Dear Si/Mam,

I am a resident of C-78, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi and recently gas pipelines have been installed in our locality. I would like to tell you that gas pipelines are not installed properly which is thereby causing inconvenience to us.

There is some construction going at our house and because of the wrong installation of pipelines, it is getting hampered.
would request you to kindly get us resolved asap as we are not able to proceed with the work.

    This is regarding the IGL Gas Pipeline connection (BP number: [protected]). Firstly we were practically forced into applying for a connection on 30th of January, 2017. We were told there is some special scheme if we apply by Jan end. The person from IGL came at least thrice in 1 day, in order to collect the payment. Nothing happened till Feb'17. After rigorous follow ups finally the meter was put. The we continued to follow up for the process to be completed and we were told all through Feb and March that there was shortage of stock (of the pipe) and so it will take some time. Usual 15 days time was always the answer. We have been following up since and last weekend (20-21st of May'17), finally we were told that it would get done and that it is only a matter of 10 minutes of job...nobody came. Then someone comes on Friday (26th of May), a working day and that too uninformed. Obviously since everyone is working in our house, they had to go back. They promised to come on Saturday (yesterday) at 11 am; that doesn't mean anything, looking at the poor customer service of IGL - 2 people showed up at 3 pm and it turns out they are the ones who install the meter, which in our case was anyway done a few months back!! No apologies given and then again we were given false promises that some technician will come in sometime and fix it. Of course no one came. Today, again, Sunday (28th of May), I have been following up and all that is happening is the typical blame game between different departments. If this was not enough, one of the IGL staff persons has the audacity to tell me that I should have mentioned that we already have the meter!! It has been so frustrating and not even sure if IGL Customer Care has the integrity to promptly act on this complaint...one can only hope that someone responds to this and gets the connection going today! Horrible and shocking is my experience so far with IGL and its support teams!

      It has been more than 3/4 weeks that meter got installed in my house but supplies not yet started whereas on my top floor supplies were provided 15 days back. This situation is despite my close follow up over phone. Every time I make call I am assured that supplies will start wit in 2/3 days but all in vain. My BP No is [protected].

        Dear sir / madam,

        The self is a customer of inderprastha gas limited (Igl) with bp no. [protected] in the name of praveen verma. It was disconnected temporarily on 22nd november 2013 for construction purposes.

        I raised a request for restoration of the same connection on 7th april 2017 under the request number [protected] (As per the annexure #1) and the customer executives informed me that the service request would be completed within 5 working days.

        Shocking…till 22nd april 2017, there was no visit of the technical team to execute the service request. Again, i called up to the customer care executive who understood the concern and escalate the service request and informed that it will be taken care within a day or two.

        After 4 days, the team visited my house without any information when i was not available at home. I requested to them to visit the service site on very next day to complete the service request. The team leader agreed and returns back. The very next day didn’t come till 3rd of may 2017.

        On 3rd may 2017, when i checked the status of the service request and to escalate the same, i found that the service request already closed as “completed” without attending the complaint. On the same day, i called up the customer care again for the same and requested to open the closed service request as it was not complete yet.

        The customer care executive didn’t open the closed request; even he opened a new service request, # [protected] (As per annexure#2). I specially mention that the teams need to call me before they visit the premises on my registered mobile number.

        But igl is igl……. No one bother whether the customer is available at home or not, the team visited the premises on 6th may 2017 without any information. Since i was not at home that time, the team lead mr. Saurabh talked me over his mobile number [protected] and we both agreed that the team would come back on next day, 7th may 2017 at 10 am to complete the service request.

        The team didn’t turn-up on next day till 11:30am, and then i called mr. Saurabh. He talked me very badly and replied that the work would not be completed now as the team had already visited your premised yesterday. Shocked to listen this reply from the person who promised to come back a day before. There was hot discussion with him, but he didn’t ready to come back. I asked him to provide his senior’s number. Initially he tried to avoid, but after a long discussion, he provided me the number of mr. Shashi kant (#[protected]).

        I called mr. Shashi kant…. Who seems to be very polite and customer friendly. He patiently listen my concerns and apologized for the way saurabh behavior. Request me to wait for 10 minutes and he would come back after discussion with saurabh. He kept his promised and called back me after 15 minutes to state that the team will visit on the same day, 7th may 2017, at 4 o’clock to execute the request.

