    Hi team,

    I have been following up with igl customer care department at[protected] and it's area mechanic at his mobile [protected] since last 20 days. I am following up on daily basis.

    I was promised on 23 Jun 2017 then on 25th Jun then 28th Jun and then today that my connection will be activated. But the connection is not yet activated.

    I have been reminding and following up with them since 22 of Jun and even today. I was constantly reassured that the connection will be activated today (1st July) anytime between 2Pm to 3Pm. I was advised to stay home all day and i did.

    But despite numerous reminders, the technicians have failed to arrive and activate the connection again. I think they should have been controlled very strongly. This is something basic of to cook but they are just delaying by a month by giving various stupid excuses.

    I can not do any thing except irritate.

      Hi,

      I have been following up with igl customer care department at[protected] since past two weeks.

      I was promised on 14 june 2017 that my connection will be activated by 28 june 2017

      I have been reminding and following up with them since yesterday and even today. I was constantly reassured that the connection will be activated today (28 june) anytime between 9 am to 6 pm. I was advised to stay home all day and i did.

      But despite numerous reminders, the technicians have failed to arrive and activate the connection. I think it's a very regular affair for them since they just casually want to reschedule it for another day now.

      A regular office going person doesn't have the flexibility to wait all day for the technicians.

      My entire day has been wasted and i still have no surety as to when the connection will be activated.

      It's a fixed gas pipeline and i have already deposited all the activation fees and completed formalities.

        Dear sir,

        I got my igl connection (Bp#[protected] after a delay 6 months in 21-june-17. At the time of fixing the pipeline, we have requested the igl staff to install the meter at location easily accessible directly by outsider but they got it installed deep inside at our first floor balcony. Since both o[censored]s are not available on weekdays and on weekends, we go out for out weekly tasks, it is not feasible for us to facilitate the igl staff to let them have the access to the meter location, which we have objected earlier.
        Please instruct igl to have it moved to the location next to the main gate of the premise.

            My bp no is : [protected]-. I have done two attempts to get my copper tube connecting to my gas stove but every time the executive came unprepared and went without resolving the connection due to which my new connection is still in disconnected state. I tried calling almost everyday to the control room. They simply make a drama of not able to hear over the line what i say and then disconnect the phone. Someone whosoever speaks defers to saturday or sunday and on someone who turns up goes without resolving the issue.

            How much difficult is to understand that i need my connection pipe extended as while setting up they on their own assumed i would be cooking just beside washbasin sink. These fools have messed up my life and i had to borrow gas cylinder from my friends and relatives to get every day cooking done.

            Even there customer care portal does not work to log complaint. I logged in to the site but was not able to complaint as the stupid site has some scripting error.

            Tried calling customer care on toll free - the # does not understood the problem and lodged wrong complaint and again all efforts went into vain.

            Tried calling various executive from the numbers provided by the control room - they simply gave a time and never turned up and i kept waiting.

            If i write more - i will blast in anger. So stopping here i would request any concerned person with brains to take care of my request. Please sir understand the urgency.

Someone from IGL came on 12 November & after checking heb told me that within 2 days my connection will ge done. But unfortunately till date it's pending. I called area representative so many times but unable to get any satisfactory response. This is really very unprofessional. If if took so much time For a small work then I must say disgusting services from IGL.

                I am senior citizen and struggling to get my hard earned money.

                Nobody is helping me and people who are sitting at rk puram are just making mokery of same and to no use..

                  This is in regard to the scandalously​ offensive behavior exhibited by an agent of yours who had visited our premises [block r, g. K.1, u. G. F.] between 03.30 p. M. And 04.00 p. M. On the afternoon of[protected].

                  There is a png connection installed at block r, greater kailash 1, upper ground floor, in the name of suresh mohan taneja.

                  Up until now, we have always paid all the bills generated by your company for the natural gas usage at block r, g. K. 1, ground floor; and there has never been any sort of issue.

