Sir,
I would like to file a grievance against non issue of domestic gas connection. I am literally frustrated now, since I applied for IGL Gas pipeline connection in December 2019 for my house hold domestic use and handed over a cancelled cheque to the Representative. However even after constantly follow ups I didn't get any proper revert from any of your executive and everyone is trying to transfer their responsibility to another...

This is regarding BP [protected] of Ajay Bhardwaj. The flat has been vacant for a year still we are getting bills. I compained on IG: Whatsapp. on [protected] and 904 and sent them the picture of meter on 7 and 15 May 2022 and 9 Febraury but there has been no action so far. The meter reading remains the same for a year 01375574, the last three digits in red. Please resolve this asap.

We have to shut the station down due to Frequent high voltage which results into non distribution of gas to transport vehicles ultimately affecting industrial production of the state and its GDP.
An efficient power supply is essential for optimal progress of economy.
It is requested that this problem be resolved at an early date.

Frequent high voltage to the CNG Stn located at Sec30 Rohini forces us to shutdown the Stn because of danger of damage to electrical equipment.
Therefore gas is not supplied to industrial vehicles critical for supply and distribution of goods. Ultimately it affects industrial production output and the economy/GDP of state.
It is requested that such power fluctuations be eliminated by NDPL.

Kindly refer to BP No [protected].I am 74 years old senior citizen & retired senior Army Officer .I had got the above connection deactivated in 2012 on my own request since I shifted out of Greater Noida .I wish to get it activated again.
I am told that rupees 3000/- shall be charged as penalty for reactivation which is exorbitant. May i request you to look into the matter & reactivate the connection without penalty.

Sir, I Have been trying to get installion work of new IGL connection completed for last 10 days. But I m getting no response from any where .
Only being trolled from one contact number to another number ..

Dear Sir
We have applied for our connection in 2019, with IGL Registration No.[protected]. Every time IGL people are giving us different different number to contact related to our connection.
Last Jan 2022 they came and fixed the meter. And till today nothing is happening.
Same thing everybody saying eve if today i.e. 14th Jue 2022 I am giving you one number contact him.

During the agreement the marketing person said give the full payment we will connect it within 3/4 months.
Since then IGL is earning interest against our full payment.
But still today nothing is happening.
Our consumer number is [protected].
Kindly look into this matter asap because rainy season is coming and again IGL vedors will say Delhi Govt will not allow for digging.

I had contacted the consumer care number for gas pipeline connection . A worker came from there and he took important documents essential for connection from me on 23 March 2022 . After some time a worker named as Ashish came and he badly behaved with me . I complaint about him to company . After that after many calls they sent another worker but he called Mr Ashish again and he refused to do connection . After that they are not responding .

I am nitish kumar my home address is in 39/12 railway colony kishan gunj i have deposited security money too but no gas connection has come yet my BP number is [protected]

I had applied for gas connection in July 2021 and paid rs7000 in cash for the same. But there was no action afterwards. No one came to install the gas connection. I had called the customer helpline several time but no relevant response was there. It's been almost a year no action is taken to install the connection. Such poor service

हिमायूं पूर गांव, सफदरजंग एन्कलेव, नई दिल्ली में एन.सी.सी. पार्क के सामने मकान न. 113, 114, 115, 116, 117 व अन्य के आगे पी.एन.जी. की नई पाईप लाईन डाली गई है। लाईन बिछाने के कई महीने बाद भी खोदी गई सड़क को ठेकेदार द्वारा ठीक नहीं किया गया है। इस संबंध में ज्ञात हो कि बारिश का मौसम आने वाला है, जिसकी वजह से बारिश का पानी ठेकेदार द्वारा खोदी गई ट्रेंच के माध्यम से सभी मकानों की नींव में जाएगा, जिसके कारण कोई भी बड़ा हादसा हो सकता है, मकान गिर सकते हैं, जिसकी सारी जिम्मेदारी IGL के ऊपर ही आएगी।

2) अत: महोदय से निवेदन है कि जिस ठेकेदार ने यह काम किया है, उसको निर्देश जारी किया जाए कि जल्द से जल्द उस सड़क को पहले जैसा बनाये, जिससे कि संभावित दुर्घटना को होने से रोका जा सके।
आशा है आप इस विषय में जल्द ही ठेकेदार को निर्देश जारी करेंगे।

IGL is looting people, they misbehave with the people, if someone complaints, they are thief, they just try to keep on making money without even doing any work.

I hereby notify that the IGL meter in my house BP no-[protected] and connection name- sunita and neeraj.my new connection is not working in meter problem and regulater related problem.I have complaint many times for customer care but no acrion has so far been taken...

हिमायूं पूर, न. दि. एन.सी.सी. पार्क के सामने के आगे पी.एन.जी. की नई पाईप लाईन डाले हुए कई महीने हो गये है लेकिन खोदी गई सड़क को ठीक नहीं किया गया है। बारिश में पानी ठेकेदार द्वारा खोदी गई ट्रेंच के माध्यम से सभी मकानों की नींव में जाएगा, जिसके कारण कोई भी बड़ा हादसा हो सकता है और कई मकान इसके कारण गिर सकते हैं।
कृपया संबंधित ठेकेदार को रोड जल्द से जल्द ठीक करने का आदेश जारी करें।

The road in B-3 block, Sector-17, Dwarka, Delhi was dug up for laying of new png pipe line by trenchless system around 3 months back but the same has not been repaired till date. The road is badly damaged and the pits are lying open which are posing a great danger to the vehicles as well as pedestrians. Today i.e. on 23.05.2022 (Monday) after a heavy spell of rain, my car got stuck in the open pits in the parking area and cannot be moved from its position. It is damaged from many sides. I have requested the contractor executing this work as well as Mr. Arun Yadav, Project Manager but no response has been received from them till date. As such it is requested to repair the road/pits immediately to avoid any major mishappening. Plz note that in case of any accident, the IGL will be wholly responsible for it.
Hoping for an immediate action on the matter.

I have applied for LIG connection 15jan2022 and I submitted all documents your Seles Persian mr. Ramkishor +[protected] and I have followed to Ramkishor last 4 months but he did not picked my call and no solution.
