I’m a resident of F-2/B, Street No. 16, Laxminagar, Delhi. Somewhere in July, some IGL personnel visited our colony and carried out digging work outside most of the houses in my colony. Since, I was not present at my premises then, they still dug out holes outside my home without caring to seek any permission. Further, the rubble was left there itself and they did not even care to pick it up. Further, these people also dug up the cemented area which I had prepared to stop rain water from accumulating. I urge you to take immediate action by filling up the hole, clearing the rubble and reinstatement of cemented platform so that water accumulation and breeding of mosquitos can be avoided.

    Address: 6/108 2nd Floor , Geeta Colony, Delhi-31

    I have a home IGL Gas line connection at 6/108 Geeta Colony. The team came to fill the form has not given any kind of declaration of the installment plan. Any way that come to know its the security amount of Rs 6000/-. Post the connection start, no one has came to take the reading due to Covid-19 Pandemic situation. After putting 2-3 time complaints the bill has been raised again and again without correction and late fees removal. I request you please provide me the actual bill on the basis of correct reading and the security amount installation details.

        Installation of IGL connection at my address is not complete by Mr. DEEPAK (IGL executive who visited, his phone no is [protected]). He has installed a shorter pipe for gas connection and has said that he will have to come and change the pipe as it is risky. He is not willing to come now and I dont know where to complain for this

          We received a sms on 7-8-2020 date that rs1535.57 is due to be paid. Same day we paid that amount and also it dudect from bank account. Now we received sms of 1914.98 amount. When we go to payment portel its says rs 2914. Plz update this payment to your system.

          Some suggestions to IGL
          1 we not received hard copy of bill to my home address. From February 2020 to till date
          2 details are attached for your reference kindly check.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            The demand of exorbitant amount of Rs.6470.69 for my connection no [protected] is being raised and accordingly getting SMS for it.

            In this regard, I visited your good office several times and raised my grievance and was assured to resolve it, which is not resolved yet.

            On 19.09.2016 Mr. Anil Yadav ( Mobile [protected] ) raised a bill of Rs.858.00 for removal and modification of my connection and taken Rs.1000.00 in cash and said that there will not be any charges/ bill further. But, this amount is added to my bill. Whether he has taken bill amount or extra pocket money?

            An amount of Rs.3497.80 added to my bill on 15.09.2016 in the name of modification for which neither estimate or any bill given to me nor I received anything. They have added anything maximum to my bill as per their wish.

            An amount of Rs.1533.30 again added to my bill on 03.10.2016 in the name of restoration. I never asked for restoration because I was/am not residing there for long.

            I have not utilized PNG since September 2016.

            Anything, any amount as per their wish being added and demand is being raised on me.

            It seems, your Rohini office and persons working there are doing all the mischievous things.

            Please look into the details and set right the amount actually due to me. I am ready to pay my genuine dues.

            Hope that the complaint/grievance will be resolved shortly.

              BP [protected], submitted all the documents and cheque of Rs6000 on 24 August 2020, feasibility passed on 30th August 2020, still its more than 60 days now, my connection is not initiated facing several issues, already surrender my gas connection and now IGL is not providing me the connection even after taking all the documents

                BP Number [protected] was re-connected on[protected] and the bill was generated for the same. This bill contains incorrect GST of 98.84+98.84 for which there is no base amount. Called up helpdesk several times and emailed them several times however they are saying that this is charged as no consumption.

                I re-iterated that BP was "Temporarily Disconnected" for which I have already been charged separately.

                Additional Tax as mentioned does not arise at all, and if so what is the base amount for this.

                  this is a mail regarding the installation of the IGL gas pipeline without our permission from inside the house. it was done at the time when there were no adults present in the house old 10year old kid was alone in the house some person came into the house and installed the gas pipeline inside the house. we request to take quick action on it as soon as possible.

                    My connection was started from Oct 2018 and since inception 500 Rs per month (related to connection charges) coming into my bill. It was communicated that 6000 Rs to be paid @ 500 Rs per month but as i saw my payment history and last months bill generated i am still paying that 500 Rs. wrote several mails to them but no response from their side. And still getting additional 500 rs in my bill. Please help in getting excess amount refund urgently

                      My parents had meters installed for PNG 10 months ago and since then they have been constantly calling the customer service department asking to install gas pipes. They live in rajouri garden and are a elderly couple. They are being harassed because the customer service people say they are going to forward the request and can't do anything.

