I have a flat in logix blossomcounty sector-137, tower e-1203. Igl laid down gas pipline in whole society. Igl issued a bp no:-[protected] to my flat on 2016 but till date gas connection is not fixed. I have deposited inr10000 in advance. I called several times at igl offices and igl person but nobody fix this issue. I request u to look at the matter and start the gas supply.

    Hi,

    I am not receiving any bills for the igl connection installed at my premises having bp no : [protected].

    I had raised this through igl customer care and was assured that now bills will be delivered. I have opted for e-bill so that at least bills can be delivered through mail which also is not happening. Complaint numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

    Till now (In more than a year) i have received only one bill (Duplicate) that also through mail which was sent by an igl executive through mail.

    I am not at all aware on what usages they are charging. Though i am making payments through the igl app but without any clarity on bills.

    Igl customer care is worst, they do not easily answer the calls, today i made several calls but was not able to speak to any one. They simply keep you on hold and then disconnect the call.

    Please help me to get the bills regularly.

      No one has ever come to check the gas pipeline (After installation) even after complaining for innumerable times to give us bill, to check the proper working of the pipeline (Any leakage etc). Moreover, we have sent our exact address at the time of acknowledgement but they have written half of the address in customer copy. Not only this, customer care number is never available!!

      Please send bill on time, otherwise don't expect us to pay it on time.

      Also, you are obliged to send someone to keep a check on meter, gas pipeline etc after installation (Before any mishappening due to your negligence).

      Customer care number is never meant to be unavailable! It is provided to listen to the customer's query and solve it as soon as possible.

      Highly disappointed with the service.
      Igl is not recommended in furure.

        The domestic png metering device installed at my flat number 24, akanksha apartments, plot number b-9/12, sector 62 noida, uttar pradesh vide bp number [protected] was got removed on 24.6.18 due to some renovation works at flat. Now the renovation has been completed and i want to get it re-installed to get my kitchen operational. But the igl customer care is not responding on my calls. So please help me in re-installation of this png metering device.

          We do not receive any bills. We are only two senior citizens living in our house. The reason is that for security we had asked your man to show us his id card to enter. He refused and was very rude. Since then - about a year now - nobody comes. We are told that it is reported that our house is locked. It is very rarely closed as we are always here. Is it wrong to know who wants to enter our house? Crime happens mainly because of this and specially in houses of old people. Please sort this out at your earliest. Business partner no. [protected].

            Please refer the bill produced for B.P. No. [protected], Dr. Prerna Sinha, 808, 8th Floor, Shivashis Tower, Shalimar City, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, 201301 without taking reading of the meter. The current reading's photograph is taken on 22/07/2018. The total demand has been produced as Rs. 4095 which is wrong. However, my house is vacated from 14th December 2017 and connection is disconnected from 24th April 2018. The bill is also produced for the vacation and disconnection period.

            I have already made a complaint on 23rd April 2018, but no correct bill is provided till date. The meter reading photo is attached with this mail.

            Therefore you are requested to update the bill and send the correct bill so that I can Pay at the earliest.

              I had a piped natural gas connection for indraprastha gas limited with business partner no. [protected] at flat no. 812b, gaur ganga, sector-4, vaishali, ghaziabad (U. P.)-201010. It`s already more than 1.6 years over for my refund against surrender of subject igl connection. Even though i have submitted all relevant documents as per requirement along with cross cancelled cheque. I shared all the documents over the email twice on 21 sep 2017

                I have installed a png connection. The application for the same was submitted in the month of january, 2017. The booking date is 06.01.2017. As stated by your good office registration done before 31.01.2017 will entitle the customer rebate of rs. 500/-. I am sorry to say but the same has not been given to us in the first bill and on speaking with your customer care team it was stated that same shall be adjusted in the next bill. However the same has not been given effect to.

                Further the bill depicts an amount of rs. 500/- as emi against arrears. Request you to pl let me know what is this emi against arrears and why i have to pay for this

                Also pl adjust the amount of rs. 500/- as stated above.

                  We have deposited rs. 6000/- in january and also submitted all documents as needed for new connection.
                  But still not installed new connection.
                  Your man has already connected the pipe 15 days ago and after that nobody has come to connect it.

                  Kindly look into the matter and let me know when will your man come to install new connection.

                    After judging and in compulsions i complaining especially about working style of this particular outlet at mayur vihar extension branch, near stat city mall. It's managed very badly to harrass consumers on various counts.
                    They-operators intentionally go slow resultantly long que of about half km. Then they will disposed of vehicles quickly by filling gas with very low quantity despite pressure. They will cut cng supply to vehicles around lumpsum amount with rs. 2-5 less or more so that consumer may leave balance or pay lumpsum on higher side.
                    They intentially go slow by keeping various terminal closed to create stagnation and waiting time for consumers and to give rest tactically on mutual understanding by pump attendants resulting in operating this station to half the capacity.
                    Today my turn came after half an hour and against pressure of little over 200, the supply was cut at 7kgs whereas, there was capacity of more 2kgs ina 12 of cyclinder. This practice is being followed for years now and no one is correcting.

