I m very dissappointed with ur service..u working labour who r installation the connection at home ..they came from last 10 days and says today we did connection but naver came back.. yesterday thy came and said we came tomorrow and connect..but till know naver came..in my house lane mine is last connection but thy naver joint the igl pipe line connection..I m fed up from all this ..we r working and our office not give me leave every day..for all this.. connect my igl pipe line connection..or leave it

    IGL meter is too fast.

    My igl meter is too fast. Inspite of closing the knob and not using it, the meter still keeps on running....

    My House WZ-1090, Basai Dara Pur, New Delhi installation IGL connection two year ago. IGL having BP No.[protected]. Regrettably, till date my connection has not yet started in-spite 90 days TAT. My nearby street and house already IGL connection starting last 90 days.

    I have made more than 50 calls to customer care till date and complaint(three times) already through customer login but very poor responses from the same. IGL team said all time that within 3 working days connection will be done, but till date no one had contacted for the same. I am contacting the IGL customer care every day they are just saying your request is on high priority and agent will come soon.

    I am fed up with this behavior so I am putting a complaint here if query is not resolved then I have to approach consumer court without any other option. Please take it seriously and send your agent as earliest as possible.

      We have deposted Rs. 6000/- on dated 26.2.2021 for full pyament for insalling a new connection of ccoking gas at 63, Paschim Vihar extn. new delhi -3 but no conection was insalled, however only meter was installed 2-3 month ago. No response even after repeated telephonic reminer. Our BP No.[protected]. Kindly do the needful urgently. complaint no at customer care[protected].

        I have applied for new connection in the name of my mother namely smt. Janak Ahuja.
        My connection number/bp number is [protected].
        I had made the payment through cheque for an amount of rs 6000/- . The payment was duly credited on 27.11.2020 in the account of the company. After that, I have called and talked to customer care many times but till date my connection has not been provided or started. I have been waiting for your reply and for your team as well, but i don't see any response till date.

        Even after one year has elapsed still I have not been provided the new connection and whenever I have made requests to the customer care, I am not getting any satisfactory response from your end.

        You have been delaying in providing the services for my new connection by not installing the meter and giving flimsy excuses for the reasons best known to you.

        I am giving you my last and final reminder before I will proceed to the concerned Court of law for taking legal actions against the concerned department as well as the company for the lack of services as well as causing mental, physical and financial harassment.

        Please take this issue seriously and get the work done within the next 14 days. Otherwise I will be constrained to take actions as per the law against you.

              Hello, Paid the security deposit on 15.11.2021, got my
              BP number [protected] and yet despite contacting 3 different IGL personnel, no one has come forth to install the necessary equipment.
              In fact, each person keeps providing the phone number of another to contact.
              What sort of an operation is this? Very discourteous of IGL making the customers go around even when the process has been made online.

                Dear sir
                Please note that I am the owner of Flat no. 2/60, First Floor, Roop Nagar, Delhi - 110 007. I applied for a PNG line but the same was not connected as the owners of ground floor complained that the pipeline should not be taken from anywhere on the walls of their Ground floor flat. Then again the second floor owner wanted to install but they did not want the pipeline to be taken from the walls of their flat.
                Now since I am going to be away from the flat for sometime, I fear that the other flat owners may try to install PNG pipe from the walls of my flat.
                However, I hereby give clear instructions that no PNG pipeline should be fixed onto the walls of my Flat or balconies of my Flat or any portion of my Flat even in my absence. in case IGL does so, then they will be bound to remove the same at their own cost and risk and also to get my Flat repaired for any damage caused to it or to the walls of my Flat.
                Please make a note of this.

                  We have got gas pipe and meter installed at our residence 2 and half years back but not getting connected by underground gas pipeline.
                  We complained several times at various levels but all in vain.
                  Please do something otherwise take your meter and pipes back.

                    Its been weeks following up with people but its the worst service i have ever seen

                      I have applied for a new connection in Sunder Vihar, Paschim Vihar on 24.06.2021 having BP No. [protected]. Regrettably, till date my connection has not yet started in-spite 90 days TAT. I was an igl user for the last 9 years in my old house and this is my new house.

                      I have made more than 100 calls to customer care till date but very-2 poor responses from the same. Single reply given by CCE `` We have escalated your matter and soon our senior or technical team will connect to you." Meter has already been installed 2 months ago. No Area Head or Manager has made a call to know about the concern. If you say I want to talk with your seniors, "then answer ``they are busy right now and call back u shortly"...but never receive a call back till date.

                      ...Very-2 disappointing system...Pathetic way to deal with the issues...

                      Lastly, I wish to conclude that whether IGL is able to start the connection, If yes - Then how much time and If No, Kindly send me a written intimation and refund my security deposit and i will go for LPG connection...

                        I just had a conversation with Nikhil from Noida SEZ customer care and they are not ready to take my complaint.
                        I have a active connection for bp no. [protected] ( Mrs. Sonali) . I am asking to generate a bill with meter reading but as per Nikhil my connection is disconnected and he can’t generate a bill. Please raise my bill or confirm if I can continue to use with paying any charges.

                            हम IGL से लगभग 10 महीने से प्रार्थना कर रहे है! इसके लिए हमने सैकड़ो फ़ोन कॉल और दर्जनों से भी अधिक ईमेल की, कि जो पोरशन IGL ने ख़राब करके छोड़ा है उसमे से कीड़े, मकोड़े, कांतर, निकल रहे है, जिस्ससे हमारे बच्चो को बहुत खतरा है क्योकि ये पोरशन हमारे घर के बिलकुल दरवाजे के पास का पोरशन है जहा हम लोग सोते है, लेकिंग फिर भी IGL सुनंने को त्यार नहीं बल्कि अपना पल्ला झाड़ने मे लगा है, जैसा था वैसा पुख्ता (cemented) करके दे

                                My bill for the current month, dated 2.11.21 for Rs.1769.87 has an error.

                                It shows an arrear of Rs.1000 (Rs.848.52 towards previous month's bill and Rs.151.42 towards security deposit)

                                I have already paid previous month's bill for Rs.848.52 and the payment is duly reflected in payment history

                                on the other hand I am receiving an SMS advising me to pay Rs.1618.39 (excluding any security deposit)

                                On phone I am advised to ignore the arrear and pay current months bill only (Rs.769.87)

                                PL CLARIFY AND CORRECT THE BILL IMMEDIATELY SO THAT i AM ABLE TO CLEAR THE SAME IMMEDIATELY

                                  Night mein gas line ke upar dukaan lagai jaati hai chai Bidi cigaret ki metre reading ka pass staff khud sharab cigarette pita hai baki aur pessenger bhi vahin Bidi cigarette Peete Hain aap bataiye yah kis safety ke hisab se thik hai pessenger gas ma gadbad karte Hain shikayat karna pr ladai Karta hai total staff manager support hota hai unka galat kaam ke liye meri a complaint hai ki aap ismein kaarvayi Karen Raat mein enquiry bhejen ki dekhen ke vahan per kya kya hota hai.
