Hi all,

I have called several time to customer care but didn't receive any resolution. Today I again called and spoke with Netralpal who got irayed and used unprofessional language. If a customer wants to know about any discrepency in bill he will definitely ask questions but you executive got irate. My concern is my last reading was 510 in July when made the payment. For the month of October it is 536 and I have received bill of 1787. Can you guys tell me the rate per unit? Do you think this is the correct bill. Kindly look into this and provide with proper resolution.

    My BP no-[protected], i have paid all my dues then why i am kept in defaulter list. i have not received bill for a single time. please send me copy of my bills and adjustment urgently and clarify status of my gas connection.I have called their customer care but they are not able to inform me the status.

    I have tried IGL complaint cell number [protected] but nobody picks up the phone.

    Please help me to resolve the issue.

      Kindly note that 01 yr ago i have submitted a application form for domestic gas connection at rohini sec 11 igl office. I have submitted gas connection form in jan 2018 cheque no. 38001 (Pnb) that was lost by rohini sec 11 employees. After 3 month in march 2018 i have submitted form again with cheque no. 38003 payment. Now my both the cheque deducted from my account no. [protected] and 02 bp no. S generated [protected] & [protected]. I got only one connection on [protected]. They ensured me i will get refund automatically but not received any refund still.

      2nd - they are giving me average bills last 08 months. Nobody coming for reading properly. I am only living 02 persons in my home and i am getting approx 790/- rs bills per month. I havent use gas like 790/- bills. Please help me as soon as possible.

        We had applied for the connection on september 10, 2017 and paid rs 1275/ vide cheque no 322251 for connection no
        Cx25573971 but till now the connection has not been done and we have received notification for further payment through sms. Kindly look into the matter.
        The igl website is also not consumer friendly and its not possible to register query/complaint/feedback there.

            I have filled cng in my car at the igl pump nehru place delhi-110019 on 3rd dec 2018. The tank normally get filled with 7-8 kg of gas. However, yesterday as against daily 7-8 kg, the tank was filled with 9.7 kg. This clearly indicates that the pump has adopted certain unfair and fraudulent practices which has led to higher billing.

            I want quick redressal of my grievance.

              Subject: strong complaint regarding inaction of the igl staff for not starting png connection in my house

              The feasibility check to install the above new igl connection was passed on 29 may 2018.

              Requests to install/ start new png connection was initiated on the 05 june 2018, by payment of rs 6000/- each (Total paid 24000/-) to sh rajeev kumar (From igl) for the above four connections in my new building at my address. Mr kumar collected the cheque payment from my house personally by hand. The external yellow gi pipes of igl were installed subsequently after several calls.

              Following this multiple phone calls have been made to sh rajeev kumar (Tel # [protected]) over last several weeks to expedite the connection. But he has been evading the work for one reason or another. I was told by him that he would be the main contact person to complete the said job. But after multiple false promises the functional connection has not been completed. Thereafter, many phone calls from my end have remained unattended.

              Then, i had no choice but to complaint about the involved igl official on the toll free #[protected]. I happened to speak to a lady ms kavya katyal on 31 oct 2018 (Lead # [protected], conversation attached in the email), who also promised to get things moving in one week time. But still nothing moved.

              My personal experience of dealing with igl company has been very disappointing so far. You would appreciate my pain at the apathy of concerned igl staff. I wonder if this mail is going to help at all!

              I would appreciate if you could kindly look into the matter, please start my connections; and also take stern action against the inefficient officials who bring a bad name to the esteemed igl.

                There are about 14 refilling points at muradnagar igl station but staff always keeps only about 5-6 points operational due to which queue of cars gets piled up.

                Even when there is a duty of person at a point, then also that cng points is not operational and person on duty is roaming around. Request you to deploy more people at the working cng points and also make sure that people who are working keeps the cng points operational rather than doing irrelevant things.

                  This is to request that yesterday on 29.11.2018 for under ground connection without assessing drawing digging took place. Engineer mr arvinder singh played a mischievous role and left the incomplete work. Contractor also took away the tools and did not come back. Matter was brought to notice of mr arvind kumar and mr afsar ahmed by whatsapp and phone call. Regret to say no one turned up to resolve the problem. This is really horrible because accidentally child can fall in the open pit. Please for any untoward incident igl will be held responsible.

                  Looking the grave situation you are requested to depute any senior engineer along with team having proper drawing to complete the task

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      This is regarding png domestic connection towards bp no. [protected] at my below residential address :-

                      I applied for a connection at customer care on phone, and got immediate bp no. [protected] since 24th oct, 2018 and documents alongwith full payment of rs.6000/- has been taken from me by one of the igl person from my residence on 26th oct, 2018. And he assured me that connection will be installed maximum by 4th nov, 2018 at your address.

                      After that i called customer care no and discussed the issue and received email at my registered address : [protected]@gmail.com that documents has been reeceived and payment is still pending. I shocked email that payment has been credited in their a/c on 4th nov, 2018 but they said is not reflecting in their system and will reflect in next 15 days.

