Gas leackage from anaconda pipe, i have reported on friday (21-jul-2019) (3 days before), continious leackage at my home but still not resolved by igl. I complained more than 10 times in 3 days but still i am waiting for service and got response every time that i will got service in next 1hour. Still waiting for service.
Who will be responsible for this if any casualty happens in society?

    I am residing in dlf ankur vihar... Applied for gas connection in 2018 as per commitment done by igl people that gas inflow will start by march end... June completed no response in few houses in my building gas connection completed... I am waiting called hundred times in their call center they are just not responding shared local technician number mr mourya but no body is picking phone and ready to complete installation... Reminder are coming for emi payment... But gas connection not completed yet.

    Rude behavior on phone and not responding on phone at all... Call center is completely useless.

      I had booked my connection under bp no. [protected] & amount of advance for booking of rs. 6000/- paid on[protected]. No installation is done till today. Many times i had lodged complaints, informed to the concerned linemen, also many time at customer care. They sent person for site report, igl people send worker class to my residence for the site report, then sr. Person also visited and promised me for the installation thereafter they had sent people to install the pipe but they wanted some thing else (Without money they were not ready to work). This is the way of working of igl. Till date no rejection report was given to me why the installation is not done till date. Neither refund was made nor any reason given to me.

        png duplicate bill

        Sir,
        This is regarding bp no. [protected]. I am fed up with the igl customer services. I took this png connection in feb 2019 for that i received a bill in apr 2019 on my registered mail id. It was a estimated bill of 791/- not actual bill, no meter reading was shown. After that i am waiting for my next bill till now. No meter reading uptil now has been taken, and when i asked they noted down the meter reading verbally. Now, my bill...

My business Partner no. is [protected] and I am using PNG service since September 2014. I have since vacated this premises and shifted tp Gaur City -2, Greater Noida (West). It is, therefore, requested that my PNG connection may be disconnectec forthwith. My dues, if any, may adjusted against the security deposit and balance of security amount may be refunded to me.

          Please refer to Our BP no.[protected] .With the due regret, this is to bring to your kind attention that inspite of repeated reminders, no installation for gas pipeline has been done in our flat.

          Our case is pending since 2 and a half years and we have already submitted the amount for the same. Please do consider the case as it is matter of shame for such prestigious company.

          Please look into the matter and prompt action to be taken as early as possible, otherwise we have been forced to higher authorities .

            The current bill generated seems totalling 1347 which you have sent through mobile.
            But the bill amount as depicted in bill format is 2581.78 due date being 7/7/2019 .
            Through mobile you are writing PENDING as on date i.e; 15/6/2019 and threatening for disconnection. I guess as we pay bill bimonthly and the last bill we paid in May, hence it seems 7/7/2019 is right due date.
            Kindly make it clear through mobile message .

              BP No [protected] temporary disconnection from ground level is being denied due to line connected for two houses by IGL at the time of installation and asking me to pay for modification for the fault committed by IGL for connecting the other house with my line. Modification should be done by IGL for their fault. Place of doing needful they are closing my complain without attending to it. My house is on demolition and any damage to the line if not rectified then whose fault is it.
              I request you to please get the line removed from the back of my house to avoid any damage or accident on account of demolition of the house. Your customer care people are not bothered for this colony for the last 10 days and in order to show that things are done they are closing my complaint.

                  I have registered for gas pipeline connection in August 2018..but noone came to visit to my home for meter installation and for connection purpose till now.I have already contacted their customer care but rather than resolving things they always told me to wait for 2 days.The connection has been delayed for more than 10 months.i have already paid the registration fees
                  But they are not taking any action regarding the connection. The IGL service is really very pathetic and the employees are lazy.

                    Total installment is rupees Rs 6000 with that I paid 1000 in the starting and the remaining amount Rs 5000 which I am paying in installment since 2 year and the amount is still is added in the Bill please confirm this issue regarding the installment.
                    Take action regarding this issue which i am paying additional amount of our bill and please let me know how many more installment is left.

                      My Total installment due amount is RS 6000 which in the starting we already paid 1000 and now the total due is Rs 5000 which is charge by igl on monthly basis 500 per months we are paying bill since 2 year still they are charging their monthly the installment.
                      Please resolve this because the due amount we already paid if not then let me know what’s is your procedure regarding this.

                      Delhi. But every time toilet of this pum is very durty. Staff is not responsible.

                      It had been a month since the IGL team has installed the meter but the gas connection has not been provided yet. I have been frequently following up for the installation for the past month but there is no response. Please help.

                        I have two concerns regarding knowledge park CNG gas refiling pump.
                        Most of the time Gas pump not running with full gas presser
                        They are not running with full strength after 7:30 PM

                        When we asking for it, they are misbehaving. I shared evidence to "Manjoor Ahmad" (IGL representative) multiple time in this regards. rather then resolving issue he block my number.

                        Kindly pay attention on our request.

                            I am following up for new connection with Mr Praveen at Officer city 1 raj nagar ex, ghaziabad. Words have no value to IGL, initially he promised me get is done with in 10 days after filling form, later he promised to have after BP number, now BP is received, he is saying contractor is busy in doing pending work. What the hell is this. What kind of service they will provide in future if present is so pathetic.

                              I have registered complaint on 11th june 2019 but its been 4 days now none of the executive came for resolution of complaint. They keep telling we will come but till date no 1 entered the house. It a major leakage in pipe line and very risky too. I have small kids at home, not able to cook food for them.
                              Please take it into your consideration and get it resolved soon if possible.

                                wrong bill amount

                                I have already paid a bill of Rs. 595.98 on 29/03/2019 but you have added Rs. 500 in my arrears when I have already paid the bill through PhonePe.
                                My BP no. is [protected].
                                I have received an amount of Rs. 1821 which should be 1321 . Can you please let me know why this amount is so high.
                                Please help to resolve my bill.
                                You can check payment done from HDFC bank.

                                No gas connection has been installed in my house. I have been calling every week for the past one months to the IGL guy named Shamsheer. He keeps on making excuses. And nowadays, he doesn't even receive my call. How can you people be so irresponsible!
                                Do I have to bribe someone to get this done????

                                And my connection is still awaiting installation. Now, I don't want the connection from igl and will also not refer to anyone to apply to igl. Need answers or pay penalty for delaying the service. I am attaching a copy of the receipt provided by one of their working staff. Please do the needful.

                                  Sir/Ma'am,

                                  I have applied PNG connection with BP No. [protected] and already completed all the formalities in the first week of April but still not get any connection.
                                  When I contacted customer care, they replied me that everything is ok and will connection soon. But after 53 days, I still not understand the reason for delay.
                                  I need this connection urgently as I already surrender both LPG gas cylinders on voluntarily basis.
                                  Kindly expedite this process on urgent basis and take some necessary actions as soon as possible.

                                    My BP Nois .[protected].I have submitted the entire fee in mar 19 and feasibility study was succesfully done for my house yet no connection has been installed till date even after 3 months.

                                    After repeated calling the call centre as well as earlier mails no resolution was done and only a lead no was given which is[protected] and told to wait again.

                                    Very Very poor customer care.Please install my connection at the earliest or i will have no option but to take legal action in consumer court about the same.
