This is regarding the disruption in gas service happening in my home town area Bareilly gopal nagar near Tiwari general Store.
From last two years, continuously at the time of breakfast and dinner gas service gets stopped in my area. We have to send our children to school and family to office but they all are going without lunch.

Gas is a basic requirement, unavailability of same causing serious disruption in our life.

Please help us to resolve this issue

    I received a wrong Bill of November 2021. This Bill is bearing INR 1100/- more.
    Please correct the Bill.
    The Bill is of 1755/- in stead of Approximately 700/-
    Please correct the Bill of November, 2021 and December 2021.
    Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Please correct the Bill because.
    The Bill should be of approximately INR 1800/-.
    You have added INR 1055/- as additional security deposit.
    We have already deposited the security for connnection.
    Why you added extra security money.
    In this COVID Time many people in Delhi is living in difficult situations.
    Please deduct the additional security of INR 1055/-
    I shall deposit the Bill amount immediately.
    One lady with phone number: ‪+[protected]‬ has threatened us to disconnect the connection.
    Please support by Correcting the IGL Bill after deducting the so called additional security money and support us. So that we can deposit the original amount of bill.
    Please support us, and requested to not disconnected the IGL supply and Connection.

        I applied for New IGL connection long time ago. My BP no is [protected]. I have been following for the connection from last 3-4 months but no one has visited my home for connection. I call IGL customer care every week from last 2 months to register complain and they promise connection will be done in 4-5 days but connection is still pending. I also tried calling Gurgaon IGL control room but show a careless attitude and always respond by saying they cant help me.

        There is no standard process or escalation matrix to file the complain.

        I am getting this mental trauma each and everyday now. Request you please help me .

            My BP no. is [protected]. There is no gas meter installed in my flat only pipeline has been installed by IGL. When I reached IGL to install meter and activate my gas connection they told me that as per their records meter is showing installed since 2018. But I have taken possession of my flat in October 2021 and I am the first owner of this flat. In 2018 it was a raw unit and nobody was living there so how meter got installed in IGL records. I am calling IGL daily to provide me resolution and install meter but they are not taking any concrete action and just ignoring my complaint. Please contact me and install meter asap otherwise I will log complaint on PMO portal and take legal action against IGL

              Request was lodged on 17.12.2021 for disconnection of Gas supply to Qtr No.18, Type-III, Sector 1 Market, R K Puram as I have to handover the premises. As on date, no action seems to have been taken. Kindly do me favour by getting the gas supply disconnected today positively. The Business Partner No. is "[protected]" in the name of Hira Lal Razdan. Another request lodged today with customer care service.

                I got IGL pipeline connection two years ago, but have not got a gas supply yet. The reason given is that the connection is not linked to TF. Despite filing complaints several times at customer care, no concrete step has been taken so far. With no gas supply available, we have to refill the cylinder which costs us dearly.

                I request you to take the matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible.

                  My new gas pipe line fitting done on October 2020 meter number RAR[protected] and another number [protected]. Your contractor left hanging 23 inches above the height where the meter is installed and the distance from the gas stove about 50 inches. They went with a promise that they will come and fix it, but till now no action has been taken. Does no one come to do inspection from IPGL side please solve my problem.

                    It has been observed that our bill amount is coming too high when it is compared with daily usage.

                    I request for a visit to check the leakage or any other issue which is causing this abnormal bill.Earlier also this concern was raised but no response was given from your side.

                      I have done the security amount payment since more than 6 month but still supply has not been started in our apartment, As we could hear always false statement from IGL representative Supply will be started in next 5 days similarly 6 month is over now but no update from IGL team.

                        We moved to a new house and got a new IGL connection. Previously we used to pay 500-550 for 2 months. This time the bill was for 2000 rupees that is only for 1 month and 23 days. Even if the price has increased, it doesn't make any sense that we have to pay 4 times of what we used to pay before. This is ridiculous. The customer care executive didn't even address my concern he just told me that I've been charged for what I consumed and how I can suddenly start consuming 4 times of what I used and that too with the same number of people in the house. I'm really concerned about this and I have no idea what to do.

                          This is with reference to PNG bill against BP No [protected]. As per my duty nature I am not using PNG since many months, which can be verified by the readings. Still I am getting bills on regular intervals. Kindly look in to it and correct the bills. Accordingly the bills be adjusted.

                            We applied for new gas connection in August 2021 (IGL gas pipeline), and even after 4 months connection has not installed, whenever we reach out to the IGL team they make false commitment of getting it installed in next couple of days which never happens. It's been a month we stuck in this viscous circle with no help from anywhere

                              I m very dissappointed with ur service..u working labour who r installation the connection at home ..they came from last 10 days and says today we did connection but naver came back.. yesterday thy came and said we came tomorrow and connect..but till know naver came..in my house lane mine is last connection but thy naver joint the igl pipe line connection..I m fed up from all this ..we r working and our office not give me leave every day..for all this.. connect my igl pipe line connection..or leave it

                                My House WZ-1090, Basai Dara Pur, New Delhi installation IGL connection two year ago. IGL having BP No.[protected]. Regrettably, till date my connection has not yet started in-spite 90 days TAT. My nearby street and house already IGL connection starting last 90 days.

                                I have made more than 50 calls to customer care till date and complaint(three times) already through customer login but very poor responses from the same. IGL team said all time that within 3 working days connection will be done, but till date no one had contacted for the same. I am contacting the IGL customer care every day they are just saying your request is on high priority and agent will come soon.

                                I am fed up with this behavior so I am putting a complaint here if query is not resolved then I have to approach consumer court without any other option. Please take it seriously and send your agent as earliest as possible.

                                    I have applied for new connection in the name of my mother namely smt. Janak Ahuja.
                                    My connection number/bp number is [protected].
                                    I had made the payment through cheque for an amount of rs 6000/- . The payment was duly credited on 27.11.2020 in the account of the company. After that, I have called and talked to customer care many times but till date my connection has not been provided or started. I have been waiting for your reply and for your team as well, but i don't see any response till date.

                                    Even after one year has elapsed still I have not been provided the new connection and whenever I have made requests to the customer care, I am not getting any satisfactory response from your end.

                                    You have been delaying in providing the services for my new connection by not installing the meter and giving flimsy excuses for the reasons best known to you.

                                    I am giving you my last and final reminder before I will proceed to the concerned Court of law for taking legal actions against the concerned department as well as the company for the lack of services as well as causing mental, physical and financial harassment.

                                    Please take this issue seriously and get the work done within the next 14 days. Otherwise I will be constrained to take actions as per the law against you.
