It is bring to your notice that presently there are huge crowd on cng pump stations. But it should be managed in a disciplined way. I am oftenly getting cng for my car from sector 10 rk puram cng pump which is very near to IGL HQrs. But here the employee are giving cng to some vehicle who are coming out of the way (breaking Q). I have several times brought to the notice of Manager of this pump but the employee of this pump are misbehaving with the complainant instead of saying anything to the defaulter who is coming out of the way. Please take necessary action in this regard because so many times it has happened.

    My IGL Meter was replaced on 20th Feb 2018. I have so far received 2 bills after the meter changed and both bills are incorrect. Both bills are for the old meter no. and the readings are also incorrect. I have opened several Service Requests and sent WhatsApp messages to IGL but still no one have been able to fix a simple problem. They just need to remove the old meter no. from my BP# and add new meter no. in the system. However no one in IGL is able to make this simple change.

    I am tired of calling IGL customer care and explaining them this issue.

      Sub :- request for removing the un - authorized lying of png line in the terrace of my house for conducting the repairing / renovation.
      Dear sir,
      At outset, please note that for subject cited matter, i have requested so many persons for last more than two (02) month and when the matter has not been resolved them i am approaching your good self.
      The entire matter is being submitted here below in chorological order:-
      1. I reside with my family at my residence (Own house) at krishana naga, safadar jung enclave, new delhi 110029. I have also purchase the terrace and it is under my possession.
      2. I have not opted the png connection.
      3. It was the matter of great surprise that without my permission, the installation team local contractor mr. Yogesh verma mob. No. [protected] & [protected], having a site office at lane no. -7it self, entered from neighbor’s roof and planted the png line on boundary wall of my terrace where beams are to be made for putting the shed of the terrace.
      4. Move over, they have also planted the png line on the switch of my ground floor’s name plate & call bell. Resulting, call bell its switch & wiring got burnt. (Photo attached for your ready reference.)
      5. Two month back, i met local contractor mr. Yogesh. During the meeting, mr. Yogesh promised to remove the png line but made lot of pretext to visit my house.
      6. App. One month back, mr. Yogesh visited, sow the sight but after one week he told to lodge the complaint on customer care of png.
      7. I made the call twice to customer care but all efforts gone in vain due to non-customer of png.
      8. Somehow, i managed to get the contact details of local office of igpl, r k puram, new delhi. The concerned person behaved gently and gave the concerned person mr. Saod mob. No. [protected].
      9. After several promises, mr. Saod visited my house, promised to remove the png line but on[protected] mr. Saod told that he is not in a position to remove the png line of my house due to non co-operation of local contractor mr. Yogesh.
      10. I called mr. Saod for several times but his phone is either busy or no reply.
      11. During the last telephonic conversation mr. Saod threaten that the safe custody of png lines my responsibility and if it gets damage then heavy penalty shall be imposed by igpl.
      You good self are requested we (Me & my wife), both are just entering shortly into the age of senior citizen, have been facing the mental torture last more than two (02) months and if the png is not removed within three (03) working days then this mail will be forwarded to sarojani nagar policy station, new delhi for lodging the fir against igpl for torturing mentally & financially to the old couple for which a heavy financial compensation may also be claimed.

      Around 12.20 p.m today (03/07/2018) huge line was there at CNG Station (Nanak Piao Gurudwara), some are coming out of the line / broke the line & got CNG .
      After complaint to Superviser / Manager but nothing happened, may be setting with the staff, please look in to this on priority & provide sensible staff, thanks.

        Its again an blunder from your side regarding the bill generation and its charging.

        Issues:-

        1. One meter checking guy visited at home on 29-June-2018
        2. You guys have sent me the e bill by email on 29-June-2018. Which is already past the invoice due date (26.06.2018)
        3. You must have sent me the e-bill on 5-June-2018 (Invoice Date)
        4. Because of which, I have to forcefully pay the extra amount 221.52 INR (Amount Due after 26.06.2018) in place of 217.18 INR (Amount Due on or Before 26.06.2018)

        Expecting the extra amount back in my account. Kindly do the needful utmost as not getting any response on toll free number as well.

