I got a new connection on march 11, 2019 with bp no. [protected]. To my surprise when we got our first bill, the amount was more than 13, 500 for just four months. We were surprised as we already had paid the security amount of rs 6, 000 in the beginning. After several complaints, their technician came on september 9 and found a huge leakage in the igl pipeline just after the meter.

I am writing this complaint after multiple failed attempts to resolve the billing issue for bp no: [protected].

The igl connection was installed at my address in 2016. The address where its installed kcb0020703, wishtown klassic, noida sector 134 is locked since i moved to a different city abroad and never used the igl connection.

My father who is a senior citizen visited the flat recently...

My bp # [protected] and payments made on 9.12.2017, for gas connection to my home and the gas meter also installed many months back i have contacted many of related persons/officers to get gas connection from my installed meter to my kitchen stove, in my apartment all of the house owners using/enjoying gas from the pipeline. Kindly help to get the gas connection.

I came every day to fill up cng igl indraprastha and there is one water cooler from which water is getting leaked 24x7 qnd leaked doesnt means tip tip i mean in 1 minute u can fill up 1 bottle from each tap. I am continuously informing the manager from last 1 week but he doesnt even bother and say "aage bol rakha hai kuch hota hi nahi" pls take action against them if you need any vedio clip or something pls let me know...

I chander shekhar gupta have applied an igl gas pipeline connection for my home with bp no. - [protected] and [protected] in may 2019 but till now my connection is not installed and when i visit to igl office he told me that my payment is not clear but my payment is cleared in may and june with photo attatched below.

Hi team,

From everyday to every minute. I am calling igl customer care and control room for connection but your team is seriously very slow.
They just pick the call but no successful output with my connection.

Request you to please take necessary action to this as date of payment to now 90 days already been done.
If this is how customer treated then its seriously very bad behavior from igl....

Had filed several complaints of false billing but to no avail. I am 85 years old and i am bed ridden. My daughter who has been handling this has just been recovering from cancer.

I am shocked you are charging me a bill for a connection which has never been used. You may see the meter reading.

I had paid rs 6000 advance as required and after some time i started getting messages that i had not paid the rs 6000....

I am residing in 12-a, katwaria sarai, dda flats, phase 2, new delhi and since i am shifting to noida and will be registering for a new connection there, i require the connection here to be disconnected within 2 days.

Yesterday iam visited your sector 52 office for complaining about the same. Last 2 week ago your contracter team visited with team for installation of connection but due to shortages of meter work is not done till now.

Sir i came many times at lnp bakkarwala 2 cng station.
Water facilities at this station are too unhygienic.
Too many mosquitoes and dust are inside and outside of earth pot.
Spider are present at water cans and earthpot.
It is very harmful for customers and also for employees who work at that station.

Installation persons (Private contractor of igl) have very unprofessional and poorly routed the pipes over the kitchen slab spoiling the space and aesthetics. On telling, they quarrelled with my wife and did the job as per their wish. Pipes installed are not straight and parallel to to the wall (2-3 inch) away coming over the kitchen slab.
