Leakage in PNG Pipe and Connection Not established properly

Sir,
I applied for a new connection in IGL Gas agency on 21 June My BP No. [protected], when the rep visit my house for establish the connection he found a leakage before the meter and dropped the process. After that I give complaint several times for it, the complaint no. are as follows,

There is some problem in gas pipe, as we simmer the gas stove the gas is not coming.

    Hello.
    I Kanchan Tiwari, resident of Metroview Apartment, Flat No. 423, Dwarka Sector 13, PKT B, Dwarka, New Delhi 110078, hereby launching a complaint to divert the pipeline running within my said premises. The wall on which the pipeline has been installed falls in the balcony area which has major seepage problem & needs repair & maintenance at the earliest to avoid sever damage to the structure.

    This mail is to take immediate action in this regard & divert the pipeline from the existing route on immediate basis.

      We have applied for the New Gas Connection in floor from 1st to 3rd floor. They have laid the gas pipe properly in first floor (please see attached image as floor1). But in 2nd & 3rd floor on dated 7 June 22 they have not laid down the gas pipe properly (it is very close to the door) and they have laid down only half the pipe in the kitchen above wash basin (please see attached image as floor2_3).

      We will not be able able to connect the gas pipe with gas stove using long rubber pipe as there is sink (to wash utensils) inbetween.

      We have talked to the supervisor when they were doing this and they responded we will fix this but they didnot fix this.

      We have also talked to customer care many times they assured, they will be sending person who will check the same but no one came.

      Please visit and pipe need to be installed properly.

        My family left India on the 30th of June 2020. Since Corona was at its peak at that time and flight options were rare, we had to leave abruptly and without much planning. However, I still logged a service request for temporary disconnection([protected]) a day before on the 29th of June 2020 and duly informed you guys that we need our connection to be disconnected temporarily as we need to leave India urgently and won't be returning anytime soon. Since then I started on a tiring vigil with your CUSTOMER care guys interacting with them on email as well as Twitter for a few months trying to explain the same thing over and over again but your guys kept sending me bill after bill although I had requested you guys to do the temporary disconnection as we weren't using your services anymore. After a few months, I just gave up because I was tired of dealing with brainless ###. Now, since the last few days, I'm getting harassment messages from you guys regarding some inflated bill amount and threatening us of disconnecting and us required to pay severe penalties on trying to get the reconnection etc. and all the ### that you guys are known for.

        I'm thereby requesting you guys whom I expect to have a lot more common sense as compared to your CUSTOMER care guys, to please look into this, get the temporary disconnection done at the earliest and all the senseless bills charged against this account reverted immediately.

          Only igl cng pumps provide receipt after filling cng in vehicles but other petrol pumps, which provide cng does not provide receipts.we have a right to get receipt.so igl must take immediate action to provide receipt to customers in Delhi.if their is a receipt then we can make a stop on cheating

            The pipeline has been incorrectly dug in my neighbor's premises instead of mine. Further, the workers who came to dig the hole also broke a water pipe and left the dug open after digging. This is highly frustrating, I have been calling on the customer care to complaint everyday but no resolution. It has been over 3 months. Please help us resolve.

                  Hi,
                  I had submitted my documents and check of Rs. 7000 against security deposit on 13-May-22 to IGl representative. But my connection is still pending. I have tried to file complaint twice, but of no use. The SLA for a new connection was mentioned as 30 days (which itself is way too high), but it's been 50 days and I don't see anything happening on this request.

                  This is totally unacceptable from the sole PNG connection provider in NCR region and there's no option available to escalate this to senior management of IGL

                  Kindly help me get this issue resolved.

                    Respected Sir/Mam,
                    I'm a resident of NEELKANTH BHAWAN SANT NAGAR BURARI DELHI 84.
                    It's been 3 months since installment of IGL gas pipelines underground in our locality.
                    The respected authorities were supposed to reconstruct the ground above after the
                    Thankcompletion of installation, but till now there's no action taken. We also approached the Maintenance Department but there was no positive response.
                    Since the monsoon season is approaching the situation will only get worse. So i request you to please look into the matter and resolve our issue of road reconstruction as soon as possible .

