Disconnected on aug. And final bill issued and paid as it is not relevent as gas connection temporarily stopped charged rs. 1634/- without any usage. I have
Contacted several times thru toll free nos. Not proper response.
And submitted the application form with id and cancelled cheque bank details thru online/whatsup and also hard copies courired
Till now no response pls do the needful

    Dear sir my IGL connection is not installed till today, my BP No. is [protected] 6 months have been past. my mobile no is [protected]
    CNG station in Crossings Republik Ghaziabad is selling CNG at the rate Rs 49.3 per KG as on 7th Feb 2018. On internet current CNG price in Noida and Ghaziabad is showing as Rs 43.3 per kg.
    Please confirm the price if it is Rs 49 as of today as charged by the CNG pump near Police Station in Crossings Republik.

      gas meter relocation in the same apartment

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      I would like to inform you the ordeal I've been going through for last 7 (seven) months with respect to relocation of our gas meter in the same house. The first request ([protected]) for relocation of our gas meter was sent to IGL in May 2017.

      Originally the gas meter was located in our kitchen which was not very prudent from accessibility (for meter reader), safety and security point of view.br...

      Applied for new connection in August 2017, meter installed about 15 october, but gas supply not started till date. On calling to customer care replied that you have asked to put it on hold. No such request has been raised from my side till date. After complaining to customer care and writing mail on 22.11.2017 I receive a mail for regret of incovenience but still till date they have not started the gas supply. Height of carelessness to handle the customers. BP no [protected].

        Bp no [protected] png connection north west delhi.. Ashok vihar

        I am writing this email with lot of frustration and feeling harassed.

        I have paid the initial deposit as per below email confirmation from igl and bank statement attached above.

        In mar 2017 i have an overpayment reflecting in my bill which was supposed to be adjusted in next bills.

        In may 2017 i received a bill with balance carried forward payable to igl as 5136

        I registered complaint that the carried forward amount is incorrect and security deposit was already paid and shared email confirmation from igl

        Today two guys came to my house and disconnected png connection without reason. There is no update of disconnection at igl customer care.

        I am out of delhi and mi wife and small kid are feeling harassed due to no connection without our fault. If payment is suddenly stopped reflecting in your records you cannot bill customer for the same.

        Please reinstate connection today and rectify the bill.

          Your website has big problems. I cannot register as a customer, cannot do insta payment of my bill, cannot log in. Even cannot give feedback, because it insists that capcha is incorrect at the bottom of the feedback form.
          It makes me feel that igl is purposely keeping clients away and preventing them from complaining or contacting the company. You refuse to take a new customer registration, and you refuse to take feedback of a complaint. Your managing director and other officials do not give their email, telephone or address on the website. There is so much secrecy that i have to come to a consumer complaints website to even complain about you.
          How am i to pay my bill, sitting out of station, if your website refuses to accept it?

            Dear sir,

            62.008 kg cng was purchased @ 49.20/ per kg from authorised cng station igl noida sector-53 on 26.12.2017 for our veh up 16 et 0456 of brahma travels the actual cost of cng was 3050.79/- but it was charged 3060/- the payment was made thru atm card, when the atm card was swiped the slip of payment did not come out from the pos machine and i was told that payment could not be success again the atm was swiped for the same amount the payment slip came out from the pos machine, but the amount 3060/ have been debited twice from my bank a/c at the same time, when the same matter i complained to the station manager he told that it will be automatically refunded and the excess payment will be credited to your a/c, today on 11.01.2018 when i check my account at bank so far the excess paid or double paid amount has not been credited or refunded.

            You are requested to look into the matter and refund the excess payment of rs 3060/-

              Hi team,

              My bp no is :[protected]. I booked the connection on july 2017 still not the connection haven't been installed. I made plenty of calls to customer care but not got any output from them. I waited almost 8 months for new connection still not any progress on it but as per rules it will maximum take only three months. Kindly do the needful as i require the connection on urgent basis now.

                disconnection after bill payment

                Hi,

                This is in reference to the disconnection of my gasline bp# [protected]/ ca# [protected]. On jan 4 two people from igl came to disconnect our gasline on account of non bill payment. Firstly they were adamant on disconnection but when we made the online payment there and then they charged rs 500 from us and left. However despite of this, our gasline was disconnected on jan 6 without any prior notice.

                Hi,
                This is to bring to notice that i had made the full payment for igl connection more than 4 months back, but it is not installed yet. The guy from igl did visit a month back, but still nothing has happened.

                Why is igl just sitting on the full payment done? This is causing lot of problem/issues at my end.

                  I applied the connection in september 2017 and payment is confirmed by igl on 06th october 2017. But the connection is not installed yet. I am living in pocket 12, kalkaji extension, made many times to customer care for installation but they said as within 90 days, it will be done but today is 89th day but no contact and no person contacted me for installation yet. Very really patethetic repplies from igl. Heir visisin and philosphy is written as just cosmetic look of website, it seems. Below is written and in practical, nothing on ground.

                  This vision statement: not fullfiled here.

