Bp no is[protected].. Rail vihar apartment vashundra, i am paying the bill every month n provide the meter reading to ur vendor but 29 august 2018...2 person came to my society n tell the guard to gas leakage issue n cut the my gas connection... I came very late from office n then i feel gas supply is not working... Then i call customer care he told me he send the executive from vaishali authority igl... He came to night 10 pm n see the gas line & tell me this is not our work n he go n send the status to customer care that he solved it the issue (Lie to cc)
Then i call the nitin — [protected] (Who send the person to cut my gas line).. He told me that you are not pay the bill of 642... I tell him check your record on 3rd aug i pay the bill online, then he think & told me you are not submitting the reading... I tell him that i send the meter reading pic to igl person satender thakur [protected]...
Then nitin called the satender n satender told the in vaishali office gaurav take the reading n submit.

I want to know every month 4 to5 person different time/diff date come to my house n asking for reading...
Every person talk about money... But no one know that i am paying the bill on time because no one have data that clarifies payment has done of that connection.

No one help me... Please if somebody is listen to this mail, please solve my issue n connect my gas.
From last 2 days.. I am fed up...
1-9-2018, time is 14:28 n i am in big problem because of your teams communication gap.

Satender thakur [protected] - take the reading n submit but not see in the igl sytem
Rajkumar -[protected] - who enter in my society... To solve leakage n lie to security guard n without call me, cut my gas line
Vaishali authority - rajnish -[protected] - he tell me to go to noida personally n give the 3000 rs for renew the connection...

Why i am paying the 3000 rs to igl, beacuse commuication gap is in your team.. I am pay the bill on time n provide the meter reading to ypur igl person.

Please help immediately...

    The amount charged for gas utility is wrong, disproportionate and unfair. Our use of gas which is only limited to general hosehold purpose is attached disproportionately with incorrect usage calculation and have been acertained at a value price of 4759/- for last month. This is no by standard fairly accurately and correctly represents our usage of gas. I request the authorities to kindly deal with the matter with immediate effect.

      1.It is surprising to find that eventhough apply for piped gas connection twice
      intially on 4th March 2018 alongwith advance P N B cheque bearing no 402724for ₹1000 collected by Mr Gaurav mobile [protected] IGL representative but I was not provide piped gas connection whereas my domestic helper who has applied separately was given piped gas supply connection against my servant Qtr .Inorder to expedite gas supply connection I was again asked to apply again along new cheque Accordingly new application form with another PNB Cheque bearing no 402734 for ₹1000 was collected by Chetan mobile no [protected]and Rajender Mobile no [protected] and assurance was given that gas connection will be given at the earliest
      Till now neither any confirmation nor piped gas connection has been given

      2.It is requested that immediate action be taken for piped gas connection at my residence OMQ P_58/4 at vayusenabd.Near Tigiri bus stop Air force station Tughlakabad south Delhi 110063

        Sir,
        The amount due on July 2018 is Rs. 211/- and amount due in August is Rs.2070/-.
        As the bill is without taking reading, the amount of Rs. 2070/- is incorrect and unjustified. Relevant screenshot is enclosed.
        It is also submitted that no PNG is used from 5th July, onwards, as the house is locked . Hence the bill of Rs.2070/- is incorrect and unjustified.
        Kindly send the correct and justified bill.

          1. Our house was locked for 2 months since we were out of the country. On our return in june 2018, i found invoice no.[protected] dated 20.06.18 for rs. 938.62 which was based on the closing reading as 500.561 which was far far above the actual reading even after receipt of the bill.
          2. I immediately contacted customer care and lodged a complaint. On their request, i even sent the meter reading by whatsapp on the number given by them.
          3. I later found that the invoice amount had already been debited to my bank account as i had given standing instructions for direct debit. On calling the customer care again, i was told that the excess recovered would be adjusted in the next bills.
          4. To my surprise, another bill has been raised and debited in my bank account which has been based on closing reading much below the 500.561 mark upto which igl had already taken payment (Invoice no.[protected] dated 08.08.18).
          5. The bill shows nil adjustments inspite of excess amount already received by them. I lodged a complaint well before the debit of the bill to my account. Surprisingly i have now received an email informing closure of the complaint as resolved although nothing has been done.
          When called, the customer care every time has the same excuse that they are unable to view details due to technical issue. This is clear cut case of cheating.

