जब से हमारे घर में गैस कनेक्शन मिला है, हमें कभी बिल नहीं मिला, एक मैसेज आता है और हम बिल भर देते हैं। अब मैसेज नहीं आया और जब आया तो जुर्माना लगाया गया। जिसके बारे में उन्होंने अपने कस्टमर केयर से कहा कि बिल नहीं आता है, तब वह कहते हैं कि 20/=रूपये अतिरिक्त देने पड़ेंगे तब आपको बिल मिल सकता है। हमने कहा कि जब कोई कंपनी सर्विस प्रोवाइड करवाती है या हम बाज़ार से कोई सामान खरीदते है तो बिल के लिए कोई अतिरिक्त पैसा नहीं देना होता है। यदि यह कंपनी लोगों को सेवा प्रदान कर रही है तो उसे बिल देना चाहिए, अन्यथा इसके खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए, बिल नहीं मिलने के कारण लोगों को अतिरिक्त जुर्माना देना पड़ता है, जो उनके मानवाधिकारों का घोर उल्लंघन है।

    I am siddharth, live in gandhinagar, bhopa road, muzaffarnagar. the png gas pipeline working properly in gandhinagar since a long time. But the gas pipeline is not come in our street. and the gas pipeline is going through our street.
    please solve this problem as soon as possible.

      This is my Sixth(6) Complaint since last 40 days regarding the same matter my earlier complaint no's are mentioned for your ready references :-
      Complaint no.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]

      The complaint is regarding the Meter reader which hasn't come since the last bill no.[protected] dated 18.06.2022, after that i got all bills with minimum charges bills without meter reading update and while i was using the PNG regularly I paid all the bills without knowing that the bills are coming without meter reading
      1.bill no.[protected] dtd18.06.22 for Rs.192.33
      2.bill no[protected] dtd 20.08.22 for Rs.197.29
      3.bill no.[protected] dtd22.10.22 for Rs.223.43
      4.bill no.[protected] dtd24.12.22 for Rs.243.58
      After that I came to know that these bills are coming without reading I given the self reading to IGL and i got the new Bill no.[protected] dtd 13.01.2023 for Rs.5083.18
      I was surprised and registered my above complaints regarding my concern that the reading is fine I have given and i have used the PNG regularly but this bill amount should be adjusted with my earlier paid bills as above mentioned 4 no's and after that amount arise is only 3499/- which i have to pay to IGL but your customer care people are of no use every time i registered the complaint and it closed down without giving any resolution and this keep happening for 45-60 days and keep going on, i don't know how long.

      So, I request you to understand the complaint and resolve it ASAP or else give me the customer redressal mail id to further complaint to consumer court etc.

        Current bill is very high bill

        Address: g 801 park view city 1 Sohna Road, Sector 48

        BP no [protected] . I received my bill yesterday on my mail id, and was horrified to note that the bill amount is Rs 2400, this when i have paid regularly EVERY Bill . My bills for my piped gas has been in the range of Rs[protected] in 2022. Some one from IPL had visited my house to clean the meter in end jan, post which some had come to take the meter reading on 4th jan. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE ?

          I applied for new connection at Gaur Grandeur, sector 119, Noida, It's been more than a month, but really very slow & pathetic response from IGL team, struggling to get connection installed but all in Vein

                Refund of modification charges

                I have applied for a new connection. your mechanic has fitted the iron pipe wrongly. This was brought to light before the activation of the connection. THROUGH CUSTOMER CARE, modification has been requested. Today work has been done but 1125 Rs has been charged. my connection is yet not activated. what is the fault of the consumer. it is the fault of your mechanic who has fit the pipe wrongly. therefore you are requested to refund the money....

                1. Today (19 Jan 2023 approx. at 05:25 PM) I reached CNG Station. But Staff denied to fill the Gas, he says your vehicle's Filling Point is at back side & here this point we only fill for front side/Right side filling points vehicles only. As the NGV Nozzle available on that point, I have requested multiple times...

                I would like to bring to your notice that the request has been pending from since long and the INSTALLATION STILL NOT BEING COMPLETED

                We have raised telephonic complaint directly to consumer support representative regarding the incompleteness of installation & asking for money to install by your vendor Mandal Gas Representative Vinay Sharma when I refused to give cash he has not active the connection where all connection were active by him in building because all have paid cash, but still action has been taken. This has been pending since long time, after waiting for long, we raised complaint on 17-Jan-2023, service ticket no [protected] . The customer care representative Ms Deepshikha mentioned that request will be resolved in 24-48 hours, however no action been taken till now, which is very disappointing.
                Get the installation complete as soon as possible else we will be escalating the issue further without any wait to the below.

                  Please confirm date of resolution, since I see new wrong bill generated with wrong amount . Please call me at [protected] for customer resolution since this wrong bill generated will not be acceptable to be paid .

                      I have already made many complaints to the IGL complaint center regarding this, but no action has been taken since 2019. My new connection no. [protected] linked to Mohit Rawat started in 2019, after replacing the older connection no. [protected], which was in the name of Mahabir Bisht. The older connection no. [protected] has physically uninstalled in September 2019 and doesn't exist anymore at my address. But the IGL has not disconnected this old connection in their records and continued generation bills. The billing guy is harassing me to pay the bills of connection which I am not using and doesn't exist at my address anymore. And billing person is still approaching to generate the bill for the older disconnected connection, which probably the IGL hasn't disconnected from records yet. I have already made many complaints but IGL is not taking suitable action to sort out this and harassing me mentally. Please remove the older connection ASAP [protected] from my address as it does not belong here anymore.

                        Incorrect additional security and inconvenience fees

                        I want to raise a complaint regarding my recent bill in which additional security of rs 500 was charged and also convenience fee of rs 11.80 was charged incorrectly. I always get my bill on email and don't get any hardcopy, still i have been charged this convenience fees. I was told by your rep that additional security is charged bcoz average bill of the year is above limit which doesn't make any sense bcoz the price per unit has been increasing...

                        1. Untraimed & Unprofessionals are workong
                        2. No qualified suervisor
                        3. Breaking already sewage or water pipelines already laid in
                        4. Damaged open drainage - blocked water is entering into the foundarion of houses & into ground floors
                        5. Blocked water is home to breed mosquitos to spread malaria, dengue or collera

                        6. Dont take pipeline gas - they will destroy ur house...street and sewage n water pipes

                        Kindly, stop such irregularities as they are not meeting government guidelines at all

                                29.12.2022 ( again suppoly stopped)

                                Supply stopped. This has occurred at elast 10 time during last 1 month. Suspected faulty regulator issue .

                                IGL team visited several times and asked to chage regulator- we told them to do whetver possible on whatever charges. But no solution yet.
