    I am having domestic IGL gas connection having B.P. No:[protected]. My residence address is, , ,
    SE-128, Shastrinagar, E-Block, Ghaziabad-201002, UP

    Direction of vale provided in my Kitchen needs to be changed by fixing a 90 degree bend. System can be isolated by closing Battery Valves provided in measuring system out side Kitchen.
    Hose provided is also very old & already expired Needs to be replaced urgently.
    I will pay for all services & material.

      Our indraprastha gas connection was done since more than one year. But gas supply is not started/ initiated till now, despite several requests and reminders.           I got a call from IGL staff and i was confirming something regarding documents but instead of confirming my problem she stated that are you sending document or not again said are you sending or not. So i think that her behaviour should be good i think that this problem will solve ASAP

            I have called many times for new GAS connection in our local office but there is no responce till date and talk like rudely.

            kindly take action and supply and install new connection in our house.

              I had applied for a gas connection by depositing money in your company, dated 28 10 2021. Whose BP number is [protected] but the gas connection was not installed, after that I complained on 08.01.2022, with service request no [protected] after that the team came and went away after installing the meter. Even today my gas has not been turned on yet and I have to complain on 17.01.2022 with service request no. [protected]. Tell me first so do you guys give connections to the customer to harass, the worst experience I have ever had is with you and I want that No one should buy your connection because there is no service of yours at this time, whenever you call customer care, the answer comes that your connection will be operational within 90 days and your service will be done when you raise complaint. it will be done in 3 days, but the connection is not being started, I will tell all the citizens of the whole India that no one should buy IGL gas connection.

                Dear Team,

                There is some relocation charges in my billing of Oct-Nov'21 for which i have called several times to customer care but my issue not get resolved..
                Initially when meter was supposed to install i have told the concern person to Install the meter at one place which was very easy to install but i have forcefully told that this can't be installed there and placed the meter in my kitchen itself which obviously captured my considerable space while later within week in all my surrounding flats meter was installed at same place which was suggested by me and I was forcefully told that same can't be done ... so why these double standard at same place ... now i have again requested to place meter at same place which was earlier suggested by me which also cost me extra in other expenses and a relocation charge also charged approx. 1150/- in my bill which i am not able to pay which i have already called & told to customer care
                So requested for reversal/waiver for that extra relocation amount charged so I can make my balance payment and settle the account ...for which i have called many times for settlement ...

                  Please correct the Bill because.
                  The Bill should be of approximately INR 1800/-.
                  You have added INR 1055/- as additional security deposit.
                  We have already deposited the security for connnection.
                  Why you added extra security money.
                  In this COVID Time many people in Delhi is living in difficult situations.
                  Please deduct the additional security of INR 1055/-
                  I shall deposit the Bill amount immediately.
                  One lady with phone number: ‪+[protected]‬ has threatened us to disconnect the connection.
                  Please support by Correcting the IGL Bill after deducting the so called additional security money and support us. So that we can deposit the original amount of bill.

                  You have not yet resolved the issue till today. The last bill of July 2021 was having the unit reading upto 1798 for that I have already paid Approximately INR 2782/- because from July 2021 onwards upto November 2021, we were not available in Delhi house, so the reading is of 52 Units in the November December 2021 reading.
                  For the reading upto 2850 unit . That is for total unit of 52 how you have sent the bill of INR 2808/- . Is there any calcucation or logic which can justify 2808/- o[censored]nit 52 only. And I have complained for at least 6 times .
                  You are always sending me the SMS of the bill amount that is of INR 2808/- without any security money. Because we have already paid the requisite Security money at the time of taking the Connection.
                  Now is the COVID 19 pandemic which broke us.
                  We are under financial stress due to COVID-19 pandemic Situation. You are requested to kindly Correct the above bill for approximately INR 1700/-
                  Please recorrect with actual bill and resolve the issue immediately so that we can deposit the Bill amount immediately.

                    Wrong Bill, Wrong meter no. on BF, Fake bills and harassment

                    I am suffering from this problem for more than a year. My meter No. on BP [protected], is incorrect in IGL records. They have been sending me Bills without meter reading, and now the amount is as high as Rs 2000+.

                          I had raised for gas connection in the month of July, payment was confirmed during that month.

                          Anyone people not came for connection to Till date, however they were always connect with call for asking any connection in your building. then i have told not any connection in our building, so they told me technician will be visit and do make a connection before installation meter but not anyone came and since then never came.

                          I have raised this issue more than 20 times to IGL customer care they are just saying that technician will come but it's being more than 6 months no one from technician contacted me.

                          today[protected] got the mail from IGL Feasibility Check Failed

                          how it is possible without any physical visit feasibility can failed.

                            Yesterday a man from IGL came to our house as we have applied for new connection but because of certain reasons we were not able to make it and we refused to it after that he got mad at my mom and misbehaved with her
                            So I want to take care about it and you should enquire it as soon as possible because I am not taking this ## anymore you take action or I will by my way I am a practicing lawyer I High Court of Delhi I am going to sue that person

                              Today the connection of IGL has been fitted in my side building but the pit was dig in front of my house and the pit was left opened and the water has been filled in the pit. I asked the employees of IGL to filled the pit but the employees refuse to do the same straight away..

                                  I have received an exorbitant IGL bill in the month of Jan. I am currently out of station since last one year and have not been using gas since the. I have paid the charges every month around Rs.140. Why is this exorbitant bill this time coming from IGL tis time. I have attached all the required documents.                                     Hi Team, I have applied for IGL Gas pipeline connection for my household and also paid the full amount 4 months back. However even after constantly follow ups I didn't get any proper revert from any of your executive and everyone is trying to transfer their responsibility to another person and shared a mutiple no's With me and ask me to connect with this person everytime which is of no use as they always said we will do this by next week and the same sentence I have had by everyone since November. I am literally frsuated now since I paid my full amount then why I am facing this issue. Your executive don't even a addicates how to talk to their customers they are always like " jao jisse baat krne h krlo upper level pr muje ni pta".

                                    Please let me know until when this can be resolved or else I will raise this escalation to ombudsman.

                                      I have got a new IGL connection on 13th October and I received a bill of 6th December for 39 days which has consumption unit mentioned as 41, 82 units.
                                      No one from IGL has ever visited my premises and no one has taken reading from me via WhatsApp or call. So, this is a clear case of fraud where IGL is charging double the amount which I had consumed at that time.
                                      Now, when I had called their customer care they are rudely saying the bill is correct and I will have to pay.
                                      I have raised a ticket via their app and they have closed my complaint without resolution.
                                      This connection is in my Wife's name ( mentioning here because they shouldn't say this not a valid complaint.)
