    Dear sir
    This is to inform you that I applied for a IGL connection BP No.[protected] last year. so, meter and all have been installed. But from last two year no one has come and started our IGL gas connection, I have been calling customer care for the last two year and haven't received any revert from your end. I am paying my emi's on time then why my supply has not started yet.
    Kindly look into this matter and resolve it.

      Additional Security Deposit Charges in Bill

      Address: IGL BHAWAN, Plot No. 4,Community Centre, R.K Puram Sector-9, New Delhi-110022

      My IGL PNG connection BP no. is [protected]

      In my current monthly bill, Additional Consumption Security Deposit charges are added of Rs.1000/-. When I called the IGL center, they said that you need to pay this amount as an extra security deposit because your last year monthly average bill is more than Rs.1500/-.

      I had tried to pay my current bill (Rs. 676.37) for domestic gas consumption through IGL website under Electronic Payment by adopting all steps correctly many times. OTP was also added every time but at the end click, I got Transaction Failed notice every time. I tried 2 different bank's CREDIT CARDS (SBI & Indian Bank). But I failed & every time Transaction Failure notices were received. Given below are details of one such failure notice for you perusal:
      1. Payment ID: VSM[protected]
      2.REASON: Invalid Credential
      I'm a senior citizen & don't want to take any risk of Corona by stepping out to submit bill by cheque. So I very humbly request to please help me to pay the bill.
      I'm unable to attach the screen shot as it is on my mobile & I'm not tech savvy lady.
      Look forward for HELP.

        Refer to BP no. [protected].No action has been taken and connection not provided inspite of Gas line alredy there and have one connection. This is for second connection.Please expediate.

          I want to say that my igl connection BP no.[protected] Disconnect without any notice at 22.8.20.also not difalter. I complaint many times to all as control room customer care etc. Nobody help me. But send farji bill and do remainder for payment. So I am very upset and want to take legal action. So again I pray for connect my connection as soon as.

            I had requested for the new connection at my place which is located in a society wherein IGL connection is already there in the society. I have applied for the connection and the feasibility study had been conducted and it’s been more than 1 month there is no action. I have been following up with one Sandhya mob no.[protected] at the customer care for the last one month but every day she would tell that she will call back after checking but I have never received a call back. The IGL executive had collected the cheque for ₹6, 000 on Oct 22nd and this cheque is yet to be banked. I was asked to write a letter asking for follow up for my connection on Oct 29 by this lady called Sandhya but nothing happened after that despite regular follow-ups almost on a daily basis. Can someone senior look into the issue and resolve the same ASAP as I need to move to my new place in next 2-3 days. Thanks

                This is regarding the delay in installing a new domestic IGL PNG connection. My BP number is [protected]. I did the payment on[protected]. So it's been more than 2 months doing follow up with IGL but no progress has been made. I am a R/O s 311a, school block, shakarpur, delhi 110092. Owner and IGL connection applicant name is smt. shakuntla devi. Please look into this matter and do the needful.

                            निवेदन यह कि गाजियाबाद से बुलदशहर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर गांव आनन्द पुर मोड़ थाना दादरी जनपद गौतमबुद्ध नगर पर ईस्टर्न पेरिफेरल हाईवे के पास आईजीएल गैस कम्पनी का सीएनजी पम्प करीब दो माह से चालू हुआ है यहां के सैल्समैन न तो कम्पनी की निर्धरित वर्दी नहीं पहनते हैं उपभौक्ता से नकद के नाम पर खुले पेसे दबंगता से वसूलते हैं ।आनलाईन भुगतान करने में बहानेबाजी करते हैं, शिकायत पुस्तिका उपभोक्ताओ के मांगने पर नहीं देते हैं कम्पनी के नियमानुसार को कोई सूचना पट्ट तक नहीं लगा रखा है जिस पर प्रशासनिक, कम्पनियों के नाम, पद, मौबाईल न0लिखना अनिवार्यतः होता है ।दिनांक 30/10/2020समय करीब 11:35बजे दिन में 346.50 रुपये मात्र की गैस खरीदी थी जिसका भुगतान काफी बहस के मेरे द्वारा आनलाईन किया। जिसकी‌ रसीद पर किरन फिलिंग स्टेशन hdfc अंकित है । तथा कोई रसीद बिल के रूप में नहीं दी गई ।यहां खुलेआम उपभोक्तोओ से अवैध‌ वसूली तो करते ही हैं जागरुक ग्राहकों को आई जी एल कम्पनी खाते की रसीद न देकर दूसरे पेट्रोल‌पम्प की प्राप्ति फर्जी देना गम्भीर अपराध बनता है ।खरीदी गैस का बिल‌ न देना तो आम बात है।
                            किरन फिलिंग स्टेशन कि रसीद साथ में संलग्न है आज दिनांक 3/11/2020 को यहां से गैस खरीदने पर नकद की मांग की एक रुपये से कम बचे पैसे वसूलने के उद्देश्य से ये आनलाईन भुगतान लेने में आनाकानी कर नकद भुगतान का दबंगता से दवाब बनाते हैं मेरे पास नकद पैसे नहीं थे तो आज मौबाईल न0-[protected]राहुल शर्मा के नाम फोन पे से 352रुपये का भुगतान देने को विवश किया। बिल मांगने पर दूर्वयवहार, अपशब्दों का प्रयोग कर भविष्य में यहां सी एन‌जी गैस न लेने की चेतावनी दी
                            महोदय से निवेदन है कि उक्त प्रकरण की जांच कराकर इसके विरूद्ध अवैध‌वसूली करने, दूसरे पेट्रैलपम्प के खाते में पैसा लेने, उपभोक्ताओं से अभद्र व्यवहार करने आदि के अपराध में कार्यवाही
                            और मुकदमा दर्ज कराने की कृपा करें।

                              I have taken IGL connection under the govt allotted category and submitted all required document and amount but no body from IGL came yet to adding connection whereas the pipeline and meter is already their i have tried many time to talk on phone and complaint raised but no solution yet provided it is very bad service of IGL for a customer.

                              We have been paying our Gas bill from past from past 4 months without knowing the actual reading of our meter.
                              We have no clue about why no one has came for meter reading.
                              We want to get pay our bill only after the reading will be taken, so that we will be assured that we are paying the money which we should pay nothing extra.

                                  I am constantly receiving SMS daily to make payment without taking meter readings when in responce to meter reading taken on 12th July after clearing the bill amount of Rs. 1087 still excess payment of Rs. 682 is outstanding. As such send correct bill after taking meter reading to enable me to make payment if any after adjustment of Rs. 682. Kindly do the needful accordingly at the earliest.