                        In the month of March 2022, few IGL people came into my street no 16 balbir nagar behind tent wala school near geeta niketan mandir to insert the gas pipeline as my neighbour requested for that, they broken the road ramp but neither they removed the dump like stones nor they constructed it again. I have complained in North East MCD as well via email but not received any response. We have asked the neighbours to complain from their end but they even don't care.

                        the things are getting worsed, as the street is very narrow even less than 6ft. Water came out of house got stuck into road broken pieces...which gives birth of mosquitoes and insects...there is no space to even the park the scooty now. please help and forward the complaint to relevant organization who can look into this as soon as possible.

                              My name is Upasana Dwivedi, resident of Tower J Flat no 77 14th Avenue Gaur City 2 Noida Extension. I have applied for a new connection on 20th of May 2022 and given a cheque of Rs. 1000/- for security deposit which was encashed on 10th June 2022. I contacted the person who came to collect the documents to inquire about the connection status to which he said that IGL people are working in other towers of the society. Please go and contact them. I connected with the customer care and the service request no [protected] was raised on 20th June and I was assured that it will be done within 5 days and on 26th I got a message that the request is closed and there has been no resolution to my query. Today when I called customer care, Mr. Aditya said that it will take another 90 days to get the connection installed.
                              Please look into the case and resolve the query and get the connection installed and provide me a time frame for the same.

                                I applied for new PNG connection registered with mobile number [protected] around 4.5 months ago. But Gas supply is not started yet. They have maximum timeline of 3 months for a new connection. I have called their customer care many times, But no use.

                                Kindly look into this and get me new connection started ASAP.

                                  This complaint is in regards with my IGL connection containing number [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] in the name of Anju Mehta. House address where these connections have been allotted is "416/1 Jangpura Lane New Delhi 110014."
                                  I have applied for IGL connection in the month of January 2022. IGL claims to install gas pipeline in 90 days. today is 24th of June and its been almost 7 months i.e 200+ days now. only the pipes are installed and a pit outside my house is digged which is my main concern. The officials dug the whole road about 2-3 weeks ago and it is pending until now. No valid response is served by the concerned engineer named Aakash (M no. [protected]) and he only misbehaves and disconnect the call on my face. Now he is not picking up my call and the person who was supposed to dig and install IGL pipes and cover that pit is also not responding. I don't know his name but his contact number is [protected].
                                  I also contacted the customer care number in which they affirmed me to resolve this issue within 3 days, pertaining complaint no. [protected] and the name of the concerned person is Roshan.
                                  Monsoon season is about to begin and that pit can cause serious injuries to pedestrians and children.
                                  It is pertinent to mention that out of 4 Connection numbers, only 1 meter is installed and rest all work is pending.
                                  Its total negligence on the part of IGL and its officials. If any damage is caused due to their negligence to any person or property, only IGL is to be held liable.
                                  Its my humble request to please see to this matter and resolve the issues as soon as possible.

                                    Hi,
                                    This is regarding my igl connection with BP no- [protected]. This is to inform you that we are suffering from your services. From past few month your staff are not capturing proper reading and next month they combine both reading and make bill which is no possible to pay at one time.
                                    Last month i have used around 3800 units but they sent me bill of 14 units, when I received my bill on my mail i’d i tried to reach your manager in north delhi(110039) Mr. Piyush Kapoor but hardly he picks any call after calling him 20-30 times he picked called and told me that my updated bill will be sent shorty but its been 13 days since i am complaining for Updated bill but i haven’t received any updated bill yet. This month is going to end and my next bill will also get generated and it won’t be possible for me to pay such huge amount at one shot.
                                    I also want to register complaint against mr piyush kapoor (delhi north), Ravi Thakur (billing delhi north) for harassing me and for not giving me proper guidance. My time and my mental peace is also get effected due to this.
                                    I hope you will take action against both of them otherwise last option will be to go to consumer court .

                                      Mr. Satish & Team (supervisors of west zone) are not helping me from last 3 months they send some of your vendors for connection on demand that if we pay them money like 3k-7k then they will provide the services or they will not

                                      today in the afternoon Mr. Anil one of your employee came to us but then he said that we are not giving them money as per there demand they said
