Dear Sir My invoice No is this[protected] & business partner No is this ([protected]) invoice date 14/12/2015 taking reading 1042.500 .This reading is wrong . actual reading is 901 on date 09/01/2016 so what i do. please resolve this problem and you know am face this problem almost last 2 year. 30/05/2015 actual reading 896 and showing 931 on bill. 04/11/2015 actual reading 898 and showing on bill 942. 05/12/2015 actual reading 901 and showing on bill 1010. No any update IGL department so what i do and when this problem solve . please let me know other wise i will take action .

    Dear Sir, Despite my repeated requests for connecting gas stove to PNG in ref of BP nos [protected] in the name RS GARG and [protected] in the name of Babita Garg for House no.11 & 12 sector 3 Karuna kunj Dwarka New Delhi 110078 to local Dealer of Dwarka, same has not been connected so far without any reason. Moreover at all contact nos prescribed by IGL at website, it is not possible to communicate the problem, these nos are either giving stereo type messages or going non responding or going busy. These facts can be verified by calling at all given contact nos list of IGL. Even the status of the case of applicant would not have been updated at IGL site by several of months. This fact can also be verified. If the system of so reputed company is like this then where the consumer will go for the remedy of his problem. Local Dealer from last One month after getting him contacted, speaks today you will get it done. After waiting entire day result is zero. Sir kindly ask at what ground they have not done so far and upto what time this will be done. Thanks and regards RS Garg [protected]

      Hi,

      I have raised a complain twice with IGL regarding the leakage of inlet rubber gas pipe and have not heard back from IGL since a long time now. The leakage in the gas pipe has increased. Had I known that about this, I would have noted the complaint number (in case you are not able to find my complain record)
      Please help me know in case anything worse happens due to the negligence if the IGL department. I would also be interested to know the total turnaround time to resolve such issues. It is the duty of the department to provide timely service to their customers, especially if they are paying for the service.

        Wrong address on bill

        I never got the physical bill for my connection, when contacted on CC for that, they says that bill sent to your address as well as on your e-mail. when I checked my mail, there was a bill but address on e-bill was wrong. I contacted again CC for correction of address on bill, they says for this i have to visit head office (R K Puram) for this. I don't have time to visit there for this. can some authorised person come to my address...

        Despite my complaints on phone to the customer care no. the mistake is not being corrected in the last three bills. The last complainti made was vide no. MKT[protected]  DT. 13 .07 15. On this day the actual meter reading was 1223 but the bill was sent on higher reading on estimate basis. I was told it will be corrected  and a revised bill will be sent. But the next bill too  did not correct it and reading was again shown still higher. Now I have seen the  bill on net  which shows meter reading as 1282 whereas the actual reading even today is only 1245. The height is that when the meter reader took the reading on 11./08  he wrote 1282 and the lady in the house pointed out to him why he was writing 1282 when ion that day it was actually 1242.           Reference POS[protected] Billdesk.com I paid my gas bill invoice No.[protected] dt Sep 08 2015 amounting to Rs 684.37 on 30 SEp 2015 through my SBI ATM CArd. payment successful and amount has been deducted from my SBI bank account. Now, (after one Month) I got gas bill which shows that i have not paid my bill 684.37. Why i have been charge double payment? please help me.

            I have applied for a new connection in FEB’15. The application along with the payment details are as follows:

            a. Application receipt no. 3998 dated 08/02/2015
            b. Payment of Rs. 6000 made through Cheque no. 409622 dated 08/02/2015.

            IGL has generated BP No. [protected] for my new conection in the Month of March 2015, even after 4 months, neither they have informed me nor Complaints have been answered. after many followup IGL executive have informed that there is not feasible to install connection. After that i made may request to refund of security money through online, telephone and letter i have used all the way neither they replied nor taken any action on the same.

