Sanjay nv. 341/202-a, park view apartment, shalimar garden extn-1, sahibabad, ghaziabad up-201005. After so many requests & reminders bill not getting. So i am unable to make payment.. I would like to disconnect the gas connection given to us. If any queries pl. Contact in my mobile no [protected]. Now my tenand (Shazia khan - mobile no [protected]) is staying in that. You can call my tenand 's mobile number and make sure she will available in house before going) i am working in kerala. So i am unable to send picture of meter reading. Your meter reading person should visit the premises and take latest bill reading and raise bill at the earliest for making me payment. My bp no. [protected]. Now also amt due is showing as zero. Kindly check and do the needful at the earliest. Thnks

Our connection [protected], has stopped aupplying gas today and we are not able to cook food. This is a very critical situation as food is not being cooked-up.

    My address is a-602, amrapali green, indirapuram, ghaziabad & my bp no is
    [protected]. I have temporarily shifted to mumbai since last 18 months for medical treatment, & may stay here for some more months. Hence the connection at the above permises is lying un used, still bill for png is being raised. As per last bill the amount due is more than ₹ 2000/-. I have earlier complainrd about it but no solution was received.

    Please look in to the case inform me so that i take a proper action on the matter

      I, mrs gaytri vaid, resident and owner of second floor apartment (Back side), in j-9/51, rajouri garden, new delhi-110027 would like to bring following facts to your notice.in my absence and without my permission and consent a gas pipeline was placed by your technicians/contractors on the wall of my second floor apartment for giving a piped gas connectioni do not need now or in future any piped gas supply. If the same is required by the residents of ground floor apartments or the first floor resident the gas pipeline should only be provided to them. I stay infrequently at my second floor apartment and any gas pipeline on my second floor wall constitutes a security hazard. I again reiterate that i do not need a piped gas connection. Kindly have your gas pipeline resting on my second floor apartment walls removed forthwith. I had verbally also apprised customer care but no action has been taken

        disconnection of present connection and procedure for new connection

          Dear sir,

          Today i visited at igl office, sector-3, c block, noida and meet with mr. Manish for the balance security amount of rs.1000/-only but he denied to received the cheque and demand the all documents again with new form while our meter installed.
          I said you check your system showing our full details because we have deposited all documents when meter installed in 2015.

          Now your phone received so wr are depositing the same for continuation.

          What they want and harass i cant understand so, please take necessary action in this regards.

            Please help me for getting refund of above said bp no. I have made payment to igl of rs. 1275*3. For new connection installation. Two connections have been installed which are required but one excess payment wrongly made. Regarding this i have written many times to igl and telephonically discussed but no one is listening.

              (Bp no : [protected], greater noida) while vacating my house, my earlier tenant intimated three years ago that all gas bill charges along with other charges (For temporary disconnection but keeping connection registered, so that no monthly gas billing would be raised during house remains unoccupied) were paid. Somebody from igl intimated recently on phone that igl is going to permanently disconnect my gas connection. I do not require gas from igl at present, but want to continue connection without gas supply & monthly billing. Please intimate current status & further action required from my side to prevent permanent disconnection, so that in future whenever required gas supply may be restored immediately.

                no confirmation of my bill payment (igl)

                Indraprastha Gas Limited — No confirmation of my bill payment (igl)


                On 28.02.2018, i have paid my bill of igl using Paytm. Transaction was successful from Paytm and money is deducted from my account yet i didn't get any confirmation receipt that bill has been paid. Website of igl is showing unpaid bill payment status. I request you to please help me out as soon as possible....

                Hi i submitted my application fr connection almost 7 months ago. The payment was also debited 6months ago but till date there is no update for d connection. I submitted the complaint twice now on customer care nmbr bt still no action has been taken.
                The bp nmbr is [protected]. Plz treat this urgent. I have tried contacting indraprastha so many times now but still no action has been taken. Even the engineer did not visit the site to check any details. I have paid 6000 rs to them and they were quick in debiting the money but not giving connection. I was told twice on customer care that the connection wil b given in next 5 days but stil no body came. If i knew this would happen i would have not given myvrequest.

