This is regarding the payment of my bill on 8th june'2017 for bp no. [protected]. This payment was successful for which i have received confirmation from my sbi credit card. Now i have received message from igl on 12th june'2017 that you have not received any payment.in fact i have paid the amount with late surcharges. Kindly check and resolve the issue....

I have applied for png connection with igl in nov-2016. The amount of 6000/= was received by igl in the month of dec-2016 and was shared with bp no [protected]. But despite my repeated complains, the igl customer and its control room in greater noida continued to ignore it without any explanation.

Please help me in having the amount refunded with prevailing interest for the period they kept the money on hold....

This is to bring to your notice that igl gas pump station in crossing republic near to police chowki, nh 24, ghaziabad 201016 remains congested with private cab. This property of crossing republic is private property of its resident. And since this station is inside crossing republic it should give some priority atleast to residents. Cab drivers come drunken at night and occasionally i observes in clash with residents car owners. Kindly see...

My bp number is [protected]. Residing at 1659 felecita tower, mahagun moderne, sector 78 noida. I had booked for new connection (Meter already installed) in may month. I got connection date of 28may after 12 days. There waa no hole in the slab so they staff went back. Again i booked on 8 may and igl is sayong they will connect on 25 may. If for connection it takes so long it is very very poor service. We are very upset on your services....

Suman dobhal, i have submitted all the desired documents and a cheque of rs. 6000 in favor of igl. I have been visiting nearby igl office too & whenever i try to call the engineer he gives another dealing persons no. And they extends the date of installation....

I applied and submitted documents along with cheque on 21.5.17.
Kept on trying to contact all corners for over a month when i was told the cheque and documents are missing. I then submitted new documents and cheque again.
The receipt of documents was confirmed by return sms and a lead no. The tf visit was scheduled to be done by 4.6.117 which never happened...

I had booked a png connection about 4 months back but so far there is no news on when the installation will happen. Following is the chronology of events :

30/01/2017 - request for new png connection registered with lead no. [protected]. Visit planned for 2/02/2017

06/02/2017 - feasibility passed confirmation message received.

10/02/2017 - documents verified, cheque cleared...

I m from noida sector 62, bp no is 50009175. Its been 5 months i have submitted all the desired documents and cheque of rs. 1000, but till date the meter is not installed and whenever i try to call the engeneer he misbehaves on call and extends the date of installation. I have been take follow upa from him since march 2016 and still no response or confirmation. Please take care of my complaint and get the meter installed as soon as possible....

From the last few days the process of IGL connection is going on. we applied for it, the payment got cleared, we got the booking id and the inspection was also done. Now today the installing man came and asked for RS 2500 more to install the connection. he said it involves...

I am living at d-24-a paryavaran complex ignou road new delhi 110030. The line in my area has been laid and many connections have been installed but in my resident the connection has not been installed inspite of paying the money and every other payment. Please sned a technician at my residence so that the connection may be installed as not technician has visited my residence.

Igl personnel has not installed the connection or responded to any of my queries. This is extremely frustrating and the whole thing is looking like a fraud....

I am a resident of C-78, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi and recently gas pipelines have been installed in our locality. I would like to tell you that gas pipelines are not installed properly which is thereby causing inconvenience to us.

There is some construction going at our house and because of the wrong installation of pipelines, it is getting hampered.

This is regarding the IGL Gas Pipeline connection (BP number: [protected]). Firstly we were practically forced into applying for a connection on 30th of January, 2017. We were told there is some special scheme if we apply by Jan end. The person from IGL came at least thrice in 1 day, in order to collect the payment. Nothing happened till Feb'17. After rigorous follow ups finally the meter was put. The we continued to follow up for the process...

It has been more than 3/4 weeks that meter got installed in my house but supplies not yet started whereas on my top floor supplies were provided 15 days back. This situation is despite my close follow up over phone. Every time I make call I am assured that supplies will start wit in 2/3 days but all in vain. My BP No is [protected].
