Despite sending email query and calling multiple times, there is no response to query. Worst customer care I have seen till now. IGL is only concerned about sending sms/email to get the payment, it does not care to respond to customer query. Taking advantage of it's power. It knows gas is must for customer, so even if it does not respond, where will customer go ? So it takes customer for granted and makes fool of customer by providing support email but not responding

    Dear Sir / Ma'am

    I i B.P No. [protected] have applied my IGL connection on8 february 2022 Meter has been installed on my premises from last 1 month. No connection has been made from ground level. I am doing follow-up with IGL team but no satisfactory response received till date. I am facing lots of problem because of no response from IGL team. I want that please take appropriate action on urgent basis.

      BP no. [protected]. I had contacted IGL in Aug, 2020 for disconnection of IGL pipeline from my house, a customer care executive told me that I should get temporary disconnection but did not informed me about any charges related to that. IGL did temporary disconnection and charged me for removing pipeline. Now I have asked them for permanent disconnection and to my surprise, they have slammed a bill of Rs 1298/- to me. I am writing emails to them but no reply, when I called today to customer care then firstly the call got disconnected after IVR menu and when it got connected to someone, he disconnected my call without a proper solution. Are we Indians are supposed to pay for "no service" when we have paid security deposit to a company so that they can just walk away with our money? This bill of Rs. 1298/- is not justified at all and should be revoked and my security deposit should be refunded to me immediately

        I have a IGL connection for last year, but few month ago Meter Reading not propely check like month wise i will pay the bill for month wise but next bill generated is too high amount. this month bill generated is 6513 for date on 18.02.2022. last bill to pay 1493 this month is amount is too high.

                Sir, I live in Bhagat Colony, Gali No 4, house no 69, Sant nagar Burari Delhi. In our area your company has recently finished IGL pipeline fitting work. At our above address work is not completed in a proper manner. Your company workers did not finished the work and it has been pending for the last 8 month. Many telephonically complaint to area manager, Inspector and contractor have been made during this time period but all in vain. All your staff behaviour is also not cooperative. I am requesting you kindly look into the matter and sort out the problem as soon as possible.

                  I am having igl connection in my flat c222 gaur cascade rajnagar extn ghaziabad. I am not using the gas since last 2 yrs during Corona
                  Igl is issuing bill and leaving penalty and not clarifying. I have called so many times, either they are not picking call or not clarifying.

                  I am having igl connection in my flat c222 gaur cascade rajnagar extn ghaziabad. I am not using the gas since last 2 years during Corona but they are issuing bill. I have contacted so many times but either they are not picking the calls or not clarifying
                  If you are not using the Gas connection call them for temporarily disconnection. IGL people will visit and block the gas pipe line. After that you will not get any bill. You can get the connection restored any day .

                  I have also done in my home as I was out of station for 6 months

                      Address: 56/1, B Block, Pochanpur Extn. Sector - 23, Dwarka

                      There were 3 connections installed into our house. where the first floor invoice we received with the correct details after approximately two months but the ground and first floor invoices were not sent. after repeated inquiry and taking more than 4 months followup IGL informed that the other two meter installed are into some one else name.
                      Have been in contact with IGL through customer care they make the same excuse and ask for documents and NOC from the person the meter is installed.
                      While this is a pure Negligence of IGL at their end that they did not cross verify their meter allotment before installing at our two floors.
                      Electricity invoices for the latest month also provided for cross check their records.
                      This is unnecessary wasting our time and causing mental stress while IGL can solve the issue simply visiting the place and reverify the records.

                      Dear IGL please look into this to resolve the issue with no delay.

                                I am having domestic IGL gas connection having B.P. No:[protected]. My residence address is, , ,
                                SE-128, Shastrinagar, E-Block, Ghaziabad-201002, UP

                                Direction of vale provided in my Kitchen needs to be changed by fixing a 90 degree bend. System can be isolated by closing Battery Valves provided in measuring system out side Kitchen.
                                Hose provided is also very old & already expired Needs to be replaced urgently.
                                I will pay for all services & material.
