Good evening
I am very disappointed with the service of Maruti Indus Pala.My father and my brother booked Maruti Vitara Bressa VXI on October 21st.Got booking confirmation on 30th October .On 8 th November Ioan Sanctioned and bank transferred the loan on 9th November.On December 1 st we have to pay the first installment of our loan.Until now we didn’t receive our booked Maruti Vitara Bressa. I don’t know why they are showing this much irresponsibility.Each day they are telling each reasons to delay the delivery.My parents are old and they cannot argue with them.I hope Maruti Indus company will take necessary action upon this.Yesterday on 26th they called my father and told on 27 th November evening they will deliver the vehicle.When he reached there only new staff was present there and the one who informed my father was not present.After booking I checked the company reviews.That was not satisfied. For my parents Pala showroom is nearby that is the only reason they booked vehicle there.Hereafter I never recommend to my friends or relatives Maruti Indus Pala .

KL59B7385 RITZ Vxi was exchanged against new S Cross zeta. All services regarding exchange and purchase were good. But the old car is still under my ownership. Do necessary to change the ownership

I have a complaint 1 month before I booked for a alto rupees 30000 at indus motors kottachery, kanhangad. Because of finance problem I cancelled my order. But still I couldn't get refund 30000. I need my money back immediately.

Complaint regarding the delivery of baleno delta cvt, booked the same and paid all the amount prior a week and delivery of the same is not carried out on the mentioned time and its keep on increasing.

Respected sir i have booked maruti breeza ZXI Plus dual tone from kerala, kilimanoor, on 18/08/2021. Dealer said within 1 month your car will be delivered. But after crossing of two months he cant give a reply satisfactory.

I registered a delivery complaint.but still not clear my complaint.very careless behive.very bad service in vadakara.too much service mistakes.i already informed custemer service manager, regional head, regional manager and wm.but still not clear..i has all recorded screen short.its not a toy car you know.so i want to clear my all compaints within 5 days.

Brand new swift 2021 full tyre bulging
Me traval to my family highway thrissur 1 tyre otomatic side cutt pancher I told to Indus company.. But not probblm solved.. Indus working Manger told me all rejected in appolo companies

I have already registered a complaint about my infotainment system in my swift car (KL 34 G 5045) . Its now 3 weeks and still my issue is not solved. Every time the corresponding person extending the dates.

The steering does not self center itself. 4 days I already given for indus maruthy service center, sarathy jn, kollam Kerala to rectify the faulty steering. Now they are saying only baleno had the return function.it was there when I purchased the car but they said it will eventually become normal but still after 25k km, it remains same.

Fog problam

I booked a brezza before 3 weeks advance payment done. Veh reached the yard on 1 Sep. Rest payment did through a firm yesterday, the firm informed me the payment is done you can check it with the showroom. I spoke with Mr Biju Paul for confirming this @ 4.30 PM yesterday, but he told he is busy with a meeting I will informing you on monday 11 AM! He was not responded any of my whatsapp messages from the starting. There was no staff detailed...

Battery getting drained out after 5 months purchase due to internal electric circuits

Sir I booked an ecco car from kattappana unit from July last week but still the not delivered my car .now they are not picking up my call and not responding we are so embarrassed and depressed because begining the promised us that they deliver our car within 10 days now it's more than one month is over I'm very sad to inform u about the bad survice

During the booking of car, a corporate NRI offer of Rs. 4000 was promised. But later they're denying the same citing unwanted document mismatches. Purposefully denying the offers and not even ready to solve from customer side.

Yesterday after my service of my car tge gear nob is getting broken and the radiator tubes, nut and bolts vere missing.
When i ask about it they said it was like you given.
And also a bad service.
Many insulation were not perfect.
They not put even a insulation tape on it.

I had purchased KL830030 on 01 Jul 21. The windshield of the car is fading during night journey (also without rain) and the same is not removed by using wiper or to clean with any clothes. The Sam has been informed in five times in Indus sercicing centre, Pathanamthitta. But they didn't find out the actual problems. They just clean the windshiled only. I think this a manufacturing problem. I am using maruti car since 2004, but this type of problem has not been faced till date. Therefore, look into the matter seriously and take remedial action at the earliest.

I will get wagnor body cover 1 year not complete now cover is damage this is not orginal body cover. Very bad Service providing Indus Motors

Dear Team,

I have purchased a pioneer car stereo for my car on October 2020 and same got complaint with in 4 month, Hence I have raised a complaint with Maruti Suzuki partner Indus motors Kayamkulam team were I have purchased the same. My complaint was some times the screen blur like old television and Bluetooth were not working. I have returned the same. They have told cleared it after 4 week which means 1 month.ok I agreeing...

I had my car serviced but so far the service is not complete and the parts have to be replaced. The showroom is now open or not. please reply. service date end right now
