I have deposited a sum of rupees 5000/= for a PNG conncection in March 2009. Fitting of pipe line has been done in July/August. at the time of fitting your executive has told me that no extra piline has fitted in your home.

In response to this the contractor Tractbel Engineering approached us for installation in October 2009, they were told that we require the Gas Meters on the outer wall of kitchen (which is in covered accessible secure area) and since we have the Gas Hobs fitted on cooking slabs with gas...
I sudhir jain, a resident of Block A-11/F-I, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110096 got myself registered with IGL for PNG connection on 13.12.08 by depositing an amount of Rs.5,000/- vide cheque No.252054 dated 13.12.08 drawn on PNB with an assurance to get the supply within two months. Almost a time period of 3 and half months is going to be over but I did not hear anything from the authorities. Also tried to contact IGL control/complaint rooms...

I have already made payment vide check no.329217 dt 15/2/2009 of amount Rs. 5000 which was booked through yog maya and company AD-9A power appartment pitam pura, but till date i have no information regarding installation of this connection at my residance which is I-20 SAI APPARTMENT SECTOR-13 ROHINI....

We have submitted the sum of Rs.5000/- with Yog Maya & company in the month of december and till today we are just getting delay in the connection. We have tried to get in touch with the senior officials in IGL, R.K.Puram office and they are just giving us work around that need to contact the JE and contractor. Also those people are not giving any satisfactory answer.

We gave Rs 5300/- for new PNG connection to IGL on January 27th, 2009 and was promised the connection within 30 - 45 days.
After waiting for two full months, we got back to them enquiring about the status of the connection as nothing had happened till then. Then within couple of days, the pipeline was fixed and nothing happened. We called up again after a week and then the metre was installed. The mechanics said...

i am a resident of Dwarka sector 4 . IGL company which provides bio-gas to households has dug-up the footpath all along the service-lane on the main road to lay down some lines. they haven't restored the condition of the footpath to walking condition. it is in a very horrible condition and waling has become impossible.
i hope you will do something for it and help restore the footpaths...
I am a CNG user and drive an eco fuel car.Now, you would appreciate that when it is a petrol car and you intend to fill the fuel, you normally use currency conventions, as in filling 500/= or 1000/= fuel an so there is no direct loss of consumer.
In the case of CNG, generally the consumers go for filling upto the capacity as it saves time and also the cost of filling a 12 Kg clylinder is never above 225...
