I am residing in 12-a, katwaria sarai, dda flats, phase 2, new delhi and since i am shifting to noida and will be registering for a new connection there, i require the connection here to be disconnected within 2 days.

I am going to shift on 2nd october 2019 and don't have the time for coming back for disconnection as the flat is going to be handed over to the new owners.

Please consider this as very urgent.

I request you to accelerate my request as early as possible.

      I had a complaint about my igl connection installation all the verification done from your team side.
      Yesterday iam visited your sector 52 office for complaining about the same. Last 2 week ago your contracter team visited with team for installation of connection but due to shortages of meter work is not done till now.

      He said that within one week someone from igl would come and start the gas pipeline or my connection but its been more than 15 days but no body came and nobody is looking into this matter. Now when i am sending mails of requesting or complaining about this then they are not doing anything they just revert me with a fancy mail and also send another mail with a message that my complain is resolved while the problem is still persisting
      Now i wanna ask igl. Is this the way you work? Is this the way provide services?

        मेरे गैस का bill बहुत ज़्यादा आ रहा है इसके लिए मैंने आपके cutomercare पे फोन किया तो उन्होनें मुझे बताया की या तो आपके यहाँ कोई लीकेज है या आपके मिटर में कोई problem है
        आपके customercare वाले ने मुझे कहा की अभी मैं इसकी लीकेज की शिकायत डाल देता हूँ हमारा टेक्निशीयन आ कर चेक कर लेगा की लीकेज है या कोई और प्रॉब्लम है
        जब आपका टेक्निशीयन आया तो उसने चूल्हा चेक किया। मगर चेक करते करते उससे हमारे चूल्हे के पीछे की नोब जिसमे मिटर से आ कर pipe लगती है टूट गयी। नोब टूटने के बाद वो बोलने लगा की आपकी नोब पहले से ही टूटी हुई है। जिस समय वो चूल्हा चेक कर रहा था उस समय उसके साथ मेरी wife और मेरा बेटा भी वही खड़ा था जब उन्होनें कहा की नही ये आपसे टूटी है तो वो नही मान रहा था और कहने लगा की यही से लीकेज है और कोई प्रॉब्लम नही है। मेरे पास उसके द्वारा तोड़े गये part की फोटो भी है जो मैं साथ में भेज रहा हूँ। हमने कहा की इसे ठीक करो तो वो बोला इसे आपको बाहर से ठीक करवाना पड़ेगा। ये हम ठीक नही करते।
        और ये कह कर वो चला गया और थोड़ी देर में मेरे पास sms आया की आपकी प्रॉब्लम resolve हो गयी है। मुझे खुद ऑफिस से आ कर उसे ठीक करवाने के लिए दुकान पे जाना पड़ा और वहाँ जाकर जब मैंने उसे चूल्हा दिखाया तो वो बोला की ये तो lpg का चूल्हा है इसे png के चूल्हे में change करवा लो ये काम तो जो connection करने आता है वही करता है और इसका charge भी आपसे igl वालो ने आपसे लिया होगा।
        जबकी आपका जो टेक्निशीयन आया था वो इस काम के अलग से पैसे माँग रहा था।
        फ़िर मैंने आपके cutomercare पे फोन किया और उन्हें सारी बात बताई की कैसे आपका टेक्निशीयन हमारी समस्या solve किए बिना चला गया और साथ में मेरे चूल्हे की नोब भी तोड़ गया तो उन्होनें मुझे कहा की हमे पता नही होता की कौन सा टेक्निशीयन आपके पास आया था। हम आपकी फ़िर से लीकेज की शिकायत डाल देते है।
        मैंने लीकेज चेक करने के लिए रात को बिना वाल्व बंद किए अपने मिटर की फोटो खीची और फ़िर सुबह खीची। दोनो फोटो मैंने आपको भेजी है आप खुद चेक कीजिए। और साथ में जो आपका टेक्निशीयन चूल्हे की नोब तोड़ कर गया है उसकी भी फोटो है।
        अब आप ही बताइए की अगर मेरी गैस की खपत लीकेज की वजह से होती तो जीतना आपका bill आ रहा है उस हिसाब से तो हमे गैस की समैल भी आनी चाहिए थी। और आप खुद मेरा बिल चेक करके देखिए क्या इतनी जल्दी इतना बिल आ सकता है?
        जिस तरह से मेरी मिटर की रीडिंग बढ़ रही है उस हिसाब से तो शायद मेरे मिटर मे ही कोई दीक्कत है।

