Sir ji maine igl ke connection ke liye 6 month pahley apply kiya tha maine security amount rs.6000/- bhi pay kar diye hain lakin abhi tak na hi mera connection laga hai na hi mere paise mujhe wapas mile hain. Mujhe mera paisa pandity ke saath wapas chahiye warna main court case karoonga. Mujhe 1 week main reply chahiye. From - hukam singh rajwar. 36. Sbi society. Ii nd floor. Near m2k pitam pura.     By mistake a wring bp number was registered in online banking account. Consequently, a wrong bill payment was made. Immediately the matter was escalated on 28th september 2018 and a reference number [protected] was generated y igl on 28th sep. Thereupon, we called them and told them about the same. They asked us to provide a copy of bank statement which was provided instantly.

    We have been calling them again and again and they have been telling us that they are looking into this. Now after more than a month, they have closed the complaint mentioning that it has been resolved while it is still unresolved.
    Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    ALL Burners of the GAS are Blocked, making it difficult to cook food, kindly get the same cleaned please, also make schedules for monthly or bimonthly checking of safety and such issues as I have not seen any body coming to clean GAS Burners and also carrying out safety checks specially in a festival like DEEWALI, please help

      Today on 3 rd nov 2018. I received a message from igl that i have a bill payment pending of 2100 rs. With wrong meter reading which was completely different from my meter reading today. So i tried to make a complaint on customer care no [protected], there sat a rude and ruthless customer care representative who did not even listened to me and did not even try to solve my problem and i again received the same message. This is highly disappointing on part of igl.
      Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Regarding Connection of BP No.[protected], this is very unfortunate that the connection has not been started yet . Few Months ago after lot of foloowup the IGL team has started work but has left it incomplete till now and we are waiting the connection to be joined and started .

        Dear igl,

        Your technician installed the connection inside the kitchen for their own convenience, we are requesting to installed it outside the kitchen they refused and cancel the connection.
        I want some one to visit from higher authority to check is it feasible or not as they have install some connection outside the kitchen.

        Pls check and take some immediate action as your people are not ready to co-operate at all.

          Applied for connection on dated 20/05/2018, but not started till today... I have called many concerns/persons regarding this but no positive response from their side... Even though they given nos to talk one by one... The meter fitting is also not up to the mark, its very near to gas stove... These type of miscommunication shows the negligence of the company persons ant it shows the negative reputation of the company...

            Applied for connection on 20/05/2018, but not started till today, many complaints on phone nos of different persons but in vain... Even meter fitting in not in appropriate direction... Many talks with the senior concerns but no positive response from them... So do the needfull and take necessary action in this regard... Coz these type of persons are spoiling the emage of the reputed company...

              निवेदन है कि मैंने ११/०८/२०१७ को कनेक्शन के लियेआवेदन दिया था । जीआइ पाइप २०/०८/२०१८ मतलब साल बाद लगे।अब कई बार प्रार्थना कर चुका हूं परन्तु अापके कानों पर जूं भी नहीं रेंगती । आप शिकायत पर भी ध्यान नहीं देते लगता है कुछ खास गड़बड़ है नहीं तो अब तक काम बिना देरी के हो जाता । कोई सुनने वाला नहीं है । क्या किसी की जवाबदेही नहीं है?
              रोज़ाना झूठ बोलते हैं कोई काम करने आता ही नहीं।
              कृपया उचित कार्रवाई करें।

                My bp no - [protected]. Its a complaint of customer care staff. Since 29th oct i have wasted 14 hours of my phone calls on your tel no[protected]. For 30 mins or more i am put on hold & my complaint is not registered. Today 31 oct from 10.00 am till 12 am was a very discourtious lady who answered three times after long wait & then she said that she will put me to png people but again for 25 mins i could only hear music tunes. 2nd & 3rd time she heard my voice & then put me on hold without answering my call or connecting any one.
                Your 2nd no[protected] keeps ringing for long but no one answers.
                What use is keeping such customer care nos or such useless discourtious staff who cannot care for customers or not solve customer problems

                  My bp no. [protected]

                  From 2 days now, i have started receiving calls from the igl disconnection department that i have a bill pending of amount 2889.76 from the month of april 2018 to till date, but they are not providing the billing details whatsoever on my mailing address nor on my email.

                  What kind of extortion is this?

                  As a consumer am i not entitled to receive the details of my consumption?

                  Or am i to just pay whatever amount a service provider is asking of me?

                  I was also not informed that igl has decided to stop sending the bills on mailing address..

                  Is it not my right to get an option about how i would like to receive my bills?

                  Or at least get prior information that there will be no billing details provided?

                  Is it not their responsibility to get the email address and telephone no. Verified before taking such a huge step in customer harassment?

                  And for the record, i have been trying to connect to customer care of igl from last 2 days but we all know the probabilities of that.