        Now IGL has charged extra 12.79 Rs/ without any bill generation/details. As an customer they have given me no options, only have to pay their unrealistic & incorrect charges.

        We have a connection of gas pipeline but it is not working properly. Only one burner is working and that too the flame is very low. Send some one to check the connection for any leakages or misconnection.

          Recently the back lane of e block, amar colony, lajpat nagar - iv, new delhi - 110024 had been dug up behind house nos. E - 218 till e - 241 for laying of png pipes. However the backfilling of the same has not been carried out properly and because of which the whole road has sunk in after yesterday’s evening rain. Need your immediate and urgent action on the same.

              आज शाम मैं अपने घर के नीचे खड़ा था, मेरा ध्यान कहीं और था। तभी मैंने जोर से आवाज सुनी, देखा कि एक बच्चे ने नॉब घूम दी और गैस लीक होने लगी। मैन जाकर नॉब बंद की।
              आपके कर्मचारी ऐसी लापरवाही कैसे कर सकते हैं..?
              यह काफी बड़ी भूल है। इससे कोई भी बड़ा हादसा हो सकता है।

                I had already complaint about igl connection at my qtr no-22 type - ii kasturba institute of technology pitampura delhi-88. But not action is taken by you. This complaint is against mr. Vikas jha and mr. Dinesh kumar, who had taken the cheques two times in favour of igl. The amount had deducted from my account but no connection is setup till date.

                This is our humble request you to kindly look into the matter and solve our problem as soon as possible. Otherwise i will complaint to the higher authorities regarding this issue.

                We are receiving wrong bill which is the estimated one from many months. Customer service is also very bad. We have complained many a times but could not got any response. Calling on customer care number is also very annoying.

                    I dinesh kumar gupta had applied for igl connection long back in the month of january dated 19th of the year 2018.

                    All the visits for verification, feasibility test & other checks - at my premises have been done already.

                    The cheque of rs.6000/- drawn at yes bank had been debited on february 3, 2018 where in i was given a maximum time of 90 days for the installation to be done at my said premises.

                    I had taken follow ups more than 50 times which can be verified with the igl customer care.

                    Everytime i m given false committments of getting the connection done in a day or two.

                    This is simply out of my tolerance.

                    I wonder why are we then encouraged to get the same installed in every home while the organisation is ignoring the sleeping internal process at igl.

                    This is unacceptable. The tenure has aleady been exceeded & i want the complensation for the delay along with the installation of the same to be done at my premises at your earliest.

                    This will only discourage people not to get the same for their homes

                        I live in sahibabad, ghaziabad and have been using png since almost last 5 months.

                        The bill shows my usage and it is projected way more than my actual usage.

                        I have raised the complaint a number of times and then their engineer came and he agreed there was a fault in the fitting and there was leakage in my kitchen putting everybody's life at stake.

                        Well, they understood and fixed it and yet my bill shows usage which is way more than my actual consumption.

                        There is another flat with same consumption and with half of the bill comparatively.

                        I am tired of complaining again and again, no solution. Please help. If there is any information needed, please let me know.

                          Dear sir,
                          My self ravikant bhatnagar from c 3rd 18 a mahindra enclave, shastri nagar ghaziabad (U. P). A new connection set up through igl pipe line in my private land which was not permitted by me. How can you do this without my permission because i am the owner of my land. So please look into the matter and dismantle the igl gas pipe line connection. If we need the igl pipeline connection we will inform you.
                          Kindly do the needful as soon as possible because we are facing problems.

                              I want to bring your kind attention regarding cng filling station as all knows that there is a long queues out the cng filling station, the staff of some pumps are gesturing some people out of queue, as some people eagerly awaiting there turn, their wait go long and long.                                 I have recently purchased a flat no. N7/505, Omkar Royal Nest, Noida Tech Zone IV, Greater Noida(West). Without my consent the IGL B.P. NO. [protected] was installed in my flat in presence of some labourers.
                                Now I have requested on IGL customer care to shift the IGL meter, the representative named Mr Ranjeet has said that charges will be applied for shifting.

