Not repairing the dug road after laying gas pipeline

Respected Sir /madam,
I am resident of Mohan Nagar colony, Pilkhuwa.
Few months back road was dug around my house for laying new gas pipeline, but after laying pipeline they contractor left road unrepaired around my house .This is causing problem not only to us but also other residents.The unrepaired road can cause accident in future .Please take action asap.

Hi There,
I had applied for new PNG connection on 5th Sept'2022 along with paid connection & security deposits for my home in Munirka DDA Flats, New Delhi.

However, without site survey they blindly gave me upto 90 days timeline for feasibility check site survey for new pipeline intallation, wherein there is already existing active connections are in my building and it just required 5m of pipe installation (between existing line and my kitchen).

Since then, no one called or visited for site survey and now the installation team (Mr. Manveer @ [protected]) directly came on 25th Nov'22 (AFTER 81 Days) and completed the new 5-meter pipeline installation within 30 minutes and asked for tip money?

Further, I told them to first complete the installation, so he told that other team will come in 1-2 days to activate the connection (after he submit the installation report) and went away.

However, this guy Manveer didn't submit my installation report in office for next over a week, (because he didn't get tip from me)!!

Now since then I am following with the IPL call centre and waiting for the PNG connection for activation.

THIS IS PATHETIC Service Experience from IGL, as they have lingered this small 1-hour installation job for over 3 MONTHS and I am still waiting for installation team to activate my connection!!!, which has costed me addition Rs. 3000 to refill 3 LPG cylinders in past 100 Days.

Please Escalate the IGL higher authorities to see how slow and money driven installation team they have.

    I am resident of mohan nagar colony Pilkhuwa -245304.Road digging was done in our colony many months back but after laying pipeline repairing part was left undone.Huge cracks and potholes in road can cause accident.
    Please do the needful to complete repairing work ASAP.

      Its been more than 5 months my premise has got fixed with the fuel pipeline, meter and everything is fixed till my kitchen. Even after several phone calls, email exchange WhatsApp conversation my connection has not started as yet.

      Can someone help me!

            No one has visited our house for meter reading one time one guy called Prashant called that our house is locked and send picture for meter reading in Oct last month. Now I m checking online billing amount is 1000 how come we paid last month 700 rs how come suddenly this billing amount adjusted when no one has tacked the meters reading
            How the bill calculate in which parameters

              It’s really shame for IGL. As I am requesting all to activate the connection and no one is consisting or taking responsible to activate the connection .
              Every one is making excuses for this
              I am feeling ashamed of being a customer for igl where there employes are not doing there job seriously
              Send several mails and contacted several executives for the activation but no one taking the issue seriouslly

                Why there is new Additional Consumption SD Amount of Rs. 500 added in my current bill period 02-Sep-2022 till 04-Nov-2022.
                When I called customer care, they told me that it's based on your last one year avg. consumption amount 1250.

                Additional Consumption SD Amount - unwanted

                I want to raise the complaint against IGL.
                Why there is new Additional Consumption SD Amount of Rs. 500 added in my current bill - period 02-Sep-2022 till 04-Nov-2022.
                When I called customer care, they told me that it's based on your last one year avg. consumption amount greater than 1250.
                They have calculated the same for the last year period 23-Jun-2021 till 01-JUL-2022 with the highest unit price at that time i.e....

                I want to raise the complaint against IGL as they are looting customer in the name of security deposit every year if customer bill is above 1500 inr, although i have paid initial security of 6000 inr back in 2011 so ideally on compound bank interest the amount must be now above 12000 inr with them. And the catch is the unit consumption has not increased but the unit price has increased more than doubled(from 26 inr/unit to 55 inr/unit) but they have kept the logic of bill above 1500 which ideally should be increased as price of png has increased more than double. So this way they are looting 500 inr every year. I would request everyone to file complaint against IGL on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in to take some strict action against them. Please all the victim of IGL should complaint on this link and we may unite to do legal action because i know no individual will do case for 500 inr but 500 people can do case for these kind of scam against IGL. my yash.[protected]@gmail.com to connect

                    Re:- High bill due to leakage outside in BP No [protected]

                    I have been using your Gas services from last few months and average Rs500/ (approximately) comes which we regularly pay.

                    But for period 05.7.2022 to 8.09.2022, we received abnormally high amount bill of Rs 3648.71, alerted by high bill, we raised ticket for gas leakage . which was attended your technician who found gas leakage in Knob just after meter which is installed outside the kitchen. Leakage was closed vide ticket no [protected] by your technician.

                    However High bill correction ticket was also opened vide ticket number [protected].
                    I regret to inform you that high bill raised due to leakage outside kitchen has not been attended and corrected.

                    Now I request you to please correct the bill based on average use, and raise corrected bill so we pay the bill immediately.

                      My BP No. [protected], I disconnected my connection and I received my final bill but they did not adjust my security deposit against my final bill. I raised at least 7 complaints but none got resolved and all kept saying it will be adjusted and the next day the ticket was closed. My current bill is around 5722 and my security deposit is 5500, I want to pay the remaining amount after the adjustment of the security deposit.

                          Yesterday i received Call from Mobile Number-[protected] -Name Shiva Tyagi, he asked to send me Meter Picture for Making Meter Bill, giving excuse of Lock available at My Home, however we were at Home. They pretend for visiting home and give False reasons and over phone he misbehaved. My Humble request please look in to matter and make a process so that these misbehaving shall not be repeated to other citizens also. If Picture is allowed than why you are using money for sending these people. Give a portal on which consumer can upload there reading and or pictures to avoid misbehaves.

                              Sir, my name is Kavita Goyal and residing at B-89, Second floor, gulmohar park, new delhi. We had lodged service request (service ticket no. [protected]) for re-connection of gas connection which was disconnected due to kitchen repair work. Before this, we had lodged two service requests but the same were closed without doing the needful.

                              This time, service request was attended on 28.10.2022 but with extremely poor quality as per details given below:-
                              (i) while clamping the pipe line, our water pipeline to geyser installed in kitchen was damaged due to poor drilling, now there is continuous seepage from it and has to be get repaired by breaking the newly installed tiles.
                              (ii) The IGL gas meter is damaged and now leaking. This has to be replaced.
                              (iii) Copper pipelines which was installed earlier and the charges for which was borne by us earlier, was replaced by new one and new bill of Rs. 2000 raised for new one. old copper pipes were taken away by IGL workers without any reasons and in spite of our objection.

                              It is a serious matter and reflect poor service quality standard of persons involved and employed by IGL as well as reflect adversely on honesty and integrity of staff.

                              it is requested to look into this matter and do the needful including compensating us for the loss caused to us.

                                IGL has added an incorrect amount of INR 500 in the bill which I have already paid.

                                This amount was added in the bill without any prior notification or consent. I have called and raised a complaint multiple times. Every time, they say that it would be resolved soon but nothing happens. Disgusting customer service to say the least!

                                The BP number is [protected] and the complaint number is 32775.

                                  Dear Sir/madam,

                                  We would like to inform you that on 30th September 2022, we have mailed you for changes and corrections in your bill, in which we have also given the photo of the meter reading. In response to which you issued us a ticket number [protected] on 01 October 2022 and asked for 10 days time. But our problem remains as it is. Today, even after 28 days have passed, only the ticket number is issued by your executive. We are very upset with this process. This is not the way and you make foolish consumers. You are again requested to look into our problem.
