My bp no. Is [protected]. I am not receiving bills with effect from oct. 2017. Neither any amount debited from my bank account, as i am availing ecs facility. I have paid the bill for the meter reading up to 94.438 recorded on 25.7.17. Meter reading as on 20th march 2018 is 144.214.
Please raise the bill accordingly and deliver the same at the following address -

    Poor service/ no response.
    Took money from me about 10 months ago.
    Customer care giving excuses for non payment but the bank receipt has been mailed to them so as the service request has been generated.
    The igl is not taking as serious matter further more the griveness cell is also out of order.

      I had paid booking amount of rs.600/- in may, 2016 for a png connection at my residence ea-1/11, first floor, inderpuri, new delhi-110012. After repeated requests on phone & by e. Mail, i was told after about three months that it was not feasible to give us connection. Thereafter i called several times on your customer care phone nos. As well as written e. Mails. But every time i was sent an e. Mail saying that "your complaint would be attended within a week". And every time that was the only action taken by your customer relations officers. But surprisingly i got an e. Mail on 6th december, 2017, as follows:

      Email id : [protected]@yahoo.com

      In reference to your request for new png connection at your premises, we would like to inform that registration amount of rs. 000000 has been refunded to your bank a/c no.       I had paid booking amount of Rs.6000/- in May, 2016 for a png connection at my residence EA-1/11, First Floor, Inderpuri, New Delhi-110012. After repeated requests on phone & by e.mail, I was told after about three months that it was not feasible to give us connection. Thereafter I called several times on your Customer Care phone Nos. as well as written e.mails. But every time I was sent an e.mail saying that "your complaint would be attended within a week". I asked to customer care representative for sending duplicate bill on my email. Id. However i have been unable to get duplicate bill so far on email id (Functional). As i am working in electricity department (Delhi) where the work load is more as well as working hours long. Kindly do needful in this regards so i can pay the bill in time.

            We had made service request for 3 times in the last weeks for gas connection. Still no one has responded to our request.

            The gas pipe line with gas meter has been installed in year 2011, however connection was not made due to non availability of members in the house. Now service request has been made to connect the gas connection, but no response from your end.

            Kindly see the service request is made may be attended at the earliest so that the difficulty face due to non availability of gas in kitchen is solved. Hope to have some kind of response from your end.

              Issue is that our house is locked since last 6 months... And we are getting regular billing reminders// self has put up a request earlier as well that as we open the house again we will ask the igl representative to check the meter... Anyways since it is not getting used from last 6 months hence it is 0 only... But to our surprise bill of inr 3000/- has been raised... This is totally wrong and cheating clients

                I have logged complaint several time for my new connection. Despite making so many complaint no action have been taken. Your toll free number never picks up the call and whenever they pick up they register my complaint and without even working on that complaint they send me a message that they have resolved my problem and this have happened several time for past 4-5 months.
                I have even tried going to your center and loggeed my complaint over their also but still no action have been taken.
                This is complete harassment and wastage of my time and money.
                You provide me with a official email id so that i can loge my complaint to the higher authorities. I would like to make a written complaint

                        We applied for lpg connection last year and now more than year, they lay down pipe after continue follow up they dig big hole in front of the house to make the connection, even my wife pay 500/rs to cover that hole because the hole was middle of the road to avoid inconvenience to others, but my wife call for final connection and she was told from the r k puram office that some one complaint about your connection on high level, i am surprised how can this happen as everything was done under your administration of your organization your team had done the site visit and decided the route according to the building structure.
                        Please this my humble request look in to and do the needful my family staying alone with 2 kids since i am working out of india we need this connection very badly due to some security and safety reason.
                        Awaiting for your fast response & solution, once i land in india i will visit your office.

                          I am ur customer n paid my bill long back vide bearing cheque no.116228 at ur paschim vihar branch. Today i saw one notice in front of my house regarding non payment in this context i called mr sumit whose no. Was appeared in the notice for contact person accordingly i called him to apprise about the payment status but the behaviour o[censored]r representative mr. Sumit mob. No.[protected] was unacceptable. Rather listioning n solving the clinet problem he used unparliamentary language. Sir i am an army officer n deserve little respect inspite of telling him my status he didnt stop abusing which is not acceptable from igl level organisation staff.in past v never had problem. This is my duty to apprise u about this episode before things aggravate n this is cause of concern. Expecting such situation will not arise in future with any client.

                                I, mrs gaytri vaid, resident and owner of second floor apartment (Back side), in j-9/51, rajouri garden, new delhi-110027 would like to bring following facts to your notice.in my absence and without my permission and consent a gas pipeline was placed by your technicians/contractors on the wall of my second floor apartment for giving a piped gas connectioni do not need now or in future any piped gas supply. If the same is required by the residents of ground floor apartments or the first floor resident the gas pipeline should only be provided to them. I stay infrequently at my second floor apartment and any gas pipeline on my second floor wall constitutes a security hazard. I again reiterate that i do not need a piped gas connection. Kindly have your gas pipeline resting on my second floor apartment walls removed forthwith. I had verbally also apprised customer care but no action has been taken
