I am new IGL customer (BP No.[protected]). IGL team has installed new meter in my kitchen such a way that I am not able to open shelf door. The door of shelf always hitting copper pipe & chances of leakage always there. When they guys installed it at the same time we told them but they said we will change it later on. Road damaged during installation

Your team in order to provide gas pipeline service to some flats in the building has ruined the road in front of our building for months now. This is the case with multiple roads across the area. Non payment of interest on Security Deposit

BP No [protected] and [protected]
IGL supplying PNG in Delhi is not paying any interest on Security Deposits of Rs 6000/- for each connection.

On the other hand a similar company BSES supplying electricity in Delhi is regularly paying accrued interest from time to time by adjusting interest amounts in monthly bills

It is unjustiable before Law

VAT and GST Charges

IGL supplying PNG in Delhi is charging Vat @ 5% on physical sales /consumption of PNG gas where as In case of NO consumption of gas, GST @ 18% is being charged on minmum chargeable amounts (less than 4 SCM).
It is unjustifiable before Law

Not getting Bill in email

I have requested for sending my bill through email: . But I am not getting hard copy bill as well as bills through email.
Evry time when I receive reminder, I immediately pay the bill amount with fine. Because of not getting bill at all, I am not able to pay the bill before due date. Please arrange to send the bills through email regularly.

Discrepancies in IGL billing regarding

Sir, I have paid IGL bill rs 2510 on 13 sep, 2022. On 05 Oct, 2022 I have received bill rs 3384, it is too much as per my gas consumption. Further it is informed that no one from IGL come to my house for reading. They rendumly generate the bill approxmetaly and sending to customers. Please look into the matter and resolved my complaint and send me genuine bill please....

About leniency of company

I had contacted with igl company again and they sended a worker named Ashish again and they always say that they will come in few days for connection. It's being 20 days they had done with connection outside but they are not doing connection at home....

Gas leakage in pipeline in lane

Our neighbours EG-6, inderpuri, new delhi, seems to have a leakage problem. When we open our rear door, we find pungent smell coming. Kindly get it checked. We don't have pipeline gas in our house....

This is to state that I am the owner of the Flat no. 883, sec 14 pkt 1 Dwarka which is under construction. I found that IGL pipes are blocking the way in construction. Due to safety and security purpose of labour, I request you to get the pipes removed as early as possible, so that labour can proceed the work.

Extra bill

The bill is coming higher and higher every time

Only talk and no action

My bp no is [protected]. I had applied for connection in the month of April. The connection was supposed to be done within 3 months. It’s been 6 months yet there is no sign of connection . This is not accepted from a reputed company like igl. We have made repeated complaints but the problem is resolved without giving solution n ticket is closed automatically....

Unauthorised change of gas pipe

Hi
This is SU-191, Pitampura, Delhi 110034.
Two days back, 3 people came to our house to change the orange pipe in kitchen, saying they are from IGL and have been instructed to check the orange pipes and change them if necessary. Hence, we let them change our pipe.
However, we are certain that they were fake. Such people have been doing rounds near our block for a few days. But they don't have valid ID and run when asked...

IGL pipeline (BP No) connected to wrong House No

Have been complaining about wrong IGL (BP NO [protected]) gas connection to the customer 4 times since June 2022, and generated a ticket every time we made complaint (we have the tickets record in mail). We were told the BP No is connected to our house, but we have to repeatedly tell them that our house is not connected and requested them to come and see for themselves and provide the pipeline asap.
