As i am the customer of igl and use the service but due some rubber pipe issue from october 2017 to january 2018 have read the excess meter reading.
After change the pipe my monthly consumption only 3 to 4 unit. I have already regular follow up and mail regarding this that based on current consumption please rectify my bill but problem still resist.

          Bp no [protected]. I have applied for new connection on 19th september 2018, i am calling their costmer care no and other no which was given daily a couple of times, but till now no one comes to give me gas connection, as it is a government quarters it should take place by 7 days, even after 25 days i am still after them, this is pathetic situation, and no official phone is or mail is not there to complete.
          Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          This connection was installed it is more than one year. Paid rs. 1000/- at the time of booking. Wanted to know that the desired security money is thru it still remaining. Send me a customised bill of inform me that how much security money deposited by me in the IGL. please do the needful at your end.

            This is in context to the connection given the installation has been done 1 1/2 month back but even after lot many request and complaint registration the connection have not yet started.
            Complaint registered no -400509.
            Customer care excuitive always reply that it will get done in 72 hrs. This is the third week still the installation is pending.
            I have given my hard core money for this connection almost 4 months back. Why my installation has not taken place even in fact the engineers have given the clearance for the same.
            Being a consumer if tings would not place on time. I will go for the legal interference as i thus was the false and breach communication of igl connection timeliness, moreover if this is the communication gap of not attending general request then what would be the condition of emergency, thing will only happen when people will be at the verge of die.

              I m a resident of e 1204, scc sapphire society, rajnagar extension ghaziabad. Png pipeline has been installed 3 months ago but too inconveniently. Installer has been spoken to about it but no resolution. U r requested to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                It's been more than 2 yrs i. E. Nov 2016 that we have deposited money for gas line installation. However only meter has been installed. Gas line hasn't yet installed. We have been following up with the installation guy time and again but of no use
                Today when spoke to the executive, he informed that they have yet not got the permission from the concerned department.
                Now my concern is that if you had not been given the permission then why the deposit money was taken from us and told lie that it will be done in april 2017
                Wouldest you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful on priority.

                  This is in reference to my igl connection (Bp no. [protected] and igl reference lead no. [protected]) which the process was initiated on 06 march 2016, with vide cheque number 000050 hdfc bank of rupees 6000, it got credited to your account on 9 dec 2016,
                  And meter was fixed in my flat on march 2017,

                  Till date the services have not been started and i am sorry to say why is this delay happening and who is responsible for it.
                  Also treat this mail as first reminder because it's been more than two years the money have gone to your account. Kindly update me, when the work will be completed and gas supply will start.

                      3. Inspite of repeated complaints on customer care nobody is coming to give gas connection.

                        My name is dashrath singh rawat. Png bill for bp no. [protected]. Presently house is locked. Already discussed with you.

                        Photo of meter reading up to date. Please refer to the attached.
                        I have received a msg., for payment of bill of ₹685/55p. I am surprised to see this bill while my house is locked and photos o[censored]p-to-date meter reading already sent to you on whatsapp. Please look into it and get my billing reviewed. Against previous bill i have already paid excess payment and my house is locked since long as i am residing in delhi.

                        Photo of meter reading sent to sh. Ajit mishra on 5-9-18 with msg... (2) on receipt of whatsapp msg. From igl, sector - 3, noida, whatsapp no. [protected] on 28-9-18, immediately photos of meter reading uptodate were sent with a msg. Same day for reviewing my current invoice.

                        We still have not received any response and will not be paying the bill as the reading is same since last month and we paid 685 an average bill last month as well which is till now not adjusted.

                        This is rubbish service and want this resolved on urgent basis.

                          I applied for igl gas line on 25.6.18, they told that i will get my line done with in 3 month of applying but after 3 month when i called them they told you have not submitted required amount for it. But i already had submitted dd of 6000, they don't have any record. Even after repeated calls about thing there is no response. Even after 4 months of application submitted with complete payment via dd, no response from igl

                              My bp no is [protected] my meter reading is on oct 5th, 2018 is 81. 781 scm my bill was generated on 10th july 2018 for consumption of 138 scm i paid the bill without checking reading again one more bill was generated 16.09.2018 for consumption of 172.066 scm i paid already with late fees of 100 the fake bill of 4000 rs
                              I trusted on your bill you people are generating fake bills nobody came to check reading do it correct and my original reading is 81.781 scm upto 5th oct 2018 and you people generating a bill for 172.066 upto 16th sept 2018

                                Sir, 10-12days before an employee from igl come to my home to take meter reading we allowed him to proceed after 4 days 2 employees come again regarding the bill reading then we asked them for ther igl identity cards but they had not their id cards so we didnt allow them to take reading they started misbehaving with us so due to this behaviour i registered a complaint to igl nd also registerd a complaint through email id. Recently i checked that my bill is due so i dropped a cheque amount 1510/- in drop box located at idbi bank branch name vivek vihar at friday dated 29/09/2018 nd since today my cheques is not cleared. On 4/10/2018 2 employees come to my home from igl office nd they told us that the pipe will be replaced frm the new pipe because they got old nd have to be changed. We allow them to take it off nd replace it with the new one but after long hour of waiting they didnt come, after that i called the igl customer care then i get to know that they disconnected my connection because of non payment of bill. But sir i had deposited the cheque 6 days before so its not my fault that why my payment has not been debited from my bank account. So on 5/10/2018 we have paid again the bill amount rupees 2376.61/- through paytm then i called again the customer care they r not responding they didnt response properly i mailed them so many times but my query has not been resolved yet nd now they r demanding 3000/- as a penalty charge but there is no fault on my part nd without intimation they disconnected our connection due to which we r nt able to use gas since 4/10/2018.

                                  As mentioned above i was told after generating ca no. U will be given connection. Till date no meter has been installed as the line man said it is out of stock. Now it is more than twenty days we have not got meter insltalled.
                                  Customer care says the whole process takes 90 days. Other person says after ca no.[protected] generated it will take hardly 4-5 days. You are requested to do the needful as early as possible.

                                    Hi,
                                    My bp no. Is [protected].
                                    I have been trying since 1 month to get my igl gas connection started.
                                    I have given around 20-30 calls to igl control room noida ().
                                    For very long they always said that the server is doen and we cannot check the status.
                                    After around 15 calls in a span of 2 weeks i was able to connect. The executive told me that they will send a technician and the gas connection will be started by 26th of september but he told me to call again after a fews days to confirm.
                                    When i called again on 24th the person sitting besides the phone told me that there is no meeting scheduled for 26th and that i must have been mistaken and that it could be done on 28th.
                                    I contacted there supervisor anuj and he assured me that the material is acctually not there, and he will keep me on emergency and would personally call me when the material arrives to schedule a visit.
                                    I didnt get a call.
                                    I again called today i. E. 28sep 2018.
                                    The person again told me that nothing is scheduled when i argued he said ok sir it will happen before 1 pm today only.
                                    Hence i took a half day to the office.
                                    Now again they are saying material is not there.

                                    What kind of harrasment is this. They thibk that other people are a joke and they can do whatever they can. Since one month there is no gas at my home and i have to eat all 3 meals outside. Who will compensate for that.
