We were contacted by IGL to install pipeline and they installed meter. Now after almost two years they are saying they won't be able to supply us PNG as connection cannot be started. I have following issues then:

1. If it was not possible then why did they install meter and pipeline that is taking too much space.
2. If I remove pipeline on my own will have to incur charges and damages to property.

I complaint to them on Twitter and they sent someone for inspection but even that process has stopped and they are not responding.

I want a fair compensation from them now to take off that pipeline or pay rent for the pipeline installed in my home along with the mental disturbances caused.
As a result of the pipeline had to install RO water purifier near washroom.

    Hey guys please start my connection of BP No. [protected] its my request ๐Ÿ˜Œ, I visited Igl service centre so many times, i have been complaining on igl centres from last 2years but nothing happens, you all guys just give excuses, you already started all my neighbours connections they have been using the gas service from last 2years did you guys hates me, please start my connection, First time you told me that your connection will start after diwali(2020) but nothings happens then you says it gonna start after holi(2021) but nothings happen, then you say we will start your connection after diwali(2021) but nothing happens, now you say it gonna start after holi(2022) but as always nothin happens, everytime i visited the service center you guys just told me it gonna start after 10day or within a week but nothing happens, Cmmon guys if you want money to start my connection then let me know I'll paid you but please start my connection its my genuine request ๐Ÿ˜žโ˜น๏ธ

        Hi,
        The bill for my house has been paid already in advance for the month of Dec 2021 . Still we received a bill for the peiod of Jan 25, 2022- April 29, 2022 for Rs.20219. The house is resided by our only 2 elder parents and the bill is absolutely unrealistic for their usual usage. To follow up for this bill at the gas office is a mental harassment and trauma for the senior citizens as the gas agency people are stating to them itโ€™s a bill for 2 years contrary to the bill received and attached herewith. Please resolve the issue so that our parents may not suffer from unnecessary stress.

          Dear sir, Water pipe damage by IGL labour at the time of IGL pipe fitting on gali road. Kindly repair water pipe as soon as possible as i am facing water problem scince 1week.               Applied for new connection on 3rd March 2022. It is about two months and i have followed at least 10 times but they just keep on lying that will get it done. some times the lock was closed then the address is wrong.

                  Dear Team

                  My name is Charu, a resident of A-3/318-319, 1st floor, Unity enclave, sector-28 Rohini, Delhi-110042. Recently, In our area, IGL has started but the executive is charging Rs.450 for changing the nozzle to everyone's house and made it mandatory, then only IGL will start coming to our premises.

                  Would really appreciate it if you let us know, why this is chargeable?Before that, we were using the IGL Connections in Rohini Sector-17, there were no charges taken by any of the IGL executives.

                  Here is the IGL representative no:, who is asking for Rs.450 before starting IGL to our house.

                  This is a serious issue to be considered.Please help on this matter on priority.

                    While i have called many times to customer care but I am not getting any resolution

                    Today also I speak with customer care executive Mr. Roshan but he has not the able to understand the issue raised by me and when I asked for Head office contact detail so that i can escalate .. he has not provided the contact details of head office or any other contact where i can escalate

                    It seems that IGL believe in only way traffic ( do listen customer) as I am following up since long thru calls/mails but all are in vain

                          Please Correct the bill.
                          You have made wrong Bill,
                          This time.
                          In the last payment, In the last bill you have already charged the additional security Deposit of INR 1000. And I have already deposited INR 1000 additional as Consumption Security Deposit. From your RK Puram office, I have already collected the Receipt of Security Deposit, and your official confirmed me that no any further Security Deposit will be charged to me .
                          Already Paid 5000 Security Deposit before Connection and Installation .
                          Again in this Bill you have changed additional consumption security Deposit of INR 500.
                          Please deduct this consumption security Deposit of INR 500.

                          I have already deposited the payment upto 1850 unit.
                          You also confirmed me that you will deduct the Late Payment Charges in the coming month bill.
                          But in this Bill you have added

                          Additional Consumption Security Deposit of INR 500.
                          You have already added the LPSC charges.
                          Please make a fresh New Bill for the same of only 78 Units used for the period so that I can be able to deposit the Actual bill ammount and not the additional Fake amount.
                          Please send the Corrected actual Bill.
                          I am attaching the earlier Bill and the Security Deposit receipt for your reference.

                                The guys from IGL were laying and creating infrastructure for gas line.Without my consent they went to my terrace and laid the pipeline on the main wall(on the wall and not on sides).Irony is there is no use of the pipeline where they have laid that pipeline.

                                My pipeline that i will be using has been properly laid on the side wall.I am not able to understand why these guys have laid the pipeline over my wall that will not be used.They have destroyed the entire wall giving me financial loss.

                                When i complained to supervisor he was very rude and said go and complaint to IGL we are on contract.

                                  I submit my form dec2021 to associates of rajender nagar sahibabad, ghaziabad, up-201005.Payment was deducted but connection was not installed.
                                  I call at office and customer care many times they always we highlight your problem and we send the team tommorow but till now nobody comes.
                                  Now its the fourth month starts payment was done please do the needful.

                                    Hi,

                                    On 23rd March I raised request for new connection. BP number is [protected].
                                    After that I am continuously following up to get the connection but no success. Every time I called the call center they give some kind of excuse but no progress. I have shared documents with 2 IGL representatives but call center is informing still they have not received documents.

                                    We are 2 senior citizens & struggling for new connection.

                                    Can you please help for this.

                                      I am Ajay who lives in Government Married Accomodation Delhi .When I came to this accommodation, IGL meter was not installed in it. From February 2022 I am trying to get gas connection of MAIL. Butt was deferred by giving different reviews each time.Finally on February 11, 2022, a gas meter was installed in my condition, but soon after I was told that this meter would have to be picked up as there was another dimeter install. I also paid separately to install the gas meter . Now I request that if possible, start my gas connection as soon as possible.