                  I dr ivy p mall had applied for a png connection at my residence f-241 sarita vihar. On 10 november 2017 an account was created and was allotted bp no: [protected]. Technical feasibility was conveyed on 11 november 2017. After several requests security deposit of rs. 6000/- was collected through cheque no: 278199 of sbi on 28 december by a representative of city associates, who informed that the connection would be provided by end of january 2018. On the receipt he provided contact number as [protected]. On 07 february, spoke to a lady named shefali on the above phone, who informed that the connection would be activated within 15 days. On 26 february again spoke to shefali and another gentleman at the above number and were asked to follow up with 2 numbers. We appear to have been misguided as no: 26332494 does not exist and no: 65699467 is of maintenance deptt. This number provided us yet another number [protected] of a gentleman named mr zain. Unfortunately, no response is available for two days.
                  Kindly appreciate that one has been put into unnecessary inconvenience due to running from pillar to post and being misguided by igl staff.
                  It is requested that the complaint may be looked into on priority and the matter be resolved at the earliest.

                    The gas can be smelt since there seems to be some leakage, this fact has been brought to the knowledge of the gas meter reader on three successive occassions, please, get same qualified person to check the problem on site to rectify it,
                    I need to emphasize that apart from wasteage of the resourse, l am being made to pay for the uncaring attitude of the igl staff, which to say the least can't be appreciated.
                    I shall be thankfully for an expeditious action.

                      Fed up with igl services. Worst services i have experienced. Nobody is came tk me to read meter tbe on wht basis you are sending bills. They are making people fool. I need my answer o wht basis you are providing bills when i'm the only person who is living here. N my bill is 1423 of the month. I have paid my previous bill just thought i will ask the person next tym that on wht basis he has provided the bill. Bt nobody came again in this month....

                      I have applied for a new connection for my flat 527 in raj nagar extn. And even after more than 2 months nothing has been done. After so many reminders and mails no body is responding. Now after so many efforts they are saying you have to visit our head office. I really fail to understand that after giving proof of deduction on 20 dec of money still they have not updated my amount. Pls look into this and do the needful as soon as possible

                        For png connection in my residence at c 166, pocket 1, kendriya vihar, sector 82, noida, as provided on the website of igl, i made online payment of rs.6000/- twice on 22.02.2018 through the payment link of igl. One payment was made through netbanking and other through debit card. Both the amounts were debited from from account and igl issued transaction acknowledge receipts stating payment received successfully. The transaction reference numbers are lhmp[protected] andluti[protected] dated 13.2.2018.
                        However, igl is not updating the payment status in spite of my personal visit to their rk puram office and furnishing their own receipt on the flimsy ground that it is not reflected in their record. They are not accepting their own acknowledgement receipt. It appears that they are not happy with the online payment system.

                          I applied for new igl gas connection in Rohini Sector-15, Delhi & paid the required amount of 6000/- vide cheque drawn at SBI, Rohini, which was debited from my account on 15th Nov.2017.
                          Now as on date even after 100 days, no installation have been done in spite of repeated phone calls & SMS to concerned area executives, but in vain as no action has been taken so far.

                            2. On19 Feb. I also queried about this issue to ur C. Care IGL. They told me that only single time payment of Rs. 912/- is received.

                            3. Kindly check d issue & refund d excess payment to my SBI bank account no. or adjust it in d next bill.

                                On one side everyone is talking about swach bharat abhiyan and on other side you as a reputed company IGL hasn't provided proper washroom facilities to your employees due to which employees are urinating in open, I am also attaching some pictures with this in which you can see the peeragarhi IGL station and how employees are urination in public. I request you to please look into this matter

                                Kindly check my double transaction. They swiped my card and as per the person he said that gprs is not responding the transaction so he asked me to pay the cash. Hence I paid. Later when I reach home I saw a message that your transaction of ₹288. Has been successful. Now they have also taken cash and online payment.

                                  As per admission criteria and our knowledge, admission should be based on eligible criteria on the basis of points and for remaining seats there should be a lucky draw. But in that school, they show that we have done lucky draw but there is no any information received by parents about lucky draw and their child are also eligible for that. Even i am also suffered from that in same school. And they are not meeting with parents to solve their queries about that and behave like a uneducated people and saying that go and complaint it. We will see you in department.

                                  So please i want to know that where is our system working according to rules which are declared by govt.

                                  Please take immediate action for that otherwise so many parents are suffering for that and it will go on every year. Idao
