Dear IGL Team,

I have applied for a new IGL connection for my flat. my address is 225 Aravali Apartments, Alaknanda, New Delhi 110019.
(our Apartment already has IGL connection, including the flat below me)

I filled out the form yesterday, there was a popup that says, a link will be sent to email for verification, but it never came. I filled the form once more, still didn't receive it.

I, Nishant Narendra, submitted all formalities/documents & paid the amount, however there is no clue about the status on my new connection.
The connection is to be furnished in a society where we have proper connections available in every neighborhood.
Still, neither anyone visited at my address for connection nor I get any update from anywhere.
There is no response from call centre as well.
Seems that IGL doesn't...

I, Vivek Parashar, submitted all desired documents to person deputed by ADM, Vaishali, Ghaziabad on 31st March, 2021 for PNG new connection.
And within 10-11 days digging job and pipe installed to my house boundry wall. But unfortunately approximately 80 days passed no any progress in the status.
After so many efforts I came to know that concerned office/authority has lost my documents. And I resubmitted the duplicate documents...

I am very much disappointed with the way IGL handle its customers. I am regularly complaining about my issue but no body is listening to me. I have added post on the official IGL page but there is no resolution for the issue till the time I am writing here.
IGL keep on sending unskilled person for meter installation at my address from last three days. One person is saying drill done by other person is not at the right place. They are...

I've paid the full amount of installation 4 years back.
They've also installed the metre in my house 2 years back but they didn't give me the connection from the main line.
I am complaining about this from last 2 years to all their supervisors and their customer care but what I get is just another false promise.
This has dragged a lot and I'm totally fed up of this....

I have been wrongly billed for rs.1751.54 for the period 23/03 to 15/5/21as I have not consumed the gas at all during this period .Not did any of your representative has visited my premises.

I am out of station for the past 3 months ( April 2021, May 2021, June 2021 ) and I have been getting inflated bills. I want to know how is my billing done when I am not consuming the service. And also our security amount is getting charged since November 2020 when there is nothing due. Needs to be addressed urgently....

I have applied for a new connection in Dwarka sector 18B where all the flats are already having the connection. The request was raised in March & all the documents along with the Cheque were also submitted. It is around 3 months & i dont see any update. Whenever i have tried reaching out personally at Dwarka office i found all the employees were out of office during office hours. No one was available even for discussion & at times...

I m sorry to inform you that no one collected nearer reading so far. However o have received SMS for the bill payment. Without meter reading, how company can judge my usage or generate bill. Since installation no one come to collect reading. Plz help to provide bill as per actual usage. So that I can pay due. Payment of Rs 824.94 is pending against the BP No [protected].online it is showing 1360 approximately....