            payment did not move to correct account number

            Hi team,

            Please be informed that i have already made the payment of rs. 884/- through paytm on 20th may (Attached bill pyament) however the payment is referring to wrong bp [protected] as i have made payment for bp [protected]. Every time i call the customer care team they gave me fake assurances that payment will be moved in correct account number till now the issue is not resolved. Now the current bill is 1946/- inculding...

            In my residence b-3/113, 2nd floor yamuna vihar, delhi 110053.

            I have updated my user detail on your portal. But still i facing to registred my bp. No. Due to non registration of my email id. I have submiited full detail s in the application form which i have submitted along with cheqye amount of rs. 250/- the same is also clear by bank. Pl. Look in to the matter. So that i can registered log in id.

              Despite my earlier complaint (Id:2030841) meter reading in my flat not taken although neighbors' readings are taken. Please see why this discrimination is being made. We are senior citizens living alone. Our only fault is that we had asked to see your meter reader's id for security reasons. He refused to show it and went away. He hasn't come back for almost a year and each time we have to find out how much we are to pay. This is blatant harassment..

                Dear Sir,

                BP No.[protected] has been allocated to me on 25th May 2017. For a new PNG connection . Payment of Rs 1275/ has been deducted from my account on 17th May 2017 for the same. Almost 1yr 3 month has passed but I am still waiting for the installation . I also complaint about the problem through customer care on 20th July 18.

                My complaint no is [protected].
                But still I am not getting any response.

                I request you to look into this matter for the installation of the PNG connection as soon as possible or refund of my money

                  Hi Team,

                  I had leakage complain earlier and unit is not adjusted in the bill.

                  In the starting first 15 days there were leakage then Customer care support team solved this at the time of leakage unit was 75.
                  My bp number [protected]

                  When the person came for reading it was 96 unit.

                  So i was suppose to get the bill of 96-75 = 21 unit but i received the bill of 96 unit.

                  I have called customer care many times and emailed customercare.[protected]@igl.co.in many times still no response from IGL.

                  Please adjust the leakage unit and re generate the bil.

                    My bp no. [protected].
                    I have paid 1160 amount twice against invoice no.[protected] on 29/may/2018 and 8/july/2018 through paytm and the payment realization date is 31/may/2018 & 9/july/2018. So i want rebate of 1160 in my current bill which is invoice no[protected] and amount is 1786.86
                    I had a word in igl customer care but nothing happened my current bill is still same.
                    Solve this as soon as possible.

                    Again I word with igl customer care and they have no answer. They told me to hold for a second and then they hang up. I have recording
                    I booked for igl connection last year. The engg from igl rejected the vibality of the connection. Their engg took my sign.on refund request one month back. I have not received my booking amount of Rs. 6000/- till date.

                      Respected mam/sir,
                      I have submitted applications for a new connection of igl gas pipeline in vasundra. I have deposited documents and money (Cheque of rs 6000). Money has been deducted from my account. But till date nobody from igl is bothered for connection. It has been more than 50 days. When i visited igl office in vasundra they provide a phone number [protected] for resolving my issue. But this number is never picked up the person rather the person always cancel my call. I am not able to get the updated status. Such a poor service is provided by igl. What should i do now. Very pathetic.

                        The complaint is against indraprastha gas limited for png connection. I have applied for ownership change request in dec 2017 for bp number [protected]. Its been 8-9 months now but there is no update from igl. Every time i asked for an update, then their customer care raise a ticket number for resolution and within 24 hr they close the ticket without any resolution.

                        I have also raised a concern to nodal office of igl but again there is no update still. I am following from last 8-9 months but they are not ready to give a single update. Evertime ticket got closed without any resolution

                          Igl domestic piped natural gas connection was installed in 2016 in our locality in 2016. The igl guys asked for money (Unofficial) which we did not pay. Now after almost 2 years they have not activated our connection while all other houses in the vicinity are actively using the igl connection.

