A cheque was issued in favor of igl for rrs. 6000/-towards new connection and the same got cleared on january 29, 2018 in spite of multiple requests to the customer care no action has been taken by the concerned till date.. I have spoken to mr. Rajeev kumar on his mobile no [protected] no of times bt got no response till date. To my surprise he meter readers from igl are visiting my place to take the reading. Can some one from the igl is in a position to confirm the date of installation..

Requesting the IGL officials to arrange for he installation at the earliest at my residence.It's more than 4 months now since the cheque for Rs, . 6000/- has been cleared from m y bank.

    I champa amarlal vanjani, r/o 17/2, old rajinder nagar, 01st floor, new delhi - 110060 had applied for installation of gas pipeline in the year 2017 which was subsequently installed in the month of march 2018.

    I have received sms from your end on 27.05.2018 stating the amount of the bill and due date. The bp no. Mentioned is [protected].

    Till date we have not received the installation papers nor the original bill.

    I have twice lodged the complaint on your customer care no. [protected] but the problem has not been resolved till date.

    I therefore request you to pl provide me with the installation papers and the original bill.

      My self Ms. Ruby. I m the customer of yourIndraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] My B.P. No. [protected]. Gass Conection address is PANCHSHEEL PRIMROSE, Opp. Govinedpuram Anajmandi, GZB.
      Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] never send me bill (gas) through Hard copy or Soft copy, in that condition how can i know my current gas bill.
      pl cheek the my bill payment history, never delay the bill payment but this time i received SMS on 31st may.
      Through the SMS you told me you have to pay this amount before 24th may'18. How can i will..
      Why i will pay delay fine..
      pl do something positively.

        My bp no. [protected] which new connection installed on 08.01.2017. Now few days ago (Like 5-6 days) your staff come at home for checking and said that your rubber tube is very old (Because print date is 12/2009) and change, but my connection is installed on 08.01.2017 and i don't check print date on rubber,
        Because your staff fix the old rubber on time of installation.
        So please change my rubber earliest without any cost before any misshaping.

          I had submit a cheque for an amount to rs 6000/ vide cheque no 256601 canara bank for new png connection for my flat at shipra srishti appartment flat no -002 ground floor amaltash, indrapuram ghaziabad on dt 8 th may 2018 but till date after lapse of more than 20 days neither my cheque clear nor i have got any intimation from igl. Every step is blocked in the igl to persue our case nobody is responding properly it feels really disappointing. Kindly look into the matter and revert

            My bp no. [protected]. I got a message on 30.05.2018 at 2 p. M. On my registered mobile no. [protected] that payment of rs. 1851.73 dated 24.05.2018 is outstanding. Immediately, i want to pay the same but online amount shows rs. 1888.45 (In excess of the amount shown in my message).
            I such condition, why i pay excess amount of rs. 1888.45 while i got message only on 30.05.2018 at 2 p. M. Please resolve the matter immediately.

              I karam vir s/o late sh. Tulsi ram r/o 2/24 ramesh nagar, single storey, new delhi-110015 had applied for png connection and after all the formalities completed i had deposited rs. 6000/- on 03/02/2018, but till then after a gap of over 100 days my png connection has not been installed. I have complained so many times on phone but no one is hearing. Please help and provide me new png connection.

                Reference invoice no[protected] dated 17th may ‘18 for rs896.00. Please refer your invoice no[protected] dated of 11th ultimo, which shows credit of rs. 1089.16. My account should show credit balance rs182.66 but advised to pay 814.02. Reconcile and advice the correct position.

                  I have applied for connection on 21st april & survey was done on 23rd apr 2018 & cheque got encased on 4th may. No response from igl after that & custome care no is responding even after 5 minutes of holding the call (Must have tried 15-20 time in last 1 week). I have put the same on twitter account on 22nd may & pgot reply of a promt response, still waiting. Is there any way to reach the right person or whole company is like this.

                    I had requested the company on it's Customer Helpline No:[protected] to restore sending me my bills in Physical form which I had earlier opted to receive online.I had also agreed that RS.200 may be recovered from me in my bill, the amount that was credited in my first online bill after I opted for online bills.No action has been taken on my request. Kindly do the needful.

                      This is to inform that even after permanent disconnection done on 22.06.2017 and service request no. [protected] two payments from my account has been deducted on the following dates
                      [protected] rs 2320.56
                      [protected] rs 2344.10

                      Please refund me back the amount that is wrongly credited. Also i am getting mails and calls for new bill outstanding. Can you please tell me why are you generating bill when i have already disconnected the connection on 22.06.2017. Representative from your team had come and cancelled the connection and uprooted all the wires and pipes.

                      Request you to please look into the matter on urgent basis and stop harassing me by saying that your bill is outstanding but i have paid an extra amount of 4664.66 which needs to be refunded.
                      There has been no response even after so many complaints. I request you to look into the matter on priority basis.

                        I have requested for the gas pipeline in the months of february, we were told that our connection will be installed within 3 months but till date the connection is not been installed.

                        We are regularly calling on the customer care and they are given numbers of people to call but there is no response.

                        Let us know how much time needed for the installation of one pipeline.

                          Hi

                          This is in regards to the ugliest connection that was installed and just needed to be started for which I have been chasing the team for the last 15 days and just getting several number to call and get it checked at my own.

                          Rinku was assigned for the task Who everyday in morning just assure that he will be coming and later on for whole day doesn't answer the call.

                          I had almost done 50 calls a day and got no response

                          Will I be getting money from his salary for the food I have been ordering.

                          We had shifted to New flat from so long but to gas connection... Great service!

                            I have raised a request for the refund of security deposit through online after attaching the proper documents in the mail, but instead of sending them 40 odd mails over last 28 days i haven’t received any feedback from their end.
                            I also tried to reach through the customer service but 5 times they have assured me that your complaint will be resolved in 1 working day.
                            There customer executive do not pick the call, tell me why should the customer pay the bill on time when they have such bad customer service department.
                            My bp number is [protected], i have mailed them atleast 40
                            Times through my mail i’d ([protected]@gmail.com)
                            Please assist me over this as soon as possible otherwise i will file a online fir against igl for harrashing me for my own money.

                              I am unable to generate the gas bill for captioned bp number.
                              It says invalid bp no

                              There is no issue in gas supply to house i. E. Gas is coming smoothly to flat no-100, gangotri apartments

                                      We had submitted the 1000 rs fees, 2 times but the igl png connection had not beeen set-up in our house. And i had also submitted the cheques to mr. Vikash jha on date 28/1/18 and mr. Ganesh on 20/4 but they are not doing anything about this matter.

                                        I went to cng pump paradise filling station on may 14, 2018, i was standing here for 2 hours on the line. It is big feeling station, my vehicle was burning in power
                                        The reason for not filling the gas was due to the absence of light. The absence of generator is surprising, if they are not made to a generator, then what will the cng pump do?
                                        Please take strong action against them so that never a customer has to face such a problem.

                                        I have appliead before 4 month for new connection for PNG, they have installed the meter aLSO ON 22ND OF APRIL BUT TILL DATE THEY ARE SUPPLYING THE GAS. AND I HAVE TRY TO CONNECT HIM MANY TIME BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE.
