I booked png connection in may beginning. I was told 3 months i would getting connection. I submitted all papers to the door step service person with house papers and 275rs cheque. After 2 months i was told that they have received any documents thats why my connection is not being installed. I submitted documents and cheque again at rk puram walk in center. Now its two more months. My cheque is debited. Inhave a bp no. The app shows my profile. But no one is coming to put connection in my house. The customer care puts me on 8 to 12 min waiting always but never comes on line. I am tired of this charade. Please resolve my problem and install pipeline in my house.

    Sir,
    We booked igl connection on dated 21.07.19 cheq. No - 343869 sbi, n-458 a, sec - 23, sanjay nagar, ghaziabad. Mr. Vikas come in my house for connection and ask give me ladder and oil for the connection. We refused to give ladder and oil. Mr. Vikas misbehave & arrogant talking with me.
    He refuse to installed igl connection.

    Authorised representative of igl collected sbi cheque no.244292 dt 05/05/2019 for rs.6, 000/- for domestic png connection in flat no b1803, charms castle, rajnagar extension, ghaziabad.
    Even after lapse of almost four months and visits by your representatives in the flat, gas connection is not yet given.
    Kindly expedite the connection without further delay.

      Address: IGL SHIKRI MURADNAGAR DISTT- GHAZIABAD, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201206

      When we go to igl cng pump station, muradnagar for filling gas in our car at 5:15 am. They say that there is no gas for filling and the gas will be filled after 6:00 am when new shift will be come.
      This incident became two-three times before today.
      I am requesting to you for correcting your services so that more customers will be come

      When we go to IGL CNG pump station, Muradnagar for filling gas in our car at 5:15 am. They say that there is no gas for filling and the gas will be filled after 6:00 am when new shift will be come.
      This incident became two-three times before today.

        I am Pooja Pokhriyal, BP No. [protected], My papers and check was deposited in FEB'19 however no connection was done. I called up at 50 to 60 times as every time i am getting a new number to call. Mr. Kunal our area manager is not picking up the call i called him many number of times, I called up customer care so many times and i was given an assurance that a complaint is launched and it will resolve soon but no luck. I am writing you to please resolve the connection as the gas line is activated in my building and people in my building are using it.

        I request to please resolve my query on top priority.

          This harassment is going on for last 2 years repeatedly complaining but your system is not improving sometimes you say new agency hired they will correct the details some time other excuses. Bills are not received then you start charging late payment fee.
          For customer care no email of any officer of the igl is available to take up matter and resolving the issue. Will you let me know who will listen and ensure things timely and correctly?
          Or we need to complaint to consumer forum.
          Please give me mobile number of supervisory officer/executive officer of igl.

            This has reference to my igl connection the worker or plumber called me at morning and told that we r coming around 10 am for ur igl connection. I am a working lady, i took a leave for that day that is on friday (23.08.2019) and they came around 1pm after that they started working for more than 3 hrs.
            When an engineer and his subordinate (Who called me at morning) said the pipe is not fitted properly it should be rectify, after that the person told me signed on these papers (Ye toh chits as kaam hai mei kal subah karwa dunga) and now i had called them many times and they keep saying everytime abhi aa jayega and then till today the situation is same. No one came and no connection of gas. So please tell me what is the use of gas meter plz uninstalled the unit from my kitchen i[censored] and ur workers r not able to rectify d mistake which were made by them and without any gas connection, why wasting our valuable time and money (Also drilled a hole in slab for their pipe connection) and harass common people like us.
            Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

              Since june 2019 i am getting bills/invoice. Which was being received for last 8-10 years?

                Several time i have booking the complainants on phone and tried to call igl official but the result is same.

                You are requested to look into the matter and expedite the process of new connection at my residence at the earliest.

                    Dear sir/madam, the process of registration for supply of png in laxmi nagar and adjoining areas e. G. Guru angad nagar extn etc. Was started in 2017. I along with shri c. P. Rai, president, consumer protection forum took active interest in getting maximum registrations as requested by the project manager (East). We were assured by the officials of igl that the connections will be provided in six months time. Household fittings were also done in 2018 but thereafter there is no progress in the matter. Residents of the area are often enquiring from us about how much time will it take but we are not getting any feedback from the concerned officials inspite of our verbal requests and emails. Pl. Direct the concerned officials to expedite the process of providing household connections at the earliest as residents have also started paying emis which were to be paid after getting connections.

                      Hi,

                      I have been trying to contact the people at IGL customer care, but to no avail. I have bought a new house and didn't receive the bill. Now I have recieved a bill that is of past date and shows that my connection has been deactivated. If I didn't use their services after the last owner handed over the house to me then how will I be able to solve this issue?
                      Please help, it's been months that I'm trying to get in touch with their executives who's phones are perpetually busy..

                        I applied for 1 png connection in 25 may 2018. But there will be no revert of such application. All the cheques in advance had been cleared. Since nothing happend i started complaint to your customer care. They gave many numbers regarding that but no actionwere taken by them
                        Sir, today is 16 aug 2019 and your maximum time is for 3 months and its being more than 1 year and there will be no reply.

                            Igl has installed their pipeline & meter for gas at my residence at subhash nagar new delhi to make my residence their museum for their pipeline & meter which is fitted since last one and a half month without gas. It was requested many time for connection of gas but it is not given till date. I met their dgm marketing at rk puram refferred me to useless person pg kumar who never boder about his dutes

                                installation on neighbor side.

[protected] है) से बात करने पर वह बहानेबाजी करने लगता है। शिकायत करने की बात कहने पर वह अभद्र भाषा में बात करता है। कृपया मेरी समस्या का समाधान करें और अपने कर्मियों के व्यवहार में सुधार लाने हेतु कदम उठाएं।

                                    I am to state that on getting a notice on 21st july, 2019, i submitted my pending dues on the same date. But still they disconnected the connection. Later i get to know that the payment i made on 21st july got reflected into their account on 24th of july and because of this all this has happened. Now they are asking me to pay rs.3000/- for reconnecting the gas supply. I request you to kindly resolve the matter as i have paid the dues on the stipulated date. My bp no. Is [protected]
