I am charged three visiting charges in the bill invoice number.:[protected] invoice date: 03.01.2018. The total visiting/inspection charges along with taxes is rs.606. I do not know who visited where and inspected what. Nobody visited my house. But if there was some visit made to check the meter or any connection repair why should i be charged for that. Can invoices be raised in such arbitrary and willful manner. I intend to approach the correct forum to seek judicial remedy as i am sure this could be a scam by gas stations who may have been outsourced the job of meter checking and billing.

    I applied for a domestic gas connection in october 2017, bp no.[protected] but installation is not done till date. I have contacted customer care number of times but no action has been taken.

    Security deposited has been deposited via cheque #704842 of rs. 6000 was cleared on november 24, 2017 but no action has been taken yet, customer care say that payment is not reflected, i have emailed snapshot of passbook as proof multiple times. Pathetic service!

    I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      Respected reader,
      I am writing this complaint to bring my horrible experience to your notice which i had with one of the retailed outlet named: M/S KANVAR & CO located in north delhi, opposite to nanak piao gurudwara: i went to the gas pump station near 12:30 am at the that time i was not carrying any hard cash with me thus I requested the employee at station to take paytm then he said that he wont take paytm i asked why, then he said he wont tell me why, he in a very high tone shouted at me that if you have cash then get it filled otherwise leave, then i asked if the station cant take the paytm then why there are posters on the walls that they take paytm. It was very depressing for a customer that he cant get something because he doesn’t has hard cash and the second thing the employees at the station indulged in a very bad argument with me and also threatened me that come again in future i ll tell you... etc etc

      Thus I request the company to take the appropriate action against such activities which are taking place in the absence of the correct supervision by indraprastha gas limited on retailed outlets because they are affecting the overall goodwill of the company by using immoral and illegal norms.

      Several time mail for correct billing with meter reading and even send snaps shot of meter but not received updated bills. No body also visit to collect meter reading my request no. is {SrvReqNo:[[protected]]}. dtd. 29.12.2017. I mail and called then get this no. Hope it will resolve shortly.

        I am a customer of igl with png connection. I tried to make online payment. However, neither i could log in nor make any payment. The customer service telephone number kept me on hold for over half an hour and i gave up in disgust. God forbid if there is any serious complain how till the company retie in a timely manner.
        I am shocked that

        A. I am unable to log in
        B. I am unable to make online payment.
        C. There is no response from contact number for over 15 minutes i was kept on hold on 26.12.2017.

        Service is horrible

          Last bill of png received through email on 20.12.2017 from igl to me is zero with invoice no[protected] dated 12.04.2017 whereas bill through igl app is rs 341.65 with contract account no[protected], due date of payment 10.01.2018. Please intimate correct bill as i have paid huge amount due to wrong billing earlier. There is no intimation that extra amount deposited with igl is adjusted.

            We want to avail the facility of igl connection. But as per our earlier request due to some problem your representative said that it is not possible to install igl at our home. Now every neighbour residents have installed the igl.

            So we request you to pls depute igl representative so that they may check the possibility of installation at our home too.

            Please do the needful at your earliest & oblige.

            Dear sir,

            We want to avail the facility of igl connection. But as per our earlier request to igl, team representative visited but due to neighbour's non-cooperation who lives at 3rd floor, it was not possible to install igl at our home i. E 2nd floor. The matter in detail i. E. There is a shaft at terrace (Above 3rd floor) through which igl pipeline will come according to engineer but our neighbour had denied & refused to do construction on that shaft at terrace. Now every other neighbour residents living other side have installed the igl.

            Sir terrace is a common place & every resident have equal right on that. How they r showing there authority or proprietorship.

            So we request you to pls guide us on the subject matter so that we may install the igl pipeline at our home too.

            Please do the needful at your earliest & oblige.

            Despite of several requests IGL is not getting activated in my flat. Concern people are delaying from last 20 days. I have called several people and made request not no resolution provided.

              Sir/ma'am,

              In january 2017 i applied for a domestic gas connection and bp. No[protected] was allotted by igl but installation is not done till date. I have called so many times in customer care but there is no satisfactory reply neither they are taking any action to solve my problem.

              They already taken security fees of 6000rs but till now no action has been taken. Being a large and reputed organization such kind of pathetic consumer services are not suited to igl.

              So it is requested to you that resolve my issue as early as possible.

                  On 15 december 2017 igl technicians comes in our house for completing installation, they has stole mobile phone.
                  There names dalbir singh n pawan. Although we have recovered phone when tried rigrously to reach them. But why igl is employed people like this without verification and making there consumers in trouble.
                  Although we have not filed fir but want action should be taken against this.

                    Always getting much difference between message amount received on phone and amount dues shown at site after puttring bp number.

                    Not able to create new login. It always asked for to register emailid. But nowhere it is given how it is to be registered.
                    The number given 56070 at site is failed for facilitating through sms.
                    Please let me know the exact amount dues which are yet to be paid.
                    I am facing this problem always.

                      I have been alloted govt. Accomodation number 848 laxmi bai nagar and i have applied for new gas connection on 1/12/2017 against bp number [protected]. Ten days have passed and no gas connection is started at my resident so far. I have contacted many call centres through igl's toll free number but no action has been taken and no satisfactory reply has been given. I have complained through email and they have given back the reply saying that the issue has been resolved. They have been telling alot of lies but do nothing to resolve the issue. I would go to the higher authorities but no contact of any responsible officer is provided anywhere at all.

                      Hoping for a quick action from your side. Please look into the matter and take strict action.

                          wrong billing

                          Png connection was installed in 2016 in my apartment 156, second floor, jasola vihar, new delhi-25. The meter is installed inside my premise and is not accessible from outside.
                          Since the connection was installed, apartment is under lock & key. Not a single unit has been consumed. I went abroad soon after installation of the connection and returned last month. I am currently living in zakir bagh and not in jasola...

Payment of rs.6000/- clear in igl account on dated:-30.08.2017, after that igl meter was fitted at my flat on 20th november 2017. After that my repeated request vide request no-[protected] dated:-22.11.2017 no one came to connect gas line with my stove.

                            My bp no. Is [protected]. Documents were collected n a cheque of 1275. The cheque was cleared in the month of nov. But now i have no update any installation. Called customer care no. Of times. Even mailed my bank statement having cheque clearance detail. Pls. Clear my connection status. Otherwise refund my money with interest.

                              There is a leakage of the gas in our service line.
                              Had called on the number mentioned on the house meter, but it is altogether of a different department.
                              Took anither number from your website but had to disconnect of 6 minutes of waiting.

                                Hi team

                                I am a senior citizen who applied for a new gas connection on 22nd feb 2017 by submitting a draft (Copy attached). Till now the gas connection has not been installed. I have paid repeated visits to the office and followed up endlessly with the staff but there is is no progress. I am writing to notify the authority for it to take quick action. It is causing tremendous inconvenience to our family.

                                I request a senior officer to please investigate the matter and get our gas connection installed without further delay. Below are the required details.

                                  I have not been receiving any bill since my connection installed almost 2 years back.

                                  Every time i need to call to for bill to enable me to make the payment.

                                  Not able to understand as to why igl neither sending e bill through email nor hard copy by post.

                                  I have got myself registered several times for e bill but all in vain. Only igl is sending payment reminder after due date.

                                    I have been charged rs 6000 extra thought last month s bill the office at sector 3 noida confirm it for security deposit requested consumer care department for help they asked for chque details through which the original security was deposited five years ago have obtain the same and furnish to the consumer care department
                                    The matter is still not resolved
