Paid my bill but no confirmation from IGL

I have paid bills for BP nos. [protected] and [protected] due on 25/11/2016 on the 20/11/2016 through the IGL connect app through my debit card..this is the first time I used this app. I keep getting bill reminders still and there has been no confirmation message from IGL neither through SMS nor in the app but in both cases the money has been deducted from my bank account. How do I get a confirmation?...

Igl has not at all responded properly knowing the importance of its services: enabling people to cook and survive.
I live in noida sec 137. My pipelines and meters were installed after much struggle with igl on 6th oct. But still the testing and activation remains incomplete. Hence, i am unable to cook food.
I have called igl on their toll free number 4 times in the past 10days: 8th oct, 12th oct, 15th oct, and 19th oct each time giving guarantee that the gas connection will be done in 48 hours. But there has been no response.
I have also coordinated with the persons with mobile number: [protected] who visit my area many times but they have not turned up many even after confirming timing give false reasons as door locked, bike failure, etc, and on top of that not informing of their inability to attend. These servicemen are not responsible enough for this role.

Igl really needs to improve on its customer services. Pathetic.

He confirm that your application must move on 3.10.2016 but my connection is still pending as on date (7.10.2016) and no any information (Status) in your customer care dept

      In last friday, a advt. in AB patrika has given for 4Gmobile tower setup in hose premises by Indraprastha Telesolution Pvt. Ltd. They told same information as a complaint lodged in ur website earlier. So, Pl. informe me that whether this Indraprastha Telesolution is authorised organisation in mobile tower setup & if they wants money to install the mobile tower, then I will pay or not.         Dear sir,

        I have been taking up the matter of wrong billing with IGL at various forums for the last 3-4 months. But no solution seems to be coming out of it, rather it is getting more complicated now. Even the latest invoice no[protected] dated[protected] is having same mistakes.

        1 . Payment of Rs 1013/- ( 398+615 ) made by me and received by IGL as shown in invoice no[protected] dated[protected] has now been shown as NIL in next invoice no[protected] dated[protected] . This is wrong as Payment of Rs 1013 has already been made . this is to be corrected.

        2. I have been billed Rs 264/- ( 150+ 114 ) towards new stove conversion charges in invoice no[protected] dated[protected]. But already an amount of Rs 150 has been billed to me under the same head in invoice no[protected] dated[protected]. The technician has visited my premises only once on 3-3-2016 for new stove conversion charges against ticket no [protected] and a I have a receipt for that . Hence this Rs 150 has been charged to me 2 times for the same service. This needs to be reversed.

        3. I have personally visited IGL billing office in GAIL building sector-2 noida 3-4 times but it has not helped. There persons are giving some verbal justifications and they are not able to link it with old bills. Ultimately Your bill should contain all this information.

        Kindly look into the matter and sort it out.

        1. Application form has been Deposit on Dated 23.03.2016. with cheque.
        2. 2nd time cheque issue on dated 26.08.2016.
        3.cheque clear on dated 09.09.2016.
        4.I make four times phone calls to Mr.Vinayak Tiwari -[protected], i have make assured every times that i got connection in a week but till now nobody response.

          I have 2 bp numbers [protected] and [protected] whose disconnection was done in feb this year and i have sent my employee with the physical report of igl engineer in may and got the receiving also we were told refund will come in 4-6 weeks but it has been 3 months and i am tired of following up with customer care, nodal officer and appellate authority but no one answers the mails and their phones are always engaged
          The height of frustration is they are still sending estimated bills

            I have been provided BP No.[protected] with complaint No.[protected] of 18.7.2016. But nobody has attended the same as no official of IGL visited my house for installing the new connection. It was assured that the connection will be installed within 7 days from the complaint date i.e. 18.7.2016. But no response.


            Details of bank statement is already with you and in the receipts provided by IGL which is attached in the trailing mail. However, the details are being given again:-

              I have applied for new connection of png gas line on 23.03.2016. All the formalities completed like payment and documentation etc.. They have allot me bp no. [protected]. Many complains registered and lot of efforts/ follow - up. But still i have not getting the connection. For your information few mails are given under :-


              Dear sir,

              Refer to all male dt. 05.07.016 to 21.07.2016 with the igl customer care. After many efforts i am not getting the proper response and connection. Also visit to head office (R k puram) and met with mr. Dharam veer and summit copy of payment receipt. But still my igl login a/c shows payment proof required as per my last complain no. [protected] dt. 20.07.2016. So please look in this matter & oblige me. I am again attaching payment receipt of igl of rs. 6000/-on 05.07.2016 through online for your reference.

                  Hello,

                  I am writing to you in complete distress and agony which i have faced in getting new png connection for my home from igl.

                  I applied for new connection and i was given a lead no. [protected].
                  Also the bp number was allocated to me as [protected].

                  I have submitted all relevant documents on 12-jan-2016 and receiving is attached for your reference.

                  My cheque drawn on hdfc bank with chequeno. 818331 was cleared on 23-feb-2016. i am also attaching statement of the same.

                  Since then i have opened complaints and no action has been taken so far in getting new connection.

                  Please note that it has already been more than 90 days since i have applied and no assurance has been made to get the connection installed at my premises.

                  This of course entitles me to log a consumer case against igl demanding compensation of mental harassment faced for this un-necessary and unexplained delay.

                  I request you to personally look into this and have the conflict resolved as soon as possible,

                    I have applied for the new connection on 30.6.2016 and deposited a demand draft of Rs.1000/- in favaour of Indraprastha Gas Ltd. vide Syndicate Bank demand draft no.469509 dt. 29.6.2016 as required.
                    The New connection is yet to installed. No one also visited despite a period of 12 days.On requesting their telephone number 46074607 it is not responding.
                    Vide e-mail of their customer care, they are asking for BP number and Registered Lead Number which is not available with me. As I have not been registered despite 12 days of applying. They are also not able to clarify what is Registered Lead number.