            I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

              Sir, I was residing at W-184, Sector 12, Noida. I submitted my request to IGL, office at GAIL building, Noida on 26.10.2005 for disconnecting my png connection fitted at my residence.. My request was accepted and service No.[protected] was provided to me with an assurance that the connection will be disconnected within 2-3 days. However, the name of the person who was to visit the site is Mr. Rishi. I have spoken to the concerned person 2-3 times but nobody came to disconnect the line. I also spoke to Shri Mukes, Project Engineer who told me that it will take about 15 days. The complaint has not yet been attended. Since I have vacated the premises and shifted to C-118, Omicron-2, Greater Noida, it is requested that the final bill may kindly be prepared and sent to me at the above address. However, my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number is [protected] and security money may kindly be sent immediately.My S?B A/c No. is [protected] in State Bank of Patiala, New Delhi.                   I am living in rented accommodation in AWHO, Greater Noida. Our landlord has got PNG installed in the house last year. We are using this facility but no bill has been generated till now. I have tried calling all the numbers listed in IGL website but there is no response from amny of them. i have also written mails at the addresses, '[protected]@igl.co.in' and '[protected]@igl.co.in' but got no response. I have had some contact on the billing mobile number, but they ask for Business Partner number which was never provided. Unable to pay bills, and don't know when this would be generated, for how much. Meter reading has been taken 1-2 times by IGL personnel, but they don't have any clue about the bill.

                    Sir: I am fed up with IGL attitude and their non-customer oriented behavior is causing lot of tension for this senior citizen aged about 67 years. I had to leave Delhi and in Chennai now. I have got the above connection in my name. I have paid their estimated invoice upto meter reading 786.91 vide their invoice no.[protected] dated 28/2/2015 for Rs.853.72 which was paid in time and they have acknowledged receipt of this payment in their next bill too which was in their invoice no.[protected] dt. 29/5 for Rs. 1121.22 for the reading from 786.91 to 805.32.I have been making online complain saying the last reading was 793. and I have been asking them for the bill for units 793-786 = 7. This reading was also confirmed vide IGL Modification Receipt no.184660 dt.18.07.2015 where it is clearly mentioned last reading as 793.168 issued by Rajiv of IGL and disconnected the connection temporarily @ Rs.99/- per month. Will you please kind enough to take up the matter and resolve the issue once for all. This company has no proper coordination and are issuing invoice after invoice without verifying customers complaint and their own records.                       My BP No is [protected]. I have received a bill of 2458 INR. My only consumption for billing is 16 scm and the bill came for 97 scm. As per the IGL bill, The reading used for billing on[protected] is 337. However, the actual reading on[protected] is 256. The last billing taken was 240 scm. I tried customer care no[protected] but no answer. I have written the emails to customer support but no one cared to reply.

                        PNG Meter running fast

                        I registered complaint on IGL regarding my meter speed. I observed that my meter is running fast and the monthly gas consumption is way higher than my previous consumption. I had used one cylinder per month before I opted PNG connection and that volume used to be more than enough.                           Hello This is to bring to the notice of the right authorities the problem we have been facing with the billing since the last few months and after umpteen complaints on your website have not seen any resolution to the same till date. Complaint have been registered on your site on (screenshots enclosed below) 1. May 2, 2014 2. July 16, 2014 3. Aug 27, 2014 4. Sep 25, 2014 5. Oct 13, 2014 The gas consumption is almost nil at our end on account of my parents travelling extensively and being out of the town, however the bills being populated are just showing estimated readings based on the last reading and not the actual readings. After multiple calls and request to your call center we even asked for a person to visit our home to take the correct reading and the visit happened on Aug 11, 2014 (BP No: [protected], S.No: 113673) The person confirmed us that the following bill will show the corrected reading however even after two months still the bills we are receiving are inflated bills and you are expecting us to pay the same. Even the latest bill is an inflated bill and not true representation of the readings. The complaint status on your website just show the status as "CLOSED", please help us understand what does it truly mean? I am writing this mail with the hope that we will get the bill denoting the right reading and the corrected payment, this will also enable us to pay the right amount hereon. Also, I am hopeful that you will look into the same with utmost urgency, else I will have no option but to escalate your negligience to the right authorities and the consumer forum for the redressal of my complaint and the appropriate compensation. Mail again sent on Sep 22, 2015 to the customer care.. This is in continuance to the mail below. After the mail below, few more complaints have been registered on your website however to no effect. We have also requested for special readings, however the truth is even after numerous complaints, special readings the correct bills are not generated. We even sent the screenshot of the correct reading (attached below) also to the watsapp number which your personnel happily sticks outside the home. I am unable to understand why these mails are not looked into or any action taken from your end. FOR WHAT IS CUSTOMER CARE FOR??? And after all this we get a letter from IGL No: IGL/MKTG/OP-4865 toward disconnection of gas supply if we do not pay the pending amount. Has anybody at your end bothered to verify that the amount being charged to us is not the right amount and bill is overcharged. Your Additional managers are competent to send the disconnection notices but not willing to look into complaints not for a month but since 2 years. Please help me understand why should I not file an official complaint in consumer forum and put this complaint on your social pages. I await a quick action from your end to rectify the billing once for all and please set your systems and calculation methods right. PLEASE GENERATE THE RIGHT BILLS. Reading taken by Mr Babul on Sep 24 shows meter reading as 1226, will I get the right bill and will my future bills not be populted on an estimate?? Set your algorithms right..

