I got Piped Natural Gas / PNG connection from INDRAPRASTHA GAS LIMITED in my DDA Flat No. E-2/1/24, Sector -15, Rohini, Delhi but I have not consumed any Gas for the last 7 years ie since Jan 2009. due to my transfers outside Delhi.. But the company IGL is making invoices / Bills on assumed meter readings and charging me over Rs 400/ every month since Jan 2009. The IGL staff has not taken actual Meter Reading since Jan 2009 as the premises...

In reference to the subject mentioned above, it is to inform you that I had applied for a new gas connection for my govt. quarter H. No. H-367, Ground Floor, Sri Niwas Puri, New Delhi-110065 and the same was installed by the IGL team vide connection bearing no. (B.P. No.) [protected].
However, after some time it was observed that the flame was very much reduced. So, I registered complaints to the customer care...

This is regarding a New connection Ref No. [protected]

We have paid for LPG Gas Pipeline Connection almost 8 months back, survey has been done, but we are still waiting for the connection. Nobody has turned up for the connection inspite of several complaints during last 8 months.

Either give us a connection OR return our money back with last 8 months interest.

Please revert back for the same asap.br...

Sewer Pipe Line was damaged by the labour of IGL on 26 Dec 2015 and has not yet been repaired leading to spillage of waste. Inspite of repeated complaints to the Company no action is being initiated by the company to rectify the defect....

My b.p. no. is [protected], i have applied for new connection in month of sepember'2015, and my cheque of rs 6000/- was cleared on 5/10/15, but no action for installation was taken by IGL till jan'2016
now igl installation team is continuously harrasing us for installation and asking for bribe.
no response have been given by customer care number of igl

I received an inflated bill (BP NO: [protected]) of my gas pipeline few months ago and immediately I complained about the same. There was a leakage in the valve which was replaced by the team. I was ensured that the bill will be revised since the leakage was not due to my negligence. I have raised a complain twice with IGL regarding the leakage of inlet rubber gas pipe and have not heard back from IGL since a long time now. The leakage in the gas pipe has increased. Had I known that about this, I would have noted the complaint number (in case you are not able to find my complain record)

I never got the physical bill for my connection, when contacted on CC for that, they says that bill sent to your address as well as on your e-mail. when I checked my mail, there was a bill but address on e-bill was wrong. I contacted again CC for correction of address on bill, they says for this i have to visit head office (R K Puram) for this. Despite my complaints on phone to the customer care no. the mistake is not being corrected in the last three bills. The last complainti made was vide no. MKT[protected] DT. 13 .07 15. On this day the actual meter reading was 1223 but the bill was sent on higher reading on estimate basis. I was told it will be corrected and a revised bill will be sent. I have applied for a new connection in FEB’15. The application along with the payment details are as follows:

a. Application receipt no. 3998 dated 08/02/2015
b. Payment of Rs. 6000 made through Cheque no. 409622 dated 08/02/2015.

I am living in rented accommodation in AWHO, Greater Noida. Our landlord has got PNG installed in the house last year. We are using this facility but no bill has been generated till now. My BP No is [protected]. I have received a bill of 2458 INR. My only consumption for billing is 16 scm and the bill came for 97 scm. As per the IGL bill, The reading used for billing on[protected] is 337. However, the actual reading on[protected] is 256. The last billing taken was 240 scm. I registered complaint on IGL regarding my meter speed. I observed that my meter is running fast and the monthly gas consumption is way higher than my previous consumption.
