    In the month of March 2022, few IGL people came into my street no 16 balbir nagar behind tent wala school near geeta niketan mandir to insert the gas pipeline as my neighbour requested for that, they broken the road ramp but neither they removed the dump like stones nor they constructed it again. I have complained in North East MCD as well via email but not received any response. We have asked the neighbours to complain from their end but they even don't care.

    the things are getting worsed, as the street is very narrow even less than 6ft. Water came out of house got stuck into road broken pieces...which gives birth of mosquitoes and insects...there is no space to even the park the scooty now. please help and forward the complaint to relevant organization who can look into this as soon as possible.

      I applied for gas line on 6th June When a demand of ₹ 15.14 paise came from Indraprastha RK Puram office, I deposited it on June 11, but even after that, my gas connection is not being done till date and different types of excuses are being made again and again.2022..

        I am residence of K-2, Block, Mahipalpur, New Delhi -110037. In 2019 our colony is installed IGL pipe lines. I also applied for IGL gas connection. Pipes and meter were also installed under my application. The connection is not started yet.

          My name is Upasana Dwivedi, resident of Tower J Flat no 77 14th Avenue Gaur City 2 Noida Extension. I have applied for a new connection on 20th of May 2022 and given a cheque of Rs. 1000/- for security deposit which was encashed on 10th June 2022. I contacted the person who came to collect the documents to inquire about the connection status to which he said that IGL people are working in other towers of the society. Please go and contact them. I connected with the customer care and the service request no [protected] was raised on 20th June and I was assured that it will be done within 5 days and on 26th I got a message that the request is closed and there has been no resolution to my query. Today when I called customer care, Mr. Aditya said that it will take another 90 days to get the connection installed.
          Please look into the case and resolve the query and get the connection installed and provide me a time frame for the same.

            I applied for new PNG connection registered with mobile number [protected] around 4.5 months ago. But Gas supply is not started yet. They have maximum timeline of 3 months for a new connection. I have called their customer care many times, But no use.

            Kindly look into this and get me new connection started ASAP.

              Respected sir/ma'am

              This complaint is in regards with my IGL connection containing number [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] in the name of Anju Mehta. House address where these connections have been allotted is "416/1 Jangpura Lane New Delhi 110014."
              I have applied for IGL connection in the month of January 2022. IGL claims to install gas pipeline in 90 days. today is 24th of June and its been almost 7 months i.e 200+ days now. only the pipes are installed and a pit outside my house is digged which is my main concern. The officials dug the whole road about 2-3 weeks ago and it is pending until now. No valid response is served by the concerned engineer named Aakash (M no. [protected]) and he only misbehaves and disconnect the call on my face. Now he is not picking up my call and the person who was supposed to dig and install IGL pipes and cover that pit is also not responding. I don't know his name but his contact number is [protected].
              I also contacted the customer care number in which they affirmed me to resolve this issue within 3 days, pertaining complaint no. [protected] and the name of the concerned person is Roshan.
              Monsoon season is about to begin and that pit can cause serious injuries to pedestrians and children.
              It is pertinent to mention that out of 4 Connection numbers, only 1 meter is installed and rest all work is pending.
              Its total negligence on the part of IGL and its officials. If any damage is caused due to their negligence to any person or property, only IGL is to be held liable.
              Its my humble request to please see to this matter and resolve the issues as soon as possible.

                Hi,
                This is regarding my igl connection with BP no- [protected]. This is to inform you that we are suffering from your services. From past few month your staff are not capturing proper reading and next month they combine both reading and make bill which is no possible to pay at one time.
                Last month i have used around 3800 units but they sent me bill of 14 units, when I received my bill on my mail i’d i tried to reach your manager in north delhi(110039) Mr. Piyush Kapoor but hardly he picks any call after calling him 20-30 times he picked called and told me that my updated bill will be sent shorty but its been 13 days since i am complaining for Updated bill but i haven’t received any updated bill yet. This month is going to end and my next bill will also get generated and it won’t be possible for me to pay such huge amount at one shot.
                I also want to register complaint against mr piyush kapoor (delhi north), Ravi Thakur (billing delhi north) for harassing me and for not giving me proper guidance. My time and my mental peace is also get effected due to this.
                I hope you will take action against both of them otherwise last option will be to go to consumer court .

