shifting gas pipeline to outside house

I am a non png user, despite of several request to shift igl pipeline fitted in my balcony wall to outside of my house. Renovation work is been delayed because of not attending the requests.

Kindly look into the matter and remove the connection line immediately.

I need an genuine answer to my genuine question "WHOM TO CONTACT FOR DELAYED CONNECTIONS"...I was asked by one of the person on phone "connection kisko lagwana hai" (who needs a conneciton) on querying for the delayed connection status and asking for contact person. Is there a place we can go and even connect and get a sensible answer. I am simply being given phone numbers of random people who says I am not responsible for this job or I haven't been assigned this job yet, or number not reachable, switchedd off. Please help.

As we have surrendered the cylinder connection before applying we need to take cylinder in black twice or thrice the government rate and the IGL is least bothered about getting there connections done. If they can't fix this they should tell this while applying. Even if the installation and connection work is outsourced they need to keep a tab on the status.

    Name change document has been submitted one year back. No action has been taken till date. The complaint had been submitted in main office situated at r. K. Puram branch. The receiving has been kept in record. I am paying the bill regularly in the old name billing. At present i complain for not any action in my favour.in this regard it is requested that kindly do the needful.

      This refers to my new connection request against bp no. [protected] last year. Yesterday, the team from igl visit at my residence for the connection.
      They inform me that the connection is already running at my residence against bp no. [protected]. First this connection need to get cut then only the new connection will be made.

      We would like to request that the connection cutting request against bp no. [protected] is already done last year in aug or sep'2016 & only after that new connection request was made.

      Even after that 3 times officials from igl visit our residence & they provide us the assurance that connection will be installed soon. But no action observed only hope remains.

      So, i request you to pl. Help us out in this matter.

      Igl portal for customers is not workingI struggled, for an hour to register, .Failed to log in.Only payment portal is working.They want payment without matching sust Omer care. Their new app for Igl gas is equally useless.They want reading on line .The app asks for password.Without registration, where I am to get password from

        Hi,

        I am a resident (Tenant) of 212a-1 express garden, indirapuram. I applied for igl gas connection about 75 days ago and yet i haven't received my connection. Every week a new contact number is provided to me to enquire the status and they keep on saying that everything will be finalized within a week. I keep on repeating my problem but they are unable to understand the urgency of the matter. Complaint/query section of their website isn't working.
        I would like to request authorities responsible, to look into this matter and escalate the process.

          B p no. [protected]. Mobile [protected]. Tarlochan dass basra. B-109, anand vihar, delhi-110092. No bill received. Even on consumer login, it shows no pending bill. But reading is taken on 20/06/2017. When contacted customer care igl on 11/07/2017. It is told that bill is issued on 30/06/2017. Then why it is not shown online. Please the same and update bill on line to enable me to make payment.

            I am resident of Ahmedabad Gujarat and having Adani Gas Ltd PNG Household connection with Cust ID # [protected].

            On 7th of March 2017 I have maid payment for Adani Gas Bill of Rs 673/- through "Chillr" a HDFC Bank's direct banking channel payment utility.

            But as per HDFC Bank's confirmation payment credited to Inaprastha Gas Ltd due to wrongly Gas utility company selected by me as Indraprastha Gas Ltd instead of Adani Gas Ltd.

            There fore your are requested to please reconcile your bank statement records as on 7th of March 2017 in which you have find wrong receive of Rs 673/- from HDFC Bank with TRN (Transaction Reference Number[protected] for customer ID # [protected].

            Kindly return the same to me which you have wrongly received and nullify your book of accounts.

            Please note I will provide you my bank's email confirmation regarding this matter if required.

              The pipeline has been laid up to my flat and meter has also been installed. due to some prior commitment, we as a family had to visit our close relative elsewhere and could return on 28 jun only. from then onward, I have been requesting igl staff in delhi every day but no one comes to connect the png pipeline from metre to the gas stove. whenever I ring up the numbers of igl, either it is not attended or the person attending the phone call gives number of some person to contact. when that some person is contacted, he takes all the detail like address etc but never attends to the complaint. In this manner, despite making request every day from 29 jun, no one has atteneded to my trquest/complaint.

                Had applied connection on april 2017, physical verification done immidietly by your staff as already my society and my block has png connection till now i have not any information regarding my connection, my lead no-[protected], payment has been already deducted long time ago.When i submitted my connection forms i have been promised within 90 days you will get your connection but 90 days already passed nothing happened.

                  We had applied for a new connection in nov 2014. We are yet to receive the connection.
                  Due to certain unfortunate reasons we could not follow up earlier.
                  We have the form no and details if cheque given. Bp number is not available.
                  While trying to speak with the customer service department they refuse to help stating that we should give mobile number or bp no or email id.
                  At the time of registration we were not in possession of any mobile, hence no mobile number was given. Only landline was provided.
                  Request you to please trace the same and help in getting a new connection asap.

