Congratulations not connected

In our street every house is connected with IGL connection. But 3-4 houses not connected. After so many call and complaint there is no positive response.
However we have submitted the security amt and advance consumption amount.

Installation not done from 1year

I want to inform you that i submitted my all documents in May 2021 still installation is pending. Nobody responding about this. They are talking system is on update always.

Delay in new connection in Delhi Region

Hi,
I had submitted my documents and check of Rs. 7000 against security deposit on 13-May-22 to IGl representative. But my connection is still pending. I have tried to file complaint twice, but of no use. The SLA for a new connection was mentioned as 30 days (which itself is way too high), but it's been 50 days and I don't see anything happening on this request.

This is totally unacceptable from the sole PNG connection...

I'm a resident of NEELKANTH BHAWAN SANT NAGAR BURARI DELHI 84.
It's been 3 months since installment of IGL gas pipelines underground in our locality.
The respected authorities were supposed to reconstruct the ground above after the

Broken the street road ramp for pipeline but not constructed it again

In the month of March 2022, few IGL people came into my street no 16 balbir nagar behind tent wala school near geeta niketan mandir to insert the gas pipeline as my neighbour requested for that, they broken the road ramp but neither they removed the dump like stones nor they constructed it again. I have complained in North East MCD as well via email but not received any response. We have asked the neighbours to complain from their end but...

New Connection not started in 4.5 months

I applied for new PNG connection registered with mobile number [protected] around 4.5 months ago. But Gas supply is not started yet. They have maximum timeline of 3 months for a new connection. I have called their customer care many times, But no use.

Kindly look into this and get me new connection started ASAP....

Billing for empty flat

This is regarding BP [protected] of Ajay Bhardwaj. The flat has been vacant for a year still we are getting bills. I compained on IG: Whatsapp. on [protected] and 904 and sent them the picture of meter on 7 and 15 May 2022 and 9 Febraury but there has been no action so far. The meter reading remains the same for a year 01375574, the last three digits in red. Please resolve this asap.