                  This time around, there is a bill amount run up to 3, 592/-. We got delayed in paying this amount due to busy schedules. Although, without a chance of doubt, we never had any intention of not paying that bill. We would have paid sooner or later at our earliest convenience.

                  However, a shocking incident concerning an employee of yours has made us change our intention of paying. We all have now unanimously decided that we shall only pay if the igl representative who caused us immense trouble and harassment on the afternoon of[protected] is punished severely and harshly for his extremely unprofessional and impertinent conduct. Failing that, we shall decline to pay, whereupon the matter shall be proceeded against in court of law for consumers.

                  It was in the afternoon of[protected], during 3.30-4.00 p. M., that this happened. An agent came to our doorstep enquiring about the bill that was outstanding. He took the latest reading and asked us to pay 3, 500/- only instead of 3, 592/-. We told him we would pay online. He would not leave and began insisting on the transaction number. We told him we cannot give him the transaction number just yet, because it will take us time to complete the transaction online. We told him to return by evening and take the transaction number.

                  He did not listen and began arguing insolently and threatened to disconnect the supply line. He tried to forcefully enter inside and i had to push the door back upon his face. I shouted at him. He was muttering something and making retorts.

                  Such behavior is intolerable and he will have to be punished severely.

                  This same person had similar issues with a few of our other neighbors as well.
                  Our neighbours have related experiencing similar troubles with the same man.

                  By sending such foul and uncouth people to customers' premises, indraprastha gas ltd has proved that it stands at a very low level in the e-com­­merce marketplace in comparison to its competitors, and in all totality, is no match for the rest.

                  This clearly reflect­­s​ the fact that co­n­cern for respect and professional code of conduct with customers is sadly, distinctly and not­ice­ably lacking on the part of indraprastha gas ltd.

                  This lays a serious question mark on the credibility of human resource management of igl - where there is no respect for customers, you would eventually lose on all fronts.

                  You people should know the value of word of mouth put up by customers. Our neighbours reported that the same man went around harassing them knocking loudly on their doors. Everybody believes that indraprastha gas ltd does not have respect for customers.

                  You people should do something about training your contractors and doorstep visitors well, so that whenever they go to customers' houses, they talk well in a decent way, since they carry igl's image in the market, which can get tarnished in an instant by indecent behavior.

                  We demand astringent admonitory action against the bad person who caused us so much harassment. We demand he should be fired and sacked from his job. Only then shall the outstanding payment be made.

                  Please note if an ex­­peditious and satis­f­actory resolution is not provided as sol­icited, it will conc­lude in the decline of payment of arrears and a civil laws­uit against igl for harassment and threats to the customer at their premises in consu­mer cou­rt.

                    It has been more than 20 days that igl pipe line & meter has been installed but my connection has not been done whereas i was told that it will be connected in next 2-3 days.
                    I filed the complaint on 13th june'17 but no action was taken, after that again i filed the complaint on 18th june'17 still i'm not receiving any proper commitment from igl executives.
                    I also had a word with the control room but they are also miss leading me with the information & the concerned persons.
                    Kindly help me out with this and get my igl connected on priority as its really high time now.

                        I have applied for png domestic connection through your online portal on 29th march 2017.
                        After a long wait of nearly 1.5 months, my document verification and cheque submission was carried out from igl authority.
                        After waiting for communicated eta of 21 days, i have not received any communication or status update against my bp#[protected].
                        Then i have followed up myself and after many aversions from igl authority (Mr. Suraj jha - mobile#[protected]) i finally get the installation done at my premises (A-114, panchvati apartments, b block, sector 62, noida).
                        Mr. Sanjay (Mobile#[protected]) who came for supervision has assured me that my connection will be activated by tomorrow (13th june 2017).
                        On 13th june 2017, my troubles started all over again as i have to do follow up several times with multiple persons including mr. Sanjay and with the technician who was scheduled to come for activation of my png connection.
                        Since 13th june and till today (15th june) i am hopelessly calling at various igl helpline numbers including control room number ([protected]) that i got from igl website, mr. Suraj jha ([protected]), mr. Sanjay (Supervisor) and the technician number ([protected]).
                        All the guys are behaving very unprofessionally and the technician number is switched off since yesterday.
                        I am still waiting for my png activation.
                        I do not know if this is the usual way of doing duty in igl but i want to know why the customer is being mentally harassed in such a way. I hope that my query will be acknowledged and properly responded unlike my continuous attempts to get the igl team do their allocated jobs. I mean how come mr. Suraj jha has no control over a technician who is making a fool of me as well his officer by averting the call and switching off his phone and is there an only single technician available in noida.

