I have called 3 times in[protected], Govindpuram IGL Customer Care but every time I got a mobile number to contact for My PNG connection even if PNG Meter is already installed in my home for B.P.:[protected] at my Home Address:SF-1, F-17, GALI No:11, Balaji Enclave, Govindpuram, Ghaziabad,
I have contacted 03 IGL Person find details:Mr. Abhishek Vats at [protected], Ajay at [protected] & Amit at [protected],

if IGL is providing too poor services so I don't want connection and removed meter from my home as soon as possible.

    I have applied for new igl gas connection in April 2021 and full payment was done. But even after three months and numerous service requests and complaints gas supply has not started.
    Please look into this. Request you to please start gas supply asap.

    We are facing difficulties as gas supply is an essential commodity for an household.

      It has been 6 days since we moved in to this appartment of A2-1205, golf city, plot 11, noida sector 75. We have been calling since day one to get my igl gas connection started but no one has shown on door yet. It has been very hard without gas and there is no help provided whatsoever.

        People from IGL come for connection to stove and asking for money without receipt against altaration in stove Till connection to stove not done. Tickets has been generated 4 to 5 times and visits done 4 time but due to asking money in cash, connection not done...

        When I ask to customer care they told not to give cash but always they ask for cash.

        What to do... becouse of this situation I went for Bharat gas connection.

        Now when I Ask to withdrawal my igl connection, customer care asking for disconnection charge..why? When connection not done then why disconnection charge?

        What to do? I am being tortured by your installation people/ customer care...

        Please suggest what to do?

        Please look into the matter and take action against responsible people for torchering me.

          Sir / Madam,

          I had registered on IGL whats app no. [protected] for getting my bill so that I can submit my bill on time to time. But till today I did not get any bill.

          Please look into the matter and resolve it as early as possible because it will become very difficult for me to submit a huge amount in single time

                Re. : Business Partner No. [protected] in the name of VINOD JAIN

                I am in receipt of your Invoice No.[protected] dated 04.06.2021 for payment of Rs.934.89 to be paid on or before 25.06.2021. It contains opening balance Rs.125.69 and Rs.934.89 for charges for the current period i.e. 24.02.2021 to 30.04.201.

                In this regard it is submitted that the meter No. 15499323 mentioned in the invoice is having zero reading for the last more than one year i.e. closed from 1st July 2019 to till date and hence there is no consumption of gas as has been mentioned by you in the bill on estimated basis. The bill history from 08.11.2020 to 24.12.2020 and 25.12.2020 to 23.02.2021 also shows NIL consumption. The premises is still closed and there is no consumption. You are requested to kindly check your records and since there is no consumption you are requested to cancel the demand raised against the above business partner.

                  My BP NO is [protected].I have received bill amount Rs 697.20 for this month.But I am not staying in my residence for the last two months i.e from last week of April to till date due to COVID .So how come my bill has been generated without the meter reading and that too when my residence is locked up .

                    I have two concerns.

                    (i) I applied for a new connection in 2019 vide BP no. [protected] but despite several follow-ups, the connection has not been installed till date. Would request for the connection to be installed at the earliest

                    (ii) At the same time, my neighbour's connection got installed and his pipeline has been installed on my terrace without my permission. This is unauthorized and needs to be removed immediately particularly given that I will have construction starting soon

                      I have got my connection installed after almost one year of booking but still connection with the stove is pending. Already registered a service request on 5 th July with service request no.[protected] but still no one came for the connection.
                      Kindly look into the matter.

                        I would like to express my high level of dissatisfaction towards very poor services being given by IGL Team.

                        I have applied for IGL New connection (BP No - [protected]) 2 months back after paying all the required security deposits. Team came and installed the Meter and Pipeline, but they are not activating the connection from the Meter to the Gas Stove.

                        It has been 6 days, I have requested IGL customer care team to activate my new connection on 7th July. Team has created a ticket stating that "Your Service Request No [protected] generated for NGC-NG CONVERSION has been registered and will be resolved within 3 DAYS"
                        and forwarded this request to the Project Team for activating this new connection. No one has bothered to call back with progress on this ticket and progress.

                        I have been calling the customer care every day morning and evening, requesting them to activate my gas connection so that we can start cooking food. In return, I am getting scripted response that they have already escalated it to concerned team and they will contact back soon.

                        I am sorry to say that, but fact is that IGL Project Team is providing pathetic services by not responding to customer care, by not responding to requests assigned to them and Customer Care team does not have any escalation points to expedite the requests, when TAT of 3 days is already over and no no body is bothered to provide services to their customers.

                              My BP no. for new PNG connection is [protected], this was issued on 18th September 2020. On 13th October, 2020, documents were received by IGL office control room Karnal. Payment of Rs 275 was made by cheque. Since October 2020, our PNG connection is pending. In our location, all houses adjacent to ours have been given the connection, except ours. I have given numerous reminders to sector 8 karnal office and requested the office staff to get our png connection completed. No action has been taken. They have confirmed, payment and paperwork is complete. We are an old couple, retired and we have suffered a lot because of this delay.

                                      I have requested for starting the IGL connection from the meter to the stove on 25th June 2021, and IGL team said that within 3 working days connection will be done, but till date no one had contacted for the same. I am contacting the IGL customer care every day they are just saying your request is on high priority and agent will come soon.
                                      I am fed up with this behaviour so i am putting a complaint here if query is not resolved then I have to approach consumer court without any other option.
                                      Please take it seriously and send your agent as earliest as possible.

                                      have requested for starting the IGL connection from the meter to the stove on 8th Aug 2021, and IGL team said that within 3 working days connection will be done, but till date no one had contacted for the same. With no gas, my family is not able to cook food. I am contacting the IGL customer care every day they are just saying your request is on high priority and agent will come soon.
                                      I am fed up with this behaviour so i am putting a complaint here if query is not resolved then I have to approach consumer court without any other option.

                                        Please update payment of BP No. [protected].As we paid 2607.99 on 27.06.2021 against the estimated bill but same time actual bill generate on 28.06.2021.While the reading count from 17.02.2021 To17.06.2021 but estimated bill payment not updated in actual bill dated 28.06.2021. If the bill dated is correct as per your record so kindly provide detailed consumption amount plus security deducted for the reading period from 17.02.21 to 17.06.21.