        The team didn’t turn up till 5:30 pm and another person, named shahruf (#[protected] and #[protected]) visited my premises to check the restoration demography. He informed that the team couldn’t visit as the machine was out-of-order few minutes back. As i was out of station with my family on 8th may 2017 to attend some urgent work, i informed the same to shahruf and he promised that his team will park the rickshaw of implements on 8th may 2017 by 7 o’clock and the team will execute the work on 9th may 2017 early morning.

        Real turn-up in the story now….

        Shahruf and his team didn’t turn-up on 8th may 2017 as well as 9th may 2017 as promised by him. I called him at 10:57 am to check whether he is coming with his team or not. He picked the phone and assured me that the team is on the way. Since they are coming far away and due to traffic, they would reach in next 30-45 minutes…. (Great assurance…….. Sweet words to simple customer….)

        I was waiting till 12:37 pm….. Then i called again to mr. Shahruf……he didn’t pick my call…i tried a number of times….. But….. He didn’t respond….
        Then i tried to reach mr. Shahsi kant….. Surprisingly…. He didn’t pick the phone…. I continuously calling him for 2 hours……he didn’t pick the phone. He messages me that “i’m busy at the moment. Please text me”…. I text him “would you please send me the mobile number of ms. Nidhi, the customer care in charge”…. He didn’t bother to reply me.

        I called him again and again….. He replied via message again….”i apologies for this. M in meeting. Surely i’ll call u when free”…. After this message….. I was waiting till the time writing the mails at 12:54 am on 10th may 2017……. Mr. Shahsi kant didn’t bother to talk to me.

        The above instance is pure customer harassment mentally and physically as well. The responsible person like mr. Shashi kant and shahruf, both communicate fake words again and again. This is ridiculous after so much of mental harassment still i am standing on a same position, what kind of service is this? I request to take suitable actions against the contractor of igl. I am very much dissatisfied with igl services.

          Reference: My BP no. Is [protected].

          I had submitted application for new PNG connection two months before along with required documents and cheque but New Connection Not Installed still now. My BP no. Is [protected].

          I had called to customer care of IGL on about 20th April 2017, they are saying that your cheque has been cleared and connection is in process but your connection will be installed in may 2017 end. My complaint is that if cheque has been cleared and it's already about 45 to receive new connection application form then why still one month required for installation. I also want to clear that pipeline is already installed in our society only a single pipe till our stove required to be installed.

          Respected IGL team kindly install my connection at earliest as we have to purchase LPG on higher rates without PNG connection.

          Kindly do needful at earliest as possible.

            This is in regarding my new connection. BP no. [protected]

            I am still waiting for any response from IGL as after so much time there is no information regarding installation.

            My cheque got cleared on 16 Dec’16, post that I have started following up with the IGL Dwarka Sec -9 center for installation, they told me that it will take 90 days from the date of cheque clearance to get the installation, so I waited till 16 Feb’17 as till that time 60 days got over, post that when I again connected with them, they provided me Mr. Radhe raman (contractor) number. He told that currently there is no team to install the connection. So again I called the Dwarka office where Mr. Vishal told me to wait till 10th Apr, post that team will be there to install the connection. But till date no one turned up.

            I even try to connect with the Persons whom IGL has mentioned in their Web site

              Hi,

              My name is danish babar and yesterday on dated 17th april 2017
              I went to igl cng pump location okhla mod, new friends colony new delhi to fill cng in my car model maruti swift reg no - dl 3 cce 9622.
              After filling the cng i saw the bill amount rs.102/- in pump machine and i went inside my car to get my wallet and within 10 seconds i went out from my car with amount in my hand to pay the cashier/filler name by ashu.

              But i shocked and surprised when cashier/filler mr. ashu showed me the meter of the pump machine, the amount was changed to rs.228 now in meter.

              I said him that already my car had half tank/cylinder cng so how you could filled again this so much of quantity?

              But cashier ashu shouted and abused me and asked full payment.
              I called to the manager and then one technician and manager came out from the office and checked the machine, they found cashier/filler ashu cheating with filling machine/pump meter by pressing a button and showing the price reading of previous customer.

              Then they decided and asked me to pay rs.150, which i paid to him and received bill.

              But i asked to manager to take some action against cashier/filler mr. ashu but then they (manager and technician) refused to take any action against him.
              Even they did not provided me the complain book/box.

              They all three people include manager, technician and cashier/filler abused and shouted me and asked me to go out from the cng station.


              I am very disappointed and harassed from your staff and manager and want a disciplinary action against all of them very immediately. otherwise i will take a legal action against all of them.