                          We also went 4 times in last 2 years to the igl office at igl bhawan, sector 9, r k puram, new delhi and inquired with them wrt our application and have always been promised with action on this but no result yet.

                            refund of security deposit

                            I have requested refund of security deposit vide e-mail (Dtd. 24th may 2018) alongwith all relevant documents viz. Sd acknowledgement slip, sd refund form, cancelled cheque and application for refund etc. With subsequent reminders, but till date the case has not been processed.
                            When contacted over phone every time the agency informs that they will process the case within a week but it seems do not want to refund the amount....

                            Dear Sir,

                            I regret to say that I have committed a mistake for applying new connection with PNG, Despite of my several phone calls and email, PNG deaf and dum officer did not reply. This is very unfortunate. one hand PNG official are giving wide publicity for new connection and other hand, the customer who has already been applied new PNG connections are not giving providing connections . This is joke with public. How the PNG official to make the public fool.

                            I would like to bring your kind notice that I, have paid security amount of Rs. 6000/- vide Cheque No. 154865 dated 12/06/20118 Canara Bank, Branch Jeet Singh marg, New Delhi 67 by hand to Mr. Abhishek Mani on 12/06/2018 for installation of new IGL connect at Flat No. 321, SFS DDA flat pocket-I, Sector 5 Dwaraka, New Delhi.

                            The amount has already been credit in company account on 28/06/2018 and confirmation received from your office but my connection is not yet installed.
                            As per terms and conditions mentioned in your website, the connection should be installed within 45 days from the date of apply and realization of security amount. The time limit of for installation of connection has already been over.

                            If you are not able to install my connection, than my security amount may please be returned to avoid litigation .

                            The company employees has visited site so many time, and demand some favour. This very wrong. kindly look into the matter .
                            This may please treated as notice.

                              We live in sec-20 pocket -16 house no-120 rohini. Few months ago igl has install under ground gas pipeline in our pocket - 16 but the employee of igl have not filled the holes on road side which they have done during the underground conection. So i on behalf of my pocket - 16 sector - 20 house no 120, 118, 106, 105request you to fill the holes properly.

                                  This has reference to your above mentioned invoice number no. [protected] dt. 27.07.2018 wherein meter readings have been recorded wrongly.
                                  The above invoice shows meter reading recorded as 268.004 while as current reading recorded today i. E 9th aug 18 is 261.000 (Photo of meter is attached. We have been paying minimum charges applicable on time. The previous consumed readings those could have be adjusted in minimum charges have been accumulated in one invoice no.[protected] dt. 27.07.2018 with the result of which i have been unnecessarily been charged with rs. 733.27. Please correct your system and reverse the invoice charges with corrected final bill.

                                    Sir,

                                    I have flat no. 0407, tower - cs 10 in supertech cape town, sector - 74, noida which is locked for quite sometime and nobody is residing there. I plan to sell it soon. The last tenant had paid the final gas bill before vacating the flat and gas valve was closed. Hence there is no gas consumption till date. The person taking gas meter reading (Mobile no. [protected]) called me in the past seeing the locked door and i told him no meter reading is required as nobody is staying in the flat. He might have complained to his office and today i have received invoice sms for rs. 836.40 - png bill for bp no. [protected]. This bill must have been made on the basis of past average monthly reading as meter can not be seen now.
                                    Since i stay in bangalore, the door can not be opened & show the meter to the site person.

                                    So, please cancel this bill as no gas is consumed and oblige me.

                                    I promise to show the meter with nil consumption to the concerned person when i visit the flat in near future.

                                    It is requested that i could not understand why gas pipe line is fitted on the wall of house no-27/44, gali no-9, vishawas nagar, shahdra delhi-110032 for giving gas connection to house no-27/43, gali no-9, vishwas nagar, shahdra Delhi-32.now i request you to please remove gas pipe line from the wall of my house no-27/44 immediately.
