Have to booked a XL6 zeta Manual white. Booked on Dec 23 2021. They gave me delivery date on feb 17th finally. Loan due started on Feb 7th. And i have to contacted Kerala Regional Head [censored] Pranav. Response was bad behaviour. So i want complaint against Indus Motors. I hope you will give a good response as soon as possible. If I didn't receive my vehicle on Monday I will charge a case against you.

Dear sir i booked fortuner sigma 4 full amount paid in Dec 21 on account of Roshan digital for sigma my tenatavive month is march 22.now i want to change varrint legender but indus told me for legender delivery sep 22 .as per prime minister of Pakistan RDA custoers deliver firs in priority basis so kindly request for ealy delivery Thanks Ghulam murtaza shaikh [protected]. I booked my wagonR on 9th jan 2022.The sales executive promised me to handover the car after 15 days. After that i paid 30k and within 2 weeks i paid the whole amount rs 6.47lakhs. Then i called him often to fasten up the delivery. He always ensure different dates for delivery but he did nothing for that and i also contacted the manager of kumbazha. As far as there is no response from the manager also. The sale executive promised me that the delivery date could be 10/02/2022.Today the friend of mine from RTO contacted me and asking for the invoice. I frequently contacted the exective for the invoice.I waited there for 1 hour then i get a invoice.Then the RTO officer told me that the car delivery may be in next week
My daughter marriage is on feb 14. I booked this for gifting my daughter.Your irresponsible behavior disappointed me as well.I regret for selecting you for my daughter big day.I never gonna buy any car from indus motors.

I ve been serviced my Maruti Wagon R at Indus Workshop Venpalavattam Trivandrum yesterday. I was once disappointed over the bad service of Indus. And later services have been done in Popular.

For last some days Indus executive called me and asked to give car to service at their workshop. I gave it yesterday. They promised that I ve eligible for some discount. The executive came to take the car and the service adviser also assured the same. They quoted an amount below 4800+175 for the service.

When the time of billling they told that am not eligible for any discount, and I ve to pay an amount of 10298.00. I gave the amount. I feel this is cheating. Before the last time, after the service I found serious issues with my car. When I told about them, They didnt consider it serious.

This is the second time I m disappointed of the Indus Workshop. I really felt the incident was some sort of cheating.

I have purchased Brezza VXI from Indus kanjirapally. They promised me 17.5 km/ltr. Unfortunately I am getting only 8.75km /ltr. So many times I have raised this issue to kanjirapally and Kottayam service centers. Finally they said after 10000 km service the situation will improve but still the same.
Please take an immediate action to solve this issue.

I am very disappointed with the service of Maruti Indus Pala.My father and my brother booked Maruti Vitara Bressa VXI on October 21st.Got booking confirmation on 30th October .On 8 th November Ioan Sanctioned and bank transferred the loan on 9th November.On December 1 st we have to pay the first installment of our loan.Until now we didn’t receive our booked Maruti Vitara Bressa. I don’t know why they are showing this much irresponsibility.Each day they are telling each reasons to delay the delivery.My parents are old and they cannot argue with them.I hope Maruti Indus company will take necessary action upon this.Yesterday on 26th they called my father and told on 27 th November evening they will deliver the vehicle.When he reached there only new staff was present there and the one who informed my father was not present.After booking I checked the company reviews.That was not satisfied. For my parents Pala showroom is nearby that is the only reason they booked vehicle there.Hereafter I never recommend to my friends or relatives Maruti Indus Pala .

KL59B7385 RITZ Vxi was exchanged against new S Cross zeta. All services regarding exchange and purchase were good. But the old car is still under my ownership. Do necessary to change the ownership

I have a complaint 1 month before I booked for a alto rupees 30000 at indus motors kottachery, kanhangad. Because of finance problem I cancelled my order. But still I couldn't get refund 30000. I need my money back immediately.

Complaint regarding the delivery of baleno delta cvt, booked the same and paid all the amount prior a week and delivery of the same is not carried out on the mentioned time and its keep on increasing.

Respected sir i have booked maruti breeza ZXI Plus dual tone from kerala, kilimanoor, on 18/08/2021. Dealer said within 1 month your car will be delivered. But after crossing of two months he cant give a reply satisfactory.

I registered a delivery complaint.but still not clear my complaint.very careless behive.very bad service in vadakara.too much service mistakes.i already informed custemer service manager, regional head, regional manager and wm.but still not clear..i has all recorded screen short.its not a toy car you know.so i want to clear my all compaints within 5 days.

Me traval to my family highway thrissur 1 tyre otomatic side cutt pancher I told to Indus company.. But not probblm solved.. Indus working Manger told me all rejected in appolo companies

I have already registered a complaint about my infotainment system in my swift car (KL 34 G 5045) . Its now 3 weeks and still my issue is not solved. Every time the corresponding person extending the dates.

The steering does not self center itself. 4 days I already given for indus maruthy service center, sarathy jn, kollam Kerala to rectify the faulty steering. Now they are saying only baleno had the return function.it was there when I purchased the car but they said it will eventually become normal but still after 25k km, it remains same.

Fog problam

I booked a brezza before 3 weeks advance payment done. Veh reached the yard on 1 Sep. Rest payment did through a firm yesterday, the firm informed me the payment is done you can check it with the showroom. I spoke with Mr Biju Paul for confirming this @ 4.30 PM yesterday, but he told he is busy with a meeting I will informing you on monday 11 AM! He was not responded any of my whatsapp messages from the starting. There was no staff detailed by him to dealing me! What kind of service by Indus, through such kind of peoples like him. Lack of responsibilities by Indus. Is anybody there to get a simple money transaction details!!
