Hello sir/mam,
I am a resident of d-8/11, sector - 6, rohini, delhi -110085 and had applied for two igl connections for my home and the security and registration amount was already being deducted from my account. Your workers came to our home but only set-up one connection and left their work by saying we will come tomorrow. Further, neither any meter is placed nor the gas pipeline stated until now. Right now, it's being almost more than three weeks and none of the workers visited again at our home. Please look into this matter as i want the connection on an urgent basis.

    ". I have received the bill for address 2 grd floor supreme court housing noida sector 99 noida 201301 as business partner no. [protected] while no connection has been provided till date. I had earlier also complained about the same but is of no avail.

    Inspite of my informing your call center, who keep on calling inspite of being told that there is no connection connected at the said premises. I continue to receive calls for payment.

    Please note that your sending me bills of such heavy value, making threatening calls, sending sms are causing mental agony & torture to me, for which you are liable to pay damages.

    Please let me know what is the escalation channel in your organisation as at your level no action is being taken,

    If corrective action is not taken to resolve the issue, i will be forced to take appropriate steps against you."

      I, Tarun Bakshi resident of 14th Avenue Gaur city 2 has deposited cheque no. “000004” with your dealer at 14th Avenue, and same was cleared from my bank on 1 November.

      My details are

      Here is the details and issues I have faced while asking a connection from your representative while cheque for this is already cleared.

      12 October person came and took the forms, id’s and signature along with cheque
      1 November – Cheque got cleared from bank(IDFC)
      11 November – People came to my home and installed the meter and other pipeline and told me other member will come to add the gas connection into my hob.
      12 November I started calling and asked your complain center to get my connection complete.
      After so many reminders at last on 12 December – I registered complain, AND here twist the person DID NOT REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT.
      On 26th December- After complain and several reminder nobody turned up- I again called then I asked for my complain status they said there is NO COMPLAINT registered from me. WOW, I asked the person now to register the complaint.
      They give me complaint number [protected], now guess what, today my complaint was closed without having my issue resolved neither they called me nor they provided any intimations about that.

      When I called the complaint center they told me no reason was mention why this ticket is closed and we cant reopen this complaint but we can register a new complaint. I got that just to have your TAT complete they closed my ticket.

      NOW, just to add one more thing, still my connection is not yet started but MY BILLING has been generated. Thanks for the fast service 😊 at least on this point.

      Please note that my house has not been provided by the LPG connection whereas my neighbors that is resident of M- 28102 and others

      have got the connection and the meter has also been installed to their home. We have complained several times regarding the

      same to your customer care centre but all in vein to receive any response from your side. We got everything installed meter and other pipelines, the thing they have to complete is only a knobs and activate the connection.

      We have been helplesly trying to get the connection done at our place, and hereby request you to find me a solution for the same.

      The burner regulator has become so tight. It does not operate. Sometimes it becomes so free which results in leakage of gas

        ) there are no words to express the kind of services are being offered by igl delhi nowdays. I had applied for the new connection way back in md of oct 2019 & till today there is no installation done
        I have been running from pillar to post, made several calls to customer services who have everytime registered the complaint & issued ticket nos but no one is ready to pay heed against the ticket mo issued
        Even after feasibility report was completed, n one had bothered to collect the documents from our home for almost 2 months
        On 30th dec new ticket no[protected] was issued & automatically the same was automatically closed stating the compaint was resolved whereas no progress was made. After lot of calls i was reffered to control room number who further gave our aread ajay enclave supervisor no who is resposnble for installtion.. I could speak to him. Firstly he mentioned they have no recived the bp request for installtion & no ca no is also geerated whereas per control room ca no was alreayd generated long ago. I have been now trying to reach suoervisor amrendera singh but he is not even taking the call.

          My BP number is .[protected].. I have raised multiple times for urgent Gas connection. My main request number is [protected]. Can you please urgently installed the Gas connection. I have raised a connection request 16/11 and issued the cheque with my papers but my file wasnt processed untill 2nd December and now they are telling me to wait for 90 days. There is already a pipeline going in my premises. so it should be installed asap as we need to shift urgently

            My BP no is [protected] and have applied on 01oct 2018 but still connection
            meter not installed. so many times i have called to customer care no and registered complaint and they said as per their history RFC not installed at your
            premises and i told that pipeline is already installed on my home wall. After this they provide me area engineer number i called him he said your meter will
            installed in 7 to 8 days but after 3 months no response my their side .pls do the
            need ful.

            As connection not installed and engineer visited to home last month in January and said meter will install with in 7 days but still not installed .very poor and care less service by IGL

              I, ashok arora resident of a-4/22 first floor sector -15 alok kunj, rohini new delhi using igl business partner no.[protected] want to file complaint against leakage in the pipeline. I have already filed a complaint but no action have been taken from your side. Your staff member have already visited and found leakage in the pipeline around 15 days back, but didn’t take the action. Please make it repair as early as possible.