                  Mr. Satish & Team (supervisors of west zone) are not helping me from last 3 months they send some of your vendors for connection on demand that if we pay them money like 3k-7k then they will provide the services or they will not

                  today in the afternoon Mr. Anil one of your employee came to us but then he said that we are not giving them money as per there demand they said

                  Team IGL I request you please look into this matter as it's quite difficult for us to manage now

                    I get only meter and pipe fitting in my home against my application dates 14.12.19. customer care (Complaint No-[protected] dated 18 June 2022. Request to the my line to main line beneath my building and start supply to my house and oblige.

                      I pad for my Domestic PNG Connection on 6-Oct-2021, got the meter installed in Dec-2021, but the connection has not been done for the Gas supply yet. Even after multiple complains to the portal and the Customer service forum, my connection has not been done yet. Please Help.

                        After being fed up with local authorities like Mr. Sidhant and Suneel Yada, I am forced to write to you.
                        I would like to bring the following facts into your notice.
                        1- 20th April to 30th April, I kept on talking to customer care to depute someone, once someone asked me to apply on line also even that has been done. Someone asked me to keep cheques and documents ready even that has been done on 5th May but nobody collected, then on 12th May I got a call from Sumit Yadav to share documents on whatsapp and pay money on line which has been done.
                        Its has been two months when I am pursuing for new connection and On my request one week before a person from your company visited for site inspection on 14th June and assured connection next day.
                        2- I spoke to sumit, he said now installation is not in his hand.
                        3- i got a cell no of Mr Sidhanta from our society but even he is not bothered and said there is a shortage of material. I stay in JMD Gardens where from my balcony the pipe line is already there they have just put meter and start. I have started this 60 days back to shift in the new house with IGL connection as we don’t have any LPG cylinders as I am staying in the same society JMD Gardens and using IGL connection for last 1 year.
                        This is how your company treat customers. The behaviour of Sidhant is also not good rather he is not willing to help customer. If you check online application you will find application which has not been processed at your of 20th April.
                        I wanted this connection before renovation but even this is over.
                        Kindly help amd get the connection installed. I am in JMD Gardens where the connections are already there and I dont think there will be any issue of connection.

                        I would request you to help me so that I can properly shift and don't go back to LPG cylinder. Now I am left with only one option except to write to all of you.

                        IGL intentionally collect the connection charges and then enjoy. There employees are very rude. I wanted their help but nobody wanted to help customer. 20 days they took to take request for new connection thereafter after taking payment of connection charges they are not willing to give the connection

                          This is regarding BP [protected] of Ajay Bhardwaj. The flat has been vacant for a year still we are getting bills. I compained on IG: Whatsapp. on [protected] and 904 and sent them the picture of meter on 7 and 15 May 2022 and 9 Febraury but there has been no action so far. The meter reading remains the same for a year 01375574, the last three digits in red. Please resolve this asap.

                              It is requested that such power fluctuations be eliminated by NDPL.

                                    Kindly refer to BP No [protected].I am 74 years old senior citizen & retired senior Army Officer .I had got the above connection deactivated in 2012 on my own request since I shifted out of Greater Noida .I wish to get it activated again.
                                    I am told that rupees 3000/- shall be charged as penalty for reactivation which is exorbitant. May i request you to look into the matter & reactivate the connection without penalty.

                                        We have applied for our connection in 2019, with IGL Registration No.[protected]. Every time IGL people are giving us different different number to contact related to our connection.
                                        Last Jan 2022 they came and fixed the meter. And till today nothing is happening.
                                        Same thing everybody saying eve if today i.e. 14th Jue 2022 I am giving you one number contact him.

                                        During the agreement the marketing person said give the full payment we will connect it within 3/4 months.
                                        Since then IGL is earning interest against our full payment.
                                        But still today nothing is happening.
                                        Our consumer number is [protected].
                                        Kindly look into this matter asap because rainy season is coming and again IGL vedors will say Delhi Govt will not allow for digging.