                                The position in which IGL is installed there is likely chances of fire hazard in kitchen.

                                Hence I would request IGL to waive off the charges since the IGL meter was not installed in my presence.

                                In view of public safety kindly shift my IGL b.p. no. [protected]

                                  I had visited the cng station located at model town - chhatrasal stadium on the evening of[protected]. The cng station has put up notes that paytm application is not working. This is the situation for the last many days.

                                  Several people enquiring about paytm from the dispensing staff were replied that facility of paytm was not available. It repeatedly and everyday causes a long queue and the per vehicle time due to cash dispensation or card payment increases many fold causing serious inconvenience to customers.

                                  Then even the receipts for the same are not issued by the staff due to pressure of the rush.

                                  Since the paytm application was out of order i went to the station office and talked to manager sonu tiwari sitting at the desk.
                                  He informed that their tab with paytm facility was out of order for last several days and would take more time for repairs.

                                  I demanded the complaint register to register my complaint and bring it to notice of igl office.
                                  However to my surprise the manager mr sonu tiwari rudely refused to provide the complaint book stating the same would not be provided since it has been told that the devise is out or order and gone for repairs.
                                  On my insistence for complaint book which is the right of a customer he told that talk to anybody but the complaint book will not be provided. All this while mr tiwari maintained a smirk smile on his face asking me to anything i wanted but he will not provide the complaint book.

                                  I then called the allottee of cng station mr jm arora informing him about the situation and the misbehavior of his staff while also refusing to provide the complaint book. He was also notified about the visual display of the smirk and smile displayed by mr sonu tiwari on his face all the while and pointedly showing to other staff sitting in the office thus causing annoyance to me with such indecent behaviour nothing short of provoking the customer to be display publicly the annoyance.
                                  In the same spirit i informed col arora to reign in the visually displayed idiotic behaviour of his staff and ask him to provide me the complaint book to note down the problem and this incident.

                                  Although col arora was helpful and understanding on but expressed his reservation on my stating his staff to be behaving idiotically. I apologized to col arora taking respect of his age and service background. However would like to bring to his notice that how would he feel if such behavior was directed towards him by somebody. He would then be the first one to give all his advises on discipline which is essence of army life.
                                  I had diluted my stand in face of respect to him but would he stand up on the face of misbehavior with customer against his employee. For him the person is a manager with respect but perhaps there is no dignity of the person towards whom this "idiotic" behavior (Defined as — insanely irresponsible) of his employee or so called responsible manager is directed.

                                  To top it all the manager mr sonu tiwari even offered to unofficially provide facility of paytm if requested. My reply to him was why accord this special preference to me when all the customers are suffering and also why not make this so called unofficial facility to be informed to their dispensing staff who could have informed the same to the customers causing relief to them.

                                  Anyways with the intervention of mr arora the manager mr sonu tiwari reluctantly handed over the complaint book to me (After searching in the entire office showing it to be misplaced) and i made a note of the complaint in the book on[protected] at 7.25 pm.

                                  Please inform me how the complaint is being addressed and the response of the people involved in the incident.
                                  I am available to respond further if required but would certain wait a reasonable time for a response from your end. I shall not let this matter pass by till responded suitably and problem addressed about the behavior of the staff at model town / chhatrasal statium cng pump.

                                  To lend clarity, this complaint is not about facility of paytm not being provided but about misbehavior of the staff towards the customers mistakenly thinking that they can escape with anything irresponsible they do.

                                    ownership transfer

                                    I had a png connection in my apartment in noida. Bp number [protected]. I have sold my apartment and i submitted a request to transfer the ownership to the buyer as per the advice from call centre. All the required documents have been submitted but it’s been 6 months and there has been no action. Every time i call a ticket is generated and it’s closed without resolution. They promise call backs after investigation but that never happens....

                                    I had requested for modification in IGL as per Service Request No. [protected] dated 26.05.2018. As per company mail, it will be resolved in 11 days. Despite regular follow up in company, the staff of the company is not doing the work, despite 11 day deadline is already over. It is matter of clear harassment and corruption. Work need to be done on priority and strict action be taken against errant staff.