        अतः आपसे अनुरोध है की मेरी इस समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान कीजिए। और जो टेक्निशीयन मेरे यहा आया था उसके खीलफ कुछ एक्शन लीजिए।
        अब तो मुझे ऐसा लग रहा है की मैं png का connection ले कर फँस गया हूँ। जब तक मेरी समस्या का समाधान नही होगा तब तक मैं बिल नही भरूँगा।
        आपसे अनुरोध है की जल्द से जल्द मेरे मिटर को चेक कर के बदला जाए और bill को ठीक करके भेजा जाए ताकी मैं सही bill भर सकूँ।

          I had applied for the gas connection and submitted all the document and cheque as a part of pre-requisite for connection. The gas connection is in progress in my colony and nearly half of the flats had it installation done at their premise. I got the sms from the igl for connection can't be installed due to kitchen tnf and customer denied modification. All the flats in my area are having same infrastructure, if it can ben installed on their flats why not in our residence also the customer denied modification can't be justified as it was never asked. I feel like i had been cheated and the survey team is no mood to work. Please help me in this regard.

            This is regarding the delay in installing a new domestic IGL PNG connection. My BP number is [protected]. I did the payment on[protected]. So it's been more than 2 months doing follow up with IGL but no progress has been made. I am a tenant R/O B4-1104, SuperTech Ecovillage-1, Sector 1, Bisrakh, Greater Noida west, UP-201306.               Sir i came many times at lnp bakkarwala 2 cng station.
              Water facilities at this station are too unhygienic.
              Too many mosquitoes and dust are inside and outside of earth pot.
              Spider are present at water cans and earthpot.
              It is very harmful for customers and also for employees who work at that station.
              Mcd cut there challan. But no action taken by managers toward unhygienic water facilities.
              Please take necessary steps against that station.

                Pipe lines have been fixed till yet no supply of gas. It is now 3 months. Complained so many times to customer care centres but of no avail. Was the promotion done only to fix pipes. Very slow work and very un professional. How many months more is required for the supply of gas. It was an emi scheme of 6 months. I have paid for 2 months, no information is given regarding the supply. Why the phone no. Of high officials in the office is not provided so that a direct communication is maintained.

                  Bp no.[protected], new connection was installed on 30.9.19. Installation persons (Private contractor of igl) have very unprofessional and poorly routed the pipes over the kitchen slab spoiling the space and aesthetics. On telling, they quarrelled with my wife and did the job as per their wish. Pipes installed are not straight and parallel to to the wall (2-3 inch) away coming over the kitchen slab. Pipes could have been routed from outside the kitchen wall. Very poor, messy and unprofessional job done. Not acceptable.

Without my knowledge in my absence. After several pone calls at igl i could not talk to right authority who could see into the matter and resolve my issue, every one is just passing time taking it very light. After this mail i going to destroy the pipe line and going to log an police complained as damage my property in my absence without my knowledge. You have limited time to resolve the issue.

                    Employer name dramveer was very rude and spoke to me with abuse language. When I was recently goes to refuel my cng. Then he was behaving with me in a rude and abusing manner. I used to complain to manger of that pump. But manger didn't reply anything...

