Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] Complaints & Reviews

I have requested for the gas pipeline in the months of february, we were told that our connection will be installed within 3 months but till date the connection is not been installed.

We are regularly calling on the customer care and they are given numbers of people to call but there is no response.

Let us know how much time needed for the installation of one pipeline....

This is in regards to the ugliest connection that was installed and just needed to be started for which I have been chasing the team for the last 15 days and just getting several number to call and get it checked at my own.

Rinku was assigned for the task Who everyday in morning just assure that he will be coming and later on for whole day doesn't answer the call.

I had almost done 50 calls...

I have raised a request for the refund of security deposit through online after attaching the proper documents in the mail, but instead of sending them 40 odd mails over last 28 days i haven’t received any feedback from their end.
I also tried to reach through the customer service but 5 times they have assured me that your complaint will be resolved in 1 working day.
There customer executive do not pick the call, tell me why...

I applied for a new connection on 12.11.2017 and I was issued a BP Number on 25.11.2017 but the gas is not installed yet.
I called on customer care on 29.03.2018, 06.04.2018, 02.05.2018 and 14.05.2018 but No positive response is given to me.

Now I want to know how much more time you required to install my connection or I should go to consumer courts?

We had submitted the 1000 rs fees, 2 times but the igl png connection had not beeen set-up in our house. And i had also submitted the cheques to mr. Vikash jha on date 28/1/18 and mr. Ganesh on 20/4 but they are not doing anything about this matter.

I went to cng pump paradise filling station on may 14, 2018, i was standing here for 2 hours on the line. It is big feeling station, my vehicle was burning in power
The reason for not filling the gas was due to the absence of light. The absence of generator is surprising, if they are not made to a generator, then what will the cng pump do?
Please take strong action against them so that never a customer has to face such a problem.br...

I have booked domestic png connection vide bp no. [protected] and deposited the amount. Meter was installed in the last week of march-2018. But till date this connection is not activated yet. I have lodged the same in customer care vide lead no. [protected] on 7th of may-2018. But still all in vain. It seems a very poor response by the company. Even those applied later on in the same floor connection is activated more than two weeks.

Dear sir,
Feasibility check was conducted and passed on 2/2/18. Cheque no-012575 in favour of indraprastha gas limited, dated 12/4/18 for rs 6000, has already been cleared on 21/4/18. I was assured of getting the connection installed within 15 days from the date of clearance of the check by the office, r. K puram.
Kindly take note of the text and do needful the earliest.

Worst department, customer care is misguided me and gave new statement every time i try to contact. Bp no generated on 7/4/18
As per telephonic guidelines...
Documents sent by courier and received as told by cc.. Than cheque of rs 1275 / in f/o igl deposited at cng outlet of model town, delhi sbi hindu rao hospital branch -26/4/2018, cheque no 547196.
Now...

There is no supply since 18 hrs at our house. I complained at igl for the same. They visited but no solution was there. Today again they visited at 10:15 am just checked and went back as if everyone is just killing their time. No solution & went back without informing. Now no one is responding back on their helpline number. We are in a big trouble due to no gas supply. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible...

I paid my bill of rs. 754.00 on 03/05/2018 through net banking favoring igl - (Payment only) but i am still getting "your payment is due" message from igl. I would like to say that i am the regular cusomer of cng and regular refil my car's cng tank at your company cng station muradnagar, distt-ghaziabad up-201206 (Near hanuman mandir delhi-meerut road) but i always notice the there is not available of drinking water and other public utility services to customer. For the last three months, billing is done on avarage as your meter reader may have called when our flet was locked reading sent online was not accounted for may be due to our incorrect submission. We are only two persons of advanced age and had requesteq that we be informed a day or two in advance of the visit. An official on phone agreed but this did not happen.