                  Therefore, i request igl to send all the pending bills and send further bills too at my mailing address as before for the bill payments.

                    Dear sir,

                    This is with reference to my complaint for bp no - [protected]
                    Payment was done on 28/5/2018. Every thing is installed, pipe were fitted, meter was install. No one is bothered to come and start theconnection now. I am continuously chasing, but really sorry to say no revert.
                    I lodged a complaint on 24 rth oct 2018 but no reply yet.

                    Please let me know how many days and how much time will it take to start a connection now. I really want to lodge a complaint for igl. How they are collecting money if they are not able to provide services on time.

                      I bring to your notice that on 11.08.2017 i applied for connection. After so many telephonic calls and complaint to general manager sales & marketing gi fittings took place on 20.08.2018
                      I am sorry to say that you are catering one of the worst service in india because no one is answerable for misdeeds and non compliance. You consider the customer as foolish and do not take care. I lodged online comlaints, telephoned to area in charge mr. Amrender singh & mr. Aftaar ahmed but no one is bothered about the suffering of customer. Simply tell me how many years you take to provide a domestic connection?

                      My IGL (B.P. No. [protected]) and my surname in IGL Bill mentioned as CHUGIYAL which is not correct. My surname is GHUGTYAL . Kindly amend my surname in your records as GHUGTYAL in which I have already submitted my documents in IGL Office. A line of confirmation may kindly be sent to me in my e-mail.                         Dear sir or madam,

                        This is to bring to your notice that we are getting an estimated bill for the utilisation of our gas connection, the bills are varying too much and we do not see any igl representative who visit us for the gas meter reading.

                        You are kindly requested to refund the money which is charged in excess to us and maintain a proper billing system for the convenience of consumers.

                        This kind of ignorance to the customer and estimated billing of the product causes serious troubles.

                          My bp no is [protected]. I have paid security on 2nd oct 2018 online but in system updated on 16th oct 2018 and now customer care executive says that your payment has received on 16th oct 2018 and your connection will be install within 90 days after updation of your payment so i want to know, when i have paid security amount on 2nd oct 2018 and i have payment receipt also so why my timing counted from 16th oct 2018 instead of 2nd oct 2018

                          Before that when i have talked to customer care then your executive said that you will be receive call by our representative till 12th oct 2018.

                          I request you please install my connection earliest i required connection urgently.

                            I have submit an online request for a new connection, someone called regarding requirement necessary documents also. But no the person isn't answering call. I have been trying from last two weeks. So you are requested to send someone for the collection of documents. Also plz tell one again what all documents are required on urgent basis.

                              Regarding BP no. [protected], the metre runs too fast and hence recieving bill on the higher side. Tried calling the customer care (only a single number provided) but nobody answers the call. Although we don't use the gas so much but we have no idea why the bill is so high and this customer care number is always busy during the day time and in the night nobody answers . The customer care number is a single line and we tried to contact the emergency number but they don't transfer the call to the relevant department.

                              I had brought a new burner in kitchen but PNG connection is not working properly on the burner so please rectify this problem and set the PNG connection on that burner properly.
                              Due to renuation I want to shift the pipeline connection. It is necessary for me to shift it as soon as possible due to some unavoidable reason. I’ll be very thankful if you listen to the complaint as soon as possible.

                                * BP no. [protected], by the name of Mr. Pradeep Sharma, address: B-4/162 ground floor Sec -7, Rohini
                                * Feasibility checked in Feb 2017.
                                * Payment received of Rs. 6000/- by cheque against BP no. [protected] on March 2017.
                                * called so many times to nodal officer, customer care no., supervisor, area incharge, head office but no response for igl installation.
                                * 3 to 4 times supervisor came but no work done for this installation,
                                * No services given by anyone and no confirmation given by anyone from igl
                                * Its been more than 1 and half year I have been waiting for the connection installation but as usual no response . My security amount of Rs. 6000/- also already deposited with igl. since if you are unable to solve this problem please refund my security amount at the earliest.

                                  My dp no. Is [protected] there is in usual delay on the part of company. No one is taking responsibility. On 11/08/2017 i applied for connection. After lapse of one year gi pipe fitted and meter was installed on 20/08/2018
                                  Now again two months have been lapsed and despite online complaint and telephonic reminders to area in charge mr amrender singh & contractor mr. Aftaar ahmed no one is serous to complete the underground work and provide the facility. It appears your company is least bother about senior citizen and customers.

                                  Can you do to day?

                                  Plz do the needful urgently.

                                    As i am the customer of igl and use the service but due some rubber pipe issue from october 2017 to january 2018 have read the excess meter reading.
                                    After change the pipe my monthly consumption only 3 to 4 unit. I have already regular follow up and mail regarding this that based on current consumption please rectify my bill but problem still resist.
