Hi Am a non igl user n have their pipeline going through my kitchen wall. I want to extend my kitchen n I am complaining igl from last one month to send someone to move the pipeline but no resolution. For last one month my kitchen is open from one side. Each time we get same reply we have forwarded your request. They don't understand the urgency. If any theft happen will not leave igl

    Both pipe lines have been installed a year ago but gas supply NOT COMISSIONED till date.

          Sir I'm raising this complaint regarding my gas connection dat has to be installed but its been more than 2 months the connection still not available or installed at dwarka new delhi n even already repay the security deposit so wat kind of services u are providing dats really called harassment so I'm requesting you to plz treat this matter urgent n do the needful.

            Since installation of my PNG connection no body from your company had come for metre reading.
            But 2 bills have been issued showing false metre readings.however I have paid both the bills.
            Kindly depute metre reading boy to take actual metre readings and next bill issued accordingly.

              I had raised for gas connection in the month of August, payment was confirmed during that month, however I asked for an early connection to customer care, they raised a ticket for early connection and communicated that it will be done in 5 days.

              Few people came for connection, however they were not having adequate tools due to which they went back and since then never came.

              I have raised this issue more than 20 times to IGL customer care they are just saying that technician will come but it's being more than a month no one from technician contacted me.

                I would like to tell you about our gas meter. From past 3/4 months we paying gas bill on monthly basis even though we are getting an amount of 700 to 800. And this month we got a bill of 1600 which is way beyond. Our usage of gas is same but from 3/4 months we don't know why this hike took place.
                I would like to request you to please visit and check our meter.

                  I have applied for new connection on 7th September 2021.The concerned executive has informed that the technical team Will visit our place within a period of 21 days. But it is sorry to inform that no one has visited till date despite several reminders. Therefore It is requested to take up the matter with the concerned officer for immediate installation of the connection. Hope for an immediate action.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I am filing this complaint to you in a bit of frustration and disappointment with services and complaint resolution from IGL in regards to my gas supply connection which is not completed even after several requests/complaints raised to customer care.
                      It's been more than 4-5 months I am waiting for supply to be activated. Although IGL says it will be resolved in 3 days, that is an utterly false and fake promise .

                      The raising request / complaints via customer care is appearing to me as a total wastage of resource, time and money, as it is not solving the customer issues but merely raising their disappointments and untrust on IGL.

                        Hello IGL

                        I would to highlight some concerns related to the process of getting a connection for my house. We requested for IGL connection at our place in the month of February 2021. On which things started moving from month of March and pipe fitting at my place was completed (internal fitting) in the month of March-April. Post which till date IGL people/labour have visited us few times, clicked pictures of meter installed etc. however no action has been taken on activating the connection . Also, in order to connect things underground your labour has dug a hole and covered it with debris, which is again causing too much trouble to neighborhood and us. I fail to understand the time duration which is required to complete a connection.

                        If i understand it correct i would require to pay a hefty amount of 12000 rupees in order to get the connection. However even after agreeing to pay for installation, i can't get the a simple connection within 90 days (Claimed by you). Also, your customer care always has same answer of escalating it to next level however everything goes in vain.

                        I would appreciate a quick and prompt action on it.

                          I applied online for a new IGL connection thinking of the convenience it provides. However it has been 80 days now and all the process lagged like a snail. Steps were completed only when I followed up atleast 10 times for each step through calls, emails.
                          The final step of installation is still pending and I have been calling and emailing since 1 month. Still I am waiting with fake hopes (kal karega...) that their executives give. There is a need of total revamp of the IGL process from top to bottom which is what I feel from this. There should be some strong professional competitor who can provide better service in this field. For me cylinder connection was better if this has been the situation is what I feel.

                          NB: Always they mention in the call, 90days is the mentioned time frame. Don't worry it'll happen within that time. (Never mention that is too long). Even after following up several times, my application is pending for installation even after 80 days. If I didn't do the follow-ups from my side, nothing would have happened until now. Apply for this if you have strong hold in the IGL team or having luxury time and patience to follow up with them. Else apply for indane, BP, HP which provide much better service on the cylinder supply.

                              I have requested for PNG connection at my home on 24th of August 2021.

                              After many complaints last week physical verification done but marketing team still not submitted documents to concerned department so we get our connection installed immediately. My BP no. is [protected].

                                Good morning Team,

                                BP Number - [protected]

                                This BP connection is on my mother's name - Krishna Devi. The connection pipe was on the wall of house number 567 & 562 as per the rules. However, When the construction was completed for 562, the residents of 562 asked IGL to remove the pipe in front of their house as they were non-user but later, they became a user by taking connection from 567 gas pipe.

                                Now, the 567 is under construction. They asked IGL to remove the pipe. Yesterday, the pipeline was removed as per instruction of Er Shailendra Kumar. He wants to stand that gas pipe on our wall without our agreement and supply the gas to all the users.

                                We just requested him not to provide a single pipe gas and separate the connection for all the users because usually, the pipe gas will be provided at the outside house but the person Er Shailendra Kumar forced us to shift the pipe gas on our wall many times.

                                Yesterday, the IGL team came and disconnect with the words they will provide the supply separately on Sunday.
                                Today on Sunday[protected], He just provided orders for the gas supply for two houses - 565 & 562.

                                When my mother & I talked to her on the phone, initially, he disconnected the calls and did not even talk to me. Later he talked very rudely and said to my mom that you need to go to the office to get the connection again.

                                He was actually supporting the construction house owner of 567. He actually took money from them to help them.

                                We, therefore, do not have the option but to raise a complaint in IGL as nobody is supporting us. We are unable to cook food.

                                Also, When I talked to customer care. They said your pipeline is still on and does not show temporary disconnection. This is awful.

                                If this kind of person is working in IGL, it is a shameful thing for IGL because IGL should be the same for all.

                                Gas pipe line is being disconnected by Shailendra Kumar. We are without gas connection. The survival is so difficult. Kindly help us as soon as possible

                                        Dear sir

                                        I have some complaints. From your loni road igl pump.

                                        First is your traffic marshal not present in our side. because of which we have face many problems.

                                        Drinking water not be available on this pump & Toilet not be open .

                                        This pump many cng point not be work at night & Day . Because of which we have to wait a lot.

                                        Many times complaint to the cng pump worker .

                                        complain to the manager but maneger not be present in night

                                        It's been a long time since I gave this problem.I have complained many times to the help center but no response. Resolve this problem ASAP
