Dear sir
This is in reference to invoice no [protected] dt 24.08.2018 for rs 10201.50. The next invoice was generated on 29.9.2018 no [protected] dt 28.9.2018 for rs 15665.70. The previous balance in this invoice was rs 14971 instead of rs 10453. I have requested so many times to correct the bill so that i can make the payment. However, i am told by representatives that the bill is ok and you have to pay it as such, other wise connection will be revoked.
Kindly help to resolve the matter at the earliest and mean time instruct igl not to disconnect the line.

    In my neighborhood people working for igl had excavated pit for giving png connection. The excavation was done about 10 days ago. They have left the excavated pit without backfilling it. I think they are not aware of the consequences of keeping the pit open for such a long period while as per the government order, no excavation can be done during monsoon period. I work as an engineer with government civic department.
    You are requested to get the excavated pit properly filled with compaction and proper road restoration.

      I have complained several times but there is no response or solution to my problem.. I got new connection of igl.. My bp no is [protected].. I received a very heavy bill of rs1776-rs500 (First bill discount)=rs 1176.. Which is much much more than my consumption.. I am using igl since 9years at my old residence... Its bpno. Was [protected].. You can check that i never received bill more than rs 100 per month...

      On receiving bill of rs 1776... I was shocked and checked the meter... It was running without consumption.. On getting checked your executives found that there was leakage from 3points.. One was from inside the meter and the other two was from outside the meter which is totally the mistake of the person who installed it... And also the senior person who came for inspection... Why should i pay this bill when i have not consumed it...

      Despite atleast 25calls and emails there is no solution.. It is really disgusting that no proper response from igl's side has come also you should take the responsibility of your executive's mistake... And wave off my bill... This bill is unjustified and unacceptable for me... Kindly do the needful

        Due to long queue of cng cars at sarojini nagar igl gas station and mismanagement of the staff, there is always a trafic jam at ring road, sarojini nagar and blockage of service line which is besides the cng pump. I am a resident nearby and always get late due to this. When i complained at the cng pump about this they said that it is not their duty to maintain the lines and will not deploy any person to manage the line.

          The guys taking reading for igl are uneducated, rude and i'll mannered. One satish sharma came to take reading on monday at 10 am. When told to come on sunday or saturday as i was busy leaving for office, he started arguing. Said apni reading khud de dena. Then came in with shoes on in kitchen. When asked started arguing again. Said bahar likhwa do jutey utarne k liye. Igl should immediately sack such ppl.

            Sir,

            Yesterday i. E. 17.07.2019 approx 19:17 i visit to your cng refilling station at sector 5, bawana industrial area, sector 5, holambi khurd, delhi, 110039, during the waiting time my wife asked for the washroom/ toilet at the station, but, it is regretted that the washroom/toiled was completely closed. As, it was the matter of the safety of woman/dignity, i asked about the same to the staff available at the station but, there is no satisfactory reply received from the staff of the cng station.

            You are now requested to kindly look into the matter and please asked the officials of the said station that may please open the washroom/toilet for the consumers of the igl, so not one face such a awkward situation in future.

              Since 2 days i am calling mr. Himanshu but he is not picking phone so who is responsible for loss of 250 connections required in south delhi. Why igl have shared his contact no when he never used to pick phone. This is clear cut case of carelessness and loss of interest and business. So requesting you to assign some responsible person for south delhi business and share his details. 1st time u have seen that person neither picking phone not doing call back.

                I applied for 4 png connections in september 2018.. But there will be no revert of such application.. All the cheques in advance had been cleared.. Since nothing happened i started complaining to your customer care.. They gave many numbers regarding that.. They told me to directly contact to the person which may be helpful but they were not..

                Your maximum time is for 3 months.. And its being 10 months there will be no reply.. I called many of the persons (Staff).. They told that they will pass on the request but nothing happened.. I talked in control room anand parbat.. Aman kumar jha (Pmc).. Many of the persons i had talked to.. But there is no response at all.. Your staff is so pathetic.. They all will not even picking up my calls.. Then whats the point that they will follow the request..

                This is the last option i think of to mail to u.. Otherwise i will complaint against in consumer forum for such instance..

                    Sir I am mrs nafeesa begum owner of the house b1/64 yamuna Vihar informing you that I applied for the gas connection only for the top floor i.e 3rd floor but this man Sanjay Kumar is trying to install the gas connection on ground floor n 2nd floor by collecting illegal documents from the tenants without letting me know about the truth kindly take action at the earliest.

                      Hi,

                      I would like to complaint that during the installation of the igl pipeline, the person had damaged the water pipeline at my place.

                      The installation guy (S) punctured the water pipeline with the nut bolts and now it’s causing thr leakage at my property.

                      I called the installation guys a couple of times but now they are not answering my calls so i thought the best way is to reach out using this mode.

