Vide bp no.[protected] and lead no. [protected] on i had been sanctioned a connection on 10/02/2017 and i paid ₹ 6000/- to igl. However till date there has not been connection to my house though indoor fittings have been done much earlier.
Please confirm as to how much more time is required to connect me to png.

    Respected sir,
    My bp number is [protected]. I have submitted a request for a new connection. The feasibility check was cleared on 5th july 2017. After which i submitted a cheque of 6000 rs towards the new connection. The cheque got cleared on 19-july-2017. The new connection was to be done within 21 days of cheque clearance. Today is 13th sept and still no connection has been done. I have been calling the customer care every single day and they only tell me to wait for another one day and the issue will be resolved.
    The customer care person is not letting me speak to their floor manager and i am now left with no option other than to go to the consumer court.
    I have even been assured last week that the connection would be done by 12/11/17. But people keep calling asking me to confirm if i have applied for a new connection from igl and they tell me that they would be coming in say 1 hour. But no one turns up and when i call back on the number that gave me the call the number is switched off.
    Could you please get my issue resolved.

      Security deposited was taken twice by igl from me. However inspite of many reminders to them, they are not refunding the excess amount.
      I have submitted the cancelled cheque as well as refund form as well the proof of double payment, still igl has not returned my 6000/- back.

        Gust after png connection in the flat no.403, oly.2, eldico olympia, sector 93a noida, we moved to usa & could not get started gas supply. Now we want gas supply in our flat. You are, therefore, requested to kindly connect gas meter & my gas stove so that we can use the gas regularly.

            I am in receipt of bill for rs 30866/ against my above mentioned connection.in this regard i would like to point out to you that, i purchased the house where this connection is installed, in the month of april this year. This connection was temporarily disconnected at that time, i contacted the customer care and they informed me that i would be required to pay a sum of rs 3000/ to get the connection restored. I paid the amount and the connection was restored and further my request to change the name was also accepted.
            Yesterday i had visited your office but could not meet you as i was told you are on leave. On inquiry i was told that this bill amount was for the period 2014, 2015 & 2016, madam i was never asked for this amount earlier, what action did your company take during that period, why i am being pushed to pay this amount, why not the previous owner is being asked to pay.
            Today i have deposited this amount under protest, kindly take a compassionate view and recover these charges from the previous owner.

                Hi

                This is regarding the worst experience that happened to us in sec-16 dwarka new delhi on[protected] around 7:30pm. The security staff (Guard) was not doing his job properly as his job is to see what is happening outside but he was somewhere else. We were in queue to fill up the gas suddenly one another car came and tried to cut me off from there when we ask them to move back as we are already in queque they denied and then guard came and allow them first. I dont know if they have any rules and regulations. I m very upset with this.

                  I had made a payment of rs 696.00 against invoice no.[protected] dt.13.12.2016 through kotak mahindra bank vikas puri chaque no.000014 dt 19.12.2017 had been credited to your kotak mahindra bank a/c no.[protected] txn no. M356968 dt.20.12.2017 at 5.08 pm
                  Scan copy of my bank statement had also been sent to you many times but of no avail.
                  I had also registered numerous complaints but they can't able to locate the payment & adding it to the next bill with late fees.
                  Now they are sending the massages to make the payment to avoid disconnection.
                  Even after paying the bill before due date they are mentally harassing us
                  Please look into the matter & oblige

                    I sidharth tomar booked my igl connection under addresss:- flat no-881, 2nd floor, pocket-3, sector-19, dwarka new delhi-110075 and registed mobile number: [protected], and payment credit in igl on dated:-30/05/2017 and create bp no:-bp[protected]. My lead no: [protected].

                    Sorry to say that i don't see the worse service served by your company to customer today for last 180 days after so many reminder no one take care about the connection.

                    A team of 5 person came on dated 15th of september 2017, his leader mobile number: [protected], they digging on road and not repair till, they left one gas pipe in front of building, which may be cause of fire or big tragedy, after given so many reminder to that mobile to repair and aware about the seriousness of wrong work done that person is so careless and not attend the call as well.

                    I don't know what should i do now this is last mail to customer care about my problem of delay connection and care less work done by igl staff.
                    Than i will go to media & newspaper about your careless work done & play with life of people with all communication and photograph of open pipe of gas in front of building.

                      I have requested number of times for installation of connection which was disconnected in oct 2016 for reconstruction.

                      No positive visit has been made so far. Last week someone called and confirmed to start the installation by calling on his number. Now after following up on his phone since last 3 days we are just getting message that person is busy on another request will come to install.

                      This is really worst service i have seen. Igl customer care is completely useless they dont hear customer and on each call they can only do one thing open a request and then close it without any confirmation from customer by themself

                              I have deposited security of rs 6000 in february 2017 for installation of igl connection at flat no. 203, tower 10, cwg village, delhi - 92. I have been allotted a b. P. No. [protected].

                              Eight months passed, the connection is yet to be made. It is learnt that installation is made in other towers of cwg village.

                              May i request for :
                              1) urgent installation
                              2) compensation fee for keeping the deposit money with igl a/c without connection

                                  I have been complaint igl thru customer care to re-install my gas stove because earlier gas stove is not working.

                                  I am followup with igl since last 7 days but no response till the time.

                                  I am tired now to call everyday on customercare number and they give me same answer on everyday that your request will be resolved in 48hrs.

                                  Nothing is happened till the time.

                                    My bp no. Is [protected] and pay the requisite fee of rs.6000, the same was clr on 06.07.2017. But the connection is not imstalled till date. I hv called so many times to your customer care no., the representative always says your complain has been registered and forwarded for redressal. But not get the solution till date. Although, the png recently installed in some flat in the same apartment, but neither meter installed not png connected in my premises.
                                    So, i request you to look into the matter and redress my grievance.

                                      As already stated in my e. Mail of 28 november, 2016, i had booked a png connection to be installed at my residence: ea-1/11 first floor, inderpuri, new delhi-110012 in may 2016 by depositing rs.6000/-, as your prescribed fee.

                                      It is now about one & a half year that your officers have paid no heed to my request and are still uncertain if they would install the connection or not. I, therefore, request you to please refund our money with interest, if any, if you are not in a position to give me png connection immediately. Refund may please be made to me as early as possible.

                                        I have filled cng at priyanka service station on 25/10/17 at 7:20 am of rupees 368 wide bill no 12327 & give rupee 500/- note but he give me 130/- back. I ask for balance 2/- but the staff misbehaving me, than i go to manager on duty but we also not given me the 2/- than he give me a no [protected] & i called him but the result are the same. They are acting like a gang & misbehave with me. I only demand for my money. Can you take some stick action against these people. Please do something serious.
