      My name is Jitender Sharma and my BP no. is [protected], i've applied for new connection and 6000 security money has been deducted on 12th of feb, but still my connection is not started, many times surveyor came and checked and said there is some issue, every person says the same thing but nobody tried to recover it, till now only pipeline and meter fixed, now one day is only pending to cover promise period of IGL.
      PLEASE SUPPORT.

        I am Balakishroe Kollabathula, owner of Apartment no. 312, Tower 2 (Siena Tower), Mahagun Moderne, Sector-78, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Kindly note that I have only one IGL meter connection but I receive bills for two BP Nos. I have given complaints on this so many times and one representative came last year and understood the problem and assured us that it will be rectified soon. I am enclosing all the earlier correspondence for your reference and necessary action including my detailed response dated 4th July 2020 (also enclosed herewith). Note that my IGL Meter no. is 14541184BP Nos against this meter no is [protected] Another BP Nos on which I receive invoices and disconnection notices is [protected].I am unable to realize even after so many complaints and clarifications including a visit by your representative, you are still able to resolve this issue and keep sending invoice and disconnection notices. Kindly look into these details and address the issue immediately.

            Hi,

            I am a new customer and started my association with IGL in Sep'20. I took a 500 bi monthly plan i.e. every 2 months I will receive the bill and installment will be set at 500 per bill. Now, I received my second bill with Rs 1500 installment excluding consumption and upon asking your customer service team, they replied that it is a variable that means IGL can send me the bill anytime as per their convenience and can charge me 3 installments at once. The customer service has not been able to give me a justification of this bill and kept on saying it is as per the schedule. The schedule states 500 every two months so it is obvious that I should get the bill every 2 month as per a set billing period. My last bill was for 103 days and the current one is 53 days, If I wanted to pay my installments or the amount at once, I would have done that upfront because as per the billing period the purpose is totally defeated. I only want to get this bill corrected and send me the updated one with 500 installment. Please send the updated bill with correction and I will be happy to pay, please keep a set billing period. Please don't expect the customer to understand your billing cycle/period as you also don't understand how the customer is paying and you won't accept part payments or EMIs Right. Customer will only stick to the most committed and customer oriented service. Iam chasing since 5th April.

            I am Ramkesh Vishwakarma, a PNG Customer, vide BP No. [protected], at C-603, SPS Appartment-II, GT Road, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. As the premises are locked since June 2023, no gas is being used since then. It appears the bill dated 20/10/23 has been generated on the basis of average consumption during the previous months. No gas is being used, current Meter reading is[protected]. Kindly revise the bill accordingly. so that I may pay it immediately.

              I Log the Request on 23rd April-21 wit all releavent document i.e Filled form, Possession Letter, Aadhar card copy.
              Post this I subsequently followed up on daily basis but till date no response received. After talking to customer care every time he is saying the matter has been escalated & will be resolved shortly but today is seventh day but no Solution has been provided so far.

              Can you take the same on priority.

                This is to inform you that there is a legal case, case number 484, 2021 in surajpur court, gautam budhh nagar against the owner of d house Mrs. Usha Bhardwaj, s-16, sector 11 Noida 201301. She has eloped and did not inform me d daughter in law.. I m being harassed n tortured to vacate d ground floor using d bp number [protected].i had been regularly paying d bill n I have a case against her in trial in surajpur court for wch d details had been attached.. I m staying alone wth my son hence seeing my circumstances n covid scenario not to disconnect the gas supply as I have nowhere to go n I m in distress. Please help and beg not to disconnect d gas supply of bp number [protected].

                  Name change in my BP no

                  I, Deepika Sangwan had applied for the bill to be changed to my name in July 2020, when I had bought the place from the previous owner, Balarampur Chini Mills Ltd. This still has not been done, despite my submitting the Power of Attorney executed in my name by M/S Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd., with the transfer application and thereafter the copy of the electricity bill in my name.

                  Hello,

                  This is to inform you we have applied for the new connection of IGL gas connection on 6th March 2021. My BP no. is [protected]. Last Saturday on 11th April 20201 after several follow-ups/ calls meter was installed and it was said that the supply will start within 3 days. It's been 10 days of meter installation and in spite of several reminders/calls with customer care issue is yet not resolved, i.e; supply has not ensured till date. Since last week every time, I get the sterio type reply from the customer care side. Please look into this matter and do the needful.

                        Complaint made couple of times to IGL customer care department for service check and stating reason of flame colour changing from Blue to yellow and reddish in colour, and increased flow of gas from Burner, but rather than providing solution, they denied Helping and indeed ask for an upfront hundred and sixty Rupees, as service charges, and more if we've to reduce flow... before even checking out on the problem and its nature.

                        If they would have told that this is the temperament and attitude of this company, and if this is the way they will be looting general public money, then no one from General public would have dared to use their pathetic and costly service.

                        I strongly discourage such business practises and demand free services for all, for at least initial 2-3 years. After all we paid 6k as setup fees to save on money on monthly basis, and not to donate to such companies in the name of service charges...

                            Hi, a technician visited and told me that pipeline can be installed in your house. Since there is no ventilation in the kitchen we asked him if that is an issue(as my neighbour told me pipeline is not fit in such kitchen). The igl technician said that the rules have changed and pipeline will for sure get installed in your house. He asked me to pay online to the company.

                            I did pay 275 rupee with a BP Number: [protected] under domestic user insta payment.

                            another technician visited my house and denied to install gas pipeline due to ventilation issue.

                            I contacted customer care they say the money is non refundable.
                            Please do not cheat igl and provide a refund.

                                We have raised multiple request for ngc-ng connection BP No :- [protected] and [protected]to be in place as part of process which is pending from Mar 21.

                                We have Requested multiple time to the igl guy. However no action taken till date. Request to please look into the issue and inform igl staff or agency staff to activate PNG connection as Rs 6000/- security deposit already paid on 16 feb 21.

                                Only connection from my meter to the gas stove needs to be done and that request is pending from last 15 - 20 days.

                                  IGL services are most pathetic I this word. Gas connections was disconnected in December but till date bills are getting generated and every month customer care executives are saying pls pay this time and after this no bill will get generated.

                                      We have raised multiple request for ngc-ng connection BP No [protected] to be in place as part of process which is pending from 21 Mar 21. We have logged request multiple time, and after sharing service request number of bp number with call executive either call got disconnected or getting similar responses to expect call revert within 1 hour to 1 day. However no action taken till date. Request to please look into the issue and inform igl staff or agency staff to activate PNG connection as Rs 6000/- security deposit already paid a month before ie 12.03.21.