                            This was the application I had written to PNG Sir, I had applied for png connection on 14th March 2015, My reference no. is [protected]. Thereafter I deposited the cheque no.689775 on 30/3/2015 which was cleared. I received the BP no. ( [protected]) on 29/5/15. Till date we have not got the installation done at our place, whereby the connections in our neighbouring houses have been undertaken though they had registered days after us. On enquiry we came to know that there is no connecting pole in our building In this regard we had requested for pole installation on 27/7/2015 . We were assured that the pole(tf) would be installed within a week. your customer care no. is unresponsive.Not once in last 20 days I was able to make the call even I tried more than 10 times daily. Once or twice luckily when connected to your customer care no. earlier I was told that my request is under process and 90 days have not been passed from the issue of BP no. In this regard I would like to clear that now since 90 days have passed what procedure would be followed. I have regularly sent the emails also. (17 july 2015, 31st july, 3rd Aug, 25th Aug, 7th Sept) to no avail. On 10th sept I received a visit from your side but was given a phone no. of CGO control room to contact. On calling I was told to visit R.K.Puram office. What was the purpose of the visit and why I am I required to visit any office. This is all consumer harrassment., I had simply applied for the png connection and had deposited the cheque when my premises was approved for connection.I was not aware what a TF is and whether our building had a TF or not. On what basis the approval was made and cheque approved .If there was any this kind of requirement why was not the tf installed immediately when my approval was sanctioned.                               Bill payment was due on 22 Sept but Bill Amount of Rs.456.25 was paid on 19 Sept. The amount has not yet been credited to my payment history. Consumer Care has been E-Mailed 6 times giving full details of Bank Ref no. Nodal officer was also contacted. App Auth Mr Ashim also been contacted. Mr Rajinder PA of Sh Narender Kumar CEO been reported.

                                Subject : BP No [protected] – Complaint for Non-Compliance Sir, I have applied for new connection on 21st August, 2015, and waiting for the connection, even after completion of all the formalities. I have contacted your office at RK Puram on 8th September, 2015 for the same and got ticket no [protected]. I had contacted your Push Vihar Office over telephone on 10th September, 2015, after a lot of request over phone. In this process I had contact and meet Mr. Asis, Mr. Akhilesh, Mr. Rajat, Mr. Ram Kumar, Mr. Ram Rajya and got lot of harassment after talking them. I had contact on Phone at [protected], 64735996, 64735997, [protected], [protected]. All the times got different response and different type of excuses. Now I have arranged a Gas Cylinder and other accessories. I have also taken a audio clip with pre-information to Mr. Asis at IGL office and shared this with different communication media. Your Pushpa Vihar office people misbehaved with me.

Secondly, There was a leakage in the pipeline because of that the bill is not correct. The leakage issue was rectified on 20 sep 2015. Third is that non of the customer support no. is working.                                   I am regularly paying my bills raised against my using png for domestic use . i was out of station for two months of july & august 2015 during which no png was used by me yet i received the estimated inflated invoices for these months.I also received a letter no. IGL/MKTG/OP- 656 Dated 21.07.2015 for overdue outstanding payment of Rs.653.47 towards PNG invoices., though i paid this outstanding amount vide cheque no.024532 dated 03.09.2015 for this outstanding amount.To my dismay i received another invoice no.[protected] dated 10/10/2015 for Rs 1100.27 which includes the above outstanding due amount of Rs653.47 though paid by me as stated above.I am having present reading of png502 units as on today the 21/09/201 5 whereas the reading of507.24 units has been shown in this invoice as on 31.08.2015.Iam paying this due amountof rs 412.16 shown in this present invoice vide cheque no.024535 dated 21/09/2015.Irequest therefore to set right your records against my name and issue a correct invoice in future based on actual consumption of png as per meter reading.
