      I request many times over phone my complaint but till time I have no any relief. I want to shift my IGL Meter because this is just on my Gas chulha, and most dangerous for my family. Please shift the IGL meter.

        Sir, I live in Bhagat Colony, Gali No 4, house no 69, Sant nagar Burari Delhi. In our area your company has recently finished IGL pipeline fitting work. At our above address work is not completed in a proper manner. Your company workers did not finished the work and it has been pending for the last 8 month. Many telephonically complaint to area manager, Inspector and contractor have been made during this time period but all in vain. All your staff behaviour is also not cooperative. I am requesting you kindly look into the matter and sort out the problem as soon as possible.

          I am having igl connection in my flat c222 gaur cascade rajnagar extn ghaziabad. I am not using the gas since last 2 yrs during Corona
          Igl is issuing bill and leaving penalty and not clarifying. I have called so many times, either they are not picking call or not clarifying.

          I am having igl connection in my flat c222 gaur cascade rajnagar extn ghaziabad. I am not using the gas since last 2 years during Corona but they are issuing bill. I have contacted so many times but either they are not picking the calls or not clarifying
          If you are not using the Gas connection call them for temporarily disconnection. IGL people will visit and block the gas pipe line. After that you will not get any bill. You can get the connection restored any day .

          I have also done in my home as I was out of station for 6 months

            This e-mail is to inform you that on 1st June, I paid 7000 each for 2 different premises and till date there is no update in reference to when it begin.

            I have a senior citizen at home and looking at the current circumstances, I need the same to be taken care of ASAP

              Address: 56/1, B Block, Pochanpur Extn. Sector - 23, Dwarka

              There were 3 connections installed into our house. where the first floor invoice we received with the correct details after approximately two months but the ground and first floor invoices were not sent. after repeated inquiry and taking more than 4 months followup IGL informed that the other two meter installed are into some one else name.
              Have been in contact with IGL through customer care they make the same excuse and ask for documents and NOC from the person the meter is installed.
              While this is a pure Negligence of IGL at their end that they did not cross verify their meter allotment before installing at our two floors.
              Electricity invoices for the latest month also provided for cross check their records.
              This is unnecessary wasting our time and causing mental stress while IGL can solve the issue simply visiting the place and reverify the records.

              Dear IGL please look into this to resolve the issue with no delay.

                        I am having domestic IGL gas connection having B.P. No:[protected]. My residence address is, , ,
                        SE-128, Shastrinagar, E-Block, Ghaziabad-201002, UP

                        Direction of vale provided in my Kitchen needs to be changed by fixing a 90 degree bend. System can be isolated by closing Battery Valves provided in measuring system out side Kitchen.
                        Hose provided is also very old & already expired Needs to be replaced urgently.
                        I will pay for all services & material.

                                I have called many times for new GAS connection in our local office but there is no responce till date and talk like rudely.

                                kindly take action and supply and install new connection in our house.

                                  I had applied for a gas connection by depositing money in your company, dated 28 10 2021. Whose BP number is [protected] but the gas connection was not installed, after that I complained on 08.01.2022, with service request no [protected] after that the team came and went away after installing the meter. Even today my gas has not been turned on yet and I have to complain on 17.01.2022 with service request no. [protected]. Tell me first so do you guys give connections to the customer to harass, the worst experience I have ever had is with you and I want that No one should buy your connection because there is no service of yours at this time, whenever you call customer care, the answer comes that your connection will be operational within 90 days and your service will be done when you raise complaint. it will be done in 3 days, but the connection is not being started, I will tell all the citizens of the whole India that no one should buy IGL gas connection.

                                    Dear Team,

                                    There is some relocation charges in my billing of Oct-Nov'21 for which i have called several times to customer care but my issue not get resolved..
                                    Initially when meter was supposed to install i have told the concern person to Install the meter at one place which was very easy to install but i have forcefully told that this can't be installed there and placed the meter in my kitchen itself which obviously captured my considerable space while later within week in all my surrounding flats meter was installed at same place which was suggested by me and I was forcefully told that same can't be done ... so why these double standard at same place ... now i have again requested to place meter at same place which was earlier suggested by me which also cost me extra in other expenses and a relocation charge also charged approx. 1150/- in my bill which i am not able to pay which i have already called & told to customer care
                                    So requested for reversal/waiver for that extra relocation amount charged so I can make my balance payment and settle the account ...for which i have called many times for settlement ...
