मै हरी हाइटस, मल्हारगंज निवासी, मल्हारगंज थाने के पीछे हमारे पडोस के मल्टी मे कचरा गाडी रूकती है लेकिन हमारी मल्टी पर गाडी नही रोके जाने के कारण हमे बहूत समस्या आती है
वाहन चालक चिंक्की गाडी नं 7022 से हमे बार बार इस विषय मे बोला लेकिन कोई निराकरण नही निकला है ।। क्रपया आप इस पर कूछ निर्णय ले एवं हमारी इस समस्या का निदान करे ।।
सदैव इस देश का भला चाहने वाला एवं आपका सहयोगी ।।

Locality : lig colony

I wanted to inform to the nagar nigam that it's been almost two months that in our area the street lights are off. Till now no action has been taken in respect of this problem. The colony members are facing problem as there are no lights so there is darkness all over. After 8pm we can barely see on the road. The children are also not able to play. Please see to it that this problem gets resolved soon because there always remains a danger of robbery in the colony.

House number 613 sector a of mahalakshmi nagar is not constructed as per the set guidelines and also as per the approved map. There is enhanced construction and improper drainage due to which there is less space on the roads and water clogging. This is leading to unhygienic conditions and danger of people getting ill through the diseases caused by mosquitoes.

This needs to be corrected so that there is no road obstruction and people are relieved by this unnecessary water clogging and the drainage is proper across. This will also make people use of the common amenities provided by the government.

At niranjanpur chouraha heavy traffic jam occurs due to no traffic police deployment.
Heavy and long trucks use devider gap to pass from left road to right road and jam both side traffic. Devider gap to be closed completely.
Some heavy and long trucks are park aside the road and create low space for other vehicles.
Traffic signal to be provide at niranjanpur chouraha and one traffic police to be deployed to control traffic & devider gap to closed completely so truck and other vehicles could not cross the road from left to right side and traffic jamming avoided

सर्वप्रथम आप और समस्त स्वछता कर्मचारीगण बधाई के पात्र है की अभी तक हमारे इंदौर का No .१ पोजीशन अक्षुण बरक़रार है, और उसके लिए आप समेत सभी प्रयासरत है ...
मै भी कचरादान महायज्ञ में आहुति देकर अपने आप को गौरान्वित महसूस करता हु. परन्तु आज का वाकिया आपसे बाँटना चाहता हु, जिसने मुझे संशय में डाल दिया की, मेरे परिवार का "कचरा या कूड़ेदान " विषैला पर्यावरणकुल तो नहीं है ?...जिस कारन से उन कचरा संग्राहक श्रीमान ने सभी पड़ोसियों के सामने कचरा संग्राहक गाड़ी में डालने से मना कर दिया, श्रीमान की व्यस्तता को जानते हुए मैंने कारन भी नहीं पुछा और अभी तक उसी उपापोह में जूझ रहा हु,
बात आज दिनांक १६-८-१७ प्रातः ८:०० बजे की है जब कचरा गाड़ी मेरे घर के समीप चौराहे पर आई तो ४-५ पडोसी परिवार के साथ में भी अपना कूड़ेदान ले वहां पंहुचा .मेरे सभी पड़ोसियों ने कचरा डाल दिया ..मेरा No . आया तो श्रीमान संग्राहक ..डपटे हुए बोले ...समझाया था न ..गिला सूखा अलग अलग ...मैंने कहा भाई सूखा ही है ...तब श्रीमान तिरस्कार से बोले ...आप कचरा नहीं डाल सकते ...मैंने सुपरवाइजर साहिबा के तरफ देखा, वो भी चुप, ...पड़ोसियों (जिनका कचरा डल चूका था, व जिनका डल रहा था ) ने समवेत प्रश्नवाचक /हिकारत भरी नज़रो से मुझे देखा ...मैं सोचा अवश्य ही मेरे कचरे में कोई खोट होगा जो श्रीमान ने उसे स्वीकार नहीं किया ...पर बाद की उपापोह से में बच नहीं सका और आपको तकलीफ दे रहा हु ! कृपया मेरे प्रश्नो का उत्तर दे कर मुझे इस आज़ार से बचाये
१. क्या कागज के जूते पत्तल दोने (८-१०) " विषैला पर्यावरणकुल कचरा नहीं है ..
२. क्या केले का छिलका जो सड़क पर पड़ा था, उसमे डालने पर वो सूखा कचरा ...गिला होगया ?
३. यदि गिला-सूखा कचरा ऊपर-निचे था भी तो क्या श्रीमान की इतनी व्यस्तता थी की वो मेरे परिवार का कचरा लेने से मना कर सकते थे
४. यदि कचरा संग्रहण में मेरी गलती थी तो भी क्या मैं श्रीमान से उचित प्रत्युत्तर का प्राथी नहीं था..?
५ सबसे महत्वपूर्ण " अब मैं उस कचरे की बाल्टी को कहाँ फेकने जाऊ जिससे मेरे इंदौर का स्वच्छ पर्यावरण मैला न हो ...कृपया मुझे उचित समाधान दे.

