This has reference to my igl connection the worker or plumber called me at morning and told that we r coming around 10 am for ur igl connection. I am a working lady, i took a leave for that day that is on friday (23.08.2019) and they came around 1pm after that they started working for more than 3 hrs.
When an engineer and his subordinate (Who called me at morning) said the pipe is not fitted properly it should be rectify, after that...

Since june 2019 i am getting bills/invoice. Which was being received for last 8-10 years?
This is caussing delay in payment or i have to make payment by other means causing disruption and harassment. I am a senior citizen. Please restore sending bills to my banker state bank of india, mayur vihar phase-1, delhi....

Several time i have booking the complainants on phone and tried to call igl official but the result is same.

You are requested to look into the matter and expedite the process of new connection at my residence at the earliest.

I have been trying to contact the people at IGL customer care, but to no avail. I have bought a new house and didn't receive the bill. Now I have recieved a bill that is of past date and shows that my connection has been deactivated. If I didn't use their services after the last owner handed over the house to me then how will I be able to solve this issue?

I applied for 1 png connection in 25 may 2018. But there will be no revert of such application. All the cheques in advance had been cleared. Since nothing happend i started complaint to your customer care. They gave many numbers regarding that but no actionwere taken by them

I had applied for a new connection in the first week of july, 2019 but till date i had not got any call from igl team regarding the connection. All payments and documentation have been done. I have been issued bp number: [protected] and ca number :[protected].

Igl has installed their pipeline & meter for gas at my residence at subhash nagar new delhi to make my residence their museum for their pipeline & meter which is fitted since last one and a half month without gas. This is in reference to complaint regarding installation of gas piping of neighbor on my side of wall.

In my neighborhood people working for igl had excavated pit for giving png connection. The excavation was done about 10 days ago. They have left the excavated pit without backfilling it. I think they are not aware of the consequences of keeping the pit open for such a long period while as per the government order, no excavation can be done during monsoon period. I work as an engineer with government civic department.

I have complained several times but there is no response or solution to my problem.. I got new connection of igl.. My bp no is [protected].. I received a very heavy bill of rs1776-rs500 (First bill discount)=rs 1176.. Which is much much more than my consumption.. I am using igl since 9years at my old residence... Its bpno. Due to long queue of cng cars at sarojini nagar igl gas station and mismanagement of the staff, there is always a trafic jam at ring road, sarojini nagar and blockage of service line which is besides the cng pump. I am a resident nearby and always get late due to this. When i complained at the cng pump about this they said that it is not their duty to maintain the lines and will not deploy any person to manage the line....

The guys taking reading for igl are uneducated, rude and i'll mannered. One satish sharma came to take reading on monday at 10 am. When told to come on sunday or saturday as i was busy leaving for office, he started arguing. Said apni reading khud de dena. Then came in with shoes on in kitchen. When asked started arguing again. Said bahar likhwa do jutey utarne k liye. Igl should immediately sack such ppl....
