Sir my BP no is [protected] and billing name KAPIL KUMAR NAIN. nobody has visited our house to calculate the reading and a random bill has been sent since last few months. Kindly look into it.

      BP no.[protected] & address N 1202 logix blossom county noida sec 137
      Trying to contact and request indls Govind, amit (mktg) Sumit( plumber) ashish technician but they all have refused & are delaying the work inspite of cheque being cleared.Its highly unprofessional in part of you and your contractors to bring a bad name to such a respectable and highly efficient organisation ...IGL.kindly look into the matter. When I told them that I will complaint against them they said they will take 20 days to install the connection .

        C6/152A, KESHAV PURAM.
        इस घर का (BP NO [protected] ) gas का बिल Rs 985 दिखाया गया है और LAST DATE 30, 8, 2021 दिखाई है। जबकि घर लगातार बन्द है। इस बात को मैंने पहले भी कई बार बताया है और वहां के मीटर की फ़ोटो भी कई बार भेजी हैं।

        हम आजकल C4/70B केशवपुरम में रहते हैं। यहां का BP NO 774794 है और लगातार बिल PAY करते रहते हैं।

        इसलिए अनुरोध है कि BP NO [protected] का बिल 0 किया जाय या जो WITHOUT CONSUMPTION, MINIMUM CHARGES होते हैं उतना ही किया जाय।
        इस मनमाने बिल को हम PAY नहीं करेंगे।

          I had applied for new connection in April first week but till now no meter has been installed. I have received call from people who said they will install the meter but none of them showed up till date.

          My payment has also been submitted.

          Kindly get my meter installed as soon as possible

            Hi Team,

            Would like to bring to your kind notice that our connection number (B P No.[protected]) was generated in year 2019 (almost 2 years back). Meter also installed at home in year 2020 (almost 1 year back), however R/F connection not done till date despite of several requests and complaints. Every time we raise the complained and your field level team close the same by submitting wrong feedback that the ground line is not there but it is already laid down underground in front of my house and just R/F connection to be done.

            Kindly look into the same matter and align some senior resource to visit in field and please ensure our gas supply should started asap.

            any way.

            Your quick response with resolution of problem will really be highly appreciated.

                    I applied for 4 nos gas connection for my house, one on each floor to IGL vide an e-mail on April 27th, 2021. An IGL representative visited us on May 20th, 2021, and collected all security cheques amounting to Rs.27000/- along with duly filled and signed forms. We were accorded BP numbers [protected], 08 & 10.
                    The installation of meters and indoor gas pipeline for the first two floors were taken up and finished in the month of June 15th, 2021. The work on other floors did not start for a long time. After a lot of persuasion and follow-ups, the work was undertaken and finished by 15th July 2021.

                    The meters are all installed and gas pipe laid till the back lane, where the main gas supply line runs. For the last one and a half months, we are following up with IGL Customer Care through mails and telephone calls to connect the supply pipe and commission the gas supply but to no avail. Numerous tickets have been generated and closed without and action on the ground.

                    I would like to request IGL to immediately look into the matter and sort it out at the earliest.

                      I have complained to igl related to my connected pipeline. In my area all are using gas pipeline only our line had not yet started. The payment was done... around 2 years going to complete still we don't have a connected line. Raised a many complaints through direct, their chat bots, through Ivr. But still they are not respond.

                          I have registered for new connection under BP NO-[protected] last month...on 22july feasibility test passed in my area as per mail from igl team...I have submitted all document nd payment of rs 275 also deducted from my account..but still no person come to install new connection with meter ...from last 3weeks someone from ur team call nd said is week m ho jyega...but still no visit has done...pls solve the issue

                              Meter belongs to above BP number was theft about one year ago. Tried hard to register the theft information in IGL with the support of FIR copy but no one took the complainant and routing is to eachother. We tried to register this complaint on customer care number also, but they are more smart the just listen the issue but don't give you any complaint number. Immediate after closing the call they send the issue resolved message.

                              Now after one year they have sent raised a bill of ₹800, however we are not using the gas. Even in between regularly we were talking to the meter reading person and he was also sending zero reading and basis on it I was getting below 100₹ bill regularly and I was filling also.

                              Please help and update your records that my meter has been theft for which your team has done the site survey as well. Remove my outstanding balance of 800₹.

                                  In response to my request your staff shifted the gas pipeline and handed over a bill for Rs.2891 as under
                                  service code service description rate quantity amount
                                  1014110installation of GI pipe 3/4 354 5 meter 1770
                                  1014105 instal /reinstal LMC 1121 1121
                                  In this case I would like to point out that no new additional pipe was installed and instead more than one meter pipe was saved which was taken away by the staff. therefore there is no justification of charging Rs. 1770. pl look into it before adding amount to my bill

                                    Shifted to Landcraft golflinks, NH 24, Ghaziabad . Filled form on 4th July and submitted all the required documents and cheque. Since then customer care cannot help and IGL representative is not picking up the phone. Very pathetic situation.
