I bought my maruthi Swift vxi car from Indus motors kannadi, palakkad in June 2023.After 1 st servicing, a vibrating sound started from the music system when driving though a little rough surface..I raised this complaint during 2nd servicing, which was not corrected and had to again call the company and they took car for servicing again..They said that the sound is due to the front frame and gave me car back after removing the frame and no new frame was reinstated...The music system now looks really weird with deep holes in the sides...I asked about it and they said they will fix it..I raised complaint again on Feb 20th and 2 months have passed still no response from them...It is really disheartening, for a new car, not even 1 year old, with a damaged music system..I had also raised complaint about sound emitting from back tyre area while taking reverse...Luckily they didn't remove the tyre and give car back, as the solution..
It is really bad experience from indusmotors service wing...And till now issue is not solved.. Was this information helpful? |