                My bp no [protected]. And i have paid all payments and completed all formalities from last 3 month but till connection not stored only your people connect meter in my kitchen but from one month till today not connect to gas pipe line.
                Why and how much time required.
                As in my neighbor all peoples already using igl and i am still cylinder gas.
                Already raised many complain but always they closed my complain without solving.
                Is here any body can help me or not.

                  This is to bring into not that i have applied for gas connection for my home & the same was very timely attended and the meter is installed well in time with assurance that in next 2-3 days authorised person will come & connect the same with gas stove.
                  But now it is approx 2 months, no have visited to connect the gas line. The same is number of times followed with your toll free customer carer/ janakpuri cutomer care but every time they replied it will be done in a day.
                  And we are waiting of that day from last two months.
                  When i requested the concern excutive to share the number of some responsible authority they denied.
                  & today's (31.12.19) connect with your janakpur customer care was a worst experience of life, your executive behaved in a very ill mannered & shut down the phone without giving any complaint number.

                  I am surprised & worried for casual / ill behaviour of igl. If tomorrow any untoward incendent happen & igl will behave in same way then who will save us.

                  Now my concern is not about the connection but is for this unprofessional behaviour where customer have no respect & value.

                  Request concern authorities to please take this issue seriously.

                      We are provided with a sms stating the bill amount but no reading has been mentioned of the meter.
                      Similarly, no SMS has been sent for the bill of month of october 2019.
                      Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                          Meter is installed in house from last 6 months... Bt the suppy does not begans yet... I m kindly telling u that plzz solve this problem as much as possible or after accepting the request plzz send me a message and the number of yr to contact... And one more thing is that i have complained this on your customer care 2 times but nothing is change so know i m requesting u to plzz solve this problem...                             Poor and third class services. My b. P. No. Is [protected]. Meter installed on 29/11/19 since then 17 days today and i requested 4 times for the connection of pipe from billing meter to gas stove yet no one has came to done that. Previously meter and internal pipe line installed after 2+ months of form submission. Government started these services and no control over these. Customer care says 3 days to resolve but no result. I m in very helpless situation now.

                            Very poor service, it's been almost 4 months since my form submission (DP: [protected]) but still the pipeline is not connected with the stove, many times I mailed customer care and got a reply that Your problem would be resolved within 3 days and nothing happened after that, when I called customer care twice and thrice they asked me to call a control room ([protected]) and when I called them they again gave me a new number ([protected]) and said that this team handles all the connections in your area. This time I felt that my problems could be resolved now but no luck, I called this number and got the same response again which is a new number ([protected]), as I had no other option so I made a call to this man too and again got a false promise that he will do the connection by evening, now 2 days have been passed and still I am waiting for him.

                              This is serious that after many complaints noone came to start the gas connection. And no one picks up the call. My BP number is [protected]. I am going to take up this case to media and consumer forum. I applied for new connection. My meter was installed on 30th November 2019. The superviser gave me a number to call for start the gas. Since then I have CALLED HUNDRES OF TIMES TO MANY NUMBERS. Either they dont pick up the call or tell me that its not their job. I have registered complaint through customer care also. No action has been taken yet. I dont know what to do.

                                  I have applied for png connection with indraprastha gas limited on july 8th 2019 and feasibility check was passed on 18/7/19

                                  I have paid the full amount of rs 6000/- at the time of application.

                                  Now it is almost 5 months that i am waiting endlessly for my connection, till date my connection is not installed.

                                  Your maximum commitment time was 90 days which is far over with no communication, i have raised many complaints and spoke to many customer care officers on various occasions and everyone seems to give a nonsense answer.

                                  I am putting my case in consumer court and will wait for justice from there.

                                  I am not able to understand why delivery men sent by Tirupati Balaji Gas Agency do not behave properly. Despite complaint to the concerned agency they hardly bother.

                                  We are surprised that delivery man namely Bhim Singhji hired by Tirupati Balaji Gas Agency behaves rudely with lady.

                                    I am tired to contact to igl customer care about the pipeline establishing. First call i made on "12nov" but till now, from that side no one visit to start the gas pipe line. I am not sure that what the hell they are doing. I have all the call record i[censored] want then i can share with u. I don't know whether this complain will help me or not, but still i am trying. I[censored] can do something then its really appreciable.

                                      I have applied for new png connection bp number [protected], meter was installed in the month may 2019, till date it has been changed twice, but my png supply has not been started yet in spite of many followups, surprisingly the amount has been deducted from my bank account, when asked from png control room [protected]. They said that it doesnt matter whether supply has been started or not but amount will be deducted, i dont know what to say, the only thing i feel it bunch o[censored]nresponsive and unprofessional people, i will raise the issue further for definite

                                        1. Applied for new gas connection in december 2017.
                                        2. Payment debited to my bank account vide cheque no - 000022 n! 9th january 2018 (1 year & above 10 months ago)
                                        3. Meter installed on 22nd october 2019. (1 month & 5 days ago)
                                        I'm still waiting for gas connection. I have gone to bhikaji cama place and district center, janakpuri to solve the problem, but nothing. I have made several calls at customer care as well as control room but useless. I'm being told for the connection either today or tomorrow.
                                        Therefore, i shall request you to pls look into my matter and do the needful.
