This is to bring into not that i have applied for gas connection for my home & the same was very timely attended and the meter is installed well in time with assurance that in next 2-3 days authorised person will come & connect the same with gas stove.
But now it is approx 2 months, no have visited to connect the gas line. The same is number of times followed with your toll free customer carer/ janakpuri cutomer care but every time they replied it will be done in a day.
And we are waiting of that day from last two months.
When i requested the concern excutive to share the number of some responsible authority they denied.
& today's (31.12.19) connect with your janakpur customer care was a worst experience of life, your executive behaved in a very ill mannered & shut down the phone without giving any complaint number.

I am surprised & worried for casual / ill behaviour of igl. If tomorrow any untoward incendent happen & igl will behave in same way then who will save us.

Now my concern is not about the connection but is for this unprofessional behaviour where customer have no respect & value.

Request concern authorities to please take this issue seriously.

      I live on rental in 82, 4th floor, chitra vihar, delhi-110095
      We are provided with a sms stating the bill amount but no reading has been mentioned of the meter.
      Similarly, no SMS has been sent for the bill of month of october 2019.
      Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
      Kindly also reconfirm my BP number. My meter number is ZEN00044237/0918

        Kindly confirm the exact time for completion... Already six months gone... If takes time to complete this connection then why did you receive the request from customer & conducted the survey & installed the pipelines & meter

          Meter is installed in house from last 6 months... Bt the suppy does not begans yet... I m kindly telling u that plzz solve this problem as much as possible or after accepting the request plzz send me a message and the number of yr to contact...             Poor and third class services. My b. P. No. Is [protected]. Meter installed on 29/11/19 since then 17 days today and i requested 4 times for the connection of pipe from billing meter to gas stove yet no one has came to done that. Previously meter and internal pipe line installed after 2+ months of form submission. Government started these services and no control over these. Customer care says 3 days to resolve but no result. I m in very helpless situation now.

            Very poor service, it's been almost 4 months since my form submission (DP: [protected]) but still the pipeline is not connected with the stove, many times I mailed customer care and got a reply that Your problem would be resolved within 3 days and nothing happened after that, when I called customer care twice and thrice they asked me to call a control room ([protected]) and when I called them they again gave me a new number ([protected]) and said that this team handles all the connections in your area. This time I felt that my problems could be resolved now but no luck, I called this number and got the same response again which is a new number ([protected]), as I had no other option so I made a call to this man too and again got a false promise that he will do the connection by evening, now 2 days have been passed and still I am waiting for him.

              This is serious that after many complaints noone came to start the gas connection. And no one picks up the call. My BP number is [protected]. I am going to take up this case to media and consumer forum. I applied for new connection. My meter was installed on 30th November 2019. The superviser gave me a number to call for start the gas. Since then I have CALLED HUNDRES OF TIMES TO MANY NUMBERS. Either they dont pick up the call or tell me that its not their job. I have registered complaint through customer care also. No action has been taken yet. I dont know what to do.

                  I have applied for png connection with indraprastha gas limited on july 8th 2019 and feasibility check was passed on 18/7/19

                  I have paid the full amount of rs 6000/- at the time of application.

                  Now it is almost 5 months that i am waiting endlessly for my connection, till date my connection is not installed.

                  Your maximum commitment time was 90 days which is far over with no communication, i have raised many complaints and spoke to many customer care officers on various occasions and everyone seems to give a nonsense answer.

                  I am putting my case in consumer court and will wait for justice from there.

                  I am not able to understand why delivery men sent by Tirupati Balaji Gas Agency do not behave properly. Despite complaint to the concerned agency they hardly bother.

                  We are surprised that delivery man namely Bhim Singhji hired by Tirupati Balaji Gas Agency behaves rudely with lady.

                    I am tired to contact to igl customer care about the pipeline establishing. First call i made on "12nov" but till now, from that side no one visit to start the gas pipe line. I am not sure that what the hell they are doing. I have all the call record i[censored] want then i can share with u. I don't know whether this complain will help me or not, but still i am trying. I[censored] can do something then its really appreciable.

                      I have applied for new png connection bp number [protected], meter was installed in the month may 2019, till date it has been changed twice, but my png supply has not been started yet in spite of many followups, surprisingly the amount has been deducted from my bank account, when asked from png control room [protected]. They said that it doesnt matter whether supply has been started or not but amount will be deducted, i dont know what to say, the only thing i feel it bunch o[censored]nresponsive and unprofessional people, i will raise the issue further for definite

                        1. Applied for new gas connection in december 2017.
                        2. Payment debited to my bank account vide cheque no - 000022 n! 9th january 2018 (1 year & above 10 months ago)
                        3. Meter installed on 22nd october 2019. (1 month & 5 days ago)
                        I'm still waiting for gas connection. I have gone to bhikaji cama place and district center, janakpuri to solve the problem, but nothing. I have made several calls at customer care as well as control room but useless. I'm being told for the connection either today or tomorrow.
                        Therefore, i shall request you to pls look into my matter and do the needful.