Garbage pickup van is not coming daily in our gali near old water tank shree magal nagar beside luv kush vidhya vihar school indore

We are facing this problem since long back.

The van is not coming daily in our gali, but vans are coming daily in our all sidewise galis. And also there is no fixed timing to come, the van may come between a day on any time.
In our gali about 25 house families facing this problem.

I request you to please take necessary actions to get the desired result.

Dear sir/madam,

Request your attention to help with dogs menace in basant vihar colony, near lokmanya nagar, indore.
There are atleast 8 to 10 street dogs who have become very dangerous. It has become a problem for colony people to walk, school kids going and coming from school.
These dogs at night chase and bark throughout the day and night and disturb everyone's sleep.
For old people and kids specially it has become a menace.

I will request you to kindly take care of this at the earliest.

Sir this request is from homeguard campus, near income tax office hamare chetra me kachra vahan 1 ya 2 kabhi kabhi 3 din baad ata he or dusre vahan ye keh ke nahi rukte ki aap ka ward alag he. Swachh bharat ke jagah swachh ward kyu nahi bajate. Ab bataiye kachra apne ghar me kitne din tak koi rakhega kachra vahano ka time bhi fix kiya ja sakta he yaha to ghar ka kachra lene 2 baje tak ate he.

In my street many dogs are wanderer and useless, they bark to child and new person. So difficult to play for childs freely,
During rain they enter in my apartment which is 2 story building and do toilet, potty so please take action. Come and carry them all.

There are so many aggerasive dogs are there in my colony and also increasing very fast some of the are many times attack on people roaming in colonies and the lane road near my home.
So please take action immediately to remove the dogs.
Yesterday one blavk dog had bite to a lady near and scrached also to my sister so ot is very important to take action immediately. Also please see that from where these dogs are comming may b from othere areas some people catching and leaving them near by.

I am leaving in patnipura chouraha, in that ganu ki chal, no dust bin for garbage & waste material, also nagar nigam vechicle is coming after 11 pm and my office timing is 9:30 a. M., so how i throw my house garbage & waste material in vechicle or govt. Dust bin also in my row dog which is injured from skin diseases sit in my home, which is very harmful for us,

I am resident of vijay nagar, pradeep jain owner of house add 8/18 vijay nagar nr jain mandir back side of sica school dig a deep hole in his plot in order to collect water and to dump waste. Very bad smell usually come in the evening its like living near dump area
When we ask him why he did so then talk in very fiendish way which is again intolerable
Vry poor famlies liv there and a small kid of age 1.5 2 yr also use to play there...
Imc please do need full as this act of digging garbage hole inside house is some thing which is not suppose to be done...

Respected there, i want to say that there is a broken chamber cover in front of my house which seems as so risky for humans and animals to fall inside and it smells also. So i would request u to plz change the chamber cover as it is getting bigger hole day by day due to the heavy vehicles passing through it.. Already complaint parshad & publish news in local news paper dainik bhaskar but still not action in this complaint.. Pls look into the matter & resolve the chamber issue...

Too many pot holes on the street
Water drainage problem all over

We are having office at apollo trade centre, geeta bhawan square, indore. Since last one year after the announcement of smart city, nagar nigam team has never been collecting garbage/waste from our office building during office work hours of 9am to 7pm.in line with instructions from our building manitanance team, we have been keeping the garbage in gunny bags and it was kept within our building premises. Even we tried to dispose the waste accumulated at our premises in nearby locations at manormaganj and dakhhanwala square, but those locations were also blocked.
Today mr. Kamal karosia from nagar nigam team had come to our building and has demanded rs.1500 for disposing the garbage and has asked us to pay rs.4000 towards challan. It may please be noted that quantity of garbage from three-four offices of our building where some work is in progress got accumulated & as per instructions of building supervisor the same was collected and kept at a place within building front area.
We requested him that garbage has been collected only because there is no way we could throw it.in view of the matter, we request and immediate action to ensure that challan is being revoked and a proper arrangement is made for disposal of waste from commercial building.

Dear sir/mam,
I am girja patidar from swarna bagh ward 37, indore, used to make complaint of the pipeline in front of my house. There is no cap of the drainage pipeline because of that missing cap all the dirty water came in front of my house, there no another way for water to go. And there are many peoples make dirtiness in this area, such as marriage parties and all that, beacause of that all the wastage they used to remain there....

I want inform you that. The drums which are placed between rajeev gandhi to rau road for controling traffic are become a problem for the people who are traveling on that road. It happens because the drums which are filled with heavy stone are falls and all the stones are spread on the road due to which lots of accident are happen daily. I requested you to please take suitable action as soon as possible. I also have suggestion that you can use cemented concrete mixture to fill the drum.
