Address: E-4/146, sector 7, Rohini

There is gas smell in the back lane of my house (E-4/146 Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi) since past 2 months, near the IGL pipelines. Due to 50 degrees weather in Delhi, it poses a great threat to the residential houses built near it.

Kindly get the pipelines checked.

    I have applied for reconnection of PNG gas pipeline. BP no is [protected], CA no is also generated 5 days ago. Customer care said after generating CA no within 1-2 day a person will come it's been 6 days nobody even contacted for the same.

    Now customer care is saying that it will take 45-90 days to install the connection. All set up and line are laid down in society they just need to install the meter and extend the line which will not take more than 1 hour. Provided Contact no people are disconnecting the phone or not picking it.
    Very pathetic services from IGL.

    Do we need to wait for the connection for 4 months. If that was the case it is good to go on Cylinder that is much easier to get the connection.

      In April, 2024, I had submitted an application duly filled in enclosed with cheque etc., for a new connection of IGL/PNG to be installed at 2nd Floor of House No.C1/6, Krishna Kutir, Shivpuri, Gali No.2, Modinagar against BP No.[protected] in the name of my son, Mr Bharat Sharma (Mobile No.[protected]) and submitted to IGL employee, namely, Mrs Rabia Begum (Mobile No. [protected].

      Despite repeated requests, the aforesaid connection is still pending for installation, creating unnecessary tension to a retired / senior citizen family.

          For BP number [protected] incorrect bill is generated from last two times. request you to send someone at my flat take reading of the meter and correct my bill. Also adjust my extra paid money to the correct bill. how it is possible when gas was in use bill was 200-300 now without use and without taking reading from my meter you people are generating 1500 for a month. Correct my bill on high priority and regenerate the bill amount on my number

              Hello my BP number is [protected]. I had applied for domestic IGL Connection and its been more than 30 days no insecption took place no installation. called 14 times customer care no responce. also sent mail from [protected]@yahoo.com still no responce.

Sir, even in March-April 2023 last year, the bill was not sent, about which I had complained, then you said that the bill must not have reached by mistake, whereas in March-April last year no one came from you to take the reading, so how could the bill be sent. At that time IGL had made up so many false stories to hide its mistake. And even now you people are doing the same as before. Because now in March 2024 the person who takes the reading came but I have not received the bill yet. Now I also check the reading every month so that I can know whether you people send the bill according to the reading or send the bill as per your wish. Sir, please tell me why I have not received the bill yet.

                        I had applied for a new pipeline gas connection on 17.07.2023 and after a successful payment the BP No. generated was [protected] for the address F-4/18, Model Town-1, 3rd Floor, Delhi-110009. It has now been almost 8 months and the IGL officials have done nothing. Despite repeated calls to their customer care no redressal is being given and only fake assurances are given. They have taken the money and re just sitting on it.

                          This has reference to my BP No. [protected] installed at flat no. 131, Rainbow Apartments, Pocket no. 6, Sector-12, Dwarka, New Delhi.
                          This is to report to you that the pipeline for PNG connection granted to Flat no. 122 has been installed in an absolutely illegal and dangerous manner. The said pipeline goes over terrace boundary wall of my aforesaid flat. IGL contractor or authorities never sought my consent for affixing the pipeline over my boundary of my terrace. As an owner of the 3rd floor flat, I am entitled to undertake further construction over the terrace. The installation of the IGL pipeline will be an obstruction and moreover it’s a clear case of encroachment and violation of my rights. Moreover, all kinds of labour and residents of the Society have access to the terrace currently. Any damage or leakage to the pipeline will be dangerous to the residents.
                          In view of the foregoing, please arrange to remove the pipeline forthwith under intimation to me. In the event of failure of IGL to remove the pipeline, I will be constrained to lodge an FIR against IGL and initiate legal proceedings with damages.

                            I'm writing this complaint to express my extreme disappointment with the service at IGL. I applied for the new connection on 14th Nov, 2023.

                            and today marked as 3 months overdue for my request. I've made more than 50+ calls during this time, but every time, the team kept me giving false excuses or promises.

                            The feasibility has already been done 1 month ago. but the customer care team keeps me hanging towards that - it's yet to do the feasibility checks.

                              Hi,

                              I have taken a new IGL connection in Oct'2023,
                              After 1 month by multiple follow-ups and request to customer care they installed Meter at my flat.

                              Now 3 months have completed of Meter installation but still my connection not activated.

                              So poor service by IGL in Delhi/NCR, also customer care is not supportive. If you raise any request at customer care, then they closed your request by self after 2 days without any resolution.

                                IGL has been doing fraud in my billing either intentionally or internationally.
                                First a faulty meter was fix in our apartment which started rolling even before they supplied gas to us.
                                Then we got that fixed and their executive mentioned to us that we will adjust this in your bill by keeping the starting point at 6.6 units. Now the bill came, there was no adjustment. We paid it out of courtesy as it was then supposed to be fixed in the 2nd bill. Now we have the 2nd bill again without any correction.
                                This complaint has been formally raised and we sent an email to their customer care team in Oct. There have been hundreds of follow up since then through calls or reminder emails, but they just don't care.

                                  I have received an arrears bill for Rs 1177/41 which shows that I have defaulted on payments of two bills for months of October and December 2023.
                                  The fact is i have made two payments by cheque against these bills and the receipt of these payments is reflected in my PNB bank passbook.
                                  Here are the details of payments made:

                                  !. Cheque No 693075 on PNB dated 2/12/2023 for Rs. 607/ and received on 14/12/2023 by your office as shown in my passbook.

                                  2. Cheque no 693079 on PNB for Rs 607/14 Showing receipt in your office on 26/12/2023.

                                  So I have already paid Rs 1214/14 against the arrears bill raised by you of Rs 1177/41.
                                  So no arrears are due to me. Kindly check your records and confirm on my registered mobile no. [protected]. I don't have any online facility. So kindly convey the resolution of my complaint on my mobile/whatsapp.

                                    We have paid all dues and bill,
                                    But nobody turned up for restoration despite repeated chasing.
                                    It was disconnected rudely without informing the parents & in the presence of the minor child.
