Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] Complaints & Reviews

I had deposited the rs 6000/ for ne connection in 2010. And money was refunded back. Again igl representive came to model town and confirmed that all issues are resolved with mcd and connection will be given. I have deposited rs 6000/ on 26oct 2015. But no connection has been given to me. Pipeline is running just infront my house.
I don’t know the intention of igl staff. Such incompetence of people in govt of mr modi is not expected....

On 23 may, 2018, i registered for png connection with igl, agency, sector-07, rohini, new delhi-110085 with all required documents and cheque of rs.6000/-. Survey of my premesis done in june 2018 and the cheque has been cashed by igl on 12 june, 2018.
But, till today the gas piping of my premesis has has not been done by igl, although...

I am residing in supertech capetown sector 74 noida u. P. As a tenant. Owner has provided bp no.[protected] to me & told get ur connection done by igl. I am continuously doing follow up but getting response that there is material shortage. I am having 3 years old daughter & facing lots of problem as i am using small 4 kg cylinder gas.. Please help us to get connection as early as possible. My no. [protected]...

I am the owner of the ground floor flat. First floor is owned by another family. I badly need pipeline gas at my floor, as i am aware of its immense usefulness and safety.
But the family on the first floor doesn't want it and nor does it allow to install its pipes on its wall, (For ground floor), giving the bizarre excuse that the pipe spoils the external beauty of the building.

The meter for PNG reading is placed more than 7 feet, it is an inconvenience for your employees to take the reading and I have all my doubts that the reading is not taken as it is impossible to take reading from 7 feet without stairs.

I have booked png connection (BP no. - [protected]), after completing this process I have paid Rs. 1275/-{Rs One Thousand Two Hundred & Seventy Five only} against security deposit by cheque for the name of indraprastha gas ltd.on dt. 23/12/17. Then in the month of April, your surveyor Mr. Harish (mob. no. [protected]) came to my house for survey and after that he told us that it cannot be installed because our kitchen is located at the centre...

I applied for a new domestic connection at my home at 53 ankur apartments, 7 ip extn, delhi-110092. A cheque amounting to rs.6, 000/-, no. 00933061 encashed on july 19, 2018 drawn on sbi, delhi-110092.

As a matter of practice, this procedure takes 2 months which is over by now. Hope you are deploying your personnel to do the needful. Azos

I have been applying for igl connection since last three-four years but no response. Recently on 18-8-18 again i have applied for the new connection and given a cheque of rs 275. I received a sms that team will survey but no one has come. Another sms i received tells feasibility check failed and connection can not be installed and customer denied modificate. What is this? We are waiting for survey no one has come and rejected without any...

I have paid the security money ₹1000/by cheque no..822533 dated 12/8/2018. And i was said that png connection will completed after getting massage for deduction the amount. I received the message two weak before. And i contect so many given ph no but no response given by that no... Bp no is[protected].. Rail vihar apartment vashundra, i am paying the bill every month n provide the meter reading to ur vendor but 29 august 2018...2 person came to my society n tell the guard to gas leakage issue n cut the my gas connection... I came very late from office n then i feel gas supply is not working... Then i call customer care he told me he send the executive from vaishali authority igl... He came to night 10 pm n see the gas...

The amount charged for gas utility is wrong, disproportionate and unfair. Our use of gas which is only limited to general hosehold purpose is attached disproportionately with incorrect usage calculation and have been acertained at a value price of 4759/- for last month. This is no by standard fairly accurately and correctly represents our usage of gas. I request the authorities to kindly deal with the matter with immediate effect....

1.It is surprising to find that eventhough apply for piped gas connection twice
intially on 4th March 2018 alongwith advance P N B cheque bearing no 402724for ₹1000 collected by Mr Gaurav mobile [protected] IGL representative but I was not provide piped gas connection whereas my domestic helper who has applied separately was given piped gas supply connection against my servant Qtr .Inorder to expedite gas supply connection...

The amount due on July 2018 is Rs. 211/- and amount due in August is Rs.2070/-.
As the bill is without taking reading, the amount of Rs. 2070/- is incorrect and unjustified. Relevant screenshot is enclosed.
It is also submitted that no PNG is used from 5th July, onwards, as the house is locked . Hence the bill of Rs.2070/- is incorrect and unjustified.
Kindly send the correct and justified bill....

1. Our house was locked for 2 months since we were out of the country. On our return in june 2018, i found invoice no.[protected] dated 20.06.18 for rs. 938.62 which was based on the closing reading as 500.561 which was far far above the actual reading even after receipt of the bill.
2. I immediately contacted customer care and lodged a complaint. On their request, i even sent the meter reading by whatsapp on the number given by them....

Hi team,

Please be informed that i have already made the payment of rs. 884/- through paytm on 20th may (Attached bill pyament) however the payment is referring to wrong bp [protected] as i have made payment for bp [protected]. Every time i call the customer care team they gave me fake assurances that payment will be moved in correct account number till now the issue is not resolved. Despite my earlier complaint (Id:2030841) meter reading in my flat not taken although neighbors' readings are taken. Please see why this discrimination is being made. We are senior citizens living alone. Our only fault is that we had asked to see your meter reader's id for security reasons. He refused to show it and went away. He hasn't come back for almost a year and each time we have to find out how much we are to pay. This is blatant harassment.....

Dear Sir,

BP No.[protected] has been allocated to me on 25th May 2017. For a new PNG connection . Payment of Rs 1275/ has been deducted from my account on 17th May 2017 for the same. Almost 1yr 3 month has passed but I am still waiting for the installation . I also complaint about the problem through customer care on 20th July 18.
