BP No. [protected], I had applied for temporary closure of the gas connection to house no. D-72, Sector 30, Noida some time in late June 2022 (No date is displayed in the complaint on IGL app) I received a call on the 1st of July 2022 to inform me that the IGL staff has arrived at D-72, Sector 30, Noida for disconnection, I reached the site and the meter was taken away by the staff and the connection closed. They were confused whether to close it temporarily or permanently. I was told that I will get a message on the 9th of July 2022 confirming it was "closed without charge" and if I agreed. I agreed. Then on 14th July 2022 I got to know that the staff had come to close the connection from the main line, IGL staff dug up the sewer line and broke the ramp leading to the house from the road but they COULD NOT find the pipe line!? I was assured that the damage will be repaired. Nothing happened and on my dailing [protected] I was told that if the IGL damaged anything then we have to get it repaired IGL will do nothing.

    Address: IGL Bhawan Plot4 community centre RK PuramM

    My BP No [protected] and my mob no is [protected] . I received june 22 bill of Rs 2791 with last date of payment on or before 9 july 22 . As per their instructions, the bill could be paid by cheque in drop box or by cash in the designated banks on or before due date. I dropped the cheque of the due amount on 29 june22 in the drop box at national Mandela Road. IGL claims that they take out the cheques at 4PM daily. they however did not take out the cheques upto 8 june 2022. When I did not receive the debit advice of the bill payment from my bankupto 8 june 22, I paid the IGLbill by depositing Rs 2791 in cash in IDB bank in vasant kunj branch on 8 june 22 one day before the last date .The amount was credited in the account of IGL on 8 june 22, .Inspite of paying the bill in cash in bank before due date, late payment charges of Rs55 levied in the july 22 bill as late payment fee. When I asked the customer care on this, they told me that I should have paid the bill at least three days prior to the last date as it takes three days to update their record .I pointed out that this is nowhere mentioned in their bill, and I want to speak to their supvr, I was never put through to the supvr inspite of waiting for quite some time till the line was cut off. I should get the refund of Rs 55 or the same be adjusted in the bill of Aug 22 since I paid the bill in time in cash in the bank as per instructions of IGL.

    IGL is taking too long to redress the complaint . further I paid the PNG bill well before the last date of payment written on the bill in cash. Mine is a legitimate request to adjust the late payment charges of Rs 55 in the next bill
    IGL is not responding to my complaint. I lodged the complaint in Aug 22 . It is disgusting . IGL should at least respond

          I am Mahesh Joshi and My BP No. [protected] and My Igl connection my mother name Tulsi Jyoti and My contact number [protected], [protected] my complaint is every time your time send to me estimate bill why are not send meter reader for reading last time I have complaint in customer care then after complaint visit the reader my home and present time again same problem Meter reader not come in my house and your team generated estimate bill, why every time generated the complaint regarding same problem my complaint number is [protected] so i request you that look into the my complaint and reslove it. If you are send the estimate bill then I would not paid your estimate bill and legal action against Igl. I have all recoding your customer care executive.

              In spite of every possible effort from my side for the last four months, I have not been provided the facility of a new PNG connection at my govt. quarter at Laxmi Bai Nagar, New Delhi. The customer care service is extremely poor as only assurance is being given from their end but the new connection has not been provided as of yet. This kind of service from a corporate group like IGL is highly disappointing and unexpected.

                At Nanak Pio, Delhi CNG station there is no availability to fill the tyres' air. The pump has a machine but it is always off and there is no attendant. I have been visiting the pump for more than 6 years and I have never seen the machine working. Every time I have to go to another pump where the air is available. When I enquired about the same the pump attended said it is the responsibility of the cleaner, but in the past 6 years I have never seen him. This claim can be crossed check through the CCTV footage of the pump.

                  Dear IGL Associates.

                  I have been requesting IGL for a long time to get the gas connection started in my house but I am not getting any hearing.

                  Even IGL 's staff didn't corporate at all demanding money for changes in pipe line which was installed wrongly by IGL staff.

                  It has been 2 to 3 months with followup with IGL area supervisor, engineer, sometimes they say there is gas leakage in ground floor connection, sometimes they say that the pipeline is installed wrong.

                    Regarding water logging due to digging of holes and concreting.

                    This complaint is regarding concrete casting done for gas pipelines by IGL company on the by side of my main entrance. They have dug holes for connections and left them unfilled, some were filled, but not repaired up to the level. Further, they have cast a pillar type structure which has blocked the water flow of drainage, they have filled concrete in my drainage. The pit dug by them also gets filled with rain water and cause many problems....

