I have done the security amount payment since more than 6 month but still supply has not been started in our apartment, As we could hear always false statement from IGL representative Supply will be started in next 5 days similarly 6 month is over now but no update from IGL team....

Unreasonable bill

BP No. [protected]
We moved to a new house and got a new IGL connection. Previously we used to pay 500-550 for 2 months. This time the bill was for 2000 rupees that is only for 1 month and 23 days. Even if the price has increased, it doesn't make any sense that we have to pay 4 times of what we used to pay before. This is ridiculous. The customer care executive didn't even address my concern he just told me that I've been charged for...

PNG bill against BP No 4000494864

This is with reference to PNG bill against BP No [protected]. As per my duty nature I am not using PNG since many months, which can be verified by the readings. Still I am getting bills on regular intervals. Kindly look in to it and correct the bills. Accordingly the bills be adjusted.

No Gas Connection

We applied for new gas connection in August 2021 (IGL gas pipeline), and even after 4 months connection has not installed, whenever we reach out to the IGL team they make false commitment of getting it installed in next couple of days which never happens. It's been a month we stuck in this viscous circle with no help from anywhere...

Never came installation IGL connection at home

IGL meter is too fast.

Not starting new connection .

My House WZ-1090, Basai Dara Pur, New Delhi installation IGL connection two year ago. IGL having BP No.[protected]. Regrettably, till date my connection has not yet started in-spite 90 days TAT. My nearby street and house already IGL connection starting last 90 days.

I have made more than 50 calls to customer care till date and complaint(three times) already through customer login but very poor responses from the same. IGL team...

No cooking PNG connection installed

We have deposted Rs. 6000/- on dated 26.2.2021 for full pyament for insalling a new connection of ccoking gas at 63, Paschim Vihar extn. new delhi -3 but no conection was insalled, however only meter was installed 2-3 month ago. Delay in New Installation

Hello, Paid the security deposit on 15.11.2021, got my
BP number [protected] and yet despite contacting 3 different IGL personnel, no one has come forth to install the necessary equipment.
In fact, each person keeps providing the phone number of another to contact.
What sort of an operation is this? Very discourteous of IGL making the customers go around even when the process has been made online....

PNG line not to be taken from my residential flat

Please note that I am the owner of Flat no. 2/60, First Floor, Roop Nagar, Delhi - 110 007. Regarding pending connection of gas pipeline

We have got gas pipe and meter installed at our residence 2 and half years back but not getting connected by underground gas pipeline.
We complained several times at various levels but all in vain.
Please do something otherwise take your meter and pipes back....
