For png connection in my residence at c 166, pocket 1, kendriya vihar, sector 82, noida, as provided on the website of igl, i made online payment of rs.6000/- twice on 22.02.2018 through the payment link of igl. One payment was made through netbanking and other through debit card. Both the amounts were debited from from account and igl issued transaction acknowledge receipts stating payment received successfully. The transaction reference numbers are lhmp[protected] andluti[protected] dated 13.2.2018.
However, igl is not updating the payment status in spite of my personal visit to their rk puram office and furnishing their own receipt on the flimsy ground that it is not reflected in their record. They are not accepting their own acknowledgement receipt. It appears that they are not happy with the online payment system.

    I applied for new igl gas connection in Rohini Sector-15, Delhi & paid the required amount of 6000/- vide cheque drawn at SBI, Rohini, which was debited from my account on 15th Nov.2017.
    Now as on date even after 100 days, no installation have been done in spite of repeated phone calls & SMS to concerned area executives, but in vain as no action has been taken so far.

      1. Through SBI transaction ID (LSBI[protected]IGACXZWEO6) & (LSBI[protected]IGACXZWNK4 ) I made my bill payment TWICE (Rs. 912+912) to my B P No. : [protected] on 17 Feb. 2018.

      2. On19 Feb. I also queried about this issue to ur C. Care IGL. They told me that only single time payment of Rs. 912/- is received.

      3. Kindly check d issue & refund d excess payment to my SBI bank account no. or adjust it in d next bill.

        However bill for bp no [protected] of first floor a-1/137 paschim vihar has come with incorrect consumption charges

        Bill shows amount due rs 838 (Invoice date 29/11/2017) while actual consumption is nill. Pl rectify the bill.

          On one side everyone is talking about swach bharat abhiyan and on other side you as a reputed company IGL hasn't provided proper washroom facilities to your employees due to which employees are urinating in open, I am also attaching some pictures with this in which you can see the peeragarhi IGL station and how employees are urination in public. I request you to please look into this matter

          Kindly check my double transaction. They swiped my card and as per the person he said that gprs is not responding the transaction so he asked me to pay the cash. Hence I paid. Later when I reach home I saw a message that your transaction of ₹288. Has been successful. Now they have also taken cash and online payment.

            As per admission criteria and our knowledge, admission should be based on eligible criteria on the basis of points and for remaining seats there should be a lucky draw. But in that school, they show that we have done lucky draw but there is no any information received by parents about lucky draw and their child are also eligible for that. Even i am also suffered from that in same school. And they are not meeting with parents to solve their queries about that and behave like a uneducated people and saying that go and complaint it. We will see you in department.

            So please i want to know that where is our system working according to rules which are declared by govt.

            Please take immediate action for that otherwise so many parents are suffering for that and it will go on every year. Idao

              The resident has to submit that an unauthorized gas pipeline is being installed on the roof of her property. The resident, mrs. Santosh sachdeva, submits that this installation of pipeline is not authorized by her. She feels threatened and insecure due to this unauthorized installation. She feels unsafe by this encroachment on her property. The resident submits that she is old and aged and deems this act as a threat to her life.

              The resident requests an urgent attention to stop this installation at her property.

                We are committee members of mix lane rwa (M block, 80 block and nil-80), malviya nagar. Our lane members had paid the connection amount to igl in august 2017. However, till date connection is not provided in our lane. Please let us know why is it delayed beyond 90 day timelines of igl. Also, by when can we expect the work to be executed.

                  In view of above you're requested to use your good office to investigate the case properly so as ends of justice met together urgently and rights of a good citizen is saved.

                    removal of gas pipe line

                    I advocate vikas sood residence of b-49/a rajan babu road adarsh nagar delhi-110033 is a no png user. A power gas point has been fitted on the wall of my house from which the connection has been given to the adjacent house. Inspite of several request to shift the gas point no action has been taken till date. Renovation work is being delayed due to the non removal of the gas point. I am already late one month late for the renovation working...

                    Disconnected on aug. And final bill issued and paid as it is not relevent as gas connection temporarily stopped charged rs. 1634/- without any usage. I have
                    Contacted several times thru toll free nos. Not proper response.
                    And submitted the application form with id and cancelled cheque bank details thru online/whatsup and also hard copies courired
                    Till now no response pls do the needful

                      Dear sir my IGL connection is not installed till today, my BP No. is [protected] 6 months have been past. my mobile no is [protected]
                      CNG station in Crossings Republik Ghaziabad is selling CNG at the rate Rs 49.3 per KG as on 7th Feb 2018. On internet current CNG price in Noida and Ghaziabad is showing as Rs 43.3 per kg.
                      Please confirm the price if it is Rs 49 as of today as charged by the CNG pump near Police Station in Crossings Republik.

