certificate of my son, there are errors in the permanent address and i request the authorities to change accordingly and issue us with a fresh certificate. Since february 2018, i am requesting them to make a new birth certificate, but they don't do that. Now what can i do in this case?

My son birth place is simrol, indore, m. P. And his birth certificate is generated by gram panchayat simrol.

This is to bring to your notice above irregularity.

Garbage collection truck comes to our area (Shubh labh avenue, vaibhav nagar, kanadia rd near bengali chaurah) only 4-5 days a week. They avail weekly off on any day they like and also take extra 1-2 days leave often. The excuses are...

1. Truck shut down.
2. Weekly off
3. Salaries are not paid for last 8 months so employees fled.
4 truck overloaded so went back and no return trip.

Seems they are quite casual. Pl investigate if any genuine problem and resolve.

I live in 3/29 vijay nagar indore and have been enduring choked drainage lines from past 5 years. We have complained several times regarding the issue but the workers come and see to it but after a month or so again the same problem arises because of the old chamber lines. Kindly look into the matter as we residents are suffering a lot because of it.

In order to bring your concern towards one of the major problem that animals are facing from many years but still unresolved, i am drafting this complaint.

I'm from sukhliya, indore. I found that animals especially street dogs are treated in a wrong manner by people of locality and even by some of the workers of municipal corporation.

According to animal welfare board, dogs ca't be relocated from their habitats. I found that in my locality that street dogs are calm and good in nature and they never use to harm others. On the contrary some people form our locality use to tease and irritate them. This behaviour is unethical.
Animals too have their own rights.

People make false complaints about street dogs in municipla corporation and when these guys from municipal corporation came to catch street dogs, they tries very cruel means to catch dogs.
Since these dogs do not harm others so their relocation should not be allowed.

I want you to think upon this issue and take major steps against the workers from municipal corporation and people who tease and hurt them and make false complaints. Each and every living being have equal rights to live on this earth. If we are going to be friendly with animals, they will be friendly with us in turn.

I hope you will find my request valid and will take necessary steps.

My residence is 1487/b scheme no 71 behind mukh badhir school, indore. Garbage truck assigned to this area is not picking up the waste of plants cutting. As everywhere government emphasizing on plantation and when actually people wants to be the part of it, our government employees are itself not supporting it. Today on 14/02/18 when i clean my garden and keep the waste outside my porch area and asked garbage truck boy to take this, he denied.
My question is then where to dump plant waste, if garbage truck is not taking it??
I request you to please take an action against this. We really want to be a part of swacch bharat abhiyan, but because of such behavior of truck boy it disappointed me.

I am dr. Lalita sharma anant, educationist and a social worker providing selfless services (Philanthropic) to the community by conducting free literacy classes with values of life for over 400 underprivileged children and youth and teaches them academics, virtues of life, skill &vocational trainning and personality development in vijaynagar, indore everyday since january 2010 in the garden at scheme no 113.

Recently, one man posing himself as a kabbadi coach kept a couple in the room at the garden of scheme no 113 as caretakers... They do not have any legal documents. The man who brought them informed that he is permitted by the parshad.
However, i am in touch with the parshad of my area, chhaya / bharat deshmukh and also munna lal yadav both of whom are not aware of this.

Now, the so called coach fought with the man he brought and stays here with the woman... Creating nuisance throughout the day.
Our students have sensed some unwanted activities there...
Kindly do the needful. We do not want to pollute this noble place which has been providing education to all the needy students.

Even after swatch bharat and clean india wave some shop owners (Specifically mr. Ashok shop adress: 275 usha nagar extension, indore) are throwing waste near our working place which leave filthy smell and difficulties.. Even after consulting mr ashok is not ready to listen and throw the garbage at respective dustbins and litterbins.. Its an humble request to municipal corporation to take neccessary action

I am mahendra singh bedi retd. Enc, phed an office bearer of residents association of kalpanalok colony ward no. 42 zone 10. My request is to lay new water pipe line in our colony so that we may also get narmada water rather depending on our individual tube well water. We all pay charges for narmada water but don't get a drop of it. Apart from this in our colony pebble blocks are also to be laid in front of h. Nos 5, 6, 7, 8, 36-37 and side of h. No.9 a lane of about 100 meters distance

I am have come in the zone no. 12 of nagar nigam for adding a new samagra id of my son in my family id today also it is 11:00 am then also no officer is present in the samagra department. I coming for request since last 1 year always they make lame excuses like server is not working, officers are not available etc. So plz help us to register a new samagra id they are not doing there work with sincerely

From office bearer of kalpanalok society of kalpanalok colonyward 42 zone 10. There is no regularity in sweeping of road, door to door collection of house hold geela and sookha kachra, and collection of garbage on road through truck. Daroga should superwise work of sweepers regularly. They only come when complaint lodged on 311 or written complaint sent to zonal officer. This be organised properly.

This is to inform you, there is illegal mobile tower setup going to be done in house no 16 ganesh dham which will affect our health and harmful radiations have negative consequences. Please do needful and take necessary action as soon as possible and remove this illegal construction.
