I'd gone for filling cng in my car at igl cng pump situated at pvc market, tikri kalan, new delhi. Then after filling cng, i asked technician durgesh kumar for air as there was no air in my car's tyres. So they replied that there is no air provided on our pump and start misbehaving with me and told me that they will not fill cng in my car from next time and start beating me as i asked them for air. Please take necessary action against them.

    Sir,

    My father a senior citizen was using ur png connection-[protected]

    @ F-25/93, sector# 3, ROHINI n delhi.

    Due to ill health n old age, my parents went to Gauhati to live

    with their daughters in 2010. Since then the house is locked n png not used

    and ur meter reader could not take the readings. So auto avg readings were

    increased to Rs 9073/66 by u.

    V have paid inflated bills till the year 2012 though the gas was not used.

    Both my parents expired in 2014.

    Present meter reading is 159.017

    whereas ur last bill shows reading as 677.100. So v have paid u excess amount .

    pl correct ur bill as per reading 159.017 .

      Sir/madam, i would like to inform that i was out of station w. E. F 22.11.2017 till 15.02.2018 and gas consumption for this period was zero as it was absolutely un-utilized. However the invoice no.[protected] dated 19.03.2018 againnst bp no. [protected] for the billing period 21.12.2017 to 28.02.2018 shows consumption charges of 866.25 for a net payment of rs. 794.69 which does not seem to be justified as the gas utilisation was only for 13 days i. E from 15.02.18 to 28.02.2012.
      In view of it, it is requested to look into the matter and adjust the over payment made by me in the future bill.

          My bp no. [protected]. I have not received any bill during the period. I got message through my registered mobile number regarding the payment of rs.646.69 due no 27/03/2018. I have already given the bank details and the demand amount is not forwarded to my bank for payment. Please forward the same to my bank on urgent basis to enable to make payment.

            bp number information

            Dear sir/mam,

            I am resident of amrapali silicon city, sector-76, noida, uttar pradesh. I have lost the information about my bp number so it will be great if you can share the same with me.
            I submitted all documents, cheque everything in july, 2015. After that i was not living in that house, igl pipeline connection outside my house was installed in 2015 itself.

              Hi,
              By mistake i have made two payment for the same bill for rs2696/- on 18.03.2018 and 20.03.2018 and for which i have raised a request to refund the excess amount paid as i have to make dome other important payments too. I contacted your customer care and he told me send email to customercare. [protected]@igl.co.in with a copy of cancelled chq and refund form that can be downloaded from [protected]@igl.co.in (Fyi, no such link is available). On inquiring with customer care i got to know that the amount has been adjusted against security for which no consent of mine has been taken and worst thing they have disconnected my phone calls 3 times. It is really pathetic and annoying. This is how you serve the customer. I need my money back to pay other dues failing which i may lost electricity connection. Even on first instance your customer care executive has told me that you will get the refund. Please initiate the refund process and call me for any assistance. My contact no is [protected]. If it is not resolved in due time i will escalate the same to higher authorities. Thanks hemant.

                  Poor service/ no response.
                  Took money from me about 10 months ago.
                  Customer care giving excuses for non payment but the bank receipt has been mailed to them so as the service request has been generated.
                  The igl is not taking as serious matter further more the griveness cell is also out of order.

                    I had paid booking amount of rs.600/- in may, 2016 for a png connection at my residence ea-1/11, first floor, inderpuri, new delhi-110012. After repeated requests on phone & by e. Mail, i was told after about three months that it was not feasible to give us connection. Thereafter i called several times on your customer care phone nos. As well as written e. Mails. But every time i was sent an e. Mail saying that "your complaint would be attended within a week". And every time that was the only action taken by your customer relations officers. But surprisingly i got an e. Mail on 6th december, 2017, as follows:

                    Email id : [protected]@yahoo.com

                    In reference to your request for new png connection at your premises, we would like to inform that registration amount of rs. 000000 has been refunded to your bank a/c no. However i have been unable to get duplicate bill so far on email id (Functional). As i am working in electricity department (Delhi) where the work load is more as well as working hours long. Kindly do needful in this regards so i can pay the bill in time.

                        श्रीमान सीमापुरी डिपो पर बने IPL पंप पर मैं अपनी गाड़ी में गैस डलवाने के लिए लाइन में लगा हुआ था पंप पर गैस डाल रहा आईपीएल का वर्कर धर्मवीर एक्स्ट्रा पैसे लेकर रॉन्ग साइड आ रहे फिल्म इलाकों में गैस डाल रहा था जब मैंने इसका विरोध किया तो मौके पर मैनेजर आ गया और मेरे साथ बहुत ज्यादा बदतमीजी करने लगा कहने लगा इसकी मां ने दूध पिया है वह इसे रुकवाकर दिखाएं मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि तत्काल प्रभाव से कार्रवाई करने की कृपा करें

                          We had made service request for 3 times in the last weeks for gas connection. Still no one has responded to our request.

                          The gas pipe line with gas meter has been installed in year 2011, however connection was not made due to non availability of members in the house. Now service request has been made to connect the gas connection, but no response from your end.

                          Kindly see the service request is made may be attended at the earliest so that the difficulty face due to non availability of gas in kitchen is solved. Hope to have some kind of response from your end.

                            Issue is that our house is locked since last 6 months... And we are getting regular billing reminders// self has put up a request earlier as well that as we open the house again we will ask the igl representative to check the meter... Anyways since it is not getting used from last 6 months hence it is 0 only... But to our surprise bill of inr 3000/- has been raised... This is totally wrong and cheating clients

                              I have logged complaint several time for my new connection. Despite making so many complaint no action have been taken. Your toll free number never picks up the call and whenever they pick up they register my complaint and without even working on that complaint they send me a message that they have resolved my problem and this have happened several time for past 4-5 months.
                              I have even tried going to your center and loggeed my complaint over their also but still no action have been taken.
                              This is complete harassment and wastage of my time and money.
                              You provide me with a official email id so that i can loge my complaint to the higher authorities. I would like to make a written complaint

                                  I am residing in rg residency, g 2103, sector 120 noida. This flat was handed over to me by the builder in march 2016. I had submitted the request for transfer of ownership from builder to me (Flat owner) in january 2018, and have submitted all relevant documents, and i am still waiting for the transfer of my png (Igl) connection. Without the transfer, gas ctivation will not happen. Please help.