                        gas meter relocation in the same apartment

                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                        I would like to inform you the ordeal I've been going through for last 7 (seven) months with respect to relocation of our gas meter in the same house. The first request ([protected]) for relocation of our gas meter was sent to IGL in May 2017.

                        Originally the gas meter was located in our kitchen which was not very prudent from accessibility (for meter reader), safety and security point of view.br...

                        Applied for new connection in August 2017, meter installed about 15 october, but gas supply not started till date. On calling to customer care replied that you have asked to put it on hold. No such request has been raised from my side till date. After complaining to customer care and writing mail on 22.11.2017 I receive a mail for regret of incovenience but still till date they have not started the gas supply. Height of carelessness to handle the customers. BP no [protected].

                          I am writing this email with lot of frustration and feeling harassed.

                          I have paid the initial deposit as per below email confirmation from igl and bank statement attached above.

                          In mar 2017 i have an overpayment reflecting in my bill which was supposed to be adjusted in next bills.

                          In may 2017 i received a bill with balance carried forward payable to igl as 5136

                          I registered complaint that the carried forward amount is incorrect and security deposit was already paid and shared email confirmation from igl

                          Today two guys came to my house and disconnected png connection without reason. There is no update of disconnection at igl customer care.

                          I am out of delhi and mi wife and small kid are feeling harassed due to no connection without our fault. If payment is suddenly stopped reflecting in your records you cannot bill customer for the same.

                          Please reinstate connection today and rectify the bill.

                            Your website has big problems. I cannot register as a customer, cannot do insta payment of my bill, cannot log in. Even cannot give feedback, because it insists that capcha is incorrect at the bottom of the feedback form.
                            It makes me feel that igl is purposely keeping clients away and preventing them from complaining or contacting the company. You refuse to take a new customer registration, and you refuse to take feedback of a complaint. Your managing director and other officials do not give their email, telephone or address on the website. There is so much secrecy that i have to come to a consumer complaints website to even complain about you.
                            How am i to pay my bill, sitting out of station, if your website refuses to accept it?

                              Dear sir,

                              62.008 kg cng was purchased @ 49.20/ per kg from authorised cng station igl noida sector-53 on 26.12.2017 for our veh up 16 et 0456 of brahma travels the actual cost of cng was 3050.79/- but it was charged 3060/- the payment was made thru atm card, when the atm card was swiped the slip of payment did not come out from the pos machine and i was told that payment could not be success again the atm was swiped for the same amount the payment slip came out from the pos machine, but the amount 3060/ have been debited twice from my bank a/c at the same time, when the same matter i complained to the station manager he told that it will be automatically refunded and the excess payment will be credited to your a/c, today on 11.01.2018 when i check my account at bank so far the excess paid or double paid amount has not been credited or refunded.

                              You are requested to look into the matter and refund the excess payment of rs 3060/-

                                My bp no is :[protected]. I booked the connection on july 2017 still not the connection haven't been installed. I made plenty of calls to customer care but not got any output from them. I waited almost 8 months for new connection still not any progress on it but as per rules it will maximum take only three months. Kindly do the needful as i require the connection on urgent basis now.

                                  This is in reference to the disconnection of my gasline bp# [protected]/ ca# [protected]. On jan 4 two people from igl came to disconnect our gasline on account of non bill payment. Firstly they were adamant on disconnection but when we made the online payment there and then they charged rs 500 from us and left. However despite of this, our gasline was disconnected on jan 6 without any prior notice.

                                  My question here is when the payment had already been made and your guys had already assured us why has there been a disconnection. Please see attached the snapshot of payment for your reference as well.

                                  We have faced a lot of inconvenience because of this already. Request you to kindly look into this and immediately restore back our connection.
                                  We also have a camera installed right outside our house and can provide you the recording of the incident.
                                  Look forward to your prompt response.

                                    This is to bring to notice that i had made the full payment for igl connection more than 4 months back, but it is not installed yet. The guy from igl did visit a month back, but still nothing has happened.

                                    Why is igl just sitting on the full payment done? This is causing lot of problem/issues at my end.
