The guys from IGL were laying and creating infrastructure for gas line.Without my consent they went to my terrace and laid the pipeline on the main wall(on the wall and not on sides).Irony is there is no use of the pipeline where they have laid that pipeline.

My pipeline that i will be using has been properly laid on the side wall.I am not able to understand why these guys have laid the pipeline over my wall that will not be used.They have destroyed the entire wall giving me financial loss.

When i complained to supervisor he was very rude and said go and complaint to IGL we are on contract.

    I submit my form dec2021 to associates of rajender nagar sahibabad, ghaziabad, up-201005.Payment was deducted but connection was not installed.
    I call at office and customer care many times they always we highlight your problem and we send the team tommorow but till now nobody comes.
    Now its the fourth month starts payment was done please do the needful.

      Hi,

      On 23rd March I raised request for new connection. BP number is [protected].
      After that I am continuously following up to get the connection but no success. Every time I called the call center they give some kind of excuse but no progress. I have shared documents with 2 IGL representatives but call center is informing still they have not received documents.

      We are 2 senior citizens & struggling for new connection.

      Can you please help for this.

        I am Ajay who lives in Government Married Accomodation Delhi .When I came to this accommodation, IGL meter was not installed in it. From February 2022 I am trying to get gas connection of MAIL. Butt was deferred by giving different reviews each time.Finally on February 11, 2022, a gas meter was installed in my condition, but soon after I was told that this meter would have to be picked up as there was another dimeter install. I also paid separately to install the gas meter . Now I request that if possible, start my gas connection as soon as possible.

          Sir IGL has dugged all the road since last one month in Muzaffarnagar and not doing the work. When contacted to Mr Piyush Chaudhary @[protected] on 6, 7, 8, 9 april he promised to complete in a day or 2 but road is in same condition and it is very difficult to work.

              I am not using this piped connection since two years. I have paid minimum amount since then, However, my last two bills are over 1000 rs. Kindly check and rectify.

                They suddenly asked for an Additional Consumption Security Deposit even when we have Deposited 5000Rs during the connection was done, this is wrong on so many levels, please look into it.

                  Hi,
                  In spite of daily follow ups since 23.03.2022 with IGL Engineer Mr. Rajesh Kumar new installation has not been done. The connection agency is not obeying IGL engineer and giving unacceptable excuses for not installing the connection. Authorities are requested to take stern action in the matter and install the connection immediately and urgently and inform me on my mobile and email address.

                    We’ve been using LPG cylinder since 20 years. Last week officials from IGL came for png pipeline connection, we insisted him that we don’t want pipeline gas but even after so many request he didn’t listen to us and he stated that this is compulsory, after all that installation the nozzle from stove was making some noise, we told him the same on the same day, but he refused to do anything and said this is how it works, it is normal. Now today, our stove produced a burning smell and within a minute our stove bursted right in front of our face. After this incident we immediately called the person from IGL who installed this mess and now he is not responding even rather than accepting his negligence, he is blaming us for his doing. His name is Sunil ([protected]).
                    I want an answer from you guys, who’s gonna pay this mess ? Just get me my stove back, i want an answer from you.

                      My BP no is[protected] I have already paid a additional security 500 in march2021 and now in March 2022 igl have applied extra 500 in this bill due to extra cunsumption in blill every year i have to pay 500 extra in name of security where I have already paid 6000 at the time of connection we have a zoint family there fore our consumption is more and what about the nuclear family please look at this matter urgently

                        My grandparents applied for new connection on 10th january' 2017. Connection number is [protected] in the name o[censored]SHA SOMANI, R/o D-14A/22, Model town - 2, Delhi. Pipeline & meter is installed but connection is not active.
                        I am calling on customer care number from 15 months but no action was taken. Then I started emailing to nodal officer since sep'21. (emails r attached). In response a person from IGL came to start the connection immediately & asked for 15000 Rs. I raised complaint for that to engineer named ABDUL QADERI mo no. [protected]. He took in conference with his senior and assured me for immediate resolution of my problem. But after that keeps me delaying in the name of diwali, IGT ban on construction, approval, labour, etc, etc.

                        Last month ABDUL gave me number of his senior BHUPINDER mo no. [protected]. Bhupinder told me that whithin 2 days connection will be done. Then same [censored] happens about approval, Holi, labour and from last week he is not picking my phone.
                        So this is very disgusting to wait for connection for 5 years, specially when this is for super senior citizens. All our neighbors have connections. Please give me reason for delay in my connection. AND I NEED CLEARIFICATION.

                          I have been paying installment for 6000 security deposit in added into bills from last 2 years.
                          Now when the installment is over, additional 500 as Consumption Security Deposit charges have been levied on to the bill. This is unfair, as consumption is same since the start of connection.
                          They are doing this unreasonable practice and we don't get any interest of having money deposited with them, unlike bses.

                            Wrong bill and threatening for png disconnection

                            We were not in our apartment since December 2019 till September 2021.
                            Before locking the apartment our meter reading was 275.000, and we clear all dues till meter reading 275.000.
                            During period of locking of apartment, IGL has taken the advance payment from us on 26/03/2020 and 11/06/2021 for INR 552.64 and INR 781.21 (attached payment history snapshot from my IGL account (PaymentHistory.JPG).). These payments are done on estimated...

                            I applied for new connection on July-2021. My payment was successful on Aug-2021. And till that date i am continuously following up for meter installation. After so many complaints and 5 months later in Jan-2022, finally my meter installation was done but the gas line is not connected to main underground line.
                            A new struggle and new series of complaints begin but IGL has no positive action till date. Request you to help in resolving the same and get my gas line functional as soon as possible.

                              I applied for a new domestic PNG connection in december2021. I have submitted security deposited and all property papers in December 2021, and the amount of rupees 7000 has been deducted from my bank.
                              The time limit for new gas connection is stated as 2.5 months, but it's soon going to be more than 3 months. Even after repeated complaints to IGL helpline, I have not received any resolution from the IGL authority.
                              I appeal to the authority to please complete install my connection ASAP.

                                I requested for a new connection at address
                                WZ 97 ground floor ram garh colony gali number 14

                                Setup was done around 1 month ago
                                But underground connection is still pending
                                Have raised multiple complaint but it is not resolved.

                                On calling igl help line, they provide numbers which do not pick the call or just say we don't do it.

                                Please resolve the problem as soon as possible

                                  This is to inform you that the settlement of amount had been done from our side for total disconnection of ths connection after paying dues at mediation center Qutab enclave after your notice on 15 dec 2021 to present on that date and clear the dues and made the settlement after paying dues.. now after 3 months I am getting the messages in my mobile inbox and meter reader to cum on my premesis again and again to pay the due amount how come I can pay the due amount if I had already made the settlement at the government office in the presence of at least four to five officers of IGL as governed by the mediation centre at Qutab enclave ..Now as of now I am thinking that those people who take the money are genuine are they from the government or the bluffed ..in my next mail I am attaching the proof of mediation centre settlement so please wait for my next mail thank you very much

                                    The company is raising monthly domestic gas consumption bill on adhoc basis. It does not mention the initial and final reading of the meter in the invoice. Several request has been sent through their whatsapp number but no response has been given.