                      This is so stupid that a government office is so behind their schedule that since 11 months my parent have been calling them every month to install gas pipelines and they wouldn't install and no one takes any action.

                      It is the money of the taxpayers that is put into all this development and those taxpayers them selves are not getting the service they deserve.

                      Me and my brother are in abroad and can't come there due to covid as of now and our parents are having to get gas cylinder to cook which they shouldn't have to do if your office people was doing their jobs that they are getting paid for.

                      Quick action should be taken to look into this matter and other similar pending cases that might be lined up while nobody is doing their job there.

                          Hello,

                          My bp number is [protected]. I have taken a new connection in october 2019. Have not received even a single bill for the same since then. I have been complaining about the same since last 2 months. Have sent the reading of the meter plenty of times but no response on this topic.

                            The connection is disconnected on 12aug 2020 when the reading wae 1227.881 we have paid earlier bills which were estimated basis bills we are getting bills and reminders for payment pl send the bills on actual basis as 12th aug 20 when disconnection took place

                              Hello sir

                              I'm shivani from rohini sector 16 delhi. I want to remove remove gas pipeline from my house wall, many times i got gas leak problem and i resolved it but now I'm frustrate please remove this pipeline and now after this complain you asked me question so I'm give you answer before you asked, your engineer forcefully installed this pipeline i rejected his request after rejected he said in future we didn't installed gas pipeline in your home so now remove this pipeline. Pipeline installed near by home door

Earlier this burner was being used by lpg and the person who had started this connection was told about this. Due to lack of awareness we accepted this high flame.
                                    For this defect sr no. [protected] was raised (date not confirmed) and no one has visited our place. On 8 sep, 20 we received a message that your complaint has been resolved.
                                    Please do needul as we are facing problem.

                                      I am a resident of Noida A 15 sector 55 .
                                      We have applied for new PNG connection on 22.4.2017. As per requirements, we have made payment of Rs. 2500 for the same. We were told that whole process may take upto 3 months, but till date ( 3 years) we have not received services for the same. Inspite of continuous reminders and follow up to customer care of IGL, we didn't get any response. Please look into the matter and do needful. Looking forward for your response.

                                      Installation of the pipes and meter has been done 2 years back but the connection is still pending.

                                        This incident took place on 6th sept 2020.

                                        I reside in 201, anand kunj, vikas puri. I've been having problems with the gas supply in my stove because of which i asked help from a legitimate igl gas reading agent - vikas kumar. He then called two of his known persons -
                                        Sanjay nirankari [protected]
                                        Ravinder singh [protected]

                                        He assured me that they are good in their work and would help me with the needful, however, i was literally looted by the two. They came home and tried to mint as much money as possible by scaring me about the defaults in my stove & gas pipe. They unnecessarily changed my stove stands. They took out my new valves & replaced them with old ones they had brought with them. They also broke the steel cylindrical nob (Attached inside the plastic ones on the outside) that controls the amount of flame that reaches the stove. Earlier, there was a problem that the flame would shut inbetween when on sim while the plastic nob turned on. Now, they enlarged the sim hole on the steel nob and cut the difference between sim and high from inbetween, due to which the gas now only operates on high flame option. Also resulting in wastage of gas. They were also insisting on changing the gas pipe which i did not agree to. He took rs. 1, 650 from me.

                                        The very next day i called sanjay nirankari and asked him to come and check his work, correct what's needed. He has been giving false promises for his visit and hasn't turned up as yet. It's been 8 days and i've called him many times, now he doesn't answer my call.

                                        I will now spend another rs. 1200 to get the repair done for the damage the two representatives caused me with.

                                        It is very very unfortunate how such cheaters operate in the name of such a huge respectable company - igl. They not only betray the consumers but also spoil the name of such a prestigious brand people trust. I really hope a correct action is taken against such crooks and they are stopped from cheating customers in the future.