                    Please do the needful.

                      From Past One Month I am noticing they have made some setting in the filling point due to which meter is showing more bill than the actual insertion of CNG GAs in the Car,

                        I am fedup with the service provided by the IGL.I am following from last 6 month and also deposited installation money of Rs.6000 and from the day we try to follow up every week but their officials including CC, Control room always excuse us with new ideas.They sometimes do not pickup the calls and also transfer one call to others.
                        Some says it is not our department
                        Some says it is not our area
                        Some says it is not our work of scope
                        Some are saying it is going to install by next week from last 6 month.

                        We are very frustrated with their service and also concerned people running this system in IGL.

                        It is my kind request to install my Gas connection as soon as possible.

                          On 25.05.2016, i have paid my bill of igl due on 28.05.2016 using freecharge (Free charge order id is: fcgw[protected], payment date: 25/05/2016) application in my phone. The amount of bill i have to pay is rs 1175.63. By mistake, i have paid rs 1644.26 by entering a wrong amount. (In such cases igl compensate that extra money in next bill). Transaction was successful from freecharge and money is deducted from my account yet i didn't get any confirmation receipt that bill has been paid. Website of igl is showing unpaid bill payment status. Receipt of successful transaction at freecharge is enclosed in mail. I already complaint at igl helpline e-mail but didn't get any response. I request you to please help me out as soon as possible.

                            I have an IGL png connection in Crossongs republik, I received bills till september 2015 but did not receive any bills after that, called them up on customer care so many times, there also the waiting time was always more than 10 min, even after that so many times call gets disconnected as soon as any operator takes up the call. I got a complaint# [protected] for this issue, when I am not receiving any bills without any of my faults, then why will I pay the late charges, even after my complaint there was no action on this complaint.
                            Second Issue, when I got fed up with not receiving the bills, I thought of making the online account, with my continous efforts I was able to make one, I could see my bill there and then I thought of make a payment the bill was for Approx Rs/- 1360, this amount is with late payment charges. I made the payment of this amount using the online portal of IGL, there also I showed as my transaction got failed and the amount was deducted from my bank, I again tried to call IGL customer care, they gave me a new complaint# [protected], now here is what they had to say for my two complaints:
                            For complaint # [protected] they say that they have filed the complaint and bill will reach you in 3-4 working days, but whan I told them that I have yet not received any bill, they say they cant do anything in this, I have to visit their RK Puram branch to get this resolved, Is this what I have taken this connection for, leaving my office I will just keep on going to RK Puram branch to know why I am not receiving my bill.

                            For complaint #[protected]:- I made this payment on 19-Apr-2016, I cpmplaint for the transaction failed issue the very same day, for which I got a mail that this will be resolved by 04-May-2016, nothing has happened till date, everytime I talk to customer care they just have to say that It will take 4-5 days, then they started saying it will take 7-8 days for it to get updated, today again I called up the customer care then he had nothing to say, he said he had given my complaint to back office, now I have to talk in back office to know its status. IGL has again generatd my bill and now it is of Rs/- 1700 some paise. Please let me know what if again I make an attempt to pay this bill and again the transaction gets failed do I have to repeat this whole process again, Am I suppose to take this as my primary job, leaving all my other things, IGL portal is most of the time down, many a times the customer care says that Our server is down we cant tell you anything at this time, why are you taking up the calls at a time when you cant help any one, and why are running this customer care when you cant help any customer on their complaints, you only direct cases sometimes to Back office and others to RK Puram branch. What kind of a service is this?
                            I am really very disappointed and tortured with this behaviour of IGL's customer care.

                              Corruption prevailinf in the offices of igl at dwarka.
                              At phone no. [protected], no one us ready to tell their name. When asked to solve problem they put phone on hold and laugh. Although this no is listed as emergency no in dwarka igl site.
                              Even after complete installation no one is coming to activate it for last 9 days.
                              No one is picking the phone at no. Provided by igl people who came fr testing that is[protected].
                              Highly corrupt unit.

                                  My name is anil jain, resident at 120, rps, first floor, dda flat, mansarovar park, shahdara- delhi-110 032. I applied for new gas line connection (Png) in june 2015 & paid rs 6000/- cheque & was honored in bank on aug 2015.

                                  My bp [protected] with igl. My problem is that the pine was fitted (Along with meter) but not connect with gas burner, due to copper tube not fixed in that.

                                  I had made several times complaint to the company but engineer/contact person came only two /three times & promised to fitted within a day, but not yet operated, the problems remains as it is. Since 9 months almost over, but no action has been taken to resolve the small issue.

                                  Kindly do the needful immediately, otherwise refund rs. 6000/-.

                                    This complaint is in regard to receiving of bill inspite of permanent disconnection of png connection.

                                    My bp no. Is [protected]. I made a request for pd (Permanent disconnection) with device removal via token no. [protected] and my connection was disconnected on 08th jan' 2016. At the time of pd reading of meter was 159 scm but igl send me bill for 240 scm.Also, when i contacted igl, i ahev not received any satisfactory reply from them.

                                    I want to know that if my device was permanently disconnected on 08/01/2016 with reading of 159 scm then how could igl sending me bill with reading of 240scm till april' 2016.

                                    BP _ [protected] Applied on 21st August, 2015 and Installation proposed within 7 days. Still no response. Customer Complaint - not working