                Today i visited CNG station at G-Block, Govindapuram, the time was around 12:00noon. There was a long queue at the car section and the auto line was vacant with few autos coming after long time. I requested Mr. Pradeep (Manager of pump) to open the line for cars so by the time there is no auto the car can be filled but he refused it out right saying that they have no staff, whereas the person was standing idol at the point.
                The car line has three operating points but only two were working when I inquired about it they told me that they don't have staff whereas when I checked inside the office at least two people were sitting idol and the security guard was also inside.
                I requested Mr. Pradeep the manager that it is very hot outside you can help your customers by making some extra effort but he outright refused and was not listening to my request on saying that I will make a complaint he said I can do whatever I want
                I would request the higher authorities to intervene and fin a solution to this type of situation and also the responsible manager to be taught some lesson.

                It has been one month that the installation of pipelines is done but just for the connection they are delaying a lot. Daily I am calling The Junior Engineer Mr.Nandi for the work. He says the work will be done today but no action is taken till now.

                This is regarding the facing few issues mentioned with M/s Aveer Service Stations services (AIIMS trauma Center, New Delhi)

                1. Today (19 Jan 2023 approx. at 05:25 PM) I reached CNG Station. But Staff denied to fill the Gas, he says your vehicle's Filling Point is at back side & here this point we only fill for front side/Right side filling points vehicles only. As the NGV Nozzle available on that point, I have requested multiple times to him to fill on that point itself as no other customer available on the Point at that time. I have informed this incident to Manager as well, but he said the same & asked me to move to other Point. So, I moved to another queue & filled the gas finally. Both (Staff & Manager) Told me this is as per IGL Guidelines only.
                This type of issues I have faced in the past as well, but sometimes they filled the gas after Request & sometimes they simply denied. I have requested few times that if this is as per IGL then It should be Clearly mentioned at the stations which type of vehicle/nozzle will be fill at which Point to avoid this kind of incidents. but No action has been taken till date. So CNG station staff forced me to raise a Feedback/Complaint.
                2. Most of the times few machines are not working, or the Staff was not available. And there is no Notification/Indication which says that Machine OUT of Order or Staff is not available for few minutes. I have faced this issue few times, when I reached at Point/Machine will came to know that Machine is Out of Order /Staff is not available. 90% of the Times staff isn't available at Most Right machine.
                3. There is no Guard at station who can guide the customer, which way has to move/or queue should be proceed.
                Request to you please look into this matter & share the details of action.

[protected] nut you wrongly deposited same in another account of third person due to none of my fault vide ORDER NO.[protected] DT. 28.3.17. Refund my money within 4 hours of receipt of present notice failing which u shall be liable for all costs nd consequences.

                    All the station located at Singh Boarder are not providing theCNG in night time they are putting the hoarding that " Bijali na hone ke kararn cng nahi di jayegi"

                    I have visited three times and surprised to see the same thing all the times. It is very astonoshing when asked one of the marketing manager replied " due to too much power supply of the electricity we will not provide CNG "

                      This house is under construction from the last 6 years.
                      As per your records, you have refunded the security on 2nd July 2013 (told to me by customer care).

                      But I have not submitted any application for the security refund till today.
                      So to which account you have refunded Rs 6000?
                      This is completely a fraud happened in IGL as I have never applied for refund till today.

                      I am attaching the passbook statement of Sunita Kumar which says there is no credit of Rs 6000 till today from IGL.

                      Now I want to apply for the reopening of old connection for my Newly constructed house. But where the old security of Rs 6000 has gone? No One Knows?

                      I have all the proof of everything that I have not received the security refund.
                      So It is a humble request to help me in this regard.

                      Attachments - Cheque photocopy given to IGL at the time of security deposit.
                      Connection Details Form and Security Deposit Slip.
                      Passbook Statement of Sunita Kumar which says there is no credit of Rs 6000.

                        I have already before 4 month continuously followup in customer care, But do not any changes and effect on invoice, and taken wrong reading and give the wrong commitment given but do not any changes and effect after given complaint. My complaint is that no body from igl taking my meater reading from long time they are sending bill approximate without correct reading I lodged a complaint at igl customers care on 28-1-17 my service request no is [protected] they assured me it will attended till 02-02-17 but still no body came to take reading & no information for this today04-02-17 my bill payment date what I do no body at customers care picking phone kindly do needful Ramesh Chander Kothari C-3/15 Sector-71 noida

                            Is is to inform that I received the bill for Busines partner number - [protected] (Varsha Shukla, Address - A-3/1402 Tower 8, Purvanchal Royal Park, Sector 137, Noida 201301).

