Hi Team, I have applied for IGL Gas pipeline connection for my household and also paid the full amount 4 months back. However even after constantly follow ups I didn't get any proper revert from any of your executive and everyone is trying to transfer their responsibility to another person and shared a mutiple no's With me and ask me to connect with this person everytime which is of no use as they always said we will do this by next week and the same sentence I have had by everyone since November. I am literally frsuated now since I paid my full amount then why I am facing this issue. Your executive don't even a addicates how to talk to their customers they are always like " jao jisse baat krne h krlo upper level pr muje ni pta".
Please let me know until when this can be resolved or else I will raise this escalation to ombudsman.