                            My bp no is [protected] in the name of rashmi khatri, address is 12/51b, 1st floor tilak nagar, there are 4 floor on this address and in all the floors you install the gas pipe line and meter more than 1 year ago but not connect the home pipe line with the main line. Your gas connection is running our right side home and left, right and opposite house no 12/51a and 12/52a but not running in 12/51b what is the reason we cannot understand.
                            Many times we call your customer care but only one reply from your side that we forward your request on higher priority very soon your connection will start but we cannot understand where you forward our request on higher priority? On 19/11/2019 again i call your igl customer care for start my connection then your executive told me within 3 working days your gas connection will start and told me reason for delay in connection. Your executive told me your home open pipe line was not connected to main under ground (Outside the home) line. Now we connect your home gas pipeline with main under ground pipe line so very soon your connection will start. I told your executive still home pipeline is not connected with main line but they told me our system is showing the line is connected. But i saw still line is not connect with main line.

                            I am requesting you if you are not able to provide the right information and solution for connection then please remove you line and meter from our building.

                            still not solution on this complain. they are giving only date but still no solution. many time call and complain same answer within 3 working days your connection will start

                              I m a customer of igl gas pipeline and have been using it well with 100% good payment record. Still i have been getting calls for last almost 2 years against a connection holder (Mr. Rajesh aggarwal - bp no.. [protected]).

                              On each call i receive, i request the caller to please update your record as i m not rajesh aggarwal, but nobody bothered and calls continuously disturbing me a lot. This is last time i m requesting you to remove my mobile number from mr. Rajesh aggarwal's profile with immediate effect,, or else i m so disturbed of igl officials that i will file a legal complaint as i have all records with me.

                                The gas pipeline has been installed only for my floor and self in the building no.
                                B-169, 2nd. Floor, greater kailash part-1, new delhi. The pipeline is installed from the outside connection through an area which is unauthorisedly occupied by the ground floor. Every now and then, they have partied and their whole cooking, including big tandoors and sizzling fire cooking is done just one foot away or even less sometime. The area has become a ticking bomb ready to explode any time. T have reported this matter to your personnel visiting the premises every month, but no action has till time been taken by igl. Please note that in the evantually of a very grave disaster happening soon, only igl will be reqponsible for the loss of our lives, property and all the dmages, which may please be noted. I am reporting this matter to the ministry as well as the courts also. Please act before it is too late, and we all lose our lives due to this disaster.                                   I am getting the regular calls and mail from igl regarding payment outstanding with the name of anil dutt, b. P number :-[protected].

                                  I dont know, who is anil dutt and how my number and email id is there in your records with the name of anil dutt.

                                  Please rectify and correct your records as i had already told many times to concern person calling from igl.

                                    Hi team, my bp no. Is [protected] in noida. Despite submitting all the documents there's no action from the team who updates kyc and activate connection. Everyone around in activation team wants to charge money to get the connection activated. Someone says it will cost r. S 800 the other person says it will take rs. 275 per burner etc etc however till now no one is helping properly to get it activated.

                                      I am a new PNG customer with BP number [protected]. The meter for my PNG connection has been Installed around 2 months ago. Since then, I have been trying to call IGL Control Room to connect the gas pipe to my gas stove and complete the installation but the IGL Control Room number is either always busy or no one picks the call.

                                      I, therefore, request you to look into this matter and do the needful.

                                      I had applied for a new connection in April 2019. I was allotted BP number [protected]. My Cheque for amount Rs 6000/- in favor of IGL was debited on 14 June 2019. Pipe was installed on 01 Sep 2019. It has been 02 months since the meter was installed however no gas supply has been activated for my connection.

                                        After their tech evaluation and visit of representative, i as well my other family members, have made payment to igl for 3 png connections for my 3 residential floors in aug 2015 under consumer bp no.[protected],[protected] and 7071. After my regular follow up, they asked me to apply for refund as due to some technical reasons (Not they are unable to provide connection. I, time and again wrote for connection but no response.
                                        Now their representative is advising me and my neighbours. To apply again.

                                        I am a senior citizen requiring png connection urgently. On my emails i get an auto generated reply for action soon but never attended. My latest service ticket is (Srv req no ([protected]). Request release of connection and releaf. Thanking you in anticipation, gp srivastava, i-10, sector 22, noida, u. P. 201301, mob-[protected]
                                        Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