                            We have received the estimated in voice dated 12 Aug 2016 in which the Meter reading has been estimated at 210.745 till 2 Aug 2016 however; the actual meter reading as on 29 Aug 2016 is 192.474. This leads to huge amount difference in the PNG bill.

                            I spoke to your customer support number under reference number [protected] and lodged a complain on same.

                            Nobody in IGL is bothered..Have written N number of emails and neither rthere is any phone number.Its a useless service ..Need resolution to the issue immediatl;y.They Keep calling for bill payment, No bill is received and no one comes to take correct reading.

                            Absolutely horrible .need resolution else i will ensure that i take this to PM Modi .

                            Dear sir govt is encouraged cashless payments but CNG stations are not accepting Paytm why? CNG stations at sector 29 is not accepting Paytm

                              Hi,
                              I am having a PNG connection from IGL from past 6 months we are getting inflated bills. Everytime we call customer care they said they will verify the reading. After verification they say that no need to pay as bill is wrongly generated with wrong readings& will be rectified next time. But all efforts in vain no action is taken yet only false assurances and inflated bills with penalites every time.
                              When we tried to contact Nodal officers, they never pick up phone and if by chance they pick, they dont answer.

                              Due to dirty glass of the meter of igl connection, it is difficult to read the exact reading .Igl technician has asked to lodge a complaint with the company.Please look into it at the earliest.

                                My name is Pawan Kumar Popli resident of C-15, 3rd floor, Geetanjali Enclave New Delhi -110017.I applied for new gas line connection (Png) in Feb 2016 & paid rs 6000/- .

                                My bp [protected] with igl. My problem is that the pipe was fitted (Along with meter) but not connect with gas burner, due to reason better known to the contractor.

                                I had made several times complaint to the company but engineer/contact person came only two /three times & promised to fitted within a day, but not yet operated, the problems remains as it is...it is big harassment and mental torture for me to have applied for the with IGL.

                                I need to know how many times I need to beg to them for the connection or its seems they harassing me to pay some extra money to grease their palm.

                                My meter was installed 20 days before. But the pipeline is not connected to gas.
                                Called IGL representative many times but they told it will be done in 2 days but none of the engineer has visited since.

                                  CNG Gas Stations at Sanajay Gandhi Transport nagar, Libaspur road, both CNG stations are not accepting Credit/debit cards. there is no other way to pay except Cash. it been more than a week. every time they are holding a paper "Card Machine out or Order".

                                  Actually they are taking benefit of the situation happened due to demonetization of currency. Plz take accessory action against them.

                                    Paid my bill but no confirmation from IGL

[protected] and [protected] due on 25/11/2016 on the 20/11/2016 through the IGL connect app through my debit card..this is the first time I used this app. I keep getting bill reminders still and there has been no confirmation message from IGL neither through SMS nor in the app but in both cases the money has been deducted from my bank account. How do I get a confirmation?...

                                    Igl has not at all responded properly knowing the importance of its services: enabling people to cook and survive.
                                    I live in noida sec 137. My pipelines and meters were installed after much struggle with igl on 6th oct. But still the testing and activation remains incomplete. Hence, i am unable to cook food.
                                    I have called igl on their toll free number 4 times in the past 10days: 8th oct, 12th oct, 15th oct, and 19th oct each time giving guarantee that the gas connection will be done in 48 hours. But there has been no response.
                                    I have also coordinated with the persons with mobile number: [protected] who visit my area many times but they have not turned up many even after confirming timing give false reasons as door locked, bike failure, etc, and on top of that not informing of their inability to attend. These servicemen are not responsible enough for this role.

                                    Igl really needs to improve on its customer services. Pathetic.

                                    Visiting charges have been charged twice i.e., invoice no[protected] dated[protected] billed Rs 237 under other charges.In Previous bill also other charges are there, other charges being paid may be suggested for adjustment in subsequent bill.

                                      I have send the dd of rs.6000/- approximate before one month on 15.09.2016. I have personally meet with igl staff mr. Bhavesh on 30.09.2016. He confirm that your application must move on 3.10.2016 but my connection is still pending as on date (7.10.2016) and no any information (Status) in your customer care dept

                                      Pl. Done it at your earliest under intimate to me.