                      Finally, got a email by confirming that payment has been updated on 24th nov, 2018 and installtion will be done and resolbved within 01 day then i again replied that noone came for installtion and again i received email on 27th nov by customer care dept that will be resolved in next 1 day.

                      Inspite of all these efforts in last one month, noone neither called me and nor is visiting at my home address and today morning finally, i called to customer care no and spoke there then they told me that we have lodged for priority and request no is [protected].

                      Kindly request to resolve this issue and resolved by igl, new delhi as got fed up by keeping follow up on phone as well as on email in last one month.

                        Email request couldn’t be submitted due to website issues

For under ground connection Mr. Amrender Singh was contacted he always replied that he was on leave. Finally he gave me no. of Mr Aftaar Ahmed then prior to dusshera I approached to Mr Aftaar Ahmed and he said just after dusshera Mr. Gautama will complete the task but Mr Gautam never attended phone call. On the other side engineer Mr Ahmed always gave false assurances.
                          Then I visited Janak Puri office and came to know that Mr Arvind Kumar is senior to Mr Aftaar Ahmed. On 19/11/2018 I contacted him and as per his suggestion a WhatsApp message was posted to him with a request to do the needful urgently as it was already delayed.
                          Mr Arvind also took it lightly and did not responded. Work is still pending. In the mean time online complaints were also lodged but I am regret to say it appears no code of conduct is applicable in IGL.
                          Would you take any cognizance of my genuine complaint and take stern action against the incompetent and irresponsible officials. I am senior citizen and they befooling me for the last four months.
                          Please do the needful urgently.
                          Yours reply is awaited. I found no response whether online complaint or complaint on toll free number.

                            Multiple login attempts failed in APP. Message 'Connection Reset' is appearing
                            Sir, in spite of new connection formalities completed in March 2017, IGL Contractor completed internal fittings in June 2018, But till date our internal pipe line has not been connected with your main pipe line?Lead No: [protected], BP No: [protected]. please do the needful.                                   Hello,
                                  I am the resident of logix blossom greens jn sector 143 noida. I made several calls on your customer care number and to a couple of another individuals of your department but no one showed up till now to start ng in my aoartment even after making 10-11 calls in last 1 month.

                                  Please note that i clearly mentioned in my request that pipes and meter are installed and only ng needs to be started but everytime people on other side tell me that it will be started in 4-5 days, but those 4-5 days never came.

                                  Its a pure case of customer harrasment, ignorance and mismanagement.

                                  Do let me know if anything can be done. Please note that all necessary payments are already done long back.

                                  What is the use of this portal when they route everything to their customer service whereas we are raising complaints here because we do not get any response from their customer service.
                                  This portal is bogus and of no use. Please take it off the internet. Utter non-sense.

                                    Hi, i have face the problem last year2017 and i have payments two connection and paid in my h. D. F. C bank and payment transactions done igl account. Secound part meeter fix it my two floor but very poor service. Last part i call the customer today 24/10/2018 i told to him. I faced the problem she told to me i have not deposit the money of the conecation but i told to her i had pay them and meeter fix it at my home is gas supply not coming yet last year. She said collect the picture bank copy of payment as well as meeter picture together. I have gas company employee mr. Rhaul sharma but he such biggest liar because he gave igl reports we so happy and documents was not collected yet. He done everything and passing the report totally fake. I have suffered the last year and my all building has igl connection and people used it but i cannot only stupid staff. Just very small problem connection stopper removed and connected the pipes line there already line there. Sir please fix the my connection of gas and fulfill your job part thank you so much i hope you’re respons positive and we are family use it igl gas save and economical.

                                    My patner number is 4000368375. Last 2017 I have suffered to IGL gas pipe line connection.i have to paid money By cheque and amount transferred IGL account. It’s very poor service I had never seen before such as . If you don’t fix it gas pipe line main line so why did fix it meeter of my two floor . It’s totally unhappy of poor service and one thing more there IGL gas company employee paschim vihara jawl puri Mr.Rahul Singh he such biggest liar .I have ever seen .he all the time wrong information provide.customer happy of service and pending the take document of my house and I have not paid money it’s stupidity .Its humble request to fix it my connection because IGL economical and save connection.my number register is 9313363155 as well as 7838876862. .

                                      Hello there i applied for new connection (Bp [protected]) in july 2018.

                                      My connection is not installed, i tried contacting the customer care but no gain.

                                      When i applied for new connection, even on the website, it is mentioned estimated time to complete is 3 months but when contacting customer care after applying for connection they mention for each step is it 3 months feasibility study 3 months cheque clearance 3 months then after payment it is 3 months. So actually it is 9 months and not 3 as promised. Please confirm if that's the process and i have to manage other means for next 4 months else i request you to look into and help me getting the connection.

                                        Mapping my account to npci my aadhar number[protected] has been linked with bank account [protected]. But showing inactive in npci server. Gas subsidy amount is not being credited in my bank account for last two transaction. My banker has done mapping on 17/11/2018. Other detail are as under:-