                  Enhancing value for the stakeholders including customers, shareholders and employees (Where is enhancement of customers which is important part of stakeholders)
                  Achieving excellence in our operations (As such no replies of my complaints in customer care yet)
                  Providing satisfaction to the customers (100% disatisfaction yet in terms of response and service delivery, 100% failed)

                  Philosophy

                  The business philosophy of igl would encompass the following:

                  Strong commercial orientation (Customers
                  Best operating practices
                  Value addition at every step
                  Quality customer service (I am still awaitong for quality customer service yet since last 3 months, again poor service is showing by igl)
                  Team effort (No team effort is seeing here as customer care told to get the things on urgent basis but thereafter no means of "urgent" word in igl.
                  Develop a learning organization (I dont know what igl has this part as we are having bad experience from igl and this bad experience is not for learning sense.)

                  So now point by point, it seems to be proven that as they have vision and philosophy is just here for cosmetic look or then nothing else.

                  If some body has really sense about this and care about the customers which is important stakeholder then please get the service done.

I also tried to call on office number still tha same result. Nobody even in office pick the phone. Please sent some one to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                    I am charged three visiting charges in the bill invoice number.:[protected] invoice date: 03.01.2018. The total visiting/inspection charges along with taxes is rs.606. I do not know who visited where and inspected what. Nobody visited my house. But if there was some visit made to check the meter or any connection repair why should i be charged for that. Can invoices be raised in such arbitrary and willful manner. I intend to approach the correct forum to seek judicial remedy as i am sure this could be a scam by gas stations who may have been outsourced the job of meter checking and billing.

                      I applied for a domestic gas connection in october 2017, bp no.[protected] but installation is not done till date. I have contacted customer care number of times but no action has been taken.

                      Security deposited has been deposited via cheque #704842 of rs. 6000 was cleared on november 24, 2017 but no action has been taken yet, customer care say that payment is not reflected, i have emailed snapshot of passbook as proof multiple times. Pathetic service!

                      I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                        I am writing this complaint to bring my horrible experience to your notice which i had with one of the retailed outlet named: M/S KANVAR & CO located in north delhi, opposite to nanak piao gurudwara: i went to the gas pump station near 12:30 am at the that time i was not carrying any hard cash with me thus I requested the employee at station to take paytm then he said that he wont take paytm i asked why, then he said he wont tell me why, he in a very high tone shouted at me that if you have cash then get it filled otherwise leave, then i asked if the station cant take the paytm then why there are posters on the walls that they take paytm. It was very depressing for a customer that he cant get something because he doesn’t has hard cash and the second thing the employees at the station indulged in a very bad argument with me and also threatened me that come again in future i ll tell you... etc etc

                        Thus I request the company to take the appropriate action against such activities which are taking place in the absence of the correct supervision by indraprastha gas limited on retailed outlets because they are affecting the overall goodwill of the company by using immoral and illegal norms.

                        Several time mail for correct billing with meter reading and even send snaps shot of meter but not received updated bills. No body also visit to collect meter reading my request no. is {SrvReqNo:[[protected]]}. dtd. 29.12.2017. I mail and called then get this no. Hope it will resolve shortly.

                          I am a customer of igl with png connection. I tried to make online payment. However, neither i could log in nor make any payment. The customer service telephone number kept me on hold for over half an hour and i gave up in disgust. God forbid if there is any serious complain how till the company retie in a timely manner.
                          I am shocked that

                          A. I am unable to log in
                          B. I am unable to make online payment.
                          C. There is no response from contact number for over 15 minutes i was kept on hold on 26.12.2017.

                          Service is horrible

                            Last bill of png received through email on 20.12.2017 from igl to me is zero with invoice no[protected] dated 12.04.2017 whereas bill through igl app is rs 341.65 with contract account no[protected], due date of payment 10.01.2018. Please intimate correct bill as i have paid huge amount due to wrong billing earlier. There is no intimation that extra amount deposited with igl is adjusted.

                              Dear sir,

                              We want to avail the facility of igl connection. But as per our earlier request to igl, team representative visited but due to neighbour's non-cooperation who lives at 3rd floor, it was not possible to install igl at our home i. E 2nd floor. The matter in detail i. E. There is a shaft at terrace (Above 3rd floor) through which igl pipeline will come according to engineer but our neighbour had denied & refused to do construction on that shaft at terrace. Now every other neighbour residents living other side have installed the igl.

                              Sir terrace is a common place & every resident have equal right on that. How they r showing there authority or proprietorship.

                              So we request you to pls guide us on the subject matter so that we may install the igl pipeline at our home too.

                              Please do the needful at your earliest & oblige.

                                Sir/ma'am,

                                In january 2017 i applied for a domestic gas connection and bp. No[protected] was allotted by igl but installation is not done till date. I have called so many times in customer care but there is no satisfactory reply neither they are taking any action to solve my problem.

                                They already taken security fees of 6000rs but till now no action has been taken. Being a large and reputed organization such kind of pathetic consumer services are not suited to igl.

                                So it is requested to you that resolve my issue as early as possible.
