Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] Complaints & Reviews

I have recently purchased a flat no. N7/505, Omkar Royal Nest, Noida Tech Zone IV, Greater Noida(West). Without my consent the IGL B.P. NO. [protected] was installed in my flat in presence of some labourers.
Now I have requested on IGL customer care to shift the IGL meter, the representative named Mr Ranjeet has said that charges will be applied for shifting.

I had visited the cng station located at model town - chhatrasal stadium on the evening of[protected]. The cng station has put up notes that paytm application is not working. This is the situation for the last many days.

Several people enquiring about paytm from the dispensing staff were replied that facility of paytm was not available. It repeatedly and everyday causes a long queue and the per vehicle time due to cash dispensation...

I had a png connection in my apartment in noida. Bp number [protected]. I have sold my apartment and i submitted a request to transfer the ownership to the buyer as per the advice from call centre. All the required documents have been submitted but it’s been 6 months and there has been no action. Every time i call a ticket is generated and it’s closed without resolution. They promise call backs after investigation but that never happens....

I had requested for modification in IGL as per Service Request No. [protected] dated 26.05.2018. As per company mail, it will be resolved in 11 days. Despite regular follow up in company, the staff of the company is not doing the work, despite 11 day deadline is already over. It is matter of clear harassment and corruption. Work need to be done on priority and strict action be taken against errant staff....

I have applied for a new igl/png connection on 13th mar'18 against which feasibility check completed on 15th mar'18. I have also paid security deposit but nothing is happening on this and i have contacted customer care as well but no positive response on this. I would really appreciate if someone look into the matter and help me resolving the same as soon as possbile....

I am really disturb with igl because igl team came in my society and tried to installed meter but these guys was not experienced and they have damaged so many thing of my modular kitchen. I am trying to connect your team but did not get any solution.

Request you to suggest the way of your working and completion of timeline of any work which has been started. Your guys start work and leave if any...

We are residents of new delhi, inderpuri. We applied for a domestic png connection in march 2018 with all the payments and formalities done.
In may 2018, we recieved an email from igl that our png connection is done, whereas it was not done. We tried to lodge as many complaints as possible over the phone but got the same reply for getting the installation done within 10 days of complaint time.

Payment of rs.949.69 has been made against invoice no.[protected] dated[protected], on[protected] through netbanking vide tr. Id no.[protected] icici bank (Copy of the bank statement attached). A cheque was issued in favor of igl for rrs. 6000/-towards new connection and the same got cleared on january 29, 2018 in spite of multiple requests to the customer care no action has been taken by the concerned till date.. I champa amarlal vanjani, r/o 17/2, old rajinder nagar, 01st floor, new delhi - 110060 had applied for installation of gas pipeline in the year 2017 which was subsequently installed in the month of march 2018.

I have received sms from your end on 27.05.2018 stating the amount of the bill and due date. The bp no. Mentioned is [protected].

Till date we have not received the installation...

Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] never send me bill (gas) through Hard copy or Soft copy, in that condition how can i know my current gas bill.

Now few days ago (Like 5-6 days) your staff come at home for checking and said that your rubber tube is very old (Because print date is 12/2009) and change, but my connection is installed on 08.01.2017 and i don't check print date on rubber,
Because your staff fix the old rubber on time of installation.
So please change my rubber earliest without any cost before...

I had submit a cheque for an amount to rs 6000/ vide cheque no 256601 canara bank for new png connection for my flat at shipra srishti appartment flat no -002 ground floor amaltash, indrapuram ghaziabad on dt 8 th may 2018 but till date after lapse of more than 20 days neither my cheque clear nor i have got any intimation from igl. Every step is blocked in the igl to persue our case nobody is responding properly it feels really disappointing....

My bp no. [protected]. I got a message on 30.05.2018 at 2 p. M. On my registered mobile no. [protected] that payment of rs. 1851.73 dated 24.05.2018 is outstanding. Immediately, i want to pay the same but online amount shows rs. 1888.45 (In excess of the amount shown in my message).
I such condition, why i pay excess amount of rs. 1888.45 while i got message only on 30.05.2018 at 2 p. M. Please resolve the matter immediately....

Tulsi ram r/o 2/24 ramesh nagar, single storey, new delhi-110015 had applied for png connection and after all the formalities completed i had deposited rs. 6000/- on 03/02/2018, but till then after a gap of over 100 days my png connection has not been installed. I have complained so many times on phone but no one is hearing. Please help and provide me new png connection.

Reference invoice no[protected] dated 17th may ‘18 for rs896.00. Please refer your invoice no[protected] dated of 11th ultimo, which shows credit of rs. 1089.16. My account should show credit balance rs182.66 but advised to pay 814.02. Reconcile and advice the correct position.

I have applied for connection on 21st april & survey was done on 23rd apr 2018 & cheque got encased on 4th may. No response from igl after that & custome care no is responding even after 5 minutes of holding the call (Must have tried 15-20 time in last 1 week). I have put the same on twitter account on 22nd may & pgot reply of a promt response, still waiting. Is there any way to reach the right person or whole company...

I had requested the company on it's Customer Helpline No:[protected] to restore sending me my bills in Physical form which I had earlier opted to receive online.I had also agreed that RS.200 may be recovered from me in my bill, the amount that was credited in my first online bill after I opted for online bills.No action has been taken on my request. Kindly do the needful.