                      Due to renovation in my house, I have been trying to request temporary disconnection via Service Request No [protected] but no avail. The Service request was closed as resolved without doing anything.

                      When I called again, I was told it will be resolved and without informing me, a new ticket was created again with a new SLA of 13 days.

                      Getting this connection itself took almost a year.

                      The IGL services are pathetic and sincerely hope private players enter this domain and save us consumers from further harassment.

                        We had paid the IGL representative Mr.B.N.Singh for a new gas connection almost 3 months back. He had told us that it will take a month to get the connection. There has been no response from him. Also there has been another representative Mr.Mukesh Singh whom we contacted but even he is not responding. The money has been debited from our account to a Cms branch pool account(210700) in April.

                          I requested a PNG connection in month of March'2018 which was activated in first week of May'2018...but till now my "CONTRACT ACCOUNT" number has not been generated because of this I am not able to LOGIN to online services.

                          This is with reference to my request for PNG connection installation at my place i.e. 118 back side, jai dev park east Punjabi bagh new Delhi 110026, it is being almost an year, when I requested for installation, the process from submission of forms till the survey was quick but after a portion of pipe installation being done, the respective team did not connect my connection from the main line and even after repeated reminders and complaints at the customer care nobody came to rescue,
                          I tried to escalate matter to the higher authority however no body turned up and with no other option; I have to take the legal route to get the issue to resolution

                            Either the Meter is faulty or reading is not correct.
                            Therefore, immediate corrective measures are required. Revised Bill to be sent. Payment default has never happened.The bill received is very much excessive and on the high side. Earlier it used to come around Rs. 680/-pm
                            No excess consumption but the bill has come for Rs.2714.25 for June, 2018 month. last date of payment is 30.7.2018. My request is meter faulty giving incorrect reading so it may be repaired. Revised bill may be sent on an average basis for payment.

                              I shifted my house on 29th April 2018 and the gas remained disconnected from 29th April to 7th July 2018. I received a phone call from [protected] on 28th June and I informed them about the non use of gas and picture of the meter with the bills already cleared. I am amazed that inspite of this I have received a bill with fictitious reading. Please resolve the matter on an urgent basis.

                                I have requested for a temporary disconnection on my flat at C 9 / 9214 Vasant Kunj, new Delhi, 110070 for temporary disconnection on 11.12.2016. Since the demise of my wife I do not live inVasant Kunj any more and the flat is under lock and key.
                                I have made a mistake not calling earlier when I visited my flat. Recently due to my ill ness have not visited VK for a long time. There is a auto payment system and recently you have billed Rs. 1500. must be based on your estimate.
                                Right now I am in the process of negotiation for selling the flat, hence i would request to extend the temporary dis connection and wait till i inform you for final settlement as there is no consumption of gas at the moment.
                                Incidentally, since you are known as customer friendly organisation the waiting on your help line needs your attention,

                                  We are writing to you after having exhausted all avenues. We are hopeful that you will provide us with right direction.
                                  The case goes like this: Indraprastha Gas Limited along with some agent came to Sidhartha Extension, New Delhi and took registrations for PNG gas connections in the month of January 2016. (Stamped customer copy attached. Apart from the attached paper, no other paper or numbers were given to me)
                                  I, Beena Verma resident of 66C, Pocket C, Sidhartha Extension, New Delhi-110014 also registered during this drive and deposited a cheque of Rupees Six Thousand from my Oriental Bank of Commerce saving account no [protected], cheque no.122456 dated[protected] for Rupees Six Thousand Only. (Copy attached herewith)
                                  The cheque no.122456 dated[protected] for Rupees Six Thousand Only was subsequently encashed by IGL
                                  But unfortunately till date NO ONE has come to 66C, Pocket C, Sidhartha Extension, New Delhi to install the gas connection despite many calls and follow ups from our end. (Written many times to M/s. Bonace Engineers Pvt. Ltd., Easy Source and the Customer Care on the IGL website with no result!)
                                  Please note that there are gas connections all over Sidhartha Extension including 66A, 66B and 66D so therefore, the feasibility of installing gas is very plausible and doable.
                                  May I request you to help me out in this matter as I am a widow and a senior citizen. Please help install the gas connection at my residence 66C, Pocket C, Sidhartha Extension, New Delhi -14 at the earliest.

                                    I had applied Gas pipeline connection in month of Dec. 2017 vide BP No.
                                    [protected] in the name of Karam Vir S/o Late Sh. Tulsi Ram R/o 2/24 Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi 110015. After verification of documents, I had deposited Rs. 6000/- on 3/02/2018. Till then I had made no. of calls, and also on customer care complaint, no one has come to install the gas pipeline connection in my premises. No one is hearing my complaint. Is this is the customer care of IGL. I do know where I have to complaint. Please resolve my problem.

                                      I have paid all charges two month ago thereafter they did'nt connection not connect with the stove.
                                      We already contact with naveen sharma mob.[protected] and he did'nt responsed rajveer mob. [protected] and rahul also they say that we want extra money to do connection. Kindly help us if your managment dont take action against this i will go to the consumer court.
