Hi,

I booked wagon r vxi 1.2 on 29 03 2021, I paid an advance of 30000 rupees. I request a cancellation on 02 04 2021. and i submit an official cancellation on 09 04 2021, i provided my account details and i was expecting online money transfer via NFT or RTGS, After 2 weeks when enquired, they asked me to go to the showroom to collect a check of RS 30, 000.

During this pandemic this is not the recommended way, currently here its lockdown in kerala, Trivandrum. Please refund the amount to my account via RTGS - NFT. Please do the needful

Hi,

I booked new age baleno 1.2 on 18 03 2022 through Shiju Ebrahim (Sales Executive, Pattom, Trivandrum), with an advance payment of 30000 rupees. I request a cancellation on 25 03 2022 due to the non availability of the vehicle in your hand. and i submit an official cancellation on the same day via the same executive, i provided my account details and i was expecting online money transfer on my bank for the last two weeks. I contacted them so many times but get my money back.
It's your mistake for taking my booking without checking the availability and I need my full amount back. So I request you to solve my issue immediately.

        Respected Sir,
        I purchased a new vehicle (VITARA Brezza VXI M (VBR4BV100) from Indus Motors Sasthamcottah Branch on 27 Nov 2020.
        Invoice No TVM2000721 dt 27 Nov 2020 and Veh ID is MA3NYFJ1SLK689511. I also all modification and extra fitting are fitted through your workshop showroom at Kottarakara (Workshop in-charge Mr Jijin). At that time I purchased sports kit Amt paid 32239.93. But all (Side beeding Chrome and side beeding is fitting is not correct and the same complaint has already informed the work shop/showroom. But no any action taken of the case from workshop side. I am presently living at DRDO Hyderabad and vehicle also in Hyderabad. It is also intimated that, at that time vehicle purchase, fiited a music system and paid to RS 26000. My required music system was sony and W/Shop kottarakara was fitted STE MM 6.2" AVH Pioneer company system that rate is RS 18085. Again I complaint and music system was change and fitted new sysytem Sony XAV-AX 5000. It is not acceptable that as a customer the Indus workshop was cheating to me. I have approached to many time of your Kottarakara indus workshop. The photo of the side chorme and sports kit has already been forward to workshop incharge jijin ( The mob no of workshop is [protected] & [protected]). But no response/message has not ben received from your workshop side.
        In view of the above you are requested to inquire the same action take action taken the individual. My vehicle spare parts (side beeding sports kit ) replace or courier my office address pl.
        The indus Company is a very responsible company and a good company. I appreciate to your company and I also tuch with your company since 2010. My old veh no is KL31B5178 maruti wagoner and the same was exchanged. I trust to your Good office, My complaint early resolved.

                    What is the use of registering a complaint?.I have lodged a complaint regarding non delivery of vehicle even after making payment through CSD.The purchase order was handed over on 20 10 2020.So far nobody bothered to atleast acknowledge the complaint.The vehicle is not yet received by me.I understand that the persons at the outlet is not able to solve the delay if any. It is one month past of opening the loan account with the bank and I have to pay the EMI.I AM LEFT WITH NO OTHER WAY BUT APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT FOR MAKING GOOD THE LOSS.

                        I have recently purchased Alto800 from your Thevara showroom in ernakulam. I have some complaints regarding that. We made the full payment on 26th sep but the car was given to us only on 10th oct. There was sand on the mats when it was handed over but we noticed that only after reaching home. The car had run 60kms before handing over. Wonder how? Even it's to the RT office and back how come it came to 60kms? Rs.500 was collected from us as fastag amount but only ₹200 is there in my account. I had not checked it earlier and we have not taken the car out of ernakulam as we have not received the RC book .Noticed it only today when I tried to log in by using a link sent by federal bank. The insurance amount as per the amount given by the executive (Anu kuttan) is ₹18424 but in our policy certificate it's ₹17051. Please clarify.

                          At that time a scratch and win offer up to September 30th was there which I was eligible for.Even the service coordinators told about the same.But we didn’t any notification regarding the scratch and win till now. Kindly take some action for the same.

                                My swift registered on dec 2019, on february my car got an accident with one side full scratch, so i am claimed and all works done. Only body repair. After three months my car's colour is fade due to low quality service from indus motors adoor. So i am complaint to service centre, they were accept the mistake. So they will agree to repaint my car. But again they are claimed. So my vehicle is claimed twice within 6 months. But now iam realize that there will be no claim can make if any accidents happen on my car in future.
                                So please take necessary action on the service centre otherwise i will report this issue on consumer court.

                                  Maruti alto car 2011 model. Run up to 68000km and changed the cluch by the indus motors service person even though i found no problems.
                                  After about 10000 km running the replaced cluch become complaint. Then it
                                  Replaced by the indus motors service persons. After about 7000km running it become complaint and the service persons of indus advicing to replace the cluch.
                                  Which means unqualified service persons in indus service centers.