                  I have paid the security deposit and submitted all the documents online on 31st Mar'17. Till Date installation is not done. One day, one person came to install but then he said that some pipe is required and IGL to issue the same to him. After that no one contacted us. Please see, this has became urgent now.

                    With reference to BP no.[protected] generated on April 20th...till date my connection has not been put.It is a ridiculous state of affairs.Your installation team comes to check the site and ask us to remove the window and the geyser which was done the very next day.Now it s been a month and numerous phone calls also hv no effect.Nobody cares to come and we re given weird excuses that it s raining or some pipe not available.Why r we being made to suffer like this????

                        I have a pipe line gas connection in Jang pura Extention.My BP No is [protected] . I am getting bill too high . Last time I paid 2 time bill that's why
                        They were adjusting that amount. This month they send me bill which is 6685/-
                        They have written that previous balance is 5494.69. This month charges are 1050.25. I can't understand how you people are charging . We are only 2 people & one servant . How can we consume...

                        Regarding PNG connection in flat No F-1204 AVJ Heights, Zeeta-I, Greater Noida for domestic use, we given request in the month of Dec-2016, but still we did not get connection.
                        Our payment Rs. 1000/ also cleared on 16.01.2017, transaction ID is [protected].
                        We requested more then 15 times but still no any response.
                        Expecting quick action on our request to resolve problem earliest possible.

                            Hi team,

                            I have been following up with igl customer care department at[protected] and it's area mechanic at his mobile [protected] since last 20 days. I am following up on daily basis.

                            I was promised on 23 Jun 2017 then on 25th Jun then 28th Jun and then today that my connection will be activated. But the connection is not yet activated.

                            I have been reminding and following up with them since 22 of Jun and even today. I was constantly reassured that the connection will be activated today (1st July) anytime between 2Pm to 3Pm. I was advised to stay home all day and i did.

                            But despite numerous reminders, the technicians have failed to arrive and activate the connection again. I think they should have been controlled very strongly. This is something basic of to cook but they are just delaying by a month by giving various stupid excuses.

                            I can not do any thing except irritate.

                              Hi,

                              I have been following up with igl customer care department at[protected] since past two weeks.

                              I was promised on 14 june 2017 that my connection will be activated by 28 june 2017

                              I have been reminding and following up with them since yesterday and even today. I was constantly reassured that the connection will be activated today (28 june) anytime between 9 am to 6 pm. I was advised to stay home all day and i did.

                              But despite numerous reminders, the technicians have failed to arrive and activate the connection. I think it's a very regular affair for them since they just casually want to reschedule it for another day now.

                              A regular office going person doesn't have the flexibility to wait all day for the technicians.

                              My entire day has been wasted and i still have no surety as to when the connection will be activated.

                              It's a fixed gas pipeline and i have already deposited all the activation fees and completed formalities.

                                Dear sir,

                                I got my igl connection (Bp#[protected] after a delay 6 months in 21-june-17. At the time of fixing the pipeline, we have requested the igl staff to install the meter at location easily accessible directly by outsider but they got it installed deep inside at our first floor balcony. Since both o[censored]s are not available on weekdays and on weekends, we go out for out weekly tasks, it is not feasible for us to facilitate the igl staff to let them have the access to the meter location, which we have objected earlier.
                                Please instruct igl to have it moved to the location next to the main gate of the premise.

                                    My bp no is : [protected]-. I have done two attempts to get my copper tube connecting to my gas stove but every time the executive came unprepared and went without resolving the connection due to which my new connection is still in disconnected state. I tried calling almost everyday to the control room. They simply make a drama of not able to hear over the line what i say and then disconnect the phone. Someone whosoever speaks defers to saturday or sunday and on someone who turns up goes without resolving the issue.

                                    How much difficult is to understand that i need my connection pipe extended as while setting up they on their own assumed i would be cooking just beside washbasin sink. These fools have messed up my life and i had to borrow gas cylinder from my friends and relatives to get every day cooking done.

                                    Even there customer care portal does not work to log complaint. I logged in to the site but was not able to complaint as the stupid site has some scripting error.

                                    Tried calling customer care on toll free - the # does not understood the problem and lodged wrong complaint and again all efforts went into vain.

                                    Tried calling various executive from the numbers provided by the control room - they simply gave a time and never turned up and i kept waiting.

                                    If i write more - i will blast in anger. So stopping here i would request any concerned person with brains to take care of my request. Please sir understand the urgency.

Someone from IGL came on 12 November & after checking heb told me that within 2 days my connection will ge done. But unfortunately till date it's pending. I called area representative so many times but unable to get any satisfactory response. This is really very unprofessional. If if took so much time For a small work then I must say disgusting services from IGL.
