I had contacted the consumer care number for gas pipeline connection . A worker came from there and he took important documents essential for connection from me on 23 March 2022 . After some time a worker named as Ashish came and he badly behaved with me . I complaint about him to company . After that after many calls they sent another worker but he called Mr Ashish again and he refused to do connection . After that they are not responding .

I had contacted with igl company again and they sended a worker named Ashish again and they always say that they will come in few days for connection. It's being 20 days they had done with connection outside but they are not doing connection at home.

      I had applied for gas connection in July 2021 and paid rs7000 in cash for the same. But there was no action afterwards. No one came to install the gas connection. I had called the customer helpline several time but no relevant response was there. It's been almost a year no action is taken to install the connection. Such poor service

        हिमायूं पूर गांव, सफदरजंग एन्कलेव, नई दिल्ली में एन.सी.सी. पार्क के सामने मकान न. 113, 114, 115, 116, 117 व अन्य के आगे पी.एन.जी. की नई पाईप लाईन डाली गई है। लाईन बिछाने के कई महीने बाद भी खोदी गई सड़क को ठेकेदार द्वारा ठीक नहीं किया गया है। इस संबंध में ज्ञात हो कि बारिश का मौसम आने वाला है, जिसकी वजह से बारिश का पानी ठेकेदार द्वारा खोदी गई ट्रेंच के माध्यम से सभी मकानों की नींव में जाएगा, जिसके कारण कोई भी बड़ा हादसा हो सकता है, मकान गिर सकते हैं, जिसकी सारी जिम्मेदारी IGL के ऊपर ही आएगी।

        2) अत: महोदय से निवेदन है कि जिस ठेकेदार ने यह काम किया है, उसको निर्देश जारी किया जाए कि जल्द से जल्द उस सड़क को पहले जैसा बनाये, जिससे कि संभावित दुर्घटना को होने से रोका जा सके।
        आशा है आप इस विषय में जल्द ही ठेकेदार को निर्देश जारी करेंगे।

        Service Road between House no. 37/3 and 37/6, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi was dug for laying gas pipeline during 17/7/2022 to 21/7/2022. Even after 1 week the Service Road has not been repaired. As a result of the rains, the road has gone down causing danger and inconvenience to the Residents of the locality. Appeal to IGL yo repair and restore the road as early as possible before any damage is caused to humans or vehicle.

          IGL is looting people, they misbehave with the people, if someone complaints, they are thief, they just try to keep on making money without even doing any work.

              Address: Block B-3/67, Sector - 17, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110078

              The road in B-3 block, Sector-17, Dwarka, Delhi was dug up for laying of new png pipe line by trenchless system around 3 months back but the same has not been repaired till date. The road is badly damaged and the pits are lying open which are posing a great danger to the vehicles as well as pedestrians. Today i.e. on 23.05.2022 (Monday) after a heavy spell of rain, my car got stuck in the open pits in the parking area and cannot be moved from its position. It is damaged from many sides. I have requested the contractor executing this work as well as Mr. Arun Yadav, Project Manager but no response has been received from them till date. As such it is requested to repair the road/pits immediately to avoid any major mishappening. Plz note that in case of any accident, the IGL will be wholly responsible for it.
              Hoping for an immediate action on the matter.

                          The IGL company was working in front of our house and they damaged our sewer line which caused a high water leakage in road, The water is causing the high risk of accidents and mosquitoes breeding. The water is also damaging our basement area. Please get this fixed asap we are suffering from it.

                            We were contacted by IGL to install pipeline and they installed meter. Now after almost two years they are saying they won't be able to supply us PNG as connection cannot be started. I have following issues then:

                            1. If it was not possible then why did they install meter and pipeline that is taking too much space.
                            2. If I remove pipeline on my own will have to incur charges and damages to property.

                            I complaint to them on Twitter and they sent someone for inspection but even that process has stopped and they are not responding.

                            I want a fair compensation from them now to take off that pipeline or pay rent for the pipeline installed in my home along with the mental disturbances caused.
                            As a result of the pipeline had to install RO water purifier near washroom.

                              Hey guys please start my connection of BP No. [protected] its my request 😌, I visited Igl service centre so many times, i have been complaining on igl centres from last 2years but nothing happens, you all guys just give excuses, you already started all my neighbours connections they have been using the gas service from last 2years did you guys hates me, please start my connection, First time you told me that your connection will start after diwali(2020) but nothings happens then you says it gonna start after holi(2021) but nothings happen, then you say we will start your connection after diwali(2021) but nothing happens, now you say it gonna start after holi(2022) but as always nothin happens, everytime i visited the service center you guys just told me it gonna start after 10day or within a week but nothing happens, Cmmon guys if you want money to start my connection then let me know I'll paid you but please start my connection its my genuine request 😞☹️

                                  Hi,
                                  The bill for my house has been paid already in advance for the month of Dec 2021 . Still we received a bill for the peiod of Jan 25, 2022- April 29, 2022 for Rs.20219. The house is resided by our only 2 elder parents and the bill is absolutely unrealistic for their usual usage. To follow up for this bill at the gas office is a mental harassment and trauma for the senior citizens as the gas agency people are stating to them it’s a bill for 2 years contrary to the bill received and attached herewith. Please resolve the issue so that our parents may not suffer from unnecessary stress.

                                        Applied for new connection on 3rd March 2022. It is about two months and i have followed at least 10 times but they just keep on lying that will get it done. some times the lock was closed then the address is wrong.
