I applied the connection in september 2017 and payment is confirmed by igl on 06th october 2017. But the connection is not installed yet. I am living in pocket 12, kalkaji extension, made many times to customer care for installation but they said as within 90 days, it will be done but today is 89th day but no contact and no person contacted me for installation yet. Very really patethetic repplies from igl. Heir visisin and philosphy is written as just cosmetic look of website, it seems. Below is written and in practical, nothing on ground.

Providing satisfaction to the customers (100% disatisfaction yet in terms of response and service delivery, 100% failed)
Philosophy
The business philosophy of igl would encompass the following:
Strong commercial orientation (Customers
Best operating practices
Value addition at every step
Quality customer service (I am still awaitong for quality customer service yet since last 3 months, again poor service is showing by igl)
Team effort (No team effort is seeing here as customer care told to get the things on urgent basis but thereafter no means of "urgent" word in igl.
Develop a learning organization (I dont know what igl has this part as we are having bad experience from igl and this bad experience is not for learning sense.)
So now point by point, it seems to be proven that as they have vision and philosophy is just here for cosmetic look or then nothing else.
If some body has really sense about this and care about the customers which is important stakeholder then please get the service done.
