Sir, my BP No. [protected] pipeline and metre installed last month but gas not supplied and sir many time request for local customers care center but no response till now so please kindly start my gas connection sooner

Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Gas pipeline not connected to main line since last 3months.
They ask for cheque on the very first day while applying for connection but they literally left the customer hopeless with no option.As he have already paid he can't apply for any other gas connection till he received refund.We have called customer care many times but nothing happend.I hope this platform be helpful and IGL people look after our problem we are facing and take immediate action.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I would like to draw your kind attention to unattended Service Request No [protected], for which numerous phone calls (more than 100calls) have been made, but have not received any positive response so far.
    We have contacted IGL personnel @ mobile numbers, [protected], [protected].
    They are not responding to any phone calls, as they were asking Rs 800/ for 2 .5metre pipe towards activation of GAS Line.
    We bought pipe on our own for INR 200 and since then there is no response from them.

    We want to do the installation at earliest.

      For removing pipeline from our house wall

      Hii i want to reconstruct my house wall on which another house wall pipeline is present..since as i told i want to reconstruct that wall so the pipeline may get damage so kindly remove it from there.
      I have already complained many times to coustmer care but no action has been taken yet.
      Kindly look in to the matter and solve it asap....

          Dear sir,
          This is to inform you that my PNG BP No [protected] and my Residence No is B-8, Ruby Enclave, SF-04, SLF VED VIHAR, Near CSS Royal Garden, Loni UP. The problem is that during 1 month pipe line gas supply is not running smoothly in the top floor. Everyday at morning 8.00 AM to 9.00 AM gas supply stopped and at night fro 8.00 PM to 9.00 PM. I have already complaint by phone and somebody came to my residence and told gas pressure is low and assured me to solve the problem. But till this date the same thing is happening. I request you to solve the problem at the earliest.

            I had applied for a PNG connection in the month of October 2020. I had submitted the required documents and paid the demanded fees. There after feasibility was also approved by the concerned authority in the month of October 2020 but the PNG connection is not provided to me till date. Please look into the matter and do the needful

                This is to inform you that merer reader Mr. SANJAY contact no. [protected] is not performing his duty to take merer reading from home for the last 2 years, department too have some connection jn this regard as inspite of so many complaibts from my side no any action is being tajen against him. Each and every month he requests for meter reading, failing which we have to face difficulty by getting lumpsum IGL bill. Plz. Do the needful and inform the undersigned positively.

                  Fraud/cheating at cng filling station

                  this is to inform you that I have been cheated /harassed by many staff at queens road service station( indian oil) at outer ring road, vasant vihar.
                  i have visited at same filling station on 21st jan at 2230 for cng filling in my wagon r car.
                  i had noticed that while filling there was no sound coming at all from dispensing machine, I thought that this is might be because of low pressure. However I had paid...

                  This complaint is regarding the Mismanagement of IGL Bills of PNG connection no. [protected] . IGL Started a contracted Services with BSA courier to deliver the Bills to customers but despite of delivering the Bills, each time BSA courier share a message without delivering the bill that "Address is wrong" . Each and every time same process is followed . The BSA courier don't attempted any delivery to the most of the customers . Even delivery boys are not visited the areas and pass on the misleading information that Address is wrong or no person. I have talked to the person in BSA courier but they dont have any track record of Delivery boy nor the courier tracking system is there.

                  Each and every time we have to pay the penalties of late payment to the IGL. I request to the company to have a audit trail of such consumer services, like this. Courier company Charges with IGL for Delivery services but without attempting they charge the IGL Company. Need to check how this company got the contract with such a big company like IGL . I think they dont have the delivery boys and only send these misleading messages to IGL and Customers.

                    He asked my servant to pay in cash to process disconnection request.
                    We paid the complete amount in cash to the executive but still the same amount is showing O/S.
                    - Cash paid to executive shall be adjsted in my Outstanding Bill.

                      We had applied for the gas pipe line connection long back with app no [protected]. Even after so many follow up with the area supervisor nothing is happening. The name of area supervisor is mr mukesh. He never even oick up the mobile. A very senior official of embassy of angola is staying at the premises and he is facing lot of problem in the absence of gas pipe line connection. You are hereby requested to resolve the same at the earliest.

                            Our igl meter at saya Zion, GC-1, Greater noida west was installed in Dec 2018.

                            There was a leakage in the pipe. Upon high bill in the 1st month itself although we made payment. We requested IGL team to visit and Check the issue. The team visited on 20th July 2019 and they figured out the leakage and created a leakage sheet and clearly mentioned that 416 units that are showing is because of leakage. We don’t stay in the apartment . Hence, usage is very low. After verifying by IGL, no corrections were made on unit consumed in the bill and we kept getting abrupt bills since then . We have been informing igl to clear those unit from the bill so that we can pay the correct amount. Nothing happened. It’s 2021 and the issue still persists. Customer care always says that we shall correct and no correction happens .

                            I request igl team to help on waiving the 416 unit issue that happened because of leakage .

                            Please note : I have complaint and maintenance report to show the proof . I could not attach the proof because my photo is 2.4 MB and there is a limitation of 32 MB file

                              IGL installed process completed, meter also installed one year back but not turn up for Gas connection. Called me several time ans told to pay money for connection and fitting. Is this IGL working?
                              Take your meter back if not gas connection?

                                My BP Number: [protected] had applied for new connection more than 90 days since than following up regularly over mail and Toll Free but only assurance was given that next 2-3 days work will be done but no work started, 5-6 times visit done by IGL side and every time it was told from next day work will be stated but again same issue.
                                I have even registered high priority ticket for which ticket number: [protected] but no one is responsible to fix it

                                I have all mail chain which i am following up with IGL

                                  I am really sorry to say that services rendered by their customer care team and technical team is really pathetic.

                                  I am doing the follow up in regard to my connection from last one year and no one willing to action it. They are really rude and just simply disconnect the call by saying that we have escalated your case and will revert to me once get the response.

                                  I have send out the mail to their concerned team also but no response from last 9 month.

                                  I would say really poor management of their side.