                        There is no othere line for pvt cars only one line for comercial and pvt car we are suffring very badly there is one line for bus and three line for auto and one line for chapion
                        Delay In new connection I am given my complaints several times in your Kasna G. Noida branch. No one came in my place to fitment. I submit my all documents & Payment more than 50days but still I am waiting for my connection and Kasna branch is not given any details to me. My BP no [protected]

                          The above gas connection is in a flat which is lying vacant and locked since jan 16. I intimated the meter reader as well as customer care but i kept on receiving estimated bills. On 11 apr 16 i again raised sr no [protected] as well as sent a mail as follow:-

                          Dear sir
                          My flat is lying vacant and locked since jan 16. Though i have personally intimated the meter reader i have continued to receive estimated bills. Now i have received another bill of rs 733.83. I have already sent meter reading photo to [protected]. The present meter reading is 121.254. Photo is linked.
                          Kindly recalculate and generate a revised bill.

                          Thus it is evident that igl has refused to take corrective action so far.

                            (Sandeep tyagi) is a regular user of same igl cng pump on nh 34 muradnagar today i went there for fuel and all guard and extra staff was sitting together and making some kitty party which was non of my business but the problem was is they r doing nothing when some cars were start filling gas with a new line and while opposing this they cng staff was gone violent with me saying that you always make these kind of complaints (If available concern department can check cctv phootage if available there) and this was not the first time i have seen this kind of invironment many times but they have crossed the limit my neck was hurt by one of them this was happened around 11 45 am on 14 june 2017 is any one there
                            Who can take action against this or let me know what i have to do or i have to file a complaint against igl according to ipc or in consumer fourm only (Concern athourty is requested to reply me asap)

                                I have applied for png connection with igl in nov-2016. The amount of 6000/= was received by igl in the month of dec-2016 and was shared with bp no [protected]. But despite my repeated complains, the igl customer and its control room in greater noida continued to ignore it without any explanation.

                                Please help me in having the amount refunded with prevailing interest for the period they kept the money on hold.

                                IGL initiated the installation on hearing that a complain has been sent to "www.ConsumerComplains.in" but have forced us to signed on the document for installation completed with satisfaction. Declined to share any explanation for the 6 month delay caused in the installation and threaten to cut off the supply of the Gas unless we sign as per there instruction. No copy was shared with us as the customer.
                                Please seek an explanation for the delayed installation and prevailing market interest for the delayed period beyond the stipulated 60 days of promised installation period on the security deposit of Rs 6000/=.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that igl gas pump station in crossing republic near to police chowki, nh 24, ghaziabad 201016 remains congested with private cab. This property of crossing republic is private property of its resident. And since this station is inside crossing republic it should give some priority atleast to residents. Cab drivers come drunken at night and occasionally i observes in clash with residents car owners. Kindly see if it is for crossing residents dont allow private cabs in huge number to fill gas there or atleast for some period in a day and also if staff can prevent ruthlessness by private cabs.

                                    My bp number is [protected]. Residing at 1659 felecita tower, mahagun moderne, sector 78 noida. I had booked for new connection (Meter already installed) in may month. I got connection date of 28may after 12 days. There waa no hole in the slab so they staff went back. Again i booked on 8 may and igl is sayong they will connect on 25 may. If for connection it takes so long it is very very poor service. We are very upset on your services.

                                    It is very sad to say that igl is not responding to the complaint regarding change of rubber tube
