As subjected there is wrong address in record of IGL, so as i am not getting any physically bill.The correct Address is as below

my bp no is [protected] registerd on Mr Jalam singh, i want a temporary disconnection of pipeline we are doing some renovation in our house, kindly disconnect our connection for some time ....

My BP No. is [protected] and since installation of pipe line in my house on 27th of Oct 2020 I continuously lodge my complaint but till now no body is attending it.

I request you please resolve my problem and reinstall the pipe line in proper way.

I have taken IGL connection under the govt allotted category and submitted all required document and amount but no body from IGL came yet to adding connection whereas the pipeline and meter is already their i have tried many time to talk on phone and complaint raised but no solution yet provided it is very bad service of IGL for a customer.

We have been paying our Gas bill from past from past 4 months without knowing the actual reading of our meter.
We have no clue about why no one has came for meter reading.
We want to get pay our bill only after the reading will be taken, so that we will be assured that we are paying the money which we should pay nothing extra....

MY BP no is [protected], BP no allotted in September 2020, and payment also made.
but till 01.11.2020 connection not installed at my home....

I am constantly receiving SMS daily to make payment without taking meter readings when in responce to meter reading taken on 12th July after clearing the bill amount of Rs. 1087 still excess payment of Rs. 682 is outstanding. As such send correct bill after taking meter reading to enable me to make payment if any after adjustment of Rs. 682. Kindly do the needful accordingly at the earliest....

I have raised 2 complaints ([protected] and [protected]) and calling customer service everyday but only receiving response to wait till someone contacts me. And no one is contacting me to resolve the issue....

I am resident of Swastik Kunj Apartments in Sector 13, Rohini, Delhi 110085 and my apartment number are 255. I am bringing the following to the notice of the CMD of IGL and he will be personally responsible in case of any mishappening in the Society as the maintenance staff never solved any problem of the society flats.
Six months back there was a leakage of gas pipe of my neighbor and despite of repeated complaints...

There is some leakage in the gas as the smell is always there even when we are not using the gas. Kindly attend to it at the earliest!...

I’m a resident of F-2/B, Street No. 16, Laxminagar, Delhi. Somewhere in July, some IGL personnel visited our colony and carried out digging work outside most of the houses in my colony. Since, I was not present at my premises then, they still dug out holes outside my home without caring to seek any permission. I have a home IGL Gas line connection at 6/108 Geeta Colony. The team came to fill the form has not given any kind of declaration of the installment plan. Any way that come to know its the security amount of Rs 6000/-. Post the connection start, no one has came to take the reading due to Covid-19 Pandemic situation. Installation of IGL connection at my address is not complete by Mr. DEEPAK (IGL executive who visited, his phone no is [protected]). He has installed a shorter pipe for gas connection and has said that he will have to come and change the pipe as it is risky. He is not willing to come now and I dont know where to complain for this

We received a sms on 7-8-2020 date that rs1535.57 is due to be paid. Same day we paid that amount and also it dudect from bank account. Now we received sms of 1914.98 amount. When we go to payment portel its says rs 2914. Plz update this payment to your system.
