Hi, this is bala from new delhi.
I am using indulekha bringha selfie bottle hair oil from since one year.

Recently i bout two bottles for rs. 599 thorough amazon (Attached) and i received the parcel on 26th february 2019. When i opened seal am surprise to see a leakage on outside yellow sticker, and main point is that smell is different. I am suspecting that this is 100% duplicate products selling by the amazon

Am worried about product is genuine or not

Please take an action earliest, how amazonable to give.

When I opened seal am surprise to see a leakage on outside yellow sticker, and main point is that SMELL is different. I am suspecting that this is 100% duplicate products selling by the Sanpdeal.

Am worried about Product is Genuine or not

Please take an action earliest, how snapdeal able to give three bottle at the rate of Rs.382/.. Mainly it affects the original quality of the Indulekha Bringha Selfie Bottle Hair Oil.

Please do necessary actions immediately…

Dear indulekha your tutorial pamplet which comes inside the indulekha bringha oil has mistake in print of haifall before and after use
The print has a mistake which is before use there are more hair and after use there are less hair
So i have the stress that my hair would not lose like the print
So please do something about it

Kindly get in action now your product is sold on snapdeal by making a copy / fake / fraud in very cheap rates 300ml for just rs. 376 as a blockbuster deal. I was was the victim of the same when i received the order product from snapdeal (Indulekha bringha selfie 3 bottles100ml each in just 376/-)

Kindly request you to be alert it's 100% fake product sold on snapdeal on your name of brand.

I have purchased indulekha 3x100ml for 375 rupees from snapdeal and received fake oil as its easy for me to identify because i am using original indulekha since years.

Fake oil is very much light where original is bit thick
Fake oil smells like camphor
Printing in bold in fake and images having slight difference.

Your product is been sold on snapdeal and it look totally same from packing and the botes structure, but it is a duplicate one. The quality of it is very cheap, its fragrance, density & colour is different and which is very low in quality and its usage is giving a unpleasant reaction. Snapdeal is selling 'indulekha bringha oil' in a pack of three at a price of ₹350, where as single quantity of it have an mrp of ₹432 by which people are getting attracted and purchase it from snapdeal, this is giving a very terrible impact on your brand name. I request you to take a copy right action against snapdeal.

We're regular consumers of indulekha oil. Seeing an offer price, i ordered for them. The product snapdeal brought me was of inferior quality. They'r useless.
It's fraud. Don't they wanna go on online sales? That they cheat like this?
Who of indulekha and snapdeal is responsible for this?

The product snapdeal brought differ from the original one i bought from a medical shop, in terms of color, odour and viscosity, and freezing point.

Original oil is frozen at 17°c, but the fake oil doesn't.

I ordered indulekha from snap deal but when we receive the order we realized that the colour quality and smell of the oil is very different and duplicate i think this is done by snapdeal for spoiling the reputation of indulekha or after seeing the complaints also indulekha company is not taking any action then they may also be part of this fraud if they really mean for customers satisfaction then there must be some action taken by indulekha oil but they are also supporting the fake product because of this one day the oil will be banned

Sir mene indulekha hair oil 6 month se use kar rha hu per mene amazon se mangwaya tha usme pani mila hua h aur dusri bar mene medicine shop se leke aaya hu usme bhi pani mila hua h aur uski smell bhi change h mere pas pahle ki bottle bhi rakhi hui h aur use mene aadha hi use kiya h aaj hi dusri bottle leke aaya hu wo bhi muje bekar lag rha h aapke oil pahale gaada aata tha ab pata nhi kesa aa rha h

I have brought indulekha oil from snap deal. It was absolutely a fake product. So upset about snap deal. Selling fake product. Smell, colour and quality of the product is inferior. Kindly pay attention to these complaint. People order these hair oil in the hope that their hair fall get treated. But what that actually happens is vice versa. This affect the market value of the product more over it will result in loss of trust in brand and in delivery partners. Please do the necessary.

Please confirm the authenticity of indulekha bhringa hair oil product sold by snapdeal. They are selling a 100 ml bottle for more than 50% off which i bought trusting the product. However, i suspect the aroma, color and consistency of the oil. If they are really selling the product with brand name of indulekha and hindustan unilever, it's an unacceptable cheating especially when dealing with helath related products. Of course the promotion by snapdeal is also attracting customers. Again, if this is fake all the costomers who are buying this are being bluffed. But, if this is an original product, snapdeal deserves appreciation. However, please in this regard.

I have ordered indulekha bringha oil from amazon on 25/10/2018 and i have got my product on 29/10/2018. As i am a regular user of indulekha bringha oil since 1 year, but when i open the pack i found some change in bottle and smell is of coconut oil and colour of oil is changed.
Then i call to the helpline number no responce from there.
Kindly suggest what should i do.
Solve my problem asap.

I ordered pack of 2 indulekha selfie bottle from amazon on 19 nov 2018 and when i received it on 24nov 2018.. I found it not genuine one. Its smell is different from previous one. I have been using this oil for a year. I want this pack to return and get refund.

I ordered indulekha bringha selfie bottle hair oil 100 ml each pack of 3 for 473rs from snapdeal portal, as i was not able to get it from nearby markets so made an online purchase with this unbelievable offer but after receiving the order within a minute i realized its not the original one as i am regular user of indulekha products, and they works. I know how the original product looks and smells like. Bottle is different, smell is different, packaging differs. You people making fool out of your customer which should not be done. And for the same thing i can approch to the consumer courts for the fraud thing your are doing shamelessly to the loyal customers of snapdeal. Snapdeal is also liable for an end and i ask snapdeal to stop continuing with the fraud sellers who just want to make money and dont even care for people's health who ordered this is certainly suffering, but getting duplicate products which can worsen the condition. But why these people would care, they are looking for short cuts to become billionaire. But indulekha company must look into the matter asap, this thing is going to varnish you from the market very soon because loyal consumers are getting cheated and you dont even care for your consumers as well as your brand name.

I have ordered this oil from Paytm Mall. Got fake product.smell is totally different and leakage is there in bottle.I am feeling cheated and expensive.
There is no return policy too.Have a check on sellers supplying duplicate products...want my money back.

I received call from unknown person saying that he is a snap deal worker and said that my recent order "id: [protected]" has been selected in lucky draw and lucky draw is tata safri car :-). And i need to pay rs 5000 as registration fee.
He also shared his snap deal id details, adar card details and also account (A/c=[protected], ifsc=sbi0001240) details for transferring the money please let me know if this is fake news if so i request you to take proper action on the person who is trying to cheat the snap deal customers.

I opened indulekha oil after some days. This oil is not a indulekha oil, it is duplicated oil. I contacted flipkart from there are telling return time is over so they can't help now but this product non returnable already. There are so many complaints on flipkart. Flipkart seller sell duplicate products from long time.

Hii.. Sir i buy indulekha oil from snapdeal.. But this is total a fake duplicate products... I regret to say you pls you take a legal action as like this snapdeal seller.