                        Our gas connection was cut due to delay in payment and as we stay out of station when we came it was a shock that we had no gas connection. I had made the payment long back but still was not connected. Yesterday i registered a complaint and no is [protected] but since then no one has attended for last 24 hours. Even now we phoned and person was unconcerned. Please expedite this and save us from harrassment. This is the third time i have complained but apparently on deaf years. I must say very poorly handled and absolute lack of professionalism

                          I applied for igl connection on 8th of November 2018 for my residence in L-13 kirti nagar. Inspite of so many reminders, calls toll today I.e till 28 th June 2019 I don't get my connection. Pls solve my issue.i also got my BP number in the end of November 2018.pls help me so that I get my igl connection quickly.people in the same area applied later get their connection.

                            I have applied for a new connection in my apartment. It's been close to 6 months and the connection is not complete yet. This is the case when the pipeline was already existing outside my kitchen and there are a number of other apartments availing this service.

                            I have been trying to raise complaints through emails/ customer care numbers ( which in most cases they don't even pick) but to no avail. Seemingly typical govt dept attitude. Cannot even find an escalation matrix and do not know where to go from here.

                            They were quick to take security deposit but 3-4 months have passed since then and I am struggling to get it final.

                              This is in regards for the IGL PNG Connection B.P. No. [protected] at my residence. i am writing this mail to you regarding a discrepancy of Payment done on my account.

                              This IGL connection is setup at first floor of my house and from almost 2 years we don't use this IGL connection, So, I requested IGL team to disconnect the connection temporarily and for wrong bill on below dates.

                              17/11/2017 --Your Service Request No [protected] generated for Temporary Disconnection.
                              27/02/2018 -- Your Service Request No [protected] generated for Wrong Meter Reading has been registered and will be resolved within 10 DAYS.

                              19/04/2018 - Your Service Request No [protected] generated for Query Service has been registered and will be resolved within 01 DAY.

                              20/08/2018 - Your Service Request No [protected] generated for Query Service has been registered and will be resolved within 01 DAY.

                              31/10/2018 -- Your Service Request No [protected] generated for Wrong Meter Reading has been registered and will be resolved within 10 DAYS.

                              17/06/2019 -- Your Service Request No [protected] generated for Query Service has been registered and will be resolved within 01 DAY.

                              18/06/2019 - Your Service Request No [protected] generated for Temporary Disconnection

                              21/06/2019-- Your Service Request No [protected] generated for Temporary Disconnection

                              25/06/2019-- Your Service Request No [protected] generated for Query Service has been registered and will be resolved within 01 DAY.

                              I have raised these above case with IGL team and every time they had closed the case without intimation and don't solve the customer query. I asked to raised the case for Temporary disconnection and for wrong bill but they raised the case only for query service and when they raised case for the TD then they have resolved the case with the reason no one is available at the house but without intimation.
                              When I raised case on 20/08/2018 then I called customer care and get confirmation that this time Temporary connection is done, but after that they again generate the bill. I only have to pay 25 per month for TD connection but they charged on a monthly basis, as per their record TD has been done on 23/06/2019 when the agent again visited. Now they sent a bill of Rs 1067.86/-. Today I again raised case with the IGL second level escalation team for the issue, wrong ticket generated, wrong bill generated and why TD has not been reflected when they give confirmation on 20/08/2018, but again they raised case for the issue "Query Service". Really this makes us completely frustrated with these numerous complaints. Kindly look into this issue and help us to get this fixed asap.

                                payment made but still showing as arrears in current bill

                                I am renu chauhan, r/o plot no. 141, 2nd floor, shakti khand - iii, indirapuram, ghaziabad bearing igl png connection b. P. No. [protected] at my residence. I am writing this mail to you regarding a discrepancy of payment done on my account.

                                In the month of february, igl representatives came at my home for disconnection and told that my bill was pending for rs.4253/-. I issued them a cheque favoring igl for the date of 9th march...

                                Gas leackage from anaconda pipe, i have reported on friday (21-jul-2019) (3 days before), continious leackage at my home but still not resolved by igl. I complained more than 10 times in 3 days but still i am waiting for service and got response every time that i will got service in next 1hour. Still waiting for service.
                                Who will be responsible for this if any casualty happens in society?

                                  I am residing in dlf ankur vihar... Applied for gas connection in 2018 as per commitment done by igl people that gas inflow will start by march end... June completed no response in few houses in my building gas connection completed... I am waiting called hundred times in their call center they are just not responding shared local technician number mr mourya but no body is picking phone and ready to complete installation... Reminder are coming for emi payment... But gas connection not completed yet.

                                  Rude behavior on phone and not responding on phone at all... Call center is completely useless.

                                    I had booked my connection under bp no. [protected] & amount of advance for booking of rs. 6000/- paid on[protected]. No installation is done till today. Many times i had lodged complaints, informed to the concerned linemen, also many time at customer care. They sent person for site report, igl people send worker class to my residence for the site report, then sr. Person also visited and promised me for the installation thereafter they had sent people to install the pipe but they wanted some thing else (Without money they were not ready to work). This is the way of working of igl. Till date no rejection report was given to me why the installation is not done till date. Neither refund was made nor any reason given to me.
