I had applied for a gas connection by depositing money in your company, dated 28 10 2021. Whose BP number is [protected] but the gas connection was not installed, after that I complained on 08.01.2022, with service request no [protected] after that the team came and went away after installing the meter. Even today my gas has not been turned on yet and I have to complain on 17.01.2022 with service request no. [protected]. Tell me first so do you guys give connections to the customer to harass, the worst experience I have ever had is with you and I want that No one should buy your connection because there is no service of yours at this time, whenever you call customer care, the answer comes that your connection will be operational within 90 days and your service will be done when you raise complaint. it will be done in 3 days, but the connection is not being started, I will tell all the citizens of the whole India that no one should buy IGL gas connection.
Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

The Bill should be of approximately INR 1800/-.

Please support by Correcting the IGL Bill after deducting the so called additional security money and support us. So that we can deposit the original amount of bill.