                            I want to report the negligent behavior and indifferent and callous behavior of the control room supervisor.
                            I got my pipeline connection initiated on 5th sep by a representative called vikash in b-23/1401, tulip violet, sector 69, sohna road, gurugram, haryana 122101. My mother in law got the connection done and she also mentioned to him that there is quite a delay in the gas coming, to which he said this is the norm in pipeline gas and hence delay was expected.
                            Every time we tried putting the flame on, there was a lot of delay in the gas getting on. Today morning (18th sep 2019) around 9.15 am - my cook was standing in the kitchen and i was sitting on the table next to her and we both saw glass coming up in the air and hit her body and she somehow managed to save her eye from the glass.
                            The toughened glass of the burner broke completely and exploded to hit her eye. We were so shocked and scared. I immediately raised a complaint with both prestige (Gas burner) and igl pipeline.
                            A person called anand visited us from igl pipeline and on inspection, he confirmed that there was a flaw in the way the pipeline connection was done by vikash. He said there was leakage happening from the burner, which led to gas being formed and heating up - thereby heating the glass and exploding it. His colleague named prabhakar also confirmed the same. However when i called the control room, the supervisor started denying this and said the burner glass couldn't have broken and exploded due to the pipeline gas leakage issue. I also called their office multiple times but they didn't revert back properly and made excuses on how this wasn't their or their executives' fault. My cook and i could have had a very major accident today which we narrowly escaped. I demand that they reimburse all the damages and also pay for the mental trauma caused. They should take full precautions while installation to ensure no one else has to face similar situation again and no accidents causing harm to people or goods take place.in my society (Tulip violet, sohna road, gurugram) - many such issues have been reported because of the negligence of the pipeline connection executive and company. However, the company is very callous and ask the users to get the glass exchanged from the burner company and keep ignoring any such requests. What's worse their higher management/ authorities deny negligence on behalf of their staff and refuse to accept their mistake. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I hav paid my initial charges but the contractor has left my connections and some others. Also he hasn't repaired his road cuttings and diggings due to which we are facing hell lot of problems. When asked him he talked rudely and said he has finished all of his work. Kindly look into the matter.

                                Gentle reminder 3

                                Have just logged the service request for the old material have been installed at my premises. Please note last month i requested igl to re-install the png connection, where in there was a bill generated by the igl team
                                Bill no [protected] dated 17.07.2019 for rs 3421.68/- against the the re-instillation of png connection.

                                I need to know all the pipes and av system were old installed at my residence which were retaken move from my earlier residence place, this means the the above charges of rs 3400 were service and installation charges as there were no new material been installed.

                                Here i request please put the new items and take this matter as serious as you are fooling the customers where in charges been taken and old material installed by your team.

                                Treat the same as urgent and replace all the old items with new items.

                                Look forward a positive and faster response from your side.

Again he called and confirmed that he will come on thursday so i need to take off... Again he didn't come. So today is the 4th time he did same with me i toof off and as usual he never came.. Igl toll free number is always busy as that is spam no... No one contacted from igl and i do not think this is government might b vendors are there private. So i do not need connection now and want my money back...

                                    Every one know money does not matter but yes commitment matters for me...4 times I took off just because of that stupid guy Sanjay...going forward I will fill this on consumer court as I have all the recordings and just attach affidavit and fight this case on my own...

                                        My bp numbers are [protected] and [protected]. Name is sandeep malhotra r/o c-23, green park extension. New delhi 110016. Tel [protected]. I had requested for cancellatiion of my both connections in 2017 september as my house was being re-built.

                                        My both connections were put in safe custody and my 12000/- deposit was also not refunded. Now for on request for 2 new connections on the same address i have been forced to pay 2000/- for each connection as safe custody charges and charged 3800/- each for laying of old pipes.

                                        This is not right on the part of igl. Kindly help. Sandeep malhotra

                                        Waiting from may 2019 for connection of igl png. Worst customer support, often disconnect phone, no deadline is given. Called atleast 50 times. My BP number is [protected]
                                        After installing the meter and all fittngs..no body came for connecting gas stove with meter.we are calling again and again but nobody came to resolve our problem. INSTALLATION COMPLETED ON 24 AUGUST 2019