                    I requested for permanent disconnection of my bp no [protected] 0n 18 july after that I called again on 29 july than 1 August n 3rd August...i was provided with a no of control room [protected] & the persons misbehaved on call and misguided me that they will attend my complaint today n did same on each day uptil now my complaint registered is not taken care of and igl staff from control room keep misbehaving ...I have all the call recordings of them ...I need to shift my house and I can't wait for an engineer daily sitting at home I have work to do... kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible otherwise I will file a legal complaint against igl

                        We have applied for a new igl connection 3months before but no action has been taken.We have called for customer care but nobody is ready to listen.We already had igl connection on our first floor now we applied it for our ground floor but no one is bothering

                          Hi Team,

                          I applied IGL connection on 29 June 2022 and it is not getting installed even after a month, I am a working professional two days back one evening got the call saying tomorrow installation has to be done but since I had to go to office I could not get it done and requested them to reschedule to day after that and took a leave.
                          But they are not coming for installation now, they are saying we will only inform you one night before. How can working person be free, atleast couple of days prior information must be given.

                            Gas is not being used as premises and Bill is generated as 1000 /- for last month citing 'last 2 billing cycle average billing '. Not sure whose avg billing as I have never received bill of 1000 even when I was using it. Max 100-200 inr only. More than 10 days have passed after temporary disconnect wherein last meter reading was noted as to be same as shared regular over whatsapp for billing incl the 'cycle ' for which 1000 rs bill is generated at random. Sheer harrassment and apathy of igl institution. Don't recommend at all. Better to use cylinder only.

                            Copying latest mail sent to customer care as they just respond like dumb robots and no useful action is taken. Hope something happens after notification here.

                            Kindly note below and update ur records so that I do not get these useless 'reminders' again.

                            1. CONNECTION is already Temporarily disconnected by your rep Mr Tejbir on 17th july.

                            2. Last meter reading was also noted by him as to be same 64 - 22 as shared with you for past 3years due to NON USAGE and yet paid for.

                            Have some basic shame and decency not to fleece customer without usage o[censored]r service. Payment of minimum 100/- was still ok but arbitrary amt of 1000/- is not.

                            3. I have already complained regarding this arbitrary 'bill' in previous mails for past reminders. Even on 17th July I had recd ur response in mail that it will be corrected and yet after 10 days I am getting this reminder.

                            Kindly ensure you fix ur system so that it does not keep sending them out as I won't be paying for something I haven't used. Correct the bill and it will be settled.

                            It's pretty obvious that u don't even deserve minimum billing as no action is being taken despite numerous complaints and system is working on autopilot without proper monitoring. Doesn't even justify ur salary if you can't work on it.

                            When I'd logged request for disconnect, ticket was immediately closed even before acting but this one seems to be dragging on endlessly. Priorities seem to be clear to just extract money from customer and nothing else regardless of facts.

                            In any case, do not threaten every time about disconnect, pls go ahead and do it, I[censored] CAN!

                            As such even for temporary disconnect I had wait a year as u kept saying can't do anything about it and I to come especially and open premises for ur rep. It's a pathetic system u have, take it as feedback. BP [protected].

                              OUR New IGL connections BP No:[protected] & [protected] not in working conditions since last 3 years. No Gas supply. other nearby locations are working with IGL. All the neighbors required the service but there is no any action taken by IGL for continuation the gas supply.

                                [protected] cutomer ID, I got a high bill this month even I haven’t used it. I paid my bill last to last month. Last month my bill was approx 1500 and bow I checked it this month it is approx 5500+. Are you guys serious about this? Please check it and resolve it.

                                  Leakage in PNG Pipe and Connection Not established properly

                                  Sir,
                                  I applied for a new connection in IGL Gas agency on 21 June My BP No. [protected], when the rep visit my house for establish the connection he found a leakage before the meter and dropped the process. After that I give complaint several times for it, the complaint no. are as follows,

                                  There is some problem in gas pipe, as we simmer the gas stove the gas is not coming.

                                    Hello.
                                    I Kanchan Tiwari, resident of Metroview Apartment, Flat No. 423, Dwarka Sector 13, PKT B, Dwarka, New Delhi 110078, hereby launching a complaint to divert the pipeline running within my said premises. The wall on which the pipeline has been installed falls in the balcony area which has major seepage problem & needs repair & maintenance at the earliest to avoid sever damage to the structure.

                                    This mail is to take immediate action in this regard & divert the pipeline from the existing route on immediate basis.
