Sir/ Madam
Myself KM Udayakumar RC owner of KL 49J9154 swift (automatic ). I have given my car for an overall service at Indus Motors, Kannadi, Palakkad on 01.08.2022. The team informed they have changed all oils, filters etc and it costs around Rs. 7600/-. But after the service the car ( with in two - three days ) is automatically getting OFF while driving and its showing Transaxial Errors. As enquired to showroom they adviced to bring the car to show room and they have checked the same through scanner. They informed that the oil level in the automatic system was low and it showing as replacement and will cost around Rs. 80000. With great disappointment and dissatisfaction iam writing this mail. Till now (25 days) the car is in the showroom and they are telling that they are waiting for the report to come. It was my first experience from the Indus. While giving for service we keep a trust in you. But in this situation all the trust and ceredibility is losing. Please consider this a request and kindly do the needfull.

    I purchased a Wagner zxi+ from indus motors, Mananthavadiy in last month. But i am sorry to say that from KALPETTA truevalue they charged 5000 rs for rear camara.. Unfortunately it was worthless to the amount no night vision. And sadly neither indus executive or accessories incharge take responsibility for it so far. Plz make the arrangement unless we another step against the company.. Either repalce it or refund

      Hi, I brought a new Baleno on last month. I booked my first service for last monday. But they didn't come to take my car. Anyway they came today. They take my car for servicing. There was a steering cover, they didn't stitch that, Then they told me they will give mud flap, they didn't give me. I think they are trying to catch CUSTOMERs using lies. Otherwise I have lots of service CENTER near to my home. I believe them. And also I told them my Android connectivity not working. They didn't give any information abou that. I'm a CUSTOMER of Indus for last 6 years. This is the first time I'm facing this kind of ### experience

        Indus service center in kattappana has offered us several services by taking an insurance. They told you can avail this offer at any indus service centre within nine months. And needn't to take any paid services it's completely free. When we reached to take this offer they told you cannot redeem this offer without taking a periodic service. They are cheating customers by making them fools.

          We bought a car on February 2022 from indus motors perambra, kozhikode...at the time of delivery they told that outer cover will be freely provided and yet now no cover is being provided...we oftenly contacted the dealers they told will provide it sooner...it has been 5 months since we bought the vehicle no cover is being provided...i are in need of cover as the vehicle is exposed to rain... we request you to provide outer cover either for free or for its cost...hope our complaint will be solved sooner as possible... thank you

            Indus Motors, Kumarapuram, Service — Unsatisfactory Service (Wheel Cup Missing)

            They misplaced my Baleno's wheel cup, i have reminded then via whatsup that please tie the wheel cup even before they started the washing.
            The irony is that the wash coupon i used was give to me by their executive because of another service fault they made.. So i am not exp[ecting anything less from them. But the most iritating things is that they dont even care that the wheel cup is missing because of them..
            Really pathetic and unprofessional servive from Indus.

              With reference cited above, I had availed a service package worth Rs.11000/- for my above mentioned vehicle in 2019 March, it was for a period of 3years or 60, 000 km, but due to the then prevailing covid restrictions, I could not complete the 60, 000/-km and I was informed from your Indus motors, Mallappally, Kerala outlet that I cannot avail the above service benefit as the stipulated period of 3 years had expired on the 15th of March.
              As a customer I had not faultered in my periodic service of my vehicle till to this day. Taking this into consideration and the conditions that prevailed, I request you to kindly reinstate my package benefit because my service is coming due.

                        Have to booked a XL6 zeta Manual white. Booked on Dec 23 2021. They gave me delivery date on feb 17th finally. Loan due started on Feb 7th. And i have to contacted Kerala Regional Head [censored] Pranav. Response was bad behaviour. So i want complaint against Indus Motors. I hope you will give a good response as soon as possible. If I didn't receive my vehicle on Monday I will charge a case against you.

                            Its been 11 months past that i filed a complaint against the cheating case done by mettukkada service centre..i called kumarapuram service manager 2 days ago and i ask him for the resolution but he wont call me back till now.so I am going to file a criminal case soon..because i cant receive a satisfactory reply from any of the authorities..so this mail is to inform the autority about my decision.i am attatching my already...

                            I booked my wagonR on 9th jan 2022.The sales executive promised me to handover the car after 15 days. After that i paid 30k and within 2 weeks i paid the whole amount rs 6.47lakhs. Then i called him often to fasten up the delivery. He always ensure different dates for delivery but he did nothing for that and i also contacted the manager of kumbazha. As far as there is no response from the manager also. The sale executive promised me that the delivery date could be 10/02/2022.Today the friend of mine from RTO contacted me and asking for the invoice. I frequently contacted the exective for the invoice.I waited there for 1 hour then i get a invoice.Then the RTO officer told me that the car delivery may be in next week
                            My daughter marriage is on feb 14. I booked this for gifting my daughter.Your irresponsible behavior disappointed me as well.I regret for selecting you for my daughter big day.I never gonna buy any car from indus motors.

                              I ve been serviced my Maruti Wagon R at Indus Workshop Venpalavattam Trivandrum yesterday. I was once disappointed over the bad service of Indus. And later services have been done in Popular.

                              For last some days Indus executive called me and asked to give car to service at their workshop. I gave it yesterday. They promised that I ve eligible for some discount. The executive came to take the car and the service adviser also assured the same. They quoted an amount below 4800+175 for the service.

                              When the time of billling they told that am not eligible for any discount, and I ve to pay an amount of 10298.00. I gave the amount. I feel this is cheating. Before the last time, after the service I found serious issues with my car. When I told about them, They didnt consider it serious.

                              This is the second time I m disappointed of the Indus Workshop. I really felt the incident was some sort of cheating.

                                I have purchased Brezza VXI from Indus kanjirapally. They promised me 17.5 km/ltr. Unfortunately I am getting only 8.75km /ltr. So many times I have raised this issue to kanjirapally and Kottayam service centers. Finally they said after 10000 km service the situation will improve but still the same.
                                Please take an immediate action to solve this issue.

                                  Swift car cancellation money not refunded

                                  I have booked swift vxi on last November 9 with an amount Rs 3000. Later due to some financial problem I have cancelled the booking but they were not given me receipt for my booking and after my cancellation they were not refunded my money. I am waiting more than one week for the money still they are not responding and I didn't got my money...
